Chapters "Ok, now," an old man’s voice read "once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there was a creature not of this planet, as this story doesn't start on this planet, it starts on one so far, it would take 3 light years to reach. Some higher raced ponies would call this sector 13, but we just refer to it as Earth."
There is a hospital with a woman screaming in it, there are doctors surrounding the screaming woman, she is holding onto a male's jacket sleeve, squeezing it to relief some of her pain as she is giving birth. "Almost there honey, just push!" The male said, telling her and stroking her with his thumb.
A sudden crying happened and the doctors lifted a baby.
"It's a boy!" He said, then cut the umbilical cord and hand the baby to the mother.
She panted as she went through a lot of work to get the baby out, but also thought of a name. The man peaked at the baby, it opened its eyes and looked at the man, then looked at the female, they both smiled at him.
"Let's call him Carino." The mother said.

Years later, when he was in primary school, Carino walked into his school, he was late for lesions.
"Oh, hello there, overslept?" The teacher asked with a soft, gentle voice.
"No miss, the car broke down when we started the engine so we had to call a taxi." He replied.
"Well, I guess that's reasonable." The teacher replied. Carino hung his bag and coat up and sat down on the floor next to someone he never saw in his life, he looked like he was from Asia.
Carino whispered in his ear "I'm Carino. What's your name?"
"Andrew." He whispered back, his accent was American.
"Cool, want to be best friends?" Carino replied, Andrew nodded, they both smiled.
During break time, Andrew and Carino are talking on a bench, and then Andrew notices an apple tree nearby.
"Bet you can't get one of those apples." Andrew challenge.
Carino looked at him and said "You're on!”
Carino gets up and walks to the tree, he then looks at the closest apple and jumps for it, but can't reach it, he tries many times and then gives up. Someone then picked the apple from the tree, it was a teacher, and he then ate the apple and smiled at him.
"It was a good try kid, but maybe you should do it when you're a bit, well, taller." The teacher then turned and walked off, continuing to eat the apple.
Carino looked at the tree and then kicked it, mad about his height.
He then heard a thump on the floor. He looked down and saw nothing but an apple. Then another thump, and another, and another, until all the apples had fell. He looked at them all and picked up one, he then smiled and walked up to Andrew, who was surprised.
"How… how did you do that?" He asked.
"I don't know, I just did, it's like asking how I know 10x10 is 1000 even though I suck horribly at maths." Carino replied.
Andrew looked at the floor for a minute, then looked at Carino "But isn't that the right answer?" He asked.
The both looked a little surprised and then walked over to a little sand area.
Andrew grabbed a stick and drew out the question to find out if Carino was correct, and his eyes widened with surprise.
"I didn't even know that… but… how come I did?" Carino asked
"I don't know, but I hope you do well in math tests, this stuff could get you into Harvard." Andrew said.
"What's Harvard?" Carino asked, Andrew looked at him in surprise.
"My mom told me about it... she said that I will need to concentrate hard in all my schools and work really hard, then I can go to Harvard and get the best jobs of all time." Andrew said

Years later, when Carino was in high school, he had new friends and Andrew was just a mere memory and started to grow a little disliking for his high school friends due to reasons.
"Your parents call you Carino but yet you're the ugliest mother bucker I've seen." Said a brown haired person sat on his table.
Carino put his palm on his face and said "Kyle, if I had a penny for everytime you said that, I'd have £5.02 Pence… more or less."
Oh, I forgot to mention something, I'm Carino.
"Oh wow, you can do maths, now why not get the money you have go get a blow job from your brother, oh yeah, because you're poor! Get a job and earn that money! And while you're at it, come out the closet already."
"Kyle, I'm not gay, so stop saying I am, it's not an insult and you came out the closet a month ago."
"Yeah, but you haven't."
"That's because I'm not gay."
"Then why did you watch Powerpuff Girls as a kid? Huh? I bet you’re in love with them!"
I had no words, I just got a knife from out the air and held it out towards Kyle, everyone stopped eating and stared, even Kyle was surprised, but hid it.
"I swear if you call me gay one more time I will kidnap you in your sleep, wake you up, make you suck yourself, slowly and painfully get all your insides, get a cup of flour and add you to the mix and make you a cupcake…"
"You're g-"
before Kyle could finish his sentence, Carino slammed the knife onto the table in between Kyle's fingers.
"want to finish that…?" I asked darkly, there was no response, I grinned and put the knife away.
"Good. Now, don't dare say it behind my back, because I'll know you said it."
Afterwards, I went back to eating his lunch. After lunch was over, he walked into the corridor and suddenly passed out.
I woke up in the nurse’s office.
"Oh, good, you're awake, unfortunately you missed the bus, and your family is busy, so you'll have to take some independence and walk or take a bus home. Now, pupils can get a little bit disorientated when waking up after passing out, we have no idea why you passed out from it, but anyway, we're going to have to test you before letting you leave." the nurse said, getting a notepad with exorcise a to do to orientate the body.
After doing the tests, she let me leave. I walked out of the school and tried to use my memory to try and walk home, but then I slowly looked behind me and saw Kyle running to me at full speed, I quickly started running, but knowing that he could easily catch up as I was a slow runner. I kept running, trying to get away, I could feel the wind on my face, hear my back pack rustling from the contents inside rustling, I then noticed that I was running really fast, I only noticed because I saw cars going up 30 miles per hour cars look like they're parked, but also moving, I then tried to stop but…
"In other news, a sonic boom happened right outside an alleyway in East Street today, 137 people were injured from broken glass and 168 babies are in hospital from their ears being burst. 250 car alarms went off and 75 airbags activated as well. We go to Fred Pamin reporting the scene. Over to you Fred."
"Well, what we're seeing here is something extraordinary, as the sonic boom apparently went off on the ground, when normally it is from the sky, what makes this ground sonic boom different though is that there's a rainbow-ish fire that shows the path of where it went. When I was interviewing some people, I found that some recorded it and have already uploaded it to YouTube, and by the looks of it, it was a teenager running at around (insert sound barrier here). You can also see how far the boom spread as the damage done just goes on for miles and miles and miles, the person responsible will be put into high security and then dissected so see how they did it. Fred Pamin, Sky News."
I started slowing down in speed, and then lost my balance as I slowed down and fell down just near the edge of the grassy field I was running on.
I looked up and saw someone who had orange and red hair and orange eyes, she had a orange shirt and skirt on too. The shirt had an image of a red and orange Yin Yang symbol with fire around it, orange on the left side and red on the other.
"Well, that was awesome; I'd give you a 10 if the dismount wasn't ruined by you losing balance. 7/10." She said as I rubbed my head. I got up and his face slightly, staying quiet. "Shy type huh? I get that a lot." She said, trying to relax me. "Come on, you must be able to talk to me. Hey, you know what you did was physically impossible, right?" She said, finally managing to get me to talk.
"That's insane… by the speed I was going, my skin should have been peeled off my body… how come it's still here…?" I asked.
"How come you're complaining? Oh, where are my manners? I'm Sunset Simmer, you?" She introduced, I got up and brushed my jacket, then realised that my clothes ripped completely off from the speed, not only that, but I had lots of cuts and was bleeding slightly. Oddly, Sunset Shimmer had some plasters (aka band aids) and other medical items to wrap on me. She still looked into my eyes.
