War. War never changes.
Since the early days of man, War has always been about a difference of opinion that always ended in bloodshed until one side was defeated.
However since the 11th Century a secret war has waged in the shadows between two forces over the control of ancient pieces of technology known as The pieces of Eden.
In the first years of the war between The Assassin's creed and The Knight's Templar, it seemed like the Templars would rule over the world with the power of the Apple of Eden, one of the pieces of Eden used to control the minds of men. This would have come to be if not for the efforts of a young Assassin named Altiar. He single handedly killed all nine head Templar Knights and retried the Apple of Eden, only to be betrayed by the power hungry Assassin Grandmaster Al-Mu-alim.
It was only until Al-Mu-alim was defeated and killed that Altiar learned the truth of the pieces of Eden, and of his bloodline. For centuries, the war of the Assassins and Templars seemed to have same struggle repeating over and over again. The Templars rise to power with in the ranks of government, The Assassins hunt them down and retrieve the Piece of Eden, only to slip into the shadows. This cycle repeated through the years up until the great nuclear bombs fell upon the world on that day both sides retreated underground into underground vaults along with the rest of humanity.
The vaults they hid in where specially modified with hybrid of Cryogenic technology and a device that allowed a person to access their ancient ancestor's lives through Genetic Memory called a Animus. It is here that the Assassins trained themselves in order to determine who would be chosen to retrieve The Pieces of Eden from the hell of the wastes.
Now after 200 years he, and he alone will come out of the icy tomb to journey on his quest for the artifacts. However he is about to get a bit "sidetracked".
If you couldn't guest the main character gets sucked into Equestria, I will also implement factors from both games into this character, Let it be known that this is not a spinoff of Fallout Equestria and it takes place between fallout 3 and fallout 4, FYI fallout 4 takes place ten years after fallout 3, not major spoilers to either Fallout 4 or the story. Anyway, heres the character stats.

Eagle Vision- The inborn gift from your Precursor Ancestors. (Highlights quest markers yellow when you use a scope or enter V.A.T.S.)
Duel wielding- You got two hands, so use them both. (Allows you to use any two small guns, one handed melee weapons, hidden weapons, or unarmed weapons. Weapons this perk can be used with will be marked with (DW)).
Animus Training (Rank 10)- Through the bleeding effect of the Animus you unlocked the skills of you Assassin Ancestors. (You get to increase a S.P.E.C.I.A.L. perk of your choice with each rank you get.)
Multilingual- Your family has been everywhere over the years and you've picked up a thing or two. (Allows you to decipher unknown languages and scripts, as well as adds 1 perk to your charisma.)
Blend- An assassin hides in plain sight, and with 10 centuries to practice you've gotten pretty good at it. (Allows you to disguise yourself as a member of a separate organization if you're wearing it's uniform, and adds 1 point to Agility.)
Stealth kill- The assassins are masters of killing in the shadows or in haystacks.(If you preform a kill within hiding spot you will not be detected, and adds 1 point to Agility.)
Ice Skin- After spending over 200 years in a Cryogenic tube you've sort of gotten use to the cold.( You gain 30% Damage resistance while in cold climates, and adds 1 point to Endurance.)
Extreme Climber- If you have the high ground you're bound to win, better start climbing. (Allows you to scale buildings and large rock formations, and adds 1 perk to Strength.)
Birds eye view- The higher you go the more you see, good thing your not afraid of heights. (Marks all locations on your map for 50 meters after climbing to the highest point of a tall building.)
Leap of Faith- There's only one way down once you get high enough, better aim for something soft. (You don't take fall damage if you land in a hiding spot, and adds 1 to Luck.)
Walking workbench- Tired of looking for a workbench to improve your stuff, just carry around the tools and look for a flat surface. (allows you to modify and upgrade your weapons and equipment anywhere.)
Power Armor Mastery- Your more recent ancestors were trained to use power armor, a few of them even helped worked on the prototype so they know the suits inside and out, and now you do to. (Allows you to use Power Armor and modify them with Enhanced Armor Plating, Tesla arks, Jetpacks, Shielding from rads and energy blasts, etc.)
