After her coronation, Queen Luna gives Colgate and her hygienist/wife Amethyst Star free reign over all dental issues in Equestria. Luna has decided that proper oral hygiene must be forced upon Equestria and that Colgate is the perfect pony to punish those who don't take care of their teeth. Soon though, Colgate decides that punishing those with poor oral hygiene is not enough. She wants to get to the root of the cause, which means that she must take out the bakers who make the sugary treats, which is something Luna had not given her permission to do. Eventually Colgate's increasingly bloodthirsty nature and workaholic mindset could cost her not just Luna's blessing on ridding Equestria of poor oral hygiene, but it could cost her her marriage as well.