"You don't have to cover it up, where I come from, everyone is naked, I only put clothes on because that sight is for someone I really love." she said.
"I bet there's a lot of bullying about size…" I said
"Nope, everyone seems to not give a buck as we see it all the time. Hey, wanna come live there with me? I'm only here on holiday." Sunset asked, while escorting me home.
"Well… I don't know… I mean… what about my family?"
"They'll be fine, there's only one reason why I'd choose someone to come to my area, and no, it's not because I like you."
"And my friends?"
"Well, you can spend one more day with them, and then decide whether or not you want to come with me." Sunset said, and then walked back to her house across the street.

In the classroom the next day, around 12:00 during art, there was a short haired person with glasses who was bummed out, he held a hand on his head and had a pencil in another, he didn't do anything else.
"Shane, are you ok?" The teacher asked.
"Yes Mrs… just a little bummed out…" Shane replied.
I looked at Shane, somehow standing on the ceiling upside down, I opened my mouth and started singing

I looked around, I saw that everyone was looking at me, I had no control of what I did, realising I had sat down in my chair after walking around the room on ceiling, wall and floor.
"9.8/10, the blushing ruined it slightly and you got some of the notes wrong. Good effort though, you're close to impressing me, and no one has ever done that." Sunset Shimmer said, standing in the doorway, I looked at her.
"What are you doing here Sunset?" the teacher asked
"Just heard singing and decided to listen in." Sunset said.

Years later in college, I was working in class, designing dresses for some reason, I don't really know why. I decided to put them into my game, as I was doing a gaming course.
"No, doesn't suit her. Green is not her colour. Needs a tiny bit more sparkle and I might let her wear it. Oh my stars! She's beautiful in that one!" I said, putting different dresses on different player models. Sunset Shimmer then knocked on the door and entered.
"Hey, Kate, could I please have some designs for dresses? I need one for a party I'm going to." she asked.
"I can't make dresses, I'm a game designs teacher, but Carino has been drawing designs for dresses coincidentally, and he's finished all his work, maybe he could help you." Kate suggested.
I put my head up and looked to the teacher, "Wait, me, make a dress? In just four days? Oh no no no no no no, I can't just simply make a dress, it has to suit to person wearing it and the occasion first. But sure, I'll help." I accepted.
"Good, come on, I'll need you immediately." Sunset said. I looked at Kate for approval of my leaving; she nodded before I said a word. I just left with Sunset.
I was escorted out of school and into Sunset's house, but I remained outside the house.
"What's wrong?" Sunset asked
"I'm not entering the house… stranger danger…" I said in response.
"Oh, I don't have time for this! Just enter!" Sunset replied, and dragged me in, then slammed the door. She dragged me upstairs into a room with a round mini table in the middle of it, lots of fabric around the side of the room and a mannequin at the side of the room, she closed the door and locked it.
"Now… no one can enter the room as the door is locked and I'm not going to do anything against your will, now help me make a dress." Sunset said in frustration, getting onto the table in the middle of the room. She took off her shirt and her skirt, a white swimwear type suit was revealed from under it "Now, begin.”
I stood there, just staring, I didn't know what to do.
"Um… well… let's start with an interview first… what do you like? Favourite colours?"
"Red and orange and I like masks, things that look cool and this symbol." She said, pointing to the symbol on her shirt.
"Anything else?" I picked up a piece of paper and started drawing "Nope, that's enough. I'll ask anything if I come up with questions later." I brought up.
I drew a nice looking dress that was red and had orange ribbons connecting the gloves and the dress together, I also put orange ribbons on the skirt area, it looked like a dress made of fire. I also added in the symbol on the front of the dress, the back hands of the gloves and then put it on the mask, which was dark blue with a white stripe in between the eye holes, red outlines for the top edge of the eye holes that extend off the mask. The top of the mask has some clouds with a sun setting on both sides of the mask, with bubbles also on both sides of the mask. And at the top, was the symbol Sunset asked for.
I showed her the drawing, she examined it.
"You know… this is really… really…" she started
"Horrible? Unacceptable? Greatly disappointing? Shocking beyond belief?" I asked, she opened her mouth to continue.
"This is sweet! It's so me! And there's my symbol on it! It looks just great! Please make me this!" She said, screaming with delight
For the next few days, I made the dress out of the finest materials, I was about to add the final orange stripes to the dress, but then thought
"Hey, Sunset, how would you think about having a little… sparkle, to the dress?" I asked
"That'd be cool, I guess…" Sunset replied, I added it and it looked like an active flame "Perfect."
After a while of getting the dress off, we hung it up and went downstairs to get drinks. We drank fizzy lemonade for a few minutes until we ran out
"Oh, I guess we're out… I'll go to the basement to get some more." Sunset said, getting up and walking to the door, she turned on the light and it blew. "Oh! Oh my! Aww… now we can't go down there…" she said in disappointment. I remembered I had something in my pocket
"Hey, I have a torch, now we can go." I said, holding out a small yellow torch key ring. I flicked it on and went downstairs with Sunset. She looked around for it, and asked me to follow her with the torch. As I had to do a simple task, I leaned on a wall to do so, but I almost fell backwards, luckily Sunset caught me
"Be careful!" She said, removing the blanket covering the thing I was almost about to fall through. It showed a huge stone arch with mirror in the arch.
"It's just a mirror, it's not like a portal to another dimension or something like that now is it?" I joked, but Sunset looked like it was. I just looked back "Oh come on… you really believe this to be a portal to far away adventures?" she still kept a straight face, she looked like she thought it was a portal to far away adventures
Sunset looked at me and said "Look, I've been looking for a pony to pick so the prophecy can be filled…"
"…pony…?"
"And you have the personality of the six, so… that's why I've called you here."
"The six?"
"Don't worry if ponies call you Firestorm, Celestia will explain."
"I don't get it, what do you me-" I was interrupted by being pushed into the mirror, but it didn't smash, in fact, when I was pushed into it, I saw all the colours of the rainbow in a spiral inside of a cylinder.
I saw Sunset get smaller and smaller. I spun in the cylinder, feeling like I was going to puke, I kept turning and turning and spinning and spinning, going upside down and all around, it was horrible… colourful, but horrible. I then saw a white light, I flew towards it, I went into the light and then I saw nothing but… darkness.

I open my eyes, wondering where I am. I seemed to be in a circular, dusty room with cobwebs in random places, seemed to be 8 foot wide, and the only light entering the room was from the archway that lead to a spiral staircase
The first thing I saw was the mirror I magically came out of, which oddly enough looked like the mirror in the human world
To the left of it was 2 horse shaped mannequins with dresses on them, the first mannequin was wearing beautiful sky blue dress, its fake mane in a simple ponytail with a rose band in as the holder of the shape the bottom of the dress just above hoof height covered in sapphires, baby blue ones for that matter, thinning out to the top her necklace inlaid with a sky blue diamond and white gold swirls complement its nice slim neck, while the second mannequin is wearing a black dress, but small pearls as stars and dark deep blue clouds made out of see through satin, making a soft contrast of the peaceful night sky the moon where its Cutie Mark usually shimmers softly, it being inlaid with a diamond here and there, her necklace which is made out of obsidian ore is inlaid with real night blue lava stones, as they are really rare, it complements the unusual beauty and true hearted soul of the princess who is meant to be wearing it. That's if a princess is meant to be wearing it
Further to the left of the mannequins was a strong, glossy oak table with designs and fabrics on the desk. It had multiple versions of the dresses, hand drawn on paper, in the bin as they were failed designs. The designs used to make the actual dresses were pinned on a board for referencing.
