Chapter 3-Trying to understand
When you walked on, Toriel keeping a watchful eye on you, Rainbow crossed you’re mind. How long had the three been gone for? Were they all missed? Or were Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle the only ones that they cared about? You had no home after all, just an orphanage. Nopony had probably noticed you were gone. Only them… As you were caught up in your thoughts, you didn’t notice the frog-like creature in front of you. It turned around and… and…
“Ribbit (Pony, that was rude)” You encountered the Froggit. As it sent flies after you, you dodged, delivering a swift kick to its side. The Froggit backed up, clearly afraid. A 2 followed by the letters the letters HP flashed above its head. HP? Didn’t Sweetie tell you how it meant… meant … Health… You gasped. What would have normally given a slight bruise up where she was from, had ended up being a near fatal blow.
“I’m sorry, I was scared, I didn’t mean to hurt you that much. It’s just you sent flies after me and…” slowly you approached it and put your hooves around its neck. “ I hope we can still be pals, even though I behaved like an idiot.”
“Ribbit (It’s okay Pony, at least you had a little KINDNESS to share with me. I feel better already! I will tell my friends to leave you alone!)”
The Froggit rubbed your head and hopped away leaving 3 bits and a note. As she picked up the note, Toriel and her two friends walked up to her.
“Scootaloo!” The 2 foals swung their hooves around her neck while Toriel looked at her with a motherly expression.
“Are you hurt, my child?”
“No, but I made a new pal! It’s a Froggit! Toriel, could you read me this note?”
“Of course my child:
Dear Pony,
I have left you some bits as an apology for scaring you.
I hope that my message to my friends gets there quick enough for most of them to leave you in peace.
Thank you for your KINDNESS pony and I hope to see you again.
Robert”
“Aw, that was so cute!” Sweetie jumped up into the air, “let’s go explore some more.”
She walked up to the 3 bits and put them under your wing, you wouldn’t be able to fly but this was as good as it could get.
She walked through some more puzzles, following Toriel through all of them. Suddenly, your guide stopped and turned around. “ I need you 3 to do something for me. Walk to the other side of this room by yourselves. Forgive me for this.” Toriel ran off.
She uneasily looked at her friends. What was happening? What would she do? Was it a mistake to trust her? She started to trot forward, her friends following her. Heart pounding. A chill down her spine. The walk felt like an age when suddenly they reached the arch. What now?
Suddenly, a voice came from behind her.
“Do not worry my child.”
She jumped a mile. She spun around and saw… Toriel?
“I was merely behind the pillar the whole time. I had to do this exercise to test your independence. I must attend to something. Stay here and be good alright?”
You quickly looked at the other girls, a shared devious smile on all of your faces.
“Of course Toriel!” We chorused, a halo above each head.
"I will give you a cell phone each, call me when you need something"
"Okay!"
“Thank you, I will come back shortly” Toriel left through the arch. As soon as she left, Apple Bloom and Sweetie followed immediately. Rolling your eyes but not wanting to miss out you followed and found a Froggit on the other side. It looked like Robert but was it?
“Meow(hello Pony, my brother told me about your Mercy. Keep showing Mercy won’t you pony?)”
“Of course!”
“Meow(Thank you Ponies, it has brought my mind at ease.)" She hopped off.
"What now girls?" Apple Bloom looked about, taking every detail in.
" We could keep going!" Sweetie was, as usual, as energetic as Pinkie Pie.
"Yeah that's a great idea! Come on!" You ran off, leaving your two friends to catch up with you.
Time had passed and after a few phone calls, lies, sweets and new friends, you found yourself looking at a ghost. It had a white body and was blocking the only pathway available in the room. It was also randomly saying ZZZ out-loud, as if that would make it look as if it was sleeping.
Trying to figure out how to move him left you and Apple Bloom distracted as Sweetie Belle approached it. Hesitantly, a hoof drew close to the ghost. It visibly flinched, sensing the hoof and expecting the worst. Slowly and carefully Sweetie patted it on the head and then booped its nose.
"Discord always told me that booping is the best way to wake ponies up!"
"Gosh darn it! Ah knew we were spending to much time with those two!"
No pony questioned how she had managed to touch a ghost. Neither why she didn't notice it wasn't sleeping. The ghost in question rose up and *Here comes Napstablook.
His eyes were shrunk, still waiting for them to strike him. Learning from Robert not to randomly hurt anypony or, in this case, anyone, you decided to sit down and study him. As you did so, large tears fell from his eyes, falling straight at you're souls again. When they hit, a burning sensation shot down you're hoof. What were these tears?
"They're acidic!" As if answering the question, Apple Bloom shouted, being the most sciency out of all of them. She was clutching one of her hooves, having been hit as well. Sweetie had had a spur of luck and agility had dodged the attacks. Although, because of this attack, Scoots instincts, trained by Rainbow herself, were to attack, she looked over at her friends and shook her head.
They didn't really have a leader, the positions fluxing between the 3(sometimes 4) of them. Her friends listened none the less. Instead Scootaloo approached the ghost, he was still cautious, and smiled patiently. He tried to smile back, but seemed to have forgotten how.
"Brace yourselves girls!" Scootaloo understood the warning and closed her eyes, seeing through her soul instead, being able to control it better. No attack came however and Napstablook looked at them meekly.
"I'm not really feeling up to it right now."
"Aww, go Blooky! Blooky! Blooky!" Sweetie chanted, in a similar fashion that she had once cheered for Fluttershy. The ghost looked at her, shock in his eyes. His eyes widened at the sight of her soul.
"You're just like Metra..."
"What was that darling?" Sweetie channeled her inner Rarity as she said this, even imitating her voice.
"Don't worry" the souls disappeared," I usually come here because no is around but... but today I met some ponies who were Kind, Determined and Hopeful! Oh, sorry I'm rambling again... Oh no! I'll move out of you're way.
You looked at you're friends. Eventhough they hadn't helped in the long run, the fact you made his day, you knew about you're KINDNESS .

Sweetie Belle
Chapter 4- Eating some pie
As she walked away from Blooky, her friends broke out into chatter, occasionally bringing up the subject of his sudden happiness. He had recognised something in her, but what? She had only been imitating Rarity. Rarity... Her thoughts floated back to when she had first fallen, the darkness, the blankness in her mind. She shuddered and then looked up, not wanting to bring attention to herself. After making sure that her friends hadn't noticed, she put her smile on her face.
The first thoughts, memories were of her sister and the need of her comforting. The embrace and sweet smell of her shampoo. Had she noticed her sister had disappeared? Or was she to busy making the dresses for Sapphire Shores? Had she just assumed that Sweetie had gone to her friends for a sleepover? No, Rarity would have noticed... right?
Rarity could never understand why she hung around Discord and Pinkie so much. Neither could Apple Bloom. Especially Apple Bloom. The one of them that had a large loving family. She could never understand how everyone in such a large family always knew what to do, in what situation. Like when the Clan had built a barn... in a day! They were so united! They would never comprehend how, for instance, her parents had said a week or two when they left for vacation and now it had been half a year since they had last been in contact.
Pinkie was one of those ponies that could always bring a smile to everypony, even the grumpy meanies! She knew every technique and would never stop. Discord? Well, he was Discord. His antics would always distract her from life. When she had been searching for her Cutie Mark, she had been distracted but now she had to keep herself occupied. She started to run forward, there was a crossroad ahead and going onward first seemed like a grand idea.
The room she had ran into was pretty much empty except two cobwebs and a sign. She sighed as the annoyed shouts of her friends echoed beyond the arch. Approaching one of the cobwebs, she noticed something shiny in the corner of the room. With curiosity, she ignored her friends attempts at getting her attention, and picked the sparkle up. On closer inspection, it was a bit. Overhead, on the ceiling, were some spiders.
They seemed out of place and then she noticed it. A big bag made of cobwebs had split, causing the bits inside to slowly fall out, one by one. Carefully she prodded one of the spiders with her magic and gave it back the bit.
"Mr Spider, you're bag split and... and this fell out." The spider in question nodded, grabbed the bit and leaned into his friend. It immediately scuttled off before returning with 3 donuts. It and a few others lowered themselves, giving each filly a donut. While her friends were bemused, Sweetie thanked the spider. She was going to put it away before realising she had nowhere to put it. The spiders picked up on this, giving her a bag. It was similar to the one that had split but was much older. She once again thanked the spiders and turned to her friends.
"Make sure to keep an eye on that bag and don't give up hope for whatever you're doing!" she called over her shoulder as they left. She carefully placed all the donuts inside of the cobweb bag as well as the 7 bits they had collected thus far.
"I'll carry it" Scoots swung the bag onto her bag, the 'strings' around each wing.
"Ah you sure Scoots?"
"100% sure Bloom!"
They continued on their way, carefully talking and acting their way through enemies that had not received or completely ignoring Roberts word. They now only had 2 donuts and 15 bits. However they had gained a lot more friends.
Their adventure ended with a game of tag with the 3 of them and some Froggits, before they ran into a room with a giant tree in the middle. There was Toriel beside it, dialing a number on the phone. She looked up, surprised when she noticed them. Then she noticed the Froggits and death-stared them. Scootaloo waved sadly when they hopped away.
"Are you alright? I should not have left for so long, of course you would get bored eventually. It took a long time to get all the ingredients."
"Ingredients! Are we going to be baking something?" Apple Bloom loved to bake, it was like a Apple Clan thing.
"I have already made you something, oh, oops. Well I might as well show you now. Follow me." Toriel turned towards the house behind the tree. It was a nice little place, simple and practical but with a certain charm to it. Perfect for someone like Toriel. The outside of the place was deceiving, the inside was massive.
"Woah!" Scoots growing up... Wait, where had she grown up? It wasn't that she didn't want to know, it was essential to know things like this. It was just that whenever they asked Scootaloo would go awfully quiet and would just change the subject. All they knew was that her current home was an orphanage. They had agreed it just wasn't worth ruining the mood and had stopped asking.
"It is not as big once you get used to it, my dear, now follow me, I would like to show you something before we eat." Toriel turned right and went down the hallway. Eager to explore the mysterious house, the girls followed. To say the least, they were disappointed when she came to stop at the first door they reached.
"Surprise, a room for you 3 in the house! Do you... you like it?" Toriel looked at their reaction nervously.
"A room? Were staying?" The three of them shouted in unison but each voice saying it in a different tone of voice. Surprised, excited and confused voices echoed along the hallway.
"Yes? Wait, is that something burning? Make yourselves at home!" Toriel ran off, although no scent reached their noses.
"Girls, were staying?"
"Of course not!" Apple Bloom stomped her hoof. "We have families to get back to..."
"Well, Miss Apple, not everypony does. Plus we can't, it would break her heart! After everything she's done for us?" The sound of hoof against floor echoed down the hallway. Scootaloo was enraged.
"Scootaloo! Apple Bloom! We are all tired! We should take a nice, long, relaxing nap." She had only been saying it to distract them but after she had said it she realised how tired she was. She yawned and soon they all were yawning. They slowly trotted into the room. They all collapsed onto they only bed in the room and fell asleep, a new HOPE in they're hearts.

Chapter 6-Making Decisions (Stay)
"I'm staying with Toriel! You kept talking like if I had somepony to go back to when I don't. You know I'm an orphan! But noo... I'm gonna focus on my self like the little self-centered brat I am. You know what?! You never even cared did you?" Scootaloo didn't know where all this rage came from, as if someone had possessed her, giving her this anger.
"What about Rainbow Da-"
Scootaloo laughed, a laugh that shook her to the core. It was so familliar... "If Rainbow had cared about me she would have adopted me by now!" The words were coming out of mouth now. But she meant them all... right?
"Now leave, that's what you wanted? Right?" Scootaloo approached Toriel and hugged her before grabbing her paw and taking her away from her 'friends'.
"Bye then..." She heard Sweetie Belle say before the sound of hooves echoed away.
"I'm flattered you wish to remain here but are you sure you want this?" Toriel questioned.
"Yes I'm sure." Scootaloo said before she felt some energy leave her body. Why was she suddenly so tired? It didn't make sense and yet... it did.
I'm in control now!"
She passed out.

