I'll Make Them Whole

I blamed her. I blamed her for their deaths. Oh, how wrong I was. But it's too late to fix it. Nicole is dead.

The survivors made it to the Ponyville Hospital, but dozens of pony Necromorphs were surrounding the area, with dozens more inside. "Oh, shit. I don't have my weapons", Isaac said.

"It's time to kick ass and chew bubblegum... and I'm all out of gum. STEALTH IS OPTIONAL!!!", Mario bellowed as he ran towards the monsters with a flamethrower he pulled out of his hat. What Mario didn't calculate was the sheer number of pony Necromorphs. "The risk I took was calculated... but man, am I bad at math." With nowhere to run, Mario incinerated a few pony Necromorphs, critically injuring them, but not killing them. "Hey, Doomguy! Help me out here!" Isaac managed to find his Plasma Cutter, but the beams were stuck in place when he activated it. "A lightsaber?! How the fuck is that going to help us?" The Plasma Cutter, however, exceeded Mario's expectations. This wasn't a lightsaber. It was three lightsabers according to Mario. Isaac slayed the immolated monsters. "Hey! Can I have it?" Mario was then knocked out by SMG4.

"Idiot", SMG4 said. He picked up Mario as Isaac continued his onslaught, paving a way for the survivors. Mario came to and began punching SMG4, who traded blows with the plumber as they rolled inside.

"Are they always like this?", Applejack asked.

"Normally on Wednesdays and Saturdays... OH, FUCK! SMG4, LOOK OUT! MARIO'S INFECTED!", SMG3 answered and screamed as a bite mark from the Spike Necromorph was shown on the plumber's neck. Isaac leaped inside and decapitated the plumber... or so he thought. He noticed that Mario... is really, REALLY fat. Mario viciously attacked Isaac, but Mario's head suddenly exploded. A punch from SMG4 caused that. A 1-UP mushroom allowed Mario to be revived uninfected.

"I have two left", SMG4 said. A horde of pony Necromorphs began to converge on the survivors. Isaac gave the aliens and Mario Plasma Cutters of their own, but the beams were stuck in place when activated, like Isaac's.

"What the hell?", Mario asked himself as he, SMG4, SMG3, and Isaac began slaying the monsters. Suddenly, Applejack began groaning. She and Rainbow Dash made it to a hospital bed where Rainbow Dash patched herself up with a pair of mechanical wings coated in a light blue paint.

"Sweet!", Rainbow Dash said. She lost a decent amount of blood, but she was fine. However, the wingless Pegasus heard a baby crying. "Huh?" She saw her wife holding a baby orange earth pony with emerald eyes and a rainbow mane and tail. "Wait. You were pregnant?!" A flabbergasted Rainbow Dash looked at their new daughter. There was no denying it. After a DNA test, it was revealed that the baby was Applejack and Rainbow Dash's daughter. "Hope. That should be her name. If we die, she might be ponykind's last hope." The other four survivors ran into the room to find the new family. Suddenly, Mario screamed at the sight of Nurse Redheart, who had committed suicide. Hope laughed at the screaming Italian, who flipped off the foal. "It was a cryptic pregnancy." Isaac Clarke began to sing.

I remember that lullaby. It was a song Nicole used to sing from time to time.

"My ears are burning!", Mario said as Isaac laughed hysterically. His singing voice? Not the best.

"Metal wings. Interesting", Isaac said. "Now... let's get out of this horror hospital." Suddenly, a roar shook the survivors. Nurse Redheart had turned into a gargantuan Necromorph. Multiple arms protruded from its sides, ten on each side, resulting in a total of twenty arms and four legs. "OH, FUCK ME! RUN FOR YOUR FUCKING LIVES!!!" The other survivors ran for it, with SMG4 carrying Hope. The Redheart Necromorph had its sights set on the newborn. It began breaking chunks off the walls and threw them at the YouTuber carrying the baby. Suddenly, the chunks were cut clean in half by Isaac, who faced the monster. "HEY, FUCKFACE! WHY DON'T YOU PICK ON SOMETHING THAT CAN GIVE YOU A CHALLENGE?!" He sliced off one of the arms, but two more sprouted out from its stump.

"Isaac, no! This is a really bad idea!", Applejack yelled.

"STICK AROUND, SISTER! I'M FILLED TO THE BRIM WITH BAD IDEAS!!!", Isaac replied as he used his Plasma Cutter to cause a cave-in, trapping the Redheart Necromorph. "I SAID RUN FOR YOUR FUCKING LIVES!!!" He decapitated the Redheart Necromorph, supposedly killing it. He followed the other survivors out of the hospital as the building collapsed... and the Redheart Necromorph, now bigger than ever, emerged after absorbing the rubble and healing itself. It roared into the air. "WHAT THE FUCK?!" Suddenly, a cap flew onto the monster... and it immediately grew a mustache. Mario had captured the monster. "Uh... what?"

"Imma going to die for you", Mario said as he walked over to a volcano and jumped into it, but before he could touch the lava, he de-captured Redheart Necromorph and caused it to fall into the volcano, completely incinerating and destroying Redheart Necromorph once and for all. The other survivors arrived at the volcano.

"We need to get the fuck out of Ponyville", Isaac said. SMG3 took a Ugandan Knuckles out from his hat and he and SMG4 turned into meme energy and used it on Mario, turning the plumber into the Giant Mario Head.

"Get ready to move your pingas!", Mario said.