To the right of the mirror was a blue box with golden outlines and a pink love heart on the side of the top half of the chest, the top half was rounded and the bottom half was a box shape.
Confused and curious of where I was, I got up and walked out the room. Outside the door was a spiral staircase, having no other choice, I walked down it. When I got to the bottom of the staircase, I saw a long bridge. Unfortunately, being scared of heights, I was scared of crossing. I crossed too slowly and staying near to the centre, keeping away from the edge so I don't have temptation of looking down
I when I finally walked to the end, I opened the doors that led to the next room, it was a small but comfy room filled with black and white horses with golden armour on them. Some had spears, some had wings, some had horns, some had none at all, but none had both wings and horns. They all looked at me, one walked towards me and moved it eyes up and down my body, as if it was inspecting me
"Identify yourself, explain your purpose here." he said to me in a bold and demanding voice. I stared at it wide eyed in shock and confusion
"Did... did you just... talk?!" I asked in response, it didn't reply and just asked again impatiently
"Name, species, reason of invading the castle, now!"
In fear of being attacked or anything else bad, I said "I'm Carino, I'm a human from a place called Earth and I... I... I came here because someone by the name of Sunset Shimmer pushed me into a mirror and now I'm here. Ok?"
After saying that, the guard looked at me with a raised eyebrow.
"Did you say, Sunset Shimmer?" I kept my mouth closed, kinda scared of what would happen if I said yes, but stayed honest and nodded. He looked to the guard nearest to the door, and nodded.
The guard he nodded to left the room in a hurry, the guard who nodded looked back to me, politely asking "Take a seat." and guided me to a chair. I sat down, legs crossed. I looked around the room, keeping quiet, not wanting to say something bad, they looked like royal guards, and by the sound of it, Sunset Shimmer was the queen.
Later, the guard walked back into the room with two more horses, there was a white one with a longhorn and wings, and a shadow blue one with also a long horn and wings. The white horse was 8-9 feet 2 and the blue horse 6 feet 2. She was a female horse
"How do you know her? What is she doing in your realm and why did she push you into the mirror?!" she asked with plee, sounding like she knew her closely
"Well... she's doing well, she's a nice person and she said I should get use to the name of Firestorm before she pushed me into the mirror..." I said
The white mare widened her eyes "Firestorm...? She did a great deal... maybe she has changed..." she muttered
"What?" I asked, scared about what was happening.
“Oh, where are my manners? I raise and set the sun of Equestria, which is why they call me, Princess Celestia." The white mare said
"And I rise and set the moon of Equestria, which is why they call me, Princess Luna." The said blue mare
"Now that Sunset has done her job, and we've done our introduction, I think it's about time we get him ready for his job." Celestia said
"Job? What job? I wasn't told about a job." I said, walking with Celestia and Luna.
"We'll explain along the way." Luna said.
We walked out the room. I saw the beautiful walls and stain glass windows of the castle, the castle was interesting, it had lots of stain-glass windows, I was in one of them, and they took me to a room half an hour later. In this room was two chairs, a tall one with a C on it and a normal sized one with an L on it. Celestia told me to sit down in her chair, which I did, and Luna sat down in her chair.
Celestia sat down in front of me, "Now, you have a job here that is beyond any other human job..." She puts her horn on my head. "...And you won't get far here like this, so I'll have to prepare you in another form, and you'll have to go by another name. I've been requested by high authorities to rename you... Firestorm."
Her horn started glowing, and then moved away from me after a few seconds, she did nothing but watch.
"Ow... ow, that hurt... ow... Ow.... OW! AH! This hurts badly! AH, AAHH! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!"
I felt high amounts of pain coming from my forehead, hands, feet, legs and sides, I was screaming in complete pain. I could feel my skin stretching and ripping, at one point I felt my legs bend backwards and rearrange. I felt the bones in my fingers disappear, along with the nerves and blood. I felt the flappy skin of my fingers fold into my hand, and then get engulfed, the holes was replaced with skin. I felt the bones in my hands rearrange into hooves, my feet also experienced the same thing. I felt hairs all over my body grow fast; by my head hair and hair above my bottom grow at rapid speed. It was so painful that I passed out from the pain... I had never passed out before...

As I was gaining consensus, I heard muffled voices, but after a while, I heard a voice, it was slowly fading clearer and clearer.
"I think he's waking up..." I could finally hear the next voice speak
"Not too sure" said a female voice, it sounded kind of royal, but casual at the same time.
"Well, Twi, if ya need us, just call, we'll be waiting for you no matter what." said a female voice, it sounded southern.
"Thanks AJ, you're so kind." replied the kind of royal voice. I groaned as I tried to move, but failed, still seeing darkness
"Oh my, I better stay, he seems ill." Said a soft, gentle voice
"Ah... My head huuuurts..." I said in pain
"Shhhh, you're just waking up after passing out. Fluttershy, could you get this pony a drink?" the royal but casual voice asked
"Milk would be fine..." I requested
"Ok." said a soft voice from the other side of the room.
"So, what's your name?" the royal yet casual voice asked.
"Just call me Firestorm, you?" I can finally see clearly... I see a purple pony with a horn and different tones of purple in her hair
"I'm Twilight Sparkle; I have been requested by Celestia to take care of you. I have no idea why she made you walk all the way here though... I mean, you looked so out of breath and just passed out at my doorstep! Either way, welcome to Ponyville."
I got up and walked to a mirror to see I was a light grey pony with big brown eyes and a tattoo of a 6 point star with a red apple, a yellow balloon, a butterfly and a blue diamond, a cloud with a rainbow lightning bolt coming out of it surrounding the star on both sides of my flank.
"Yep, got the gold things on my wings, nice tattoo on my rump, big cartoony eyes and my beanie is n- MY BEANIE!" I yelled, seeing it was ripped, my horn made it rip, I saw that I have wings with gold but I don't care right now, my favourite hat is ruined!
I looked at myself for a few seconds, upset that my hat was ruined, before seeing something behind me, a yellow and pink thing, I turn around and there stood a pony with pink hair and a yellow coat.
"Here you go, Mr Firestorm." she said softly
"Th... Thank you, miss... Um..." I thanked nervously
"Fluttershy" She introduced, seeming a little shy
"Yes, thank you, Fluttershy, look at me I only known you for a few seconds and I like you from when I first looked at you." I said, really nervous and a little shy myself
"Um... thanks?"
SMASH! I tried to pick up the glass with my hoofs, forgetting I don't have hands anymore.
"Oh... I am so sorry! I didn't know what I was thinking! You probably spent lots of time on that!" I said
"No... It's ok, no use crying over spilt milk." Fluttershy replied. I don't know why... but I am nervous as hell, I've never been this nervous before, even in front of a girl, let alone a pony!