Chapter 7-Interesting Skele-Bros
Chapter 7-Interesting Skele-Bros
The world outside was... freezing cold! But it was beautiful, the snow was on the path and trees lined the path. She watched Scoots in front of her, realising how close she had been to losing her. Involuntarily, she shivered from the harsh wind blowing in her face.
"Let's hurry up so we can get into somewhere warm" Sweetie squeaked from behind her.
"I agree, if not for these saddlebags my wings would have been icicles by now." Scoots speaking for the first time in a while.
They picked up they're pace, nearing the end of the trees quicker than expected.
"G-Guys, there somepony or someone following us." Scootaloo stammered out.
They began to gallop. Not watching where she was going, she crashed into the pegasus in front. About to question the halt she looked up and saw a looming... thing. She wasn't sure what it was, it couldn't be a gate, the bars were to stop anyone.
"ponies..." Her heart plummeted."don't you know how to great a new pal? turn around and shake my hand..." Slowly but surely she turned around, questioning her actions, she should be running and yet... she felt a warm glow in the air. She felt safe. The stranger was wearing a blue hoodie, dark coloured shorts (in this weather?!) and slippers?! She could see Sweetie's hoof make contact with the strangers, did he call it... hand?
Pffffffffffftttttttttt...
Sweetie's eyes visibly widened before she collapsed on the floor.
"Sweetie! Why I oughta-" Scootaloo started towards the strangers hidden face.
It took them both a moment to realise that Sweetie Belle was laughing.
"The whoopee-cushion in the hand trick, that's a classic! I'm surprised I didn't see it coming, Discord plays it on everypony all the time!" Sweetie gasped between laughs.
"gee, kid, never had such a good audience. i'm flattered." The hood fell down revealing a skeleton. No pony reacted, nothing could surprise them anymore.
"Hi Flattered, I'm Sweetie Belle."
"i didn't... huh. good one, kid. i'm actually sans, sans the skeleton. you're ponies, right? that's funny, i'm supposed to be on watch for ponies but 'tibia' honest i don't really care about capturing anypony. now my bro, papyrus? he's a pony-hunting fanatic! actually, isn't that him over there? you know what? go on, go through this gate thingy. go right through, my bro made the bars to wide to stop anything."
She let out a groan. Too... many... puns!!!! They started walking through the gate-thingy.
"don't you have a sense of humor?"
"Don't you mean 'Sans' of humor?" Sweetie stood up, still uncontrollably laughing.
"She doesn't seem to have a 'funny bone'..." Scootaloo joined in. Great, the world was against her! And how come she wasn't cold anymore?
"Hey, the wind has disappeared!" Her friends looked at her before turning to Sans.
"don't look at me, i don't have skin."
"Nothing's changed, it's as cold as it was before." Scootaloo looked at her as if she was crazy.
"Scootaloo, I'm 95% sure there is no wind." They reached a sentry post.
"quick, behind that sentry post!" Sans ushered them as a much taller figure approached them.
"HERE YOU ARE, YOU LAZYBONES! OF COURSE I COME BACK AND YOU'RE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! IT'S BEEN 3, NO 8 DAYS AND YOU STILL! HAVEN'T! RE-CALIBRATED! YOUR! PUZZLES!" The tall figure she assumed was Papyrus was an intimidating sight. She peered over the desk and ketchup, wait Ketchup! What was that doing here?!
"i'm too busy staring at the sentry post, it's very interesting. wanna look with me?" Sans pointed at they're hiding place. What was he doing?
"I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT! WHAT IF A PONY COMES THROUGH HERE?! I WILL BE THE ONE! I MUST BE THE ONE!"
"maybe this post will help you..."
"SANS! WHAT WOULD YOU KNOW! YOU'VE NEVER EVEN SEEN A PONY! -SIGH- WHY MUST SOMEONE AS GREAT AS ME, HAVE TO DO SO MUCH TO GET SOME RECOGNITION?!"
She didn't know what made her do it. What made her jump out from her hiding place. Why it made her blood boil with anger at his words. Was is it that, deep in her heart, she knew what Sans was capable of? What she did know was she did it. Startling everyone.
"Look, great Papyrus, you're brother has found a pony! Isn't that just grand!" She walked up next to Sans, who's eyes seemed to have disappeared from his sockets. Papyrus took no notice to her words however.
"A PONY, I MUST PREPARE MY PUZZLES!" With that being said, he ran off.
"huh, you didn't have to do that, kid. i really don't do much." Sans' eyes had returned to normal by now. "go on ahead, i feel that you meeting papyrus is really inevitable by now." As they began to walk off he called out again. "say, what do you're cutie marks mean?"
"You know about Cutie Marks? But Papyrus said..." Sweetie began.
"We're good at helping others and also well different stuff." Scoots interrupted. Sans turned to face Apple Bloom.
"hey, is that an apple?"
"It sure is!" She jumped up while saying that.
"what and you're name is apple something. yeah, sure..."
"Actually, my name is Apple Bloom. I can't believe I didn't mention it before."
Sans seemed to freeze. His eyes disappeared once again and he quickly turned away. "like i said, i'll meet you lot over there." Sans walked off in the wrong direction.
"But, that's the wrong... never mind." She swore she had seen a blue light as he had turned away. But that couldn't have happened... right? And how did he know what cutie marks were? What was so special about her name being Apple?

Chapter 8-Never Stay To Long In the Cold
The next place over was a crossroad. The first things her friends had approached was a box and a sign. They still couldn't read runes but they recognised a few words from before.
"Should we leave something here?" Apple Bloom asked looking at her, the one carrying everything.
"How about this donut, I have a feeling we'll need it later." she replied.
"But how we get it back?"
"I have an idea" Sweetie faced the box and activated her horn, before being shot back.
"Sweetie!" Her friends ran after her.
"B-bad idea, I forgot all about this. I can't stay to long in the cold so my, my, my." Sweetie sneezed."horn doesn't freeze." Sweetie barely managed before she blacked out.
"What now?! We have to get her somewhere warm!"She shouted. This could end really badly, Sweetie's horn could snap or worse... freeze Sweets over.
"But by the time we get there she would have gotten frostbite! How come you and I ain't so cold?"
"Well, these saddlebags are keeping my wings warm and you did say that you had been warmer earlier."
"Yeah but what I don't understand is how and why!"
"I know Bloom but we need to focus, how can we keep Sweets warm?"
"Yah got anything in that saddlebag that could warm her up?"
"There pie's still warm, the bag must be thermal or something." Apple Bloom looked at her and rolled her eyes.
"You do realise that she can't eat cause I don't know because she's UNCONSCIOUS?!"
"Yeah, yeah... Hmm... What about this Green Ribbon?"
"What about it?"
"It's been in the bag and it's pretty warm." She took out the Ribbon in question.
"Pass it here, it'll have to do." Apple Bloom carefully wrapped it around Sweetie's horn. "Rarity would kill us if she knew about this."
"But the question still stands, how are we gonna move her?" She pointed at Sweetie's still shivering form.
"Help me put her on my back, I should be able to carry her."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, it's the best we got" She quickly heaved Sweetie on Apple Bloom's back. Staggering under the weight, she grasped her for support. Sweetie wasn't that heavy, she didn't eat much and that made her the lightest out of the 3.
They didn't waste anytime and walked as quickly as they could. They ignored everything and everyone. She had to agree it was pretty rude but what could she do? Her friend was near to death. Every so often Apple Bloom would say something along the lines off...
"That's weird, I'm not cold anymore" or " Huh, the wind has stopped." Each time Scoots would inform her travelling companion that the wind and temperature had not changed a bit and it confused them both to no end why it was so. Each time however she could feel the fur on her neck stand on end, each time it happened she knew they were being watched.
Finally they reached the tall skeleton which she hoped would assist them, even if it was by capturing them.
"SANS, WHEN WILL THE PONIES AR- SANS? WHERE DID YOU GO? HMM, NEVER MIND, IT SEEMS THEY HAVE ALREADY ARRIVED. WELCOME PONIE-. ARE YOU ALRIGHT, PONY."
"Our friend is getting frostbite Papyrus, we need to get her somewhere warm." Scoots told the only skeleton in the clearing. She however could swear she saw something flash blue before Apple Bloom spoke.
"Huh, that's weird, Sweetie isn't as heavy anymore."
"WELL, I CAN'Y REALLY LET YOU PASS BEFORE YOU FINISH ALL MY PUZZLES BUT I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, IS NOT HEARTLESS AND WILL LEND YOU MY SCARF." He took of his red scarf and gave it to them and they quickly wrapped Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom in it. It was long enough for it to cover her completely as well as secure her to Apple Bloom.
"Thanks, but what about you?" Scoots looked at Papyrus with curiosity.
"NO, NO.I DON'T HAVE SKIN."
"Sans did tell you earlier you know, dumb dumb."
"Hey! That's not fair Apple Bloom."
"I,THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WILL MEET YOU ON THE FIRST PUZZLE! NYEH HEH HEH!"And with that he left them by themselves once again... or were they alone? She still couldn't shake the uneasy feeling.
The next place had Papyrus and, surprisingly, Sans on the other side of a patch of ground with no snow on it.
"WELCOME AND BEHOLD THIS SHOCKING PUZZLE. THE ELECTRICITY MAZE. I HOPE YOU ARE PREPARED AS THE AMOUNT OF FUN YOU WILL HAVE, IS ACTUALLY RATHER SMALL."
"c'mon papyrus, you can do better than that. you just need to put some backbone into it."
Scoots laughed but had expected Apple Bloom to groan like earlier. She was surprised therefore when her friend laughed as well. When she noticed, Apple Bloom merely shrugged.
"What can I say, I'm warming up."
"UHH... YOU HAVE POISONED THE YOUNG PONIES SANS. PONIES, CROSS THIS PUZZLE ONLY IF YOU DARE ."
When Apple Bloom made a move, Scoots shook her head. "I'll figure it out, you stay there." As she took her first step, Papyrus jumped as if he had been shocked.
"SANS! WHAT DID YOU DO?!"
"i think the pony has to hold the orb." After these words were said by his brother, Papyrus walked onto the puzzle, fixed on giving them the orb but failing to notice the footsteps he was leaving. As he reached her, he threw the orb up in the air before quickly running away.
She looked at Apple Bloom who was holding back laughter and rolled her eyes before following the steps in the snow, her friend right behind.
"YOU 2 ARE EXTREMELY GOOD AT PUZZLES, YET THIS IS NOT THE HARDEST YOU WILL FACE. NYEH HEH HEH!" Papyrus ran off. She saw Apple Bloom open her mouth to talk to Sans but he too was gone even though they hadn't seen him leave. Her friend seemed disappointed as she walked off, shivering once again. A question pressed at her mind... Why???

Scootaloo
I know it hasn't been a Sweetie chapter lately but I have my reasons.
I'm also noticed that no one picked up on the reference with the saddlebags, I mean runes inscribed on the inside, it's thermal and it has crescents on them? Cookies and Spoilers for the first person to guess who, what and where they're from.

Chapter 10-To Be or Not To Be
"Scoots! Scoots!" She shouted. Warmth spread throughout her body as she slowly raised her hoof, reaching for the blurry images in front of her.
"Sweets? Ya okay! That's great news!" She felt a throbbing at the back of her head.
"I told you she'll be fine!" The throbbing turned to a pounding.
"That's not true!" She felt it beating against her skull, in time with her heart.
"Shut up! I've got a bucking headache!" Her friends fell silent as she sat up too quickly, the recently clear image blurring out once again.
"Sorry, we kinda forgot you'd probably have a headache after all that."
"It's okay, sorry I snapped at you. So where are we?" After saying this she glanced around, taking in the room for the first time. They were sat on a large bed in an expansive room.
"Were snowed in at Snowdin's premier inn Snowed Inn. Wait... did you just say the 'B' word?"
"Noooooooo. I wouldn't swear, you know me. So what do we do now?"
"Well, you were out for a few hours and we don't want a repeat of that so we bought you a hat from the shop downstairs..." Scoots reached in the Cresent Saddle Bags and pulled out a green coloured hat.
"What about you guys?" She quickly put the hat on, it slipped down as it was a bit big.
"Ah be fine and Scoots..."
"I'll wear this red scarf that I borrowed off Papyrus!"
She nodded and slipped off the bed. "Let's not waste any more time! Let's go!" As her hoof touched the floor, the coldness caused it to flinch back. "Brr... I wasn't expecting that..."
If the floor had been cold, it was nothing compared to the outside world. After politely thanking the innkeeper bunny (or rabbit…) they walked outside. She gasped, the friendly town was decorated, giving it a winter wonderland feel.
“isn’t it just?” She laughed, Sans had appeared out of nowhere but after spending so much time with Pinkie Pie she wasn’t as easily scared. That didn’t seem the case with Apple Bloom though…
“What in tarination was that for? Ever heard of somethin’ called sayin’ hi?”
“i’m just feeling all jumpy today.”
“Was that a pun? Cause it was bad.”
“i ‘ice’ the winter puns, they’re ‘snow’ problem.”
“Boo! That was bad!”
“wow! was you’re mothers name Apple Boo? cause ya don’t seem to do anything else.” A dangerous glint passed through Apple Blooms eyes…
“Actually, her name was Apple Charm and she didn’t need stupid puns to charm anyone! Cause that’s what you are! A pathetic little jester who needs puns to make friends! To make you anything but a little speck on this world, you don’t even do anything! A lazybones! Like you’re brother said! Now do yourself a favour, never, ever, ever make fun of mah family in front of me. Actually don’t make fun of mah family period especially mah mother! You understand!” Apple Bloom didn’t wait for an answer, she turned her head and trotted off.
Sans looked like he had been slapped… and shot… and a billion other things that hurt very, very much.
“I like you’re puns, if that means anything and um… sorry about Apple…” Scootaloo started.
Sans flinched at the word Apple, his eyes flickering for a moment. “it… it… it’s fine kiddo. i’m fine. Don’t worry ‘bout me…”
With that he disappeared. She wasn’t surprised but rather wondered where he had gone off too. That, too, was answered as a blue light flickered in one of the windows followed by a loud bang.
“Apple Bloom, wait up!” Scoots ran down the road. She curtly followed, trying to look dignified as she had been taught by her sister. Blooms outburst was completely out of the blue and uncalled for but in some ways understandable. The Apple Clan were not ones to be messed with and lost lives were always a touchy subject between them. In particular Apple Blooms mother, who she had just learned was called Apple Charm. That was one mystery solved.
The next was why Sans reacted like he did. The insults flung at him were mild and it didn’t mean anything to him. They were insults from a stranger and he seemed like the sort of guy who would shrug it off. Then why…?
Her face made contact with something hard, she hadn’t been looking or paying any attention to the world around her.
“PONY?! ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO ME?! AS I WAS SAYING... ONE PONY IS A PASS TO THE ROYAL GUARD! TWO CAPTURED PONIES AND I WOULD BE THE CAPTAIN OF THE ROYAL GUARD! BUT THREE? THREE ARE A PATHWAY TO EXCELLENCE AND FAME! I WILL SHOWER WITH A MOUNTAIN OF KISSES EACH AND EVERY MORNING. BUT FIRST… I WILL CAPTURE YOU!”
Bones appeared around her, he had expected her to dodge but she hadn’t managed. She hadn’t been paying attention. She hadn’t moved. She felt the bones piercing her lungs and hearts as she slowly faded to darkness…

