Chapters The End of Sombra's lineage
As Brandon was loading medical supplies onto Colin's ship, Cadence gave them some bad news.
"I just looked at the weather in the area where Twilight is. The storm is getting stronger. I don't know if we can do a safe rescue until this clears up.", she said sadly.
Flurry Heart chimed in with something that forced Cadence to change her mind.
"You may want to rethink that, Mom. Aunt Twilight's vital signs are weakening. If we don't save her soon, she is going to die. She was taken by surprise, so she has nothing to protect her from the cold temperatures. Also, her pulse is out of control. This could mean she is losing blood. We have to save her now."
"Flurry's right, with that kind of situation, the victim must be rescued ASAP.", Colin said.
Afraid to lose her sister-in-law, Cadence accepted what was brought to her attention and Flurry followed Brandon and Colin onto the Eclipse . As the hatch was being closed, she warned them to be careful.
Twenty minutes later...
The three arrived near the area where the storm was raging and Flurry got ready to deploy her snow speeder. As she was closing the cockpit hatch, Brandon wished her luck.
"Hopefully she is still alive when you reach her. Our radar says she is 300 yards straight ahead. Temperatures are reaching the negatives. Good luck out there."
"Thank you, Brandon."
"You're clear for deployment.", Colin said as he dropped the loading pad onto the snow.
Flurry fired the engines and headed into the blizzard. Colin quickly closed the hatches after Flurry was clear so that nothing would freeze up and activated a cold shield so the engines would not be affected. As Flurry sped through the raging storm, the radar showed that she was getting close to her aunt, but the vitals were declining quickly as well. Once she had reached Twilight, she pulled her face scarf up, put on her goggles, and put the hood up on her coat before opening the hatch. She saw the purple from Twilight's tail and quickly dug her out. Twilight did not look very good. There were cuts all over her back, her skin was discolored, and her mane and tail were covered in ice.
"Aunt Twilight, give me a sign.", Flurry yelled over the wind after rolling Twilight on her back.
Twilight's eyes fluttered open slightly and she saw who was yelling. She had double vision, but she recognized the voice.
"Flurry Heart, is that you?", she asked hoarsely.
"Yes, it's me. Hang on."
Flurry ran back to her speeder and pulled out a medical sled. After picking Twilight up with her magic, Flurry carefully placed her aunt on the gurney and slid her into the medical compartment on the speeder. After strapping in and starting the engines, Flurry radioed Brandon and Colin as she turned around.
"Eclipse , this is Flurry Heart. Get the healing tank ready. I've got her. I repeat, I've got her."
Brandon and Colin started hooking the hose to the tank and prepared a set of electrodes to monitor Twilight's vitals. Once they had warmed her up enough to attach the electrodes, Colin propped Twilight's mouth open and inserted a breathing receptor while Brandon put a nose clip on her. Once Twilight was in the tank, Flurry opened the valves and the tank began filling with a glowing blue liquid. The Christian Fleet had developed a healing energy that they called Genesis , and this energy could be condensed into liquid and pumped into tanks for healing someone with severe injuries.
As Colin flew his ship back to Canterlot, Flurry noticed the cuts on Twilight's back beginning to close up and heal. Her vital signs started becoming steady as her body temperature returned to normal and her frostbite healed up. In only 15 minutes, Twilight's vital signs were normal again and her injuries were completely healed. Once she had been given a blood transfusion, she was ready to be removed from the tank. Flurry drained the fluid and Twilight took the breathing tube out of her mouth and then took the nose clip off. She climbed out of the tank and was ready to tell Cadence what had happened when Sombra captured her.

Nine months later...
As Link began draining the fluid that Twilight was submerged in, she began to scream in AGONY. Looking at her closely revealed that her stomach was swollen. Link wasted no time getting her out and on a stretcher. Using ultrasound, Brandon discovered that the cord was around the colt's neck. They explained the situation to Twilight and she understood what had to be done. She would need a caesarean done to get the baby out before they could give the sedatives. Colin stayed with Twilight to keep her calm until Brandon and Link had put on their scrubs, gloves, masks, and hairnets. After wheeling Twilight into the operating room, she was given a sedative to put her to sleep. She was then intubated to keep her alive during the procedure. Twilight's fur was clipped down to bare skin and then disinfectant was applied to her belly to get rid of germs.
"Scalpel.", said Brandon.
Link picked up the surgical knife from the table and handed it to him. Brandon carefully made the initial incision and Link used gauze to soak up blood. Once Brandon had cut into the uterus, he reached the amniotic sac.
"Surgical scissors.", he said.
Link took the scalpel and placed it in a tray filled with disinfectant after handing the scissors to Brandon. After Brandon had cut the amniotic sac enough, he started pulling the colt out and Link helped him move the newborn to a separate gurney for cleaning. After everything was rinsed to avoid infection, Brandon started putting Twilight's organs back and then tightly sutured all of the layers.