"I'm so sorry, why am I nervous? I've never been this nervous before... you... you're just... never mind..." I continued. She's not blushing, I'm looking bad... "Hey, Firelight, how do I pick up a glass of milk?" I asked, forgetting Twilight's name
"It's Twilight, and you have to use magic." She instructed, I didn't believe this however as magic is only child's play.
"Magic? Phhfff, everyone knows magic isn't real." I said, everyone gasped in shock
"TAKE THAT BACK!" Twilight yelled, feeling extremely insulted
"Whoa... calm down... How old are you?" I asked
"Twenty" she replied
"And you still believe in magic? Are you not sure you're 5" I insulted
"Look, Firestorm, I don't know nor care about the destination of where you came from, but here, magic is real!" she said sternly, trying to convince me magic was real
"Prove it; I'll kiss Fluttershy if you can." I said, making a bet
"Ha! Better pucker up, because I'm about to prove you wrong!" she said, pointing her horn at the glass that's damaged
It started to glow, and then the cup and milk started to glow too. The milk and glass started to repair; it seemed Twilight was going it. She even took the dirt out of the glass and milk right in front of my own eyes
"Better get kissing, Stormy!" my jaw was dropped, I couldn't think of anything to say... I just looked at Fluttershy, and then looked away, closing both eyes
"I change my mind..." I said, embarrassed, filling up with blush
"What's wrong, lover colt? Chicken?!"
"No… just… I can't! Ok?"
"Oh, I don't mind, I've never been kissed before; I do wonder what it's like." Fluttershy said disappointingly
I just opened one eye and looked at her
"Really?" I asked in sympathy, Fluttershy nodded with a little squeak, which made my heart crack into millions of pieces
"How could a beautiful girl like you be rejected a kiss by anybody...?" I said, not thinking
"Excuse me?" Fluttershy said in slight shock and joy
"Nothing! Well... Um, let’s go..." I said nervously.
I was sweating so much, I couldn't control myself. She closed her eyes and puckered up
"This is how you do it, right?" she asked
"Y-Yeah..." I said
"Well, Love Storm, she's waiting." Twilight said, full of self-pride. I closed my eyes and puckered up, I slowly leaned in to kiss her, and our lips were almost touching, but then...
"Ohhhh... I just can't! No matter how much I'm telling myself to, I just can't!"
It was silent for a couple of seconds, and then I saw Fluttershy's face... her face... It was tearing up, letting out more squeaking
"No... Please... don't... if you cry, then I'll cry, then we'll both be crying, then there will be a big puddle on the floor." I said, but all I did is just staring at her slowly bust into a cry, then I started to tear up, I looked away so I wouldn't, but then broke into silent tears
"Told... you..." I said, gasping for air a little, then completely lost it, I burst into loud crying, me and Fluttershy held each other in a hug from the crying
"I'm... so... sorry!" I said, gasping for air per word
"I'm... sorry... too!" Fluttershy cried, also taking breaths for each word
"For what?!"
"Crying!"
we both cried for what seemed like an hour.
Afterwards, Twilight politely asked Fluttershy to go home, then she asked me "What is your problem?! Why did you say magic isn't real?! I mean, you're an alicorn, you should know every magical spell there is! And why didn't you kiss Fluttershy when you lost the bet?! She's very sensitive and has never, ever, kissed a stallion before! What is with you?! I mean, it's like you were never born on this planet!"
"Look, I'm sorry, I really am, it's just, and I'm not from around here. Not at all. Not even millimetre from this piece of planet, I'm from another one. And there, we don't have magic, we do everything ourselves. And I didn't kiss Fluttershy because I was scared... it was my first time I'd ever kissed someone and I was just so nervous and shy... I'm really sorry... and it looks like I won't be going home. Ever, so... could you... teach me about this place...? Please?" I looked up at her with puppy eyes; she just rolled hers and trotted off to the other side of the room.
But then she then received a note. She gasped
"It's from Celestia!" She didn't let me read it; she was so stubborn that she wouldn't let me read it. She then turned to me and said "Ok, you want to live here? Well listen up, Celestia has given me news that I am not allowed to tell anypony except for a named few. I'll go and arrange you to visit them one by one, but for now, you will stay put and not touch anything. Hopefully I'll be back before dark."
She trotted to the door and left the house. I just sat there, alone. I laid down on the floor.
"Well... I best get practising on how to sleep... and do some research on pony anatomy." I looked to my left and luckily found a book on horse anatomy.
What seemed to be years later, the night had arrived, "Oh, so the tattoos on our flanks are called Cutie Marks, and it shows our special talent... huh?" I looked over to my flank and looked at my Cutie Mark "What is my special talent meant to be...?"
Just as I said that, Twilight came in and walked to me, then magically put the book back in the shelf.
"Ok, I have arranged my friends to meet you on certain days, and they will teach you certain things that they have chosen, I will teach you magic and all about magic, so will my friends, but they will teach it in a different way, and when you combine what you've learned, you will learn the magic of friendship, and use it well. Your lessons start to tomorrow. Now get some shut eye." She said.
I got up and followed her upstairs to the bedroom, she laid out a little mini bed for me to sleep on, I noticed a little green thing with purple spines in a dog bed, but ignored it and slept in my bed, waiting for what tomorrow would bring.
"Ok, today you'll be meeting Applejack, I've told her some stuff about you, so don't freak out when she knows something that you do, slight warning, I forgot to mention your name." Twilight said, as we were walking down the dirt path
"Ok, I'll see you later, Twilight, thanks again for letting me stay at yours." I replied
"Bye!"
"Bye!" Twilight walked off home and I just looked at the sign that was warmly welcoming me, "Welcome to Sweet Apple Acres, home of Ponyville's best cider and apple related beverages since 1983."
After reading it, I followed the path to where I saw 3 ponies, a tall red one with a green apple Cutie Mark on his flank, next to a green one who had a pie Cutie Mark, and to the nearest tree, was an orange one who had three red apples for her Cutie Mark on her flank too. "Hey, I was sent by a Miss. Twilight Sparkle, know her?" I asked them kindly.
"Eeeyup" the red on replied.
"Ok, Twi told me that you need to learn how to make friends and teach you one thing of my choosing, so I thought, why not tech ya to apple buck?" The orange one started "So to start ya off with making friends, let me introduce myself, I'm Applejack, this is Big Macintosh..." Applejack introduced, pointing to the red pony "This is Granny Smith" she pointed to the old green pony" and this... Is Sweet Apple Acres! Beauty, isn't she?"
"Yeah, never seen a apple acres before."
"Ya mean, apple orchard, right?"
"Yes."
"While we're talkin' 'bout her, I'll give you some history. This place use to be called Sweet Apple Juice when it first opened in 1981, but it didn't do too well, so we decided to make everything apple related and call it Sweet Apple Acres in 1983, and it's been a hit since! Now, to show ya how to apple buck." she walked me to a tree fully loaded with apples, looking at them made my stomach rumble
"You're getting hungry, ain't ya?"
"Yeah, I mean, look at those apples, it could get anyon- I mean anypony hungry."
"Eeyup."
"Okay, so, I assume apple bucking is where you get apples out of the tree by kicking it, correct?"