Chapter 11-Idly Back in Time
She felt her heart shatter as a drop of blood hit her face. She turned around and suddenly wished she never did. The sight was awful. Sweetie hadn't moved quick enough and a couple of bones had impaled her chest. Her eyes welled up with tears.
"PONY? ARE YOU ALRIGHT? ISN'T THAT RED STUFF SUPPOSED TO STAY ON THE INSIDE OF YOU'RE-"
A small, pink heart floated out of the young ponies carcass.
"PONY? IS... IS THAT YOU'RE SOUL?" Her pain. Her sadness. The emptiness inside her chest because of the loss of a friend. It all was filled with anger. Pure and violent rage. She turned on the taller skeleton. Her head hurt. Her heart shattered. Her companion was dead. All of that was because of the being stood in front of her. That MONSTER!
"How could you?! You! You... You killed her! In cold blood! You murder! You MONSTER! How could you kill her? She was innocent! Innocent and tired! Recovering from the brink of death! And you... you killed her!" Her voice echoed down the river. It didn't take long before the inhabitants of the near town came to investigate.
"Oh dear Toby!" said the Innkeeper from earlier. Somewhere in the crowd a dog barked.
"Oh dear me, this wasn't supposed to happen!"
"Is that... a young child?"
"Whomever had the right to kill such innocence!"
"Oh no no no, this wasn't supposed to happen!" A white dog on all fours with a purple cat following approached Sweetie Belle's body.
"I agree Ann, a RESET would be useful, wouldn't it?"
"But how-?"
"They should ask Sans." The purple cat looked up at her as if she knew she was listening. The cat turned and left the dog looking over at her for a moment before following his feline friend.
"PONY, I DIDN'T MEAN-"
"Did you mean anything?! At all? This is what you wanted! A pony's soul right? This is how you get it! Not by asking! Or puzzles! It's a straight up bloody massacre! Now back off, I need to talk with your brother!"
"PONY, I-"
"Back off!" She spun around, acting on reflex. She bucked the skeleton, his armor doing nothing to protect him. She watched the HP drop to 1 as she walked away. Sparing a glance at Apple Bloom, she noticed her other companion being looked after by a young drake they had met. He had helped them carry Sweetie when she was unconscious. Now he and his mother watched Apple Bloom as if she would be in harms way.
"Sans! Where are you! I need to talk to you!"
"i'm here kid." She spun around. There he stood, the answer to her problems.
"Sans, Sweetie..."
"i heard. i also know what you want. to RESET, right? i'll help ya. all you need to do is focus."
"On what?"
"before all this murder. back before the clearing perhaps?" She nodded, focusing. She wasn't entirely sure WHAT she was doing but she was doing SOMETHING, so that was good. She felt a pull on her soul. She concentrated harder on the town, before the clearing. The clearing... How did Sans know about it. She turned her head to ask and found herself facing Sweetie's shocked face.
Wait...
There was something wrong with that sentence...
Wait...
"Sweetie!" She grabbed her friend, hugging her like if she hadn't seen her for ages.
"Sweetie!" echoed another voice to her right. It was of course Apple Bloom.
"But... But how?!" Sweetie exclaimed, pushing away from her friends and touching where the bones had penetrated her chest.
"I RESET. Dunno what it means though."
"You bent time and went back." A familiar voice said from behind her.
"You're that dog from earlier!" The dog barked. It appeared to be laughing.
"The name's Annoying Dog or Ann for short."
"Also known as Toby 'Radiation' Fox." The cat walked, smiling ear to ear.
"Who are you?" Sweetie asked, pointing at the intruder. "I doubt any of the readers know." The cat's eyes shrunk and her jaw dropped.
"Now I need to know why you know about that!"
"I dunno, shorta came to me... why?" Sweetie shrugged. The cat shook her head and Toby fell to the ground, rolling around and laughing his head off.
"So, who are you?"
"I won't tell till the readers figure it out!" The cat looked at something in the distance, focusing on a spot in the distance as if looking at someone.
"But they don't know abou-"
"Ah, yes." She smirked and her feline eyes flashed green for a split second. "Is that enough? Who am I dear readers?" With that she turned and ran, laughing teasingly all the way. " See ya Toby, I'm off to see Temmie!"
The 3 ponies turned at the dog, tilting their heads in confusion. Toby sighed, "She never knows when not to break the fourth wall." The dog then jumped, disappearing in thin air.
"What the BUCK just happened!" Apple Bloom shouted. What indeed did happen?

Chapter 13- Never Judge a Book by it's Cover
She had always wondered what death felt like. Did it hurt? Where did you go? Because of RESETS they'd be the first ponies that would know. If it wasn't totally creepy and weird she'd totally tell everyone. She closed her eyes. She was ready.
It seemed however fate had other plans for her. Well, not fate but definitely someone. She felt a tug on her soul. It didn't feel like a reset though, it felt different... a good different.
She felt herself getting pulled, flying away from the deadly trap she had been trapped in. She opened her eyes, searching for her destination. A tree! Great! She had been thrown so by the time she had opened her eyes, her saviors aura had dissipated. She closed her eyes once more, waiting for the impact.
It never came.
She abruptly stopped, hovering in the air. The momentum she had been going at caused one of her legs to hit the tree, bruising it. She opened her eyes and gasped. The bark was inches from her face but it looked different. Why? Cause it was blue. Baby blue to be exact. A specific baby blue.
Her friends were shouting... but that didn't matter. Papyrus was saying another self-advertising speech... but she didn't care. Her hoof touched the ground... but that didn't register. The only thought was how, a person she had called worthless and pathetic, had saved her life. And he could do magic?!
"PONY? HOW ARE YOU DOING THAT? HOW DID YOU FLOAT IN THE AIR? WAS IT YOUR FRIEND?" The world came crashing down as all her senses returned. Her thoughts racing at a hundred miles an hour. One thought stood out though. He doesn't know and she wouldn't tell him.
"You! You monster! That's almost another one of my friends you've killed!" Scootaloo's were glazed over in anger, if she had been angry before it was nothing compared to this. She turned to face the young skeleton.
"A-ANOTHER? PONY, I-?"
"Shut up!" Scootaloo lunged at Papyrus, only to be blocked by a wall of bones. She was sure it wasn't Papyrus who had caused this but Scootaloo for sure did not. "That- that almost killed me!" Papyrus and Scootaloo were both shocked and she took advantage of that.
"Papyrus? Why do you want to capture us?" The skeleton turned to face her, frowning.
"DID I NOT EXPLAIN? I WISH TO BE PART OF THE ROYAL GUARD!"
"And kill people and ponies?" Sweetie spoke up, the puppy eyes she used on Rarity in play.
"N-NO! OF COURSE NOT! I WISH- I WISH! I WISH TO HAVE FRIENDS PONY!"
"But you have friends! Snowdin!"
"THEY ARE NOT MY FRIENDS! NO ONE COMES TO ANY OF MY PARTIES! NO ONE LIKES MY SPAGHETTI!"
"What about Sans?"
"HE DOES NOT COUNT! HE IS MY BROTHER AFTER ALL! ALTHOUGH..." He hestiated."HIS SUPPORT IS VERY MUCH APPERCIATED."
"I thought you were my friend..." Scootaloo spoke up for the first time. Papyrus looked at her shocked.
"You know what the problem is? You think fame and friendship is the same thing. That if you're the leader, you'll have true friends but really? You won't because friendship is treating each other as equals. Like me and those two for example. We have a group but we have no leader, everyone is the leader, that's how it works." She approached the skeleton and hugged him. Soon the other girls joined in.
"Sorry about that Papyrus, I kinda over-reacted..."
"IT IS OKAY PO-SCOOTALOO." He smiled at them before sighing. "I HAVE TO GO TALK TO MY BOSS..."
"Papyrus, you didn't tell us where t- Nevermind... I've gotta go find someone a minute, see ya girls later..." She waved before walking off, the other skeleton on her mind.
A weird sensation passed through her body, similar yet different to the time Twilight had teleported her after Apple Bloom had begged her. It was a weird experience.
"Where are you going?" She jumped. She had been deep in her thought and hadn't noticed she had walked past her destination, out of Snowdin and into the forest. She looked around for the source of the voice. It was that cat again, the one who wouldn't tell her her name.
"Oh, I was going to see Sans. I kinda lost track of time..."The cat chuckled and she blushed.
"Sans, my dear? But that's Snowdin, so ever far from here."
"Why? Where am I?"
"The forgotten cave of course!" She looked at her, giving her a deadpan stare. "Oh, I know you're not from around here, how could I not seeing as who I am."
"And that is...?"
"Ah, ah, that would be cheating dear. The only way for you to know that was if you were the author or the editor of this story and I've been told even he doesn't want to know. I'll tell you when someone guesses correctly."
"Uhhhhh... Right... That would be when...?"
"Well, I don't know dearie, I'm not River Song even though some of you think so for what ever reason. Some people even went on Google to find me! They would find me there of course but that would take ever so long and defiantly not like this."
"Umm... okay?"
"Anyway, I won't distract you any longer darling, have a nice walk back to Snowdin." After saying that she walked into the opening in the wall. She followed her and walked into a dark corridor with only four mushrooms and a large locked stone door. The cat was gone. She sighed. This was going to be a long walk back to Snowdin... if she could find it that is...

