Breaking Gad is the two-year-long story of Twilight Sparkle, a struggling former student of Princess Celestia, who is diagnosed with encephalomyelitis. She turns to a life of crime, producing and selling crystal sugar in order to secure her dragon, Spike's, financial future before she dies. Teaming up with her best friend, Pinkie Pie, they together grow Equestria's best crystal empire. (No pun intended.)