"Well done, I guess you've done it before!"
"Well... I did a little when I was, I think 5."
"Whew, do ya have a partner?"
"No, no pony took interest."
"Shame, I wasn't even allowed to apple buck when I was 5, years of apple bucking got Big Mac alotta mares askin', but he's waiting for the perfect one, aren't ya?"
"Eeyup." Big Mac said
"Well, getting that out the way, can we get back to apple bucking?"
"Oh, yeah... I forgot about that. Ok, now you need speed, watch how I do it." She went 17 feet of distance and then ran full speed to the tree and kicked it with her hind legs, all the apples fall out into a basket placed below
"You also need to be strong too, or those apples are never gettin' out, no way, no how. Now you, um..."
"Oh, sorry, I'm Firestorm."
"Firestorm? That's a familiar name, but where from? Anyway, ya turn."
"My turn? Wait... I can't, have you seen me? I'm not that strong... I can't!"
"Well, just try how I started then, stand here and just buck until an apple falls, simple." I walked in front of the tree and looked at applejack
"Are... Are you sure?" I gulped
"Yea', you better hurry, 'cause if you want to be as strong as me, you got to train for 5 years."
"F-f-f-f-five years?"
"5 years, yep."
"Oh… well, is there a possible way to, speed them years up?"
"Nah, everypony in my family has done it the same way for generations"
"Wow... Well, here I go..." I bucked the apple tree as hard as I can, all the apples seemed to fall out, but I didn't notice
"Well, that's as hard as I can buck." I looked at her, her jaw dropped
"Yeah, I'm that terrible."
"Terrible?! You got all the apples! How long have you been training?!"
"What? I've never trained in my life, what do you m-" I stopped and looked at the tree, all of them, out the tree and in the basket
"WHAT THE HECK?! HOW?!"
"Wow, you must be born strong of you can buck every apple on your first try."
"AGAIN, HOW?!"
"I don't know how, but you deserve this."
I turned around and she gave me an apple, but it was with her mouth, I was grossed out, but I was starving, so I accepted it. When I put my mouth on it, our lips touched by mistake, we were both blushing and didn't know how to take it
"Oh… um… Well, there you are… I'm sorry but I forgot your name." I put the apple on my back
"Firestorm" I said blushing more
"Right, Firestorm… You know, that's sorta' a cute name ya got 'ere."
"Thanks… yours too… I guess now that I think about it." after 20 seconds of looking into each other’s eyes, granny smith said something
"Look Big Mac, our Applejack is in love."
"Eeeyup."
"Granny! We are… we're just friends!" Applejack said in shock
"Y… yeah… friends. Hey, can we do more apple bucking? I really enjoy it." I asked
"Sure! I need some help aroun' here, heck, you could help us with the cider! Can he Granny? Please?"
"Sure, why not? He can run on the treadmill that makes the cider." Granny Smith said
"We could get enough cider for everypony this year." Big Mac said
All four of us walked into the forest of apple trees.
After a whole day of bucking apples, I said my goodbye
Just as I was at the exit, Applejack ran up to me
"Wait, before ya leave…" Applejack kissed my cheek then held me in a hug "…Remember that you've got good friends who's here for you when you need us."
I felt happy at this point, none of my old friends gave me a hug as if that did a teacher would tell you to keep your hands to yourself, and the school kids would call you gay if you did
"T… Thank you… You're a nice pony, you know that Applejack?"
"Thanks, anyway, enjoy that apple."
"Oh… ok." Applejack broke the hug and let me go to back Twilight's house, which at the moment was my temporary home, I don't know for how long, but it was temporary, I was still blushing from the hug and kiss
When I got in, I only noticed I didn't walk home, but I flew there, I was almost touching the ground and was flapping my wings gently, then fell on the ground when I noticed
"Oh, Firestorm, welcome back, how was apple bucking with Applejack?" Twilight asked
"It was nice… really nice, I loved it!" I told
"Good, you're with Rainbow Dash tomorrow by the way."
"Rainbow Dash? She sounds really girly."
"Oh, trust me, she's quite the tom boy, and would seriously hurt you if you called her girly. Anyway, you look exhausted, so it's straight to bed for you."
"Ok, mum."
"What was that?"
"Nothing Twilight. I'll see you in the morning."
I walked upstairs and went into my bed, instantly falling asleep.
"Dude… get up!"
"Huh?"
"Come on, I know how nice naps are, but if you nap then you'll miss your date with Dash! Or whatever it is you're doing with her."
"Oh… who are you?"
"I'm Spike."
"Oh… are you some sort of creature?"
"Yes, a dragon in fact, can't you tell?"
"Trust me dude, I'm not from this place, I'm from another pl- wait… DRAGON!" I jumped out my bed and went so far off the bed, I fell down the stairs
"Oh my! Are you ok?" Twilight asked in concern
"DRAGON IN YOUR HOUSE!" I yelled, in fear that I am in danger
"Oh, him? Don't worry, he's friendly." Twilight reassured me
"He better be, if he tries anything funny, I'll apple buck him to next week!" I said in a threatening manner
"Firestorm! Stop worrying and get ready! You'll miss your lesson with dash." Twilight reminded me
"Fine, fine, whatever…" I said
I got ready and walked with Twilight out of the house, as I walked, I saw a little construction team walking out of Ponyville, I watched as they left
We walked for what seemed like miles, and then we made it to a cloud house in the sky, it was hard to see from the ground as it was so high up
"Rainbow Dash! Get up! Dash, come on, it's Firestorm!" Twilight called at the top of her voice
Rainbow Dash poked her head out the window "Urrrrrg! Fine, but this better be good!" her voice sounded boyish, but with a feminine tint to it
"Who is this Rainbow Dash girl anyway?"
"You mean mare. She's nice, a bit of a show off a times but still nice, and she's very loyal." Twilight informed
"Oh, ok"
Rainbow Dash got out of her house and flew gently down onto the ground, she was blue with red, orange and yellow top half of her mane and a green, blue and purple bottom half of her mane, while her tail had all 6 of the colours. Her Cutie Mark cloud with a lighting bold coming out of it, only it was red, yellow and blue instead of yellow
Twilight stared at Rainbow Dash in confusion
"What?" Rainbow Dash asked
"No show? You normally put on a show." Twilight asked
"Yeah, well sorry but I'm tired and was reading!" Rainbow told in a moody spirit
"What was you reading?" I asked
"Huh? Oh, hello pretty boy, I'm Rainbow Dash, the most awesomest and fastest pony in all of Equestria! But you probably heard of me though." she said, flicking her mane with her hoof with a smile on her face as if she was the best of the best
"Nope, doesn't ring a bell."
"What?! how have you not heard of me?!"