She watched Apple Bloom walk off, muttering under her breath before a yellow orb appeared before her. Apple Bloom didn't seem to notice and before she could warn her, her friend touched the orb and disappeared. She sighed and shook her head slowly, life down here was crazy.
She turned to her other friend. Scootaloo had an expression of boredom on her face.
"You can go, if you want..."
"Are you sure? What about you?" Scootaloo was clearly inching away as she spoke waiting for Sweetie Belle to assure her again.
"Yeah, I'm sure, but before you go..." Sweetie levitated one 3rd of the bits out of the pouch, 115 bits to be exact. "Bye, I guess..." There we go, Scootaloo jumped up and was gone within 5 seconds. She sighed. What would she do now? She looked around her and realised how much beauty she had missed by being unconscious. She'd just have to catch up and what better place but the beginning? She quickly made her way the beginning of the town, the humble sign indicating the place was familiar but why? How? She had never seen it before.
The next place she went to was a shop. She had brought bits in her box after all. Her magic box. Twilight had taught her a basic box and she couldn't carry anything heavier than 10 books in it without completely tiring herself out. It worked on the basis of teleporting objects into it, carrying them in something like a small pocket dimension or something like that... She called it her box though seeing as that's what she imagined for it to work properly.
She walked in, a small bell dinging as the door opened. She loved those little bells, it reminded her of home...
"Hello? Is there anyone there?" A bunny, the innkeeper perhaps, looked around the shop. The counter was a bit high.
"I'm here!" She waved her hoof getting the owners attention.
"Oh, hello, my sister was just telling me about you. The pony that was unconscious from the cold? Your friends came here earlier today. Are you alright now though, young one?"
"Yeah... that's me... I came here to look around, is there anything... interesting?"
"There are plenty interesting things here, what are you looking for in the particular?"The owner laughed. Sweetie blushed. What was she looking for? Suddenly there was a large bang from her right. The owner and she jumped.
As she walked cautiously to the source of the mini explosion, a small kitten scuttled out from between the boxes in the shop. It tried for the door but she managed to block it's escape by shifting one of the boxes. The owner came around the counter and picked it up.
"I'm sorry Bonnie, I didn't mean to but I got stuck there earlier and..." The voice was male. It also sounded young, around 5 or other.
"It's okay, shh, where's your sister?"
"Amy? She's been acting all suspicious. So... I have no clue."
"I could look after him, you know to take him away from possibly damaging things in this shop..." She looked at the kitten closely, looking at it. It was a deep crimson with black stripes, it looked like a small, differently coloured tiger.
"Are you sure? He is a lot of work..."
"You have a shop to run, besides, I think I have a sneaking suspicion on where his sister is."
"Oh, that's wonderful!" Bonnie passed him to her. He looked at her with an annoyed expression, deeply upset with being babysat by a pony.
She leaned over and whispered into his ear,"Don't worry, you'll have fun with me." He brighted up a tiny bit and as she turned he followed her. While she was leaving she spotted a lonely violin in the corner of the room, it looked familiar... as if she had seen it before... She stopped and faced Bonnie again.
"Where did you get that from?"
"Oh, that silly thing, someone brought it along. I have no clue who they were though, they were wearing a hood at the time."
"How much is it?" She had been entranced by it and felt attached to it.
"Well, normally it would be 100 bits but seeing as you're helping me out... how about 50?" Sweetie nodded and brought the 50 bits forth with her magic. Bonnie looked shocked. "You're a blue magic user? Or perhaps a Yellow?"
"Huh, what do you mean?" She paused, the violin half way towards her.
"Oh, nothing, by you're confusion it is clear you are not one to work in that system. It's just Blue and Yellow magic users can teleport and levitate all objects. Never mind, now excuse me, I have things to attend to." Bonnie hurried off.
"Well it's just you and me... uhh... What's your name?"
"Oh, right, well my name is Da-Star, yep, definitely,Star."
"Alright Star, let's go find Scootaloo and Apple Bloom." They set off once more, a violin levitating in her magical aura.
She found Scootaloo laughing at one of Sans' puns. He smiled as he noticed her approaching bringing Scootaloos attention to her. Scoots smiled and then frowned when she noticed Star. When Sans noticed Star his expression turned stern.
"your sister told you not to come here, didn't she? does she even know you're here?"
"Y-yes, s-she does but she just kinda disappeared."
"Anyway, have you seen Apple Bloom?" Sans' head turned in her direction.
"what do you mean kid?"
"Well, she said earlier she had to talk to someone and..."
"I kinda assumed it was you, seeing as you did save her life." Sans, Scootaloo and Star looked at her shocked. "What? It's kinda obvious, I mean, someone who uses blue magic and uses bones as an attack? Obviously Sans."
"how do you...?"
"Bonnie told her." Star looked at Sans as if a new light had been shed on his character.
"That still doesn't answer where Apple Bloom is though..." Scootaloo stomped her foot in the snow.
"Ah'm here!" Apple Bloom said from behind her, she seemed out of breathe. Sweetie turned, the violin revolving once in her magic aura. Then two things happened at once. Sans noticed the violin and froze. At the same moment Apple Bloom noticed Star and screamed in frustration."Not another one! Oh my Celestia, help me!" Apple Bloom then noticed the violin and froze. "Where did ya get that?"
"The shop... why?"She approached Apple Bloom cautiously.
"Because, it looks like my ma's violin... exactly like my ma's violin. Pass it here." Sweetie hastily floated the violin down to her friend, dropping it in her hooves. Apple Bloom quickly looked at the back and gasped, dropping the instrument on snow.
"What is it?" Scoots asked, approaching the violin. Sweetie looked at it and gasped. The back had an engraving on the back. The engraving was of an apple surrounded by 3 blossoms. It was signed... ACharm...
Author's Note
Dun Dun Dun...
What now? There's another cat, a brother to mysterious cat who according to him is called Amy. I know for sure as the author that that's sadly only a nickname he calls her but you might as well call her that for now. Hmm... I wonder if you know now or not... well, we'll just have to see, won't we?
Oh and what about that Violin? It belonged to ACharm... mother of Apple Bloom, AJ and Big Mac, how did it get down here and who brought it to the shop?
Hope,Determination and Kindness
Chapter 15-How in the Underground!?
Star,Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle looked at the instrument on the ground with shock. She however had an idea. She had noticed Sans freeze when he had seen the violin, the same Apple Bloom had done. It was clear he recognised the object and she was going to find out how and why. She turned, ready to confront Sans but he wasn't there. If he had teleported like Sweetie had claimed he could or if he had just walked away she wasn't sure. What she did know was that she had to hunt him down.
Sweetie meanwhile picked up the Charming Violin and weighed it in her magic. With a satisfied nod, her horn brightened and the object disappeared. This caught Apple Bloom's attention.
"Sweetie! What in tarination were you doing with that? And, more importantly, where's it gone?"
"I put it in my box and I bought that violin in the shop."
"Alright, then who's that and what are you doing here with him?"
"The name's Star and she's looking after me till we can find my sister."
"You're sister? Mysterious cat? Purple? Gold eyes?"
"Mysterious cat? Seriously? That's what you call her?"
"Well what do you call her?"
"I call her Amy but that's just a nickname..."
"Good enough for me, but what's her name then?"
"If she hasn't told you yet she must have a good reason not to."
"She said something about 'Readers' but that makes no sense at all." Scoots spoke up.
"Oh..."And after that Star burst out laughing, falling onto the floor and rolling around in the snow. As he tried to get up, the fact he was still laughing made it impossible to do so.
"Oh, ha ha, real funny," Apple Bloom rolled her eyes and turned to the darkening sky."Wait, it's night time, how does that work?"
"BECAUSE, APPLE BLOOM, THE CRYSTALS DOWN HERE MAKE LIGHT WHICH WHEN THE NIGHT IS ON THE SURFACE THEY DIM DOWN. IT'S ALL VERY SCIENCY, YOU SHOULD REALLY ASK DOCTOR ALPHYS ABOUT IT." She jumped as Papyrus' voice came from behind them. "I CAME OUT HERE BECAUSE SANS TELLS ME YOU ARE STILL IN TOWN WITH NO PLACE TO SLEEP. YOU HAVE A SLEEPOVER AT OUR HOUSE IF YOU WISHED TO."
The girls looked at each other, silently telling each other to tell Papyrus the answer. Finally Apple Bloom spoke up.
"Sure Papyrus, lead the way."
They arrived at the skele-bros house in no time, just as the last sliver of light disappeared. As they walked in they saw Sans asleep on the couch. As the door slammed shut he stirred, his face relaxing when he saw it was just them.
"SLEEP WHEREVER YOU WANT FRIENDS, ASK SANS IF YOU ARE UNSURE, I WILL BE NEXT DOOR."Papyrus walked up the stairs and went into what they assumed was his room.
"hey, what did you do with the instrument?" He tried to ask casually but it had a slight note of panic. The violin was either A: really important to him or B: really important to someone he knew. Apple Charm perhaps? That was her bet either way.
"I put it in my pocket dimension."
"oh, that's good..." He visibly relaxed before sitting up., panicking" i mean, for you, obviously, that you didn't loose it or something." Star rolled his eyes and jumped onto the top of the couch, settling down on the arm rest. He purred and was within seconds sound asleep.
"He's not hard to satisfy, is he?" She sighed and rolled her eyes, settling herself next to the crimson kitten. She to fell asleep within seconds, the sounds around her fading into nothingness...
"Hello Scootaloo, yes I know you're name, how could I not? I have lived within you from the beginning, from that first worthless frogitt. I want you to do me one small favour. Listen to my voice and heed my words. Do you remember the feeling of fulfillment when you brought that silly little skeletons health down to 1? Or the feeling of rage and anger as you jumped at him to kill him? That was me. Didn't it feel just right? You want to do it again don't you? To feel that power once more! Oh and also, don't trust the older skeleton. He might seem friendly but he won't hesitate to kill you. He killed Apple Charm and Big Apple, you're best friends parents, without any hesitation so don't trust him or he'll do the same to you."
"I don't believe you, whoever you are." She stated into the darkness.
The voice laughed."You don't believe me, huh? Well then, I'll show what he's capable of..." The darkness brightened and colour flooded the place, she felt herself falling before hitting something solid. She groaned."Oh and don't try to talk to any of them, they won't see or hear you at all." Scootaloo looked around, a long corridor stretching out before her. While trying to figure out what was happening she felt something pass through her. It was a weird sensation, definitely not one she would like to repeat in a hurry.
She tried to figure out who it was and followed her. The mare who had passed through her. Her cutie mark a Apple surrounded by 3 blossoms... Apple Charm. She walked slowly, a black hat carefully balanced on her head, a bow slung on her back as well as a few arrows in a quiver. Her hoofsteps echoed around the room as she carefully made her way to the end. She froze and so did Scootaloo who had been following her. A figure had blocked her path, a blue scarf around his neck, a dark blue hood covering his head. It was clear who he was however, Sans.
Apple Charm paused, thinking on her options, she said something but the words were blurred out. Sans cocked his head, the hood falling off revealing a face of a 17 year old. It wasn't yet stuck in it's permanent grin. In fact he was frowning, forcing himself to stand where he was.
"you aren't going to fight me? you're going to spare me? why? ponies are violent creatures aren't they?" Apple Charm shook her head, speaking once more, the words muted out. Her weapons dropped to the ground. Sans shrugged and stepped forward, saying something as the world around her shredded into darkness once more. She hadn't been proven anything.
"What was that?"
"You don't want to see somepony die do you?" the voice replied after a moment of hesitation. It was lying. She knew it.
"Why would you care?"
"You wanna hear someone die? Sure!"
A male scream reverberated around the darkness, a groan of pain and a cry heard underneath it all. It was too much, too much...
She awoke screaming again. Star and Sans' eyes flew open and they looked at her as she calmed down. One thing was for sure, she would not be mentioning any of that to Apple Bloom.

Chapter 16- Of Life and Lies
She sat up. She heard Scootaloo scream downstairs. She quietly creeped out of bed to not disturb Apple Bloom. She opened the door a crack and the voices from downstairs floated up to her.
"kid? are you okay?"
"Yeah, it's just, I had a nightmare."
"oh,okay"
"You gave me a heart attack Scoots!"
"Sorry Star but I don't control what I dream, somepony else does..."
"wait, what?"
"Sans, what does the name Apple Charm tell you?"
"w-what? w-what do y-you m-mean, k-kid?" Sans' eyes went dark.
"I mean, when you were 17 what did she tell you?"
"I have no clue what you're talking about..." The baby blue eye was back.
"Then why are you're eyes like that, why do you have that permanent smile?"
"Kid, this happens when I'm upset, you're accusing me of giving you a nightmare, now I'm tired, I'm going to sleep."
"Why did you kill Apple Charm!"
"I didn't kill Apple Charm! I couldn't kill her! She- She- She died."
"So you do know who she is."
"No, really? It's not like she got murdered before my very eyes!"
Sweetie stood shell-shocked as the conversation went quiet. Everyone was too shocked to speak. She soon became aware of an whimpering in the room. Apple Bloom was having a nightmare. As if on instinct, Sweetie pulled the violin out of her box and began to play a song. One Pinkie had taught her in her free time. One song that the Apple Family sung on their road trips...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2QCju-7oK0
We travel the road of generations.
Joined by a common bond.
We sing our song 'cross the pony nation,
From Equestria and beyond.
We're Apples forever, Apples together.
We're family, but so much more.
No matter what comes, we will face the weather.
We're Apples to the core.
There's no place that I'd rather be.
Than travelin' with my family.
Friends all around come to join and see.
As we sing out across the land.
We're Apples forever, Apples together.
We're family, but so much more.
No matter what comes, we will face the weather.
We're Apples to the core.
We're peas in a pod, we're thick as thieves.
Any cliché you can throw at me.
We're here for each other, through thick and thin.
You're always welcome with your Apple kin. Wheee!
You're more fun than the color pink, or
Balloons flying over your favorite drink.
The love I feel here is swim, not sink.
As we party across this land.
We're Apples forever, Apples together.
We're family, but so much more.
No matter what comes, we will face the weather.
We're Apples to the core!
Apple Bloom rolled over and quieted down as she fell into a peaceful slumber. Sweetie smiled as she collapsed on the bed. That song was right, they'd be alright if they stayed together.
{Sans POV}
He cursed himself, great what now? And then he heard it. Something he hadn't heard in years. That same melody on that same violin but not by the same person. He blocked out all the noise and focused on the song. Tears welled up in his eyes as his left eye stung, the blue flame licking at his face. He was getting emotional but it was hard not to.
Apple Charm had been a great friend and she was gone now, HE was gone and all that was left was Papyrus. He teleported. He'd just wait in the shadows and never talk to any of them ever again. It was better that way. No one would have a bad time.