Twilight was woken up in the recovery room an hour later and Link looked concerned when she looked him in the eye.
"What's wrong, Link?", she asked.
"The colt is badly deformed. Brandon has taken a scan to find out why.", Link replied.
Brandon opened the door and walked in with a printout of the results from the scan. He looked puzzled.
"Twilight, how long was Sombra on you?", he asked.
"I pushed him back after only five minutes, because I was grossed out and didn't want him to get me pregnant.", Twilight replied.
"That explains the results. Link, take a look.", Brandon replied as he handed the results to Link.
When Link saw the results, he was startled. He handed the printout to Twilight and she went pale when she saw them. Most of the genes said N/A (Not Applicable). She was both startled and confused. Brandon brought her up to speed.
"Since he was only against you for five minutes, not all of the chromosomes got paired up. So, the colt's genetic code, or DNA, is incomplete. For instance, blood type cannot be identified, and eyes are non-existent because they didn't develop."
Twilight almost threw up, but she resisted.
"Also, the breathing was so weak that I had to put the colt on life-support to even take the scan. That means we don't need to use the sedative to put the colt down. We can just take him off the life-support.", Brandon added.
"That's a relief. We can end Sombra's genealogy even faster.", said Twilight excitedly.
Link indicated that the colt would be put down after Twilight was confirmed stable. She had been given Genesis to heal her surgical site and it did not take long for her health to be confirmed nominal. Twilight chose to be the one to turn off the life-support apparatus for the colt. Brandon agreed and she powered off the machine as soon as she was led to the controls. She did not bother to look at the colt, and Link said that the dark magic had been removed and destroyed after the cord had been clamped and cut.
Twilight decided to cremate the colt the following week. Wood was placed in a pad formation and the colt's body was placed in the middle and then more wood was placed on top. Link poured kerosene on the wood and Colin stood ready with a Molotov cocktail to light the fire. Once everyone had been gathered for the ceremony of destroying the evil, Colin threw the bottle and the kerosene ignited once the bottle had broken. The wood was ablaze within seconds and it soon burned down to embers. All that was left were only a few smoldering coals that were put out with a bucket of water. All of Equestria was grateful that the dark magic of King Sombra would no longer be feared since it was destroyed forever. Word of this was in all of the papers for a whole week, and peace was fully achieved.

Nine hours ago...
Twilight Sparkle had been captured by King Sombra after he somehow returned from the dead. He took her to a cavern in the Crystal Mountains and forcefully got her pregnant with a foal. Cadence has organized a rescue plan to hopefully save her, but she does not know what has happened. Twilight has also killed Sombra and escaped from the cavern. However, she has collapsed from fatigue and hypothermia. Is Twilight going to survive, or is this the end for her?

After being reunited with Cadence, Twilight began to explain what Sombra had done.
"He was trying to extend his lineage by getting you pregnant?", Cadence asked in alarm.
Twilight nodded in a shaking manner.
"Couldn't you just get away from him?", Flurry asked.
"I'm afraid not, I was restrained. In other words, he forced me to have sex with him. The term for that is that he raped me.", Twilight shrieked.
"So that's why there was blood between your back legs.", Brandon said.
Twilight nodded and then felt nauseated. After throwing up, she came back so Link could run tests on her. When he brought back the results, he was not smiling. He was very worried.
"This is not good, Twilight. Sombra cast a spell when he raped you. This prevents us from carrying out an abortion to stop the pregnancy. If we even try to do so, we will receive a severe shock and possibly get killed. You will have to wait until nine months pass and you give birth naturally.", he told her nervously.
Hearing Link's report made Twilight cry. She would have to carry this monster's baby until it was time for it to emerge. However, Brandon had a plan to ensure the lineage did not continue.
"Once the foal is born, we will remove any dark energy and then kill it in a humane manner. That means we will give a heavy dose of a sedative so that it stops breathing. Then we will cremate the body."
Twilight agreed with the plan. Link advised that she go into stasis until the time was right for the foal to come. An ultrasound scan revealed that the foal was going to be a colt. Once Twilight was in a medical gown, Brandon and Link put electrodes on her and then started an intravenous line to administer the sedative and a nutrient fluid. As she was going under from the anesthesia, Link put an air tube up her nose so she would not stop breathing. The stasis chamber was sealed shut and then it was filled with water. Cadence wrote a letter to Celestia and Luna, asking them to come out of retirement until the ordeal was over.
Initially, the sisters were enraged that Sombra had come back and done this to Twilight. However, they gladly took the throne while the time passed.