"Oh, details details, either way, my name is Firestorm, the newest and has lack of knowledge in all of Equestria! But, you probably heard of me." I said
"Well, I'll leave you two alone, have fun!" Twilight said, walking away
"So, let's start. Open your wings." I tried, but it was too hard
"Oh come on, concentrate or you'll never fly!" Dash said, trying to get me to do it as soon as possible
I tried to clear my mind, as cheesy as this may sound; I tried to believe that I could
"I can fly… I can fly… I can fly!" I felt my wings slowly open
"Yeah! There you are! Now try to flap them!" I still concentrated, but for what seemed a whole 10 seconds, then I remembered Kyle, the one who tried to beat me up, and I felt something in my sides, my wings were moving! I flapped them faster and faster until I could feel my feet skidding on the ground
"You're doing it!" Rainbow Dash said in joy
"I am? I am!" I replied in greater joy "Yeah baby, yeah!" I looked up and saw a cliff was nearby, I tried to put my feet in the ground but my wings over powered me, I was unstoppable, even by myself
"Now fly you heck of a stallion!" Dash called in enthusiasm, thinking I'm voluntarily going towards the edge
"NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!" I tried to close my wings, but then I had a thought...
"No... I'm not backing out of this! I've been a coward my whole life and I'm going to end that now! I'm Firestorm, and I can fly!"
I lifted my hooves off the ground and lowered my head so I could fly faster, and I flapped my wings as hard as I can. I flew right off the cliff and tried to practice flying by leaning my body upwards, I started to fly upwards into the air
The wind in my face felt amazing, my tail was swaying with the wind and the back of my mane flowing, I kept flying upwards and then just yelled out as loud as I could "THIS IS AMAZING!”
There was a problem though, my voice was squeaky, I looked up and saw I flew near to the top of my flying limit, I then decided not to fly into space and go downwards, but as I flew downwards, I went faster, and faster, and faster until I couldn't stop myself in time! I could the ground getting closer and closer until Rainbow Dash put a cloud near the ground for me to land in
But when I hit it, I heard a boom and was going at a high speed, it felt faster than 770 miles per hour! I looked down and saw that I was heading upwards, I could tell as the ground was getting smaller, not only that, but I saw a line of fire coming from me, with a circular ring of fire too
I didn't want to take another trip into space to I leaned forwards so I didn't fly upwards. I flew towards Ponyville, but then I started to slow down for some reason, my wings couldn't keep up with how fast I was going and failed, I saw myself getting lower and lower and lower until I hit the ground.
I felt my body skid for at least a could miles, when I stopped, I couldn't move, I could just see darkness for a long period of time. I finally woke up when I felt the vibrations of hoof steps coming towards me
"Whoa... is he dead?!" said a young filly who sounded just like Rainbow Dash, only very much younger and has more of a feminine tint to her voice then Rainbow Dash
"I don't know, let's poke it with a stick!" said a little filly, she had a southern accent and sounded like a younger Applejack, but with a much higher voice
"I don't know, I mean, what if he is a alive, we could poke his eye out. And we shouldn't poke a unicorn with a stick, who knows what could happen!" A squeaky, high pitched voiced filly said
I finally got the ability to move and got myself up, the little fillies gasped when they saw me expand my wings to get the dirt out of my wing feathers
"That's no unicorn..." the Rainbow Dash sounding filly said
"It's a... it's... it's..." the southern filly said
then the high pitched squeaky pony interrupted by yelling "An alicorn!”
I opened my eyes and saw three little fillies in front of me
The one to the left was orange with purple hair and purple eyes, she had wings
In the middle was a yellow pony who had orange eyes, red hair and a nice pinkish red bow
The one to her right is a white filly with emerald green eyes and a soft pink colour in her mane combined with lavender purple, she had a horn
"Oh... hello... who are you three? And where am I?" I asked them
The yellow filly spoke first "I'm Applebloom!"
The orange filly spoke second "I'm Scootaloo!"
And the white filly spoke last "I'm Sweetie Belle!", all the of them looked at each other and nodded, then breathed in deeply
"And together, we're... THE CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS!" they yelled at me, announcing whatever the Cutie Mark Crusaders were
"Ok... and what, exactly, are the Cutie Mark Crusaders? Please don't yell the name again..." I asked
"Well, the Cutie Mark Crusaders are a little group we made what helps fillies and colts everywhere earn their Cutie Mark!" said Applebloom
"As you can see, we don't have Cutie Marks... so we decided to work together to get our Cutie Marks." said Scootaloo
"And then... we found out that it's not only us, but it's other ponies too, so we want to help them too! Only... we don't know how..." Sweetie Belle said.
"But... I thought ponies were born with Cutie Marks..." I said, they shook their heads
"Only one pony in the whole universe and all of existence is born with a Cutie Mark, sadly, he's just a legend though..." Sweetie Belle said
Scootaloo looked at mine with confusion, "Why is your Cutie Mark partly grey and partly colour?" she asked
"Well... I don't know..." I responded. "Anyway, I'd love to help you if you want... how many members do you have?" I asked the fillies
"Well... 3..." Applebloom said, lowering her head a little in embarrassment
"4. Count me in." I said, they all looked at me with gasp
"Really?!" they asked
"Yep, you're an inspiration, and I'm not going to ignore it, and neither should anypony else, I'll help you earn your Cutie Marks! Well, after I'm done meeting Twilight's friends of course." I said, smiling at them
The fillies jumped at me and held me in a hug as tight as their little hooves could allow
"Thank you thank you thank you thank you!" they kept saying
"It's no problem. I'm Firestorm by the way." I introduced, "And I've got to get back to my flight lesson with-"
"Rainbow Dash!" Scootaloo said, pointing to her flying in my direction, then landing in front of me
"That... was... awesome! You were just flying through the air and nearly flew into space and then you nearly hit the ground and died but I saved you, but turns out you can do a Sonic Fireboom! that's just one of the most awesomest things I've ever seen! There's only one pony who can do that but the same thing is that he's a legend, and what you did was truly legendary! Please may I get your autograph?!" Rainbow Dash asked, holding a pen in her wing, I just stared at her with a blank expression
"Sure... Where and what will I sign...?" I asked, she flew off at a high speed, then flew back within seconds
"Could you sign this?! It's my copy of the first Daring Do book, Daring Do and the Quest For The Sapphire Stone!" Dash held it open on the first page, which was blank, with a pen on it
She was grinning at me, I stared at the pen, wondering how I could use the pen, I couldn't use magic, so that's down, I tried to pick it up with my wing, being left handed, I tried to use my left wing. I asked Dash for some paper first, when she returned, I practised with my wing, it wasn't bad, not readable but not bad. I tried with my mouth, it was just a big scribble, and I tried with my right wing, it was highly effective. I signed the book and gave the pen back
She was happy, giggled like a little school girl, kissed my cheek, said "Thanks!" then flew off before I could say a word
"Huh... that's odd... normally when someone does something she can't do, she tried to destroy the competition." Scootaloo said, confused about what just happened
"She would always make sure there's no one at a higher level than her, she always wants to be on top, and the only ponies she'd allow to be better than her are The Wonderbolts and her friends..."
"Maybe she might" Applebloom said, and continued the sentence in Scootaloo's ear as a whisper
Scootaloo's eyes widened, "No... you don't think she would, would you...?" Scootaloo said, looking at Applebloom
"What is it?" Sweetie Belle asked, feeling left out, Applebloom whispered in Sweetie Belle's ear what she said to Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle's eyes widened too "Ewwwwwwwwww!"