Next chapter it's spaghetti and meatballs for breakfast, courtesy Papyrus and a knock at the door! Woo!
Hope,Determination and Kindness
Apple Bloom awoke to the smell of food coming from the floor below. It smelled like tomatoes... cheese and... what was that?! She rolled out of the bed, hitting the floor with 2 hooves before losing balance and crashing to the floor with a bang.
"APPLE BLOOM?! ARE YOU OKAY?! WHAT WAS THAT BANG?!" The door creaked open and Papyrus came in, a chef hat on his head.
"Yeah, I'm mighty fine thanks. What is that smell?"
"IT IS MY SELF-PROCLAIMED 5 STAR SPAGHETTI, YOUR BREAKFAST!" Apple Bloom giggled at his antics and walked after him when he left the room. She walked down the stairs, smelling the food making her mouth water. She also began to hear the sounds of her friends.
"Say, Papyrus? What's in the spaghetti? Ah can smell the Tomatoes and Cheese an' I'm guessin' that Pasta is involved but what's that other smell?"
"AH. THAT, MY FRIEND, IS MY SPECIAL INGREDIENT!"
"An' that is?"
"WHY THAT IS MEATCHUNKS OF COURSE!"
"Meatchunks! Awesome! Wait... Where's Sweetie Belle?"
"IN THE KITCHEN, EATING HER BREAKFAST."
"..."
"ARE YOU OKAY APPLE BLOOM?!" She quickly dashed to the kitchen, hoping Sweetie hadn't eaten anything yet. Sweetie was a vegetarian since she could breathe which meant forever and that was for a very good reason, she was allergic. It is quite impossible for such a thing to occur but it had, no meat at all was her new policy. Most ponies didn't eat meat on a daily basis anyway, sometimes eating it once in a while, so it didn't really matter. Sweetie knew some others who were vegetarians so she was okay.
As she made it to the kitchen, she collided with something, tripping over. When she picked herself up, it turned out that Star had been the reason.
"What the hell? What was that for?"
"Star, do I look like I purposefully ran into you so I could trip over? Especially since I have no time?!"
"Okay! Okay! Gee, some ponies know how to throw a tantrum. How come you have no time?"
"Sweetie is a vegetarian."
"That's why I removed all the meat from her bowl silly!"
"I don't have, wait... what?!!? But how did you know?!" Star went red in the face as he stammered, trying to find an excuse. This wasn't the first time and it was getting a bit creepy. She sighed, it didn't matter." Don't worry 'bout it, come on, let's go eat." As the finally entered the kitchen, the sight that greeted them was a nice one.
"Hey, Apple Bloom, come on and sit here you sleepy head!"
"Yeah! What took you so long?"
"Sorry, guys but I just had a bad nightmare and could't sleep."
"You're not the only one..." Scootaloo muttered under her breath.
"What was that?"
"Don't worry... Hey, have you seen Sans?"
"SANS... HE SLEEPS REALLY LATE AND I DOUBT HE WILL GET UP TILL I WAKE HIM UP..."
"But I thought that he left yester-" Sweetie said before Star elbowed her. How did he even manage that? He's a cat! He doesn't have an elbow! And what was this about Sans leaving?!
"What Sweetie is trying to say is that Sans went for walk yesterday so he's gonna preeeety tired today." Star covered, still completely red in the face. He was lying but she guessed that wasn't as surprising seeing that 'Amy' was his sister. She sighed. She was too hungry to think about it at this moment.
"Right, look, can we just eat?"
"OF COURSE, HERE YOU GO!" Papyrus passed her a steaming bowl of spaghetti. She accepted it and dug in, the unique flavour as delicious as can be.
"Hey, um, Pap?" Scootaloo looked up from her plate. "Say, if you had captured us... what would have happened to our stuff? Like where would it go?" Where had that question sprung from?
"GREAT QUESTION SCOOTALOO! WELL. SEEING AS I CAPTURED YOU I WOULD BE ABLE TO DO WHAT I WANTED WITH YOUR STUFF. HOWEVER, I DID NOT! AND NOW WE ARE FRIENDS!"
"I-I see... thanks for telling us that..."
"Why did you ask anyway? It's a little pointless... why would you want to know something like that?" Apple Bloom knew why she wanted to know but she wanted confirmation. If what she thought was true, it would hurt. Hurt a lot. She stared her friend down as she glanced to Star for help. He shrugged. How? She had no clue.
"W-Well... U-Um..." Scoots started, glancing around the room for inspiration. Then there was a knock at the door, a firm 3 knocks. Papyrus walked out puzzled and the 3 girls and cat followed in confusion. Papyrus reached the door, took in a big breath and opened the door. It was the bunny from the shop.
"BONNIE?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"
"I-I-I was instructed... I mean, I was told that Sweetie was here."
"Yes, I'm here, why?"
"Uh... Oh, right. You brought the instrument, right? This is some other stuff that I got at the same time, I was told-I thought that you'd be interested."
"Thanks?" Sweetie grabbed the medium sized box in her magic."But why would you just give me this?"
"Uh... I mean... It's because..." Her eyes flashed green for a second, her head drooping for a second. In the corner of her eye, for a fraction of a second, she saw Stars feline eyes widen with fear and surprise. When she looked around for a closer look, the sign of weakness was gone."I would never sell it, nobody wants it, you looked like you would be someone interested though. Sorry, I really have to go." She turned and left, leaving them standing there, the cold seeping in.
"Shut the door! Let's see what's in this box!" Sweetie exclaimed as she began to open the box with her magic as Papyrus swung the door shut. Sweetie looked at the contents and gasped. Her grip failed her. The box fell, it's contents spilling onto the floor. Apple Bloom looked once and her heart stopped...
Hope,Determination and Kindness
Her hoof shot to her mouth. She stepped back, leaning against the wall as her head ached. This... This... Why? This was a direct link, why would this be left lying around. She took a peek at Apple Bloom. Her friend was staring, a blank expression on her face as she picked up all of the items.
Would she figure out the link? The baby blue scarf that her friend payed no attention to? The one splattered with blood and was torn?
"HEY! ISN'T THAT THE SCARF SANS SAID HE HAD LOST AGES AGO?!" Great going Papyrus. Apple Bloom's head shot up and looked at the object, the scarf... The scarf!
"Heh, I warned you... He's killed... Murdered her mother... Her father... You can't deny it now!" The voice from her nightmare said. Was she going insane? She spun around, looking for it's source but finding no one new around me. "You won't find me silly, I'm HERE... I'm in you're heart... I'm you!" The voice, the feminine voice... it couldn't be her! She just couldn't! "Alright... Alright Scootaloo, since I know you're name then it's only fair that you know mine... Hello partner, it's me... Esme... you're friend forever...and ever... and ever..." She felt a burning sensation in her SOUL.
"No!" She shouted before she could stop herself but it seemed that Apple Bloom didn't notice. Instead she had left the scarf alone and picked up another item. A bow and arrows. She examined it closely before slinging it on her back in it's carrier. Slowly turning towards Papyrus, she sighed and spoke, her voice indifferent.
"Papyrus, thanks for letting us stay but I think we have to go now." She gave a half-hearted wave to him before turning towards her friends."See you in that clearing you two..." She nodded once before opening the door, stomping out into the cold outside.
"Bloom! Wait!" Sweetie shouted attempting to follow into the blizzard.
"Oh no you don't, hat! Now!"
"But... Apple Bloom..."
"Bloom didn't nearly die on me yesterday! Hat! Now!" Sweetie Belle fumed but complied, shouting retorts at the heavens. "Sorry Papyrus we'll come back... probably..."
"NO WORRIES PONIES! LET US TRADE PHONE NUMBERS!"
"Phone... Numbers? We, uh, lost those in the ruins, the phones I mean 'cause mum wouldn't stop calling us soooo..."
"HONESTLY! BORROW SANS' PHONE! HE NEVER USES IT ANYWAY! WAIT! DID YOU SAY MUM?! THERE ARE OTHER PONIES AS WELL?!"
"Uh... No! Um... just go get his phone..." She struggled out, surprised at how easily she had called Toriel her mum. Papyrus peered at her before shrugging and heading out. She stood alone with the remaining items. A simple brown bag, an apple clip on it. A jet black cowboy hat, simple in design. Putting the hat in the bag, she picked up the scarf, wanting to do the same... but something fell out.
It was a crumpled piece of paper. Nothing special in look. Just... paper. Something people would over look, making it to be unimportant but then why was it hidden in this scarf? She approached the ball, picking it up and spreading it flat in her hooves. She gasped. It's content... it was a mystery in itself.
Bang!
Her heart skipped a beat.
Bang!
She spun around, the paper finding it's way back into the depths of the scarf. If she just stuffed it into the bag it would be found easily and she couldn't just take Papyrus' scarf anyway. Deciding what to do was an instinct as the scarf found it's way around her neck, the note hidden in it's depths.
"I got the hat! Oh, hey, decided to wear that scarf instead? Guess that makes sense... no... wait... no it doesn't! Why would you!?" It turned out that the bangs had only been Sweetie Belle after all... Or were they?
"Look, I can't just take Papyrus' scarf and Sans doesn't want it! Plus, I have my own reasons!"
"But...!"
"SCOOTALOO! I HAVE FOUND IT!" Papyrus entered, holding a blue phone... go figure. She sighed and looked at her travelling companion.
"Thanks Papyrus, we'll be seeing you around Papyrus, thanks for everything." With that parting word they left, following their friend into the snow outside.
"Why?" Sweetie choked out." Why would he act like that if he killed..."
"I don't think he did, I still trust him and so should you." A moment of silence before...
"I guess, it's not like he would let 'people' like Flowey take over the world or anything... right?"
Sans looked out, out as the water plunged into the depths around him. He sighed. Papyrus would notice his absence soon, especially if the distraction had already left.
"Weird place to meet, any reason why?" Sans turned his head slightly as he saw 'the flower of nightmares'.
"sounds good on paper..."
"Huh?"
"surprised you came really... why did you come?"
"Never could resist such a tempting offer, you only have one HP and haven't been training. Piece of cake."
"of course you know why i have only one hp."
"Yes, I am aware..." His voice sounded strained and he seemed in pain. Wasn't like him to show weakness... what was going on?
"hey, didn't you have one..."
"Yes! Now if you're quite done with reminding me of THAT, what did you want? Or is that it? Torture me with..."
"im here to pay back a debt..."
"A threat?! Well the-... What did you say?"
"a debt... THAT debt to be precise."
"Seriously? How?"
"i won't interfere...unless SHE'S in too much danger."
"Why... Why would you?"
"When someone saves you're life, that leaves an impression on someone for a VERY long time... I know I am the only one able to stand against you of the monsters would you start Genocide again and for that I don't need a debt hanging over my head... Great seeing you... Asriel."