"I know right!" Scootaloo agreed
"I'm just sayin', it could be true!" Applebloom said, smiling a little, trying not to laugh
"Well, I'll see you fillies later..." I said, slowly walking away as they had their little grossed out convention
As I was walking home, it was getting a little dark, and managed to get to me and Twilight's home before sunset
"Hello? Anypony here? It's me, Firestorm." I called out
The house seemed empty, but I heard a noise from upstairs "Who?" it called
"Firestorm." I called back, I walked to the source of the sound and met a little owl
It was light brown with dark brown wings, tail, eyes, ears and eyebrows
The owl also had eye lashes, so I assumed it was a girl
"Oh, hi, never met you before." I said to the owl
"Who?" it replied back, I looked around then back at the owl
"You, you're the only one here…" I told it
"Who?" It asked back
"My name is Firestorm, and yours?" I introduced, there was a moment of silence until it finally said
"Who?", my right eye twitched and I yelled "You! wait, you can't talk, can you?" I asked it
it just responded with, you guessed it, "Who?"
I almost responded with full rage "Yo- it's either you're a very confused owl, or you're like the ones on my planet." I told it
it responded wit- oh you already know what it's going to say. "Who?"
I waited 10 seconds, and then gave a little smile in response
I walked away from the owl and decided to walk around the house to try to find somepony
"Hello?! Anypony here?" I heard a Twilight yell from downstairs
"Twilight, you're back." I called back, walking down the stairs
"Oh, hi Firestorm, I was just with Rarity, she's available for tomorrow, she's going to teach you about how to make dresses, which is very generous because she's going to let you use her fabrics, and she doesn't allow any old pony to use her fabrics, not even her friends or family, it's quite expensive." Twilight informed me
"Oh, ok." I replied back.
I knew it, I knew that there would be one pony who is just the stereotypical mare you'd expect from a land of multi-coloured horses, and the more I think about it, the more this is like a little story for a show made for little girls... although, I shouldn't be too quick to judge, I mean, if this was a little girls show, it's not all rainbows and lollipops, it would be quite well made
Maybe Rarity will be different to how I think she will be, I've already met a bookworm pony, bashful pony, 2 tomboy ponies, 2 southern ponies and a little cute pony who I really want as a squeaker toy, so maybe Rarity won't be as bad...
I've just got to give it a chance. Heh, who knows, considering how none girly this world seems, the more it seems like it'd be made by Lauren Faust.
"Hello… is any pony here…? I'm in need of help…" Said a chilling voice, he sounded helpless
I looked towards the voice, there was a type of creature on the floor, he had the head of a pony, the right horn of a der and the left horn of a goat, the left horn was blue. He has one long hang, a snake like tongue, a goat beard, white and bushy eyebrows, different sized puple, red purples and big orange eyes. He has the right arm of a lion, the left claw of an eagle, and the right leg of a lizard. He also had a dragons right wing and a pegusis's left wing, a horses mane and a dragon's tail with some hair at the point of the tail
"Huh? Who are you?" I asked him
"I'm Harmony… I help every pony remain peaceful and happy…" he introduced "But Celestial got jelous and encased me in stone, and casted a spell on everypony to make them forget I ever existed…"
"What…? But… why? I mean… it cant be true, can it?" I asked him
"Allas, it is! And I need your help! I need you to go to Canterlot and get me out, I'll tell you directions when you get there. Please, will you help me?" he begged, on his knees and hold his hands close together to look very helpless
"Ok, I'll help you. You don't deserve it, not one bit." I agreed, smiling
His eyes went huge with glee and grinned "Yes! Finally! After one thousand and two undred years! Thank you! What is your name?" he asked
"Firestorm." I said, he shook my hooves and clicked his fingers, and I opened my eyes to find I was in Twilight's house
Judging on the position of the moon, it looked like at was 6:45, I was too awake to go back to sleep, so I went down stairs to read a book, which too forever to pick, I just picked 'The Elements of Harmony: Uncovered from Every Nook and Cranny'. For a joke I put on some reading glasses with fake lenses. By 7:30, I heard some children playing outside, I looked out the window, and gave a gentle smile, then continued reading, "Oh, what's this? 'There is one pony who can use the Elements without needing them nor the spirits present, so he or her can use them at will, as the name in unknown, he or she is just simply called Th-" I read out loud
I was interrupted by a familiar voice go "Ahem". I turned and saw it was Twilight
"Oh, hey Twilight. How are you?" I asked politely
"I'm fine, you know you have to get ready for Rarity now, right?" she reminded me
"Ok then." I said, putting the book away and got ready
"You're going to wear that again?" Twilight asked, seeing me put my beanie on
"Wear what?" I asked, moving it slightly and tucking my mane in
"That." she said, pointing to it
"The beanie?" I asked
"Yeah, the hat, I mean, it's ripped, and it's made for winter." she pointed out, trying to convince me not not wear it
"I know, but it's my favourite hat."
"But it's ripped, and you do know that is a winter hat, right?" she informed
"I know, but it's so comfy, I just love wearing it." I said, rubbing my beanie with a smile
"Ok then, just have fun with Rarity, first impressions are vital with her."
I just turned around, looked at Twilight and said in a posh accent "Ok then, I shall have fun with Mrs Rarity, we shall make dresses and tea together."
"Firestorm! I'm serious!" said in a stern voice, looking at me in an angry way, I just stood there laughing a little
"Relax Twilight, I'll be fine." I said, patting her back in reassurance, "Urrrrrg... just behave yourself while you're there, please!" she said, rolling her eyes and sighing
"Fine." I said, starting to take this seriously, "Good, let's go" she said, smiling, then walks slowly to Rarity's house, I followed shortly behind.
While we was walking there, we saw some happy fillies, which are female children horses/ponies, and colts, which are male children horses/ponies, who were outside, some looked at me, pointed and smiled, I just simply waved at them
"You're popular to the kids today, aren't you?" Twilight said
"Yeah, I wonder why."
"You'll find out soon." the chilling voice told me in my head, it sounded like it'll be sooner then I think, it was that same voice that was in my dream
"Ok, we're here." we stopped in front of a 3 story house that was multi coloured, it had lovely round windows, a waving flag on the top and the main part of the house was blue but the roof was purple.
Twilight knocked on the door and waited outside the door, we waited for what seemed like a few minutes, "She'll be just a moment. I'm sure she'll be as soon as possible."
Twilight said, smiling nervously. A few minutes later, a white pony with purple hair that just elegantly curled and 3 blue diamonds as her Cutie Mark on her flank.
"Sorry I took so long, I was making a dress and it just required all my attention. It's also hard to work when 3 fillies are just running around all over the place." She apologised
She held her hoof out to give me a hoof shake "I'm Rarity, you must be mr Firestorm, it's a pleasure to meet you." she introduced
She spoke with a high class accent, I shoot her hoof politely and smiled at her
"Nice to meet you too madam Rarity. How are you?" I asked, smiling to show I'm taking interest with her
"I'm fine, just a little stressed that these fillies won't give me peace. How about you?" she asked
"I'm fine, may I come in? Maybe I could help you with your filly problem.". She smiled and nodded her head
"Oh please! Do come in! I need some he-"
"Sweet Celestia!" Rarity screamed, "What is it Rarity?" Twilight asked
"That hat, Twilight, the hat!"
"What about my hat?" I asked
"It's ripped!"