Chapter 19- And Who Do We Have Here?
Sweetie trudged along in silence, the harsh wind whipping at the exposed bits of her face. Her back ached, her face stung and tears threatened to fall from her tired eyes. She forced one hoof in front of the other as the cold snow painfully stuck to her hooves. A blizzard was raging and the snow obstructed her vision slightly.
"Sweetie? Are you alright?" Scootlaoo asked finally breaking the silence. It wasn't a big question nor was it a complicated one but... Sweetie struggled to give her answer. The usual 'of course I'm okay' halting in her throat for the first time in her life. Sure, she had been upset before and had at least cried once before but that feeling... that feeling was nothing to this...
"I-I-I-"Sweetie tried to say but she couldn't speak, she tried to breathe but her throat felt constricted.
In the howling wind and the falling snow. In the lost tranquility of a once peaceful village. In the silence as cold as the temperature in which they stood. There? There was a cry. A cry of a hurt animal, a hurt child. A lost child, threatened by the unknown. Her cry. Her pain. The sudden realisation of it all. She had DIED. Her heart had stopped beating, her last breath had been drawn and yet here she was. She remembered it ALL. The feeling of the bones piercing her chest, her blood seeping from the mortal wound. The pain, the sadness, the fear, everything her young mind had shut out to protect itself while she was blissfully busy. Too busy to think.
But now she stood here. Stood here as the mental barrier shattered and the memories came back... every second of it. The sudden pain before it released, leaving her in a nothingness. The suffocating black as a voice called out from the void itself. She hated the dark, she was scared of it. Never did she calm down herself without the comfort from her sister. Her sister... Rarity... so many unspoken things, so many regrets and arguments that she had yet to apologise for. Never would she have had the chance to do that if not for the RESET.
The RESET itself was a pain in itself. What was the point in trying if Scootaloo or whoever had the power to do so would just RESET and it would go back. How many times had it happened to her but she never realised?
Suddenly, warmth spread to her as hooves wrapped around her neck. Scootaloo hugged her. She hadn't hugged her. Apple Bloom hadn't told her to hug her. Scootaloo had done it by herself. They stood there while she cried, the tears crystalising as they fell. A pain shot through her back.
"Oww!" Scootaloo sprung back, alarmed by her sudden shout. "What did you put in this bag? It's so heavy!" But as the words left her mouth, the bag lightened on her back. "Nevermind, we need to keep going to find Apple Bloom." She quickly gave Scoots a hug before moving on, feeling a lot better already.
When they reached the clearing, the blizzard around them picked up. They were no longer protected by buildings from the harshest winds. They looked around, searching for their friend.
"You sure took you're time." Came from behind them. Spinning around they saw Apple Bloom leaning against a tree, the bow and arrows slung on her back.
"Sorry Bloom, it's just..."
"No I'm sorry. I just had to get out of there." Apple Bloom interrupted her before her eyes landed on Scootaloo's scarf. Her eyes shrunk to pinpricks and her voice shook when she spoke." You wearing HIS scarf? Why?"
"Whatever are you talking about?" Scootaloo decided to play dumb.
"You know what I'm talking about."
"Nope."
"Uhh... fine. Let's get going, it's getting cold." Getting cold? It was a blizzard out here, how did she not see that?
They passed through the fog, ending up in a non snowy area. The jump between the two was so sudden that one second she was shivering while in the next she felt warmth envelope her body.
"What the?!" Scoots exclaimed.
"Shh... We're being watched." Apple Bloom suddenly said, interrupting whatever Scootaloo was going to say.
"What?! How do you know?!"
"Shh... I can hear them breathing" Apple Bloom's head bowed low as she waited in silence, obviously listening to something they couldn't hear. The two looked at each other before jumping as Bloom spun, an arrow flying to her bow and releasing before they could say another word. The same was for their follower as they were pinned to the wall with the arrow.
"Well. Well. What do we have here?"
Hope,Determination and Kindness
Apple Bloom stared down, glad she had discovered a way to vent her anger. Her heart had felt much pain, much hardship since falling down into the underground but she had been right in the beginning. Don't get attached and trust no one. Then, when they left this cursed place behind, it would be painless and easy.
What was the point of making friends if they were leaving so soon? What was the point to trust anyone? To trust Sans! She had had no reason to do so! Why?! Why had she been so foolish?! He is responsible!
"Are you just going to stare at me with a blank expression on you're face?" rudely said her victim, a single hoof-made arrow pinning him by a sliver to the wall by his top right petal. "You are, aren't you?" She faced him, a rude answer to get rid of at least part of her bottled up feelings. However, he had other plans. He rolled his eyes, a bored act masking the panic he held behind his eyes. He had been caught by her and boy was she proud!
"Is that Sans' scarf? Golly! That's so absolutely amazing! Not! How did you even get your hands or hooves on that?! Doesn't he keep that hidden ever since... Hey! So that's where I recognise you from! You look just like Apple Charm, a big loss that one!" He looked at her, his eyes black pits, a cruel smile on his face. He glanced at Scootaloo again. "Where did you get that?"
"Bonnie" Scootaloo spoke while Sweetie cowered behind the pair of them.
"Why'd you tell him?" The both of them however ignored her as they stared at each other, their expressions were unreadable.
Finally, Flowey laughed. "I really doubt that! An Illusion gave you that for sure!" He turned his 'head' towards the cowering figure behind them. "Talking about Illusions... there's one on your back..."
Sweetie jumped as he laughed again, a cold, merciless smile. They spun around to check what they meant. Nothing... that little... She turned to give him a piece of her mind but found only the arrow stuck in the same position. He had ripped most of it, whatever was left of that petal was unfix-able. Although she had given him a head start.
She shouted as she plucked the arrow from the wall, angry at being fooled by such a trick. "Yo! Calm down!" Apple Bloom jumped at the voice talking from just behind her. She spun around holding the arrow in defense. "Woah! It's just me! Kid! Ya know, the monster that helped you out earlier?"
"Oh, that's right! Sorry... Kid was it? I'm just so jumpy cause..."
"Yo! I'm jumpy too! I'm about to see the most awesome person ever! I'm guessing you are too cause why else would you be jumpy?!"
"And that person would be?"
"Ha ha, good one! You're joking... right? I mean how could you not know about Undyne?!"
"Uhh... no?"
"Yo! That's impossible! You'd have to live on the surface for you to not at least know her name! She's amazing! She's the captain of the royal guard! She beats up bad guys and capture pony's souls! Yo! If I was a pony I would be like... Super scared but I'm not..."
"Right..." She started only to be interrupted once again. Ponies were so rude these days... Celestia she sounded old saying that...
"Do you're parents know? That you're here I mean..."
This caught the little monster of guard."M-My parents? Of course they know! Totally! Yeah, my parents..." He smiled and Sweetie shrugged but Scootaloo had a knowing smile on her face as she turned and walked. Sweetie slowly fell into step behind her as they approached the familiar station. Apple Bloom turned towards Kid and smiled.
"So, you're joining us I guess. Wouldn't want you getting hurt or lost! Least we can do for earlier!"
"Yo! Really? Awesome!" He ran off towards the other two, tripping in the process. "I'm Okay!" Apple Bloom rolled her eyes but Flowey's words were still at the back of her mind... What had he meant 'an Illusion did it?'
Author's Note
Golly! That took a while but here it is! And I'm even nice enough to give you a warning for the future:
Don't fall into the trap as deep
as the mountain they keep,
Instead keep in mind something told
in a tale of old,
Don't fall into the trap
of a mere illusion in the dark
Gee, aren't I nice! This makes no sense to you and it might never but just keep it in mind, do that for me... please?

Chapter 21-Don't Forget Us
The station in front of them was definitely one that Sans was supposed to be at, with the sauces from earlier making an appearance. Or were they different ones? Probably different ones. In fact... One of them was even knocked over! How weird...
Scootaloo brushed her hoof against the soft but worn fabric of the scarf around her neck. As if by impulse she had put it on earlier and yet she still didn't know why. It lingered above her heart where the scrunched up letter was hidden. The letter was important, proof of innocence and a object of secrets. Words. Words written 9 years ago on paper. Paper from a tree, scented with the blossom born from the tree that made the paper in the first place.
She was the keeper, having had discovered it. She could say something, show the world the secrets that were written, that hurt the the reader, the ORIGINAL reader more than words could describe. She held these secrets in her mind, in her heart. She could say something. She SHOULD but... the words wouldn't be enough, the shock not enough, the time was not right.
Her choice of secrecy rung in every thought as she raised her head a fraction. The station had snow on the top. How did that even work? When had it acquired snow? In a place like this, where water could be heard rushing around ahead. Then, in the corner of her eye, she spotted something interesting. Something she should have noticed before.
A handle. A DOOR handle, two to be exact. She cocked her head to the side as she jumped over the counter. "Hey, have you seen this?" This caught everyone's attention, even attracting Kid and Apple Bloom who had been talking and looking at a bluey-green flower. Everyone approached and stared, blinking or even shaking their heads. Kid spoke up first.
"Yo! I've never seen this before! I've walked through here countless as well!" She turned to him, an eyebrow raised and asking 'really?'. He just shrugged in reply. Shrugged... with no shoulders or upper limbs. How did he even do things? This place defied logic and reason!
"Are ya going to open it?" Apple Bloom asked, her voice calm. A calm that didn't reach her eyes. Moments like these made her mind think. Think, think and re-think. Her hoof jumped to the scarf, tugging at the seams. "Well? Are you? Or maybe you'd rather somepony else-?"
"No. No, I'll do it." She turned from them and approached the double doors. She heard movement behind her. Sweetie brushed against her side, waiting in anticipation. "I wonder..." She brought her hoof up, the tip barely making contact with the cold dark wood when she felt Sweetie flinch. Spinning around, expecting an attack but instead watching as her friends head dropped.
Sweetie's head was looking down as she whispered to herself. The words not understandable. Whether because of the volume or the words themselves as they did not sound like letter and words at all. She formed words, sentences even in a tongue that was unknown to any of them.
They listened in silence as she spoke to the floor. Glancing at each other nervously, edging each other on to interrupt her... and yet they didn't.
Her head shot up and Bloom made a sound of relief before it faltered as Sweetie spoke still. She looked with HOPE at a point in the distance. She spoke, her head tilting before she made a sound that Scootaloo recognised. The same sound that she had heard at the Inn when Sweetie was panicking. What was she saying? Was she saying anything? Why wasn't she doing ANYTHING?! Why was she standing idly by?! WHY?! Sweetie's sentence ended as if she was asking a question. Her eyes were distant and grey.
There was silence. Slowly but surely, the colour in her eyes returned and with a blink of an eye she turned and looked at them. They were staring, too shocked for words.
"What?" Sweetie asked before she turned towards the exit. "Come on! I thought we were going to see the most awesome person in the world?!" This made Kid smile as the both of them skipped (HOW! DO! YOU! SKIP?!) towards the next place.
"Tell her?" Apple Bloom broke the silence.
"Not in a million years..."
She had been right about the rushing water as the the next place housed a waterfall. From the waterfall fell rocks that had chipped away from the celing or wherever the water came from.
"Where does the water come from?" Sweetie voiced the question.
"Ice."
"Huh?"
"Yo! It comes from ice! Don't ask more 'cause I don't know!"
"Okaaaaaay?"
Scootaloo took a tentative step into the water. It was cold and probably helped support what Kid had said. Scootaloo shivered and stepped forward again. Step after step before she walked normaly, forgetting about the rocks.
"Look out!" The call came and Scoots could only jump from it's sudden volume before something came in contact with her skin. It pushed her, causing her to slip from the ledge the water fell from. Acting on instinct, she spread her underdeveloped wings. Barely, she managed to float to safety, landing in front another one of the bluey-green flowers. What were these things?
She stood up, checking for injures. None. That was good. As she prepared to climb back to her distressed friends, she heard a whisper in the dark...
"I swear I saw something behind that water..." Behind the water? Who said that anyway? Not able to shake the feeling of being watched, she started the ascent.
"What are those weird blue flowers?"
"Those? They're echo flowers because they echo the last thing they heard. Kid told me about them. Why?"
"Gotta check somethin" She stepped again into the waters, remembering and dodging the rocks this time. She pushed against the current until she found herself facing the strongest part. She held her breath and jumped forward, ignoring the cries of shock from her friends.
To her surprise, the water didn't touch her by some magical way. Inside, on the floor, lay a worn purple tutu. She sighed and rolled her eyes but picking it up anyway. What did she expect? She felt the slightly rougher fabric between her hooves, examining it carefully. A single tag was attached. She flipped it so the writing was visible...
Owned by Sour Note (and Sweet Note but she doesn't use it as much as me)
The part in brackets was written in tiny neat writing while the other was a bit rougher and bigger. Both, however, sent a pain through her head as a distant memory stirred.
"Look at that, Scoots! Look at Sour dance!"
Scootaloo shook her head as the memory faded away slightly. She shrugged and, though ballet was not her thing, took the tutu with her in the saddle bag. She jumped back through the water, disorientated as she searched for her friends.
They were on the other side, having crossed. Kid was drenched as apparently he had tripped. She teased him with good nature before a thump echoed through the cave. They were in trouble...

Chapter 22-Knight in black armor
Thump!
The sound sent shivers through her body. It wasn't like she knew directly who the sound came from but she could guess. A look to the right. Yep. There was silence before...
"Yo! That's Undyne!" Kid shouted before Scootaloo blocked his mouth with a hoof. She motioned to them, pointing to the tall grass. It was their safest bet. She looked to her right, Undyne was in deep conversation with someone very... familiar.
When in the tall grass, the conversation became clearer. The second person was clearer too...
"BUT UNDYNE, THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO DIE! THEY ARE FAR TOO KIND!" It was Papyrus talking to who she assumed was Undyne from Kid's outburst.
"Exactly! They say they're your friends and then shiv you in your sleep! You can't trust those ruthless ponies!"
"APPLE BLOOM, SWEETIE BELLE AND SCOOTALOO ARE NOT RUTHLESS! THEY ARE MY FRIENDS AND YOU WILL NOT HARM THEM!"
"And who are you to boss me around?! This is exactly why I'll never send you to battle!"
"AHA! I KNEW THAT IT WAS NOT MY CAPABILITIES BUT YOUR SELFISHNESS THAT DIDN'T GET ME INTO THE ROYAL GUARD!"
"Papyrus! I didn't mean! I mean... Uhh! Why! I ought to!!" Something known to many was that young and even older unicorns would sometimes experience magical surges linked to their emotions. Depending on the emotion and situation they are in, their magic will react in different ways. Sometimes the unknown to a unicorn was a dangerous thing as they would panic much easily.
Such a thing happened. When Sweetie heard Undyne say that she heard a threat. This made her panic as she didn't want Papy hurt. She didn't see what was going on and didn't know their relationship as best friends. That... that made it worse...
Her magic reacted to her stress. In a split second she leaned out from the grass, earning herself shocked cries from all around. Her magic fired and Undyne had to dodge what had formed from the magic... Knives... She had thrown knives at her opponent. It didn't comprehend. Why? Why had she created and thrown knives whilst under pressure? She wasn't a violent pony, so why?!
Undyne stepped forward, towards the shocked Sweetie and her friends. Her foot came crashing down... Crack!
The sound startled her. It was the sound of something cracking, something very peculiar. She had heard the sound once before, in the moment of her death as some of Papyrus' attacks snapped her bones. Bones cracking. She looked at the scene in shock, confused even more as Undyne jumped an inch at the sound. Composing herself quickly Undyne whirled around, checking every corner of the underground tunnel.
Perhaps she was checking for witnesses? No. The true terror that had gripped this apparently fearless heroine was evident in the way she kept looking around, even after she was sure the coast was clear. What was she searching for? The being that had placed that bone? But that was surely Papyrus' doing... right?
The skeleton himself approached what was remaining of the bone with curiosity, bringing it to eye level and examining it thoroughly. He ignored Undyne, not seeing the state his idol was in. He turned the cracked pieces in his hands before scratching his head.
"CURIOUS INDEED... THIS IS NOT ONE OF MY ATTACKS! I DO NOT USE THESE BONES IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM! IN FACT, I CANNOT RECALL ANYONE WHO REALLY WOULD BUT I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYONE ELSE USE BONE ATTACKS IN GENERAL, INCLUDING MY BROTHER!"
"So... it's not yours? Then... where did it come from?" Scootaloo asked as she too peeked out from the grass, however Kid was still being held. This time by Bloom. The two remained concealed.
"I HAVE NO CLUE SCOOTALOO HOWEVER I WILL MOST CERTAINLY ASK SANS IF HUMERUS BONES ARE PART OF HIS ATTACKS!"
"With how 'humerus' and 'punny' he behaves I definitely would put it past him." Scootaloo said in an almost deadpan voice as if it was the most obvious thing. Everyone groaned at how bad it was. Papyrus shouted before stomping off muttering about bad role models under his breath. Undyne stopped looking around and backed into the shadows leaving them alone. Silence followed as Sweetie still tried to understand the knives.
"Why? Why did you say that Scoots?" Apple Bloom asked angrily glaring at Scootaloo. Scoots on the other hoof shrugged it off and instead answered.
"It's in my bones."

Chapter 23- I Can't Decide
Flowey tugged at his petal. The brat having had sent an arrow through it with a sliver of it keeping him in place. If he pulled hard enough...
What in the underground was he doing?! He should murder this pathetic thing on the spot! It had the bravery to shoot him but it wouldn't live to tell the tale! It shouldn't! He hadn't killed in a while... Not without a RESET in the middle of it anyway. Betrayal kills were so fun... He should strike this weakling and get it over and done with!
No! The plan wouldn't work then and he needs Sans after all... Why did he have to get himself accidentally linked with this trash bag of all ponies!? Two from the same family was a stretch but three?! That was dumb but pathetic bad luck! Wait...
Damn it! She's turning back around! S**t! He tugged a final time and felt himself fall away as he quickly ducked under the ground. He appeared underneath one of Sans' sentry posts, right next to the spot he was in before and smiled as he heard the nuisance curse to the heavens. She shouted about how he should burn in lava... He was already in hell, what was the difference?
He turned his gaze towards his broken petal, he would never get it back... She had pierced it and then he had ripped it, it was as good as gone. He could RESET if she hadn't taken that as well. Oh Golly, this was so difficult!
It was his turn to curse as he jumped when a voice rang out above him and somepony new spoke. Was it that Pegasus? He had never heard her speak more than one word and even then it was so blank. He liked her the best, she didn't pity him, annoy him or ignore him so she was definitely better than the rest of the ponies there. However, if he didn't move soon it wouldn't end well. He started ducking again when he heard a shout come from above. They were next to the door... THAT door. Let's see this.
In all honesty it was quite disturbing. That baby that had cowered behind her friends suddenly started speaking. It reminded him of a fellow that his fath- No! HE was gone now! No more Prince! No more pitying! Just good old genocide and RESETting! That was him! Flowey the flower!
He picked up on a few words and a name... Oh golly! He hadn't heard of that guy for a while now.
He couldn't bear looking at the scene any longer. He needed to leave and fast! He ducked, moving into the ground and travelling to one spot... Hotland.
Sans was sleeping. Of course he was. To give the some credit it had been over 24 hours since leaving the house and Sans had slept 2 hours from those. Time to wake up!
"Sa- Smiley Trashbag!" Sans jerked awake, his eye flashing before looking down and he relaxed. Relaxed!? That was so rude! He was Flowey, murder of milli-
*hey petals
"Shut up Blue!" Flowey retorted before his eyes widened with shock. What!? Just?! Happened?!?!
*glad you remember that
"No! You are not mentioning THAT! Or THAT! Or that OTHER time!"
*gee. we have so many great me-
"Shut up! I was going to tell about how on of the brats has found your scarf and her bow but seeing as..."
* wait... What?!? They found those?!? How?!
"Illusion."
*the brat! wait... Why are you telling me this Petals?
"Because I want to Sans, end of story."
*is that so? so if i do this 'cause I want to it'll be fine? Sans proceeded to pull out a couple of bone attacks. Flowey blinked before pulling out a few of his own friendliness pellets. The two stared at each other for a while before Sans dropped his bones to the floor and turned away.
*hey, if you're going to try and do the whole 'I hate Sans' shtick and go as far and insult me all the time, don't slip up and call me Sans. That kinda ruins the whole thing. yeah, yeah,whatever...See ya around Petals
Flowey watched as the skeleton walked away before disappearing in a flash of blue. He waited before grabbing one of the dropped attacks, a humurus, wow. For a second he hesitated before whispering. "See you around... Blue"
Author's Note
Before anyone comments and says anything something needs to be explained...
This Flowey is a lot younger than the in-game one and as such he acts differently, he did a pacifist, got bored, genocide, reset pacifist but with betrayal kills. This is the run he's on, he resets every so often but not a lot of people would notice that...
All the rest is secret for now so...
Ps nobody has noticed that someone had disappeared...

Chapter 24- Not Surprised
Apple Bloom wasn't surprised at Sweetie's magic. In fact, she was far from surprised. She had EXPECTED such a thing after the countless magic training sessions and incidents of Sweetie throwing things at her or Scoots when they annoyed her. What had startled her however was the shape the magic was taking shape. A knife. A throwing knife to be exact. It was so unusual for a child to be in possession of a weapon she thought as she adjusted the bow on her back, so unusual...
She looked up at her friend in question and watched as she called forwards once again the green knives, throwing them into the air slightly before watching in fascination as the spun back towards the ground, fazing out of existence before hitting the ground. The knives were quite unique themselves.
They were sharp at the point. The lower down it got, it was blunter until the place you would usually hold onto shaped back into a heart. Quite the opposite of threatening but then again, this was Sweetie she was talking about.
Sweetie... the most innocent of them was the first to ever show act any aggression. It was weird to think about for her, she had at least expected Scootaloo to punch something first.
Scoots had not a care in the world as they discussed amazing feats of bravery of their idols with Kid. It was surprising he hadn't picked up on the fact they were ponies. It must be because of the sucky educational system or something.
"And then she flew into the well and saved the crying child!" Scootaloo concluded her story to Kid. He was wide eyed as he tripped... again. "Watch out!" Scootaloo ducked her head and caught him before he faceplanted into the floor.
"Woah! Thanks Yo!" Kid steadied himself after Scoots had pushed him back to his feet.
"No problem Kid!" Scootaloo smiled, her eyes bright with happiness. Kid smiled back before continuing to walk.
"Yo! What I don't get, Scoots, is how I haven't heard of any of these people you're telling me about! Are you sure you aren't lying to me?" Kid asked as he jumped over one of the crystals that were sticking out of the ground.
"Funny thing is..." Apple Bloom spotted something and left explaining the situation to Scoots, she'd be fine. Up ahead was a puzzle and she needed to focus.
Their little group continued forwards, solving every trap and puzzle thrown their way. Kid and Scootaloo were still chattering at the front but now Sweetie had joined the conversation, happily recounting some tale or other. The surroundings had changed, now showing a darker corridor, illuminated by the glowing stones in the ceiling.
The happily talking group fell silent, even the monster who had to have seen the place countless times. Echo flowers were planted along the walls, out of place from the large patches that she had seen before. Apple Bloom slowly trotted around her friends and the armless monster, approaching the nearest one to her.
So... What do you wish for?
Apple Bloom held her breath and stepped back, not wanting to disturb the voice left behind. She didn't really want to listen to the rest and so she walked forwards towards the awkwardly placed telescope. She saw a black wall. Irritation trickled through her body, what was the point of this thing? It was absolutely useless!
Something tapped her shoulder. She sighed, giving up with the metal junk and turned, coming face to face with a confused unicorn.
"A-Apple Bloom? Are you alright?"
"Yes, this room seems to be a dead-end though. Such a great guide that kid is." Her voice dripped with annoyance.
"Bloom, this is obviously a puzzle! Have you tried looking everywhere?" She paused before shaking her head. She had not checked everywhere, prefering to not waste time. "Mystery solved!"
"And the puzzle! There was a hidden archway in the wall over here! C'mon!" Scootaloo and Monster Kid were standing near a newly discovered exit. Huh... Not bad, she hadn't had to do a thing! Even Sweeties face was painted with surprise as she walked towards them, congratulating them.
The next room made Blooms skin crawl and she involuntary shuddered. Her fellow travellers must not have sensed a thing as they picked up their previous converstaion once more, laughing at a few well timed puns from Scootaloo. "And she passed with flying colours ! Isn't that-"
"SHH! Quiet!" She half shouted, half whisperes. They shot her a few questioning looks, falling silent. Scootaloo huffed indignantly.
"You could have asked politely you know, you might have your problems with the skeleton right now but that doesn't mean-" A blue circle appeared under her right hoof, cutting her off as she peered at it curiously.
"RUN! " Came the shout from around them. They payed heed to it and made a wild dash across the wooden platform, hearing the thunderous crashes of the knight behind them. Circle after circle appeared, sending murderous blue spears upwards towards the ponies running for their lives.
Such a idiot not knowing what she's in for...

Chapter 25- Days ago back home...
A few days ago~
The sun rose on Sweet Apple Acres, the orchards ripe trees casting a shadow on the dirt below. The farms resident cockerel did his thing, causing all the ponies who slumbered there to be awoken at the crack of dawn.
Applejack climbed out of bed, all 4 hooves landing on the cold, wooden floor. She had so much to do and she had to babysit... the CMC!
(Dun dun dun!) However she hoped that the fact they now had the cutie marks would stop them being so reckless and that would let her do her chores in peace.
Her sister along with the other two had never really made much sense in her mind, always getting into trouble over silly things. Her dream when she was younger was to keep that mark of her flank for as long as she could cause well... Her parents could have still come back to see it...
So many years had already passed and yet she still hadn't given up hope. She still hoped that their was a way, any way for them to still live. To still come back. That her father was still looking for her mother and just hadn't found her yet... There bodies had never been found.
A creak of a floorboard pulled her back into reality and she put on her treasured cowboy hat, following her brother downstairs and outside. An hour or maybe to passed as she got herself engulfed in her work. All through this time a voice was nagging her at the back of her mind.
You've missed something! You know it! Check the barn for them! They're your responsibility!
Her scooter!
She felt the colour drain from her face. When she had left the house she had walked past were Scootaloo would leave her beloved scooter. The scooter however had not been there and, she hated herself for this thought, unless hopefully it had just been stolen then the CMC were no longer on her farm.
Heart bounding, she ran towards the red barn. It felt forever when she was running but as she stood before it's large door she wished it had taken longer. With all her will she pushed the door open, hoping for the best. It wasn't enough.
"Girls!? GIRLS!!!" But her shouts echoed back at her in the empty barn. The girls were gone.
A loud, urgent rapping awoke her. She jumped, being pulled out of her state of bliss and confusion as she awoke. Rarity arched her back, several joints clicking back into place. She had been so busy with her newest line that she had fallen asleep at her desk. The urgent rapping that had awoken her continued and she had no choice but to get up and answer it.
"Pinkie, darling I told you I can't make the party tonigh-"
"Rarity! Nows not the time!" It wasn't Pinkie at her door but what she found was no better. An agitated Rainbow Dash was at her doorstep. "C'mon! You have to come to the castle!"
"Rainbow Dash! I haven't simply the time to come, tell Twilight I am very busy."
"This is about Sweetie Belle!" Rarity faltered. Her sister? That was the last thing she had suspected. What had the little troublemaker done now?
"I- Tell- See you there." And Rarity shut the door.
"What do you mean they were just gone?! Where?! They can't have gotten far! Heck, why would they want to?
"I'm tellin' ya what I know! I'm worried too and you standin' there and shouting at me won't do a darn thing!"
"Applejack has tried her best to explain the situation Rainbow, you need to calm down and breathe."
"Fluttershy is right! Dashie and you arguing won't solve anything!"
The throne room was a mess, opinion on opinion being shouted or said on top of each other. Twilight ruffled her wings with indignation. The CMC going missing had caused a giant uproar all throughout the town, search parties having already set out to try and find them. A headache started to form in her head and she was going to shout for quiet when something beat her to it.
The doors swung open and Big Macintosh stormed in. In his he held a single piece of paper the he dropped onto the table in the centre.
"Ah found this."
Twilight levitated the paper and started to read it aloud to all of her curious and worried friends.
To anyone that is concerned,
Me, Scoots and Bloom were looking for some fun and so we decided to climb the closest mountain to here near the Everfee Forest.
We were hoping on making it back before 7 but if we don't, you shouldn't worry. We'll be back.
Sweetie Belle
4/6 ponies sighed in relief as Twilight finished reading.
"There we are darlings, what was the fuss about?" Rarity smiled in relief, getting up and practically leaving.
"AJ? You alright there?"
Twilight was frozen in shock. She had been tutored by Celestia and practically grown on stories of people disappearing on the mountain.
"If the girls have gone where I think they have then... They aren't coming back."

Chapter 1- Down a Mountain
The only light in the room was the sunlight pouring through the hole in the top. The youngest of the three fillies awoke with a start. She scanned the room, trying to remember where and why she was there.
The first memories that came back to her were of her sister, a white unicorn with a gorgeous mane. Vanity? No, Rarity, that was it. She looked around, was her sister here? She doubted it. Even she wasn’t sure where she was. Wait. Who was she? She couldn’t quite remember. She sat in silence for while pondering this and then, all of a sudden, she remembered it all.
She was called Sweetie Belle. She had been climbing with her friends when Scootaloo... Wait. Where was Scoots. Had she fallen down? And what had happened to Bloom? She quickly voiced her worries.
“Scootaloo! Apple Bloom! Are you here? Are you okay?”
“Sweetie? Over here!” a voice replied from the darkness. She followed the sound of the voice, it was oddly familiar.
“Sweetie! Thank goodness you’re alright!” a yellow filly hugged her.
“Apple Bloom? Is that you? Where’s Scootaloo? Is she alright? Are you alright?”
“I’m mighty fine, thanks Sweetie, those yellow flowers cushioned mah fall. Although the exact same can’t be said for Scoot…”
“Is she okay? What happened to her? Is she hurt? Good you’re not hurt but what happened to Scootaloo! If she’s dead it’s all my fault! I talked you guys into going up this darn hill!”
“She’s not dead! Just unconscious, she fell first and tried to fly. It made her head miss the flowers. She didn’t fall from that high though as her, um, attempt at flight helped her glide a bit. She should be fine.”
“where is she?”
“in the other room. And Sweetie?”
“Yes, Bloom?”
“Stop fretting.”
She couldn’t help it. They could have been seriously hurt and it would have been her fault. She blushed and the two fillies walked onward into the other room.
As they approached a patch of grass, sunlight shining on it and darkening the rest of the room, a flower, no different from the ones they had fallen onto but much bigger, popped out of the earth. It, however, seemed to have a face. It looked around and then, spotting the two fillies, said in a soft voice “Howdy! I’m Flowey! Flowey the Flower!”
“real original” Apple Bloom muttered under her breath. Sweetie barely stifled a giggle.
“You two are new to the underground aren’t cha? Golly, the both of you must be so confused! Someone should really teach you how things work around here! I guess little old me would have to do!” Suddenly little hearts appeared in front of them. The one in front of her was pink and the other in front of her friend was red. They glowed slightly, illuminating the suddenly dark room. While she was looking around she spotted a faint glowing from the corner of the room. Was that Scootaloo?
“See those hearts? They are you’re souls. The very culmination of your being!”
“Cul- Culmin-“ Apple Bloom tried to repeat the word.
“Essence of your being?”
“Essence?”
“Look, that red one is your soul. The other one, the pink one, is you friend’s one. You can move them around if you think it!”
“Oh, why didn’t you say so?” Apple Bloom nodded her head.
Flowey gave out an exasperated groan and continued. “Your soul starts off weak but can grow stronger if you get a lot of LV! What does LV stand for? Why L-“
“Levels! Like in Video Games” Sweetie shouted out, interrupting the flower once more.
“No, it stands for LOVE of course!”
“Levels!”
“LOVE! I think I would know, Don’t you?”
“Yeah, sorry”
“As I was saying, you two want LOVE, don’t cha?” Flowey winked “don’t worry I share some with ya!” He continued, not giving the fillies a chance to answer his question. “Down here LOVE is shared with little white ‘friendliness pellets’. Move around and grab as many as you can!”
A group of pellets went towards them, she did as he said and thought for the pink heart to move forwards, towards them. The red heart did the same. The pellets were inches away when somepony shouted and a purple blur went in front of her and her friend.
She recognised the colour, it was the same as the colour of Scootaloo’s mane. There was a scream of pain behind Flowey and the girls ran forward towards it. It happened so she had been right, it was Scoots. Apple Bloom rushed forwards as Sweetie spun round to ask their new friend for help. The sight of Flowey’s demonic face made any request or plea to falter.
“You IDIOTS! In this world it’s kill or be killed! Who would ever pass up an opportunity like this?!” He laughed. The laugh sent shivers down her spine. She did the only logical thing. Something her sister had told her over and over. She screamed. The pitch of the scream broke Flowey’s concentration, he winced in pain and disappeared under the earth. Leaving the crusaders alone in the dark.
The three fillies hugged together, Scootaloo wincing in pain. She couldn’t move. The pain was unbearable. Sweetie could feel tears in her eyes. This was all her fault. She didn’t deserve a friend like this. Someone who would jump to any feat for they’re safety. It warmed her crushed spirit. They sat in silence for a while.
A sound echoed through the room. At first she didn’t even register it. Then, when Apple Bloom had looked up and shaken her, she started to hear it too. It was getting louder. It sounded like footsteps. The two of them moved, their bodies now covering the injured Scootaloo. All of a sudden a goat looking monster appeared. She screamed again, having seen the method work once before in scaring them away.
The goat covered it’s ears. “My child, I will do you no harm. I am Toriel, Caretaker of the ruins. I pass by to check if any pony has fallen down here into the underground.”
Sweetie stopped screaming and tilted her head to the side. This was similar to what Flowey had been doing and yet she felt that she was safe.
“Are any of you hurt?” Apple Bloom and Sweetie looked at each other and quickly moved aside, letting Toriel see Scootaloo.
“Oh dear, you poor thing. Worry not my child, I will heal you.” She bent over and touched her head. A second passed and Scootaloo got up on her hooves. “There all better now.”
“ah you alright, Scoots?” Apple Bloom questioned as they hugged Scootaloo. The orange mare nodded. Knowing they were safe. It filled her with HOPE.

Chapter 6-Making Descisions (Leave)
"I'm leaving with you Apple Bloom." She turned to Toriel." I would stay, I really would but I can't abandon them, they'd probably die without me. I hope we see each other though." I'm not gonna cry, I'm not gonna cry.
A singular tear made it's way down Scoots cheek. She galloped up to Toriel and hugged her. "I'll get you out of here... Mum..." she whispered. Then she turned and walked up to her friends, passing by them without a word into the world outside. There was a long corridor on the other side, her knees were shaking.
Silent minutes passed...
"What happened to you're mum?" Scoots froze, she hadn't expected this. She had literally gave up a house, a family, love, just so she could help them and she asked this! She span around, facing her friends, an angry retort at the ready. Apple Bloom's face wasn't hostile, wasn't curious it was... blank.
"I mean, you don't have to say but... look I'm sorry for what I said yesterday. I hadn't thought about you, just about me and now you do this for us... I'm sorry."
"It's fine."
"No, no it's not! Nothing ca-"
"I said it's fine, lets keep going, I'm curious what it looks like outside anyway."
"But..." It was Sweetie who spoke this time. "Are you sure?"
"Yeah, I got over it a while ago."
"Um, Bloom? What about you're parents? We never really met them..."
"My mum went somewhere one day, she never came back. When my dad followed he wasn't seen again. It doesn't matter, I do have a have a family, it's not as bad as Scoots."
Scoots looked down towards the floor. "Don't worry, lets just keep going."
When they walked on,a familiar face greeted them.
"You 3 must be soooo proud of yourselves. Aren't you? You spared the life of some people, big deal. Why you're wasting you're ti-" Flowey began. Scootaloo ignored him and approached him.
"Wait, what are you?"
Scootaloo reached down and hugged him. Or rather tried to...
"Get away from me! What are you doing! Stop!"
*Flowey ran off...

Chapter 9-A Void the Snow
She felt a suffocating darkness, even though that is impossible. The coldness and wind continued to beat against her as she faded in and out of consciousness. She couldn't move as she tried to focus on warming herself up. She couldn't do a thing and activating her magic would be suicidal.
Pondering on what she could do, she felt a hoof gently lift her head and a warmth constriction around her horn. Not knowing what it was she lifted a hoof to check before remembering she couldn't. Why couldn't she though? Where was she? All she knew was she lost consciousness but if so, why was she thinking? How could she still feel herself being picked up... wait... WHAT!!!???
This didn't make any sense, how could this...

Chapter 12- Onwards and Upwards
She stared at the spot that Toby had disappeared, jaw dropped in shock. She hadn't registered half of what had just transpired. They stood there for what seemed like an age before Scootaloo cleared her throat.
"No luck just standing around! We gotta kick that Monsters butt!" Scoots darted towards the clearing or began to anyway...
"Scoots, wait! You can't hurt him! First off, it was an accident and second of all he won't remember will he?"
"Why not? Sans does!"
"heya apple bloom, sweetie and scootaloo! what are you girls talking 'bout? heard my name being shouted down by the river."
"Were talking about how you remember RESETS!" Sans eyes shrunk, disappeared and then a blue light came up in his left eye, giving the impression of a flame being lit.
"Don't go screaming it about. What if someone hears ya? Do you want that? Do you really want a bad time?" Sans spoke, clearly agitated.
"Is that a threat?"
"No... at least not to you..."
"What was that?"She approached Sans, that feeling she had had earlier coursed through her body once more.Sans' eyes returned to normal and he looked at her, startled.
"nothing... but sweetie is right about papy, he won't remember any of that."
"How did you? But you weren't here for that and we didn't tell you anything so..."
"what are you talking about? anyway... like i was saying... don't shout at my bro, he and the others don't remember anything from the last timeline. seeing ya kid." After saying those words he disappeared but she had a chilling feeling he never really left them alone. How else would he know all that? It seemed Sweetie Belle was thinking along the same lines.
"W-We should g-go, l-lets go..." Sweetie trotted forward, approaching the clearing... that SAME clearing.
It was weird. Re watching him say the same words, in the same order. Is this what Sans had to go through? She didn't know for sure but she had a pretty good idea why Sans knew about resets. It was because of that demon. The demon of the underground. It wasn't a shot in the dark, in fact it was pretty reasonable. She thought as she stared into those demonic twisted eyes hiding behind a tree. It was pretty cr-
Wait...
Wait, What?!
Flowey was here? Seriously? Well this turned scary.
She could feel Scootaloo fuming next to her. Was it because she had seen Flowey as well? Probably not. It was probably because of Papyrus... Papyrus. She couldn't hear him anymore which meant... She heard a shout from behind her.
"Apple Bloom! Move!" But she couldn't. She wouldn't make it. She had made the same mistake as Sweetie Belle. She hadn't been paying attention. She braced herself against the worst...