"Oh, yeah, horrible, isn't it?"
"Horrible?! It's a crime against fashion nature! Come in this instant!" As she said that, she picked me up with magic and dragged me into the building, then removed the hat
"Hey! What are you doing?" I asked
"I must fix this disgrace!" She said
"Wait, you'll fix it?" I asked, quite surprised "Possibly, looks simple to repair but I'll need to remove the brand, doing that however will make replacement noticeable... I can't allow that, it'll be bad for my image! But, I could replicate it if you wish." she said, then looked at me as if she's asking permission
"Oh, ok. Great, thank you!" I said, smiling, glad to be getting a new hat "Don't thank me yet, I'm yet to begin."
I turned to look into the mirror to see if I look good without my hat or not, then I noticed something, my Cutie Mark, last time I saw it, was grey and colourless, now the 6 point star was purple and White, the apple was red with a green leaf and the cloud with lightning bolt was White with a lightning bolt that was the colours of red, yellow and blue, and the diamond was blue. The rest had no colour but grey; I also noticed that the Cutie Mark had Twi's Cutie Mark, followed by Applejack's, Rainbow Dash's and Rarity's
A few moments later, Rarity came back with my hat, she did nothing to it
"Ok, here's your old, ruined, vomit inducing hat back, and here's your new, fabulous, neat and very soft hat, with my name on the back so you don't forget who made it."
New hat? What new hat? Her horn glowed and my new hat hovered from the table to my hooves. She gave me a new, non-'New York Yankees'-branded hat, it was an exact replica of my hat, but no brands except for 'Rarity' written on the back with sparkly fabric, no labels on the inside, and a hole in it for the horn, the hole was as smooth as the hat
She put it on me and I hugged her
"You out did yourself! How can I thank you?!" I asked, she smiled
"Well, there is a dress I could use help with, if you can help me, I'll personally make you your own custom tux for the Grand Galloping Gala this year." she offered
"Ok, deal!" I agreed. We shook hooves and went upstairs.
When we got upstairs, I saw she had a Persian cat, it had snow white fur, a collar with a single diamond shaped pendant to it and a purple bow on its tail. It also looked like its constantly in a bad mood. Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo were also in the room, they were jumping on the bed and laughing loudly
"Sweetie Belle!" Rarity yelled, "Yeah Rar-" Sweetie Belle was about to say, but was interrupted by Applebloom
"Hey look girls! It's Firestorm!"
"Hey Firestorm!" Scootaloo said, all 3 of them ran up to me and held me tight. I held them back
"Well girls, I've got to work with Rarity now, so go play and earn your Cutie Mark, you little Cutie Mark Crusaders." I said to them
"Ok, Firestorm!" Scootaloo said, running out the room
"We won't let you down!" Sweetie Belle said, doing the same as Scootaloo
"Oh! If you ever want to visit us, just come 'round to our club-house, it's near Applejack's. Bye!" Applebloom said, then left
"That’s the spirit! Now go live your dream!" I said, waving to them
"Wow, how did you do that?" Rarity asked
"Do what?" I asked
"Get them to leave like that?" she asked
"I don't know, I guess I just was supportive and told them to do what they wanted somewhere else without them knowing." I explained
Rarity smiled and asked me "Do you have kids?"
I shook my head and said "No, I'm not married yet."
Rarity responded with a "Well, you seem the fathers type. Ever considered on Kids?”
I nodded and said "Yes, nearly all my life, since I was 5 years old."
Rarity smiles more, then looked to the room so she could get started, but stopped and put on a frown. "Oh… look at this mess. Sweetie Belle and her friends need to be more careful when they're playing..." she said in disappointment
"Yeah." I said in response
"Well, I better get tidying, you can look at the designs I've got." She said
"Are you sure you don't want my help?" I offered, she shook her head
"I would accept but you don't know where everything goes. and I insist you look at what dress you might want to work on."
I walked over to a table with drawings on it, I saw dresses that looked elegant and fancy, but equally as wonderful
"Wow, these are nice designs you have."
"Well, they have to be, or I'll be fired from making dresses for the Gala."
"Oh, ok." I looked at the dresses that she made
"Oh my! These are awesome!"
"Shhhh, my cat is asleep." Rarity said sternly
"Sorry." I said "You will be, and that's not a threat, he will make you beg." She said
"Oh, sounds like one mean pussy." I said, looking at him in slight fear
"She is when she can." Rarity finished
After a few minutes, she was ready to make the dress. "Ok, now, I needed help with the dress by putting on somepony, so I can see what they're like on ponies." Rarity said
"I got a bad feeling about this..." I said
Later, I was stood on a mini table that turns slowly, and I was wearing the dress she put on me, then she got more and kept making me wear them, a few dresses later I decided to walk like a pony that would wear the dress
"Ohhhh! Nice touch." she said
"Ok, we're done." she said 3 hours later
"Now, let's get on your tux. Stand still for me please?" She asked, getting a stack of papers and a quill
A few more hours later, she was done, she put it on me and showed it on me with a mirror, It was black, but yet the edges of it were dark blue, with diamonds to make it shine, it was amazing!
"Ohhhh, nice! I love it, does it suit the hat?" I asked, she nodded and said
"Yes, it looks fabulous with it."
"Nice! But it's a buy big, isn't it?" I asked
"Oh, well, yes, but that's the small size, how small are you?" she asked
"Between small and extra small" I said
"Oh, ok, now, I think it fits just well though, so you can take it now if you want." she said, smiling with the result
"Well, I'll save it until the Gala. The diamonds look so real by the way." I said, surprised with the results, I grinned from it
"Oh, that's because they are." She said
"Oh my gosh, are you serious?" I asked in surprise
"Yes, quite real." she nodded
"Oh my gosh! You are the queen of fashion!" I said, bowing my head and kisses one of of her front hooves, then kissed both her cheeks royally "I bow to you!" "Oh, well, thank you, Firestorm, you're very kind." She was blushing lightly, and bowed back.
After I took off the tux, we sat on her bed and talked about Ponyville, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, Equestria and its history and possibly true legends
"My place sucks, when there's a legend, it's based in the past, too far to find out if it's true or not, so ponies use that opportunity to sell merchandise, you know, toys, clothing, you name it. It's all for money, nothing else." I told her
She gasped "Doing something just for money? Why? Why not do it for fun? That's why I use to make dresses, now it's just because everyone loves them. Anyway, you better get going, Twilight will be here any moment." she said
I got up and said in Rarity's voice "Ok, miss Rarity, I can't wait until our next get together."
"And as you, Firestorm." She said, giggling a little bit, as if she had the most fun she had in years
I went down stairs and saw the 3 little fillies from earlier "Oh, hi girls." I said, happy to see them
"Hey Firestorm." they said at the same time
"How are you doing, Firestorm?" Scootaloo asked
"I'm doing fine, how are you?" I asked
"I'm doing fine." she said in reply
"What about you, Sweetie Belle and Applebloom?" I asked them
"Just fine." They both said at the same time
"All right, how's Cutie Mark hunting?" I asked
"Good, sadly we didn't get them though." Applebloom said
"Yeah, what's the point in trying anymore?" Scootaloo asked
"We're never going to get them!" Sweetie Belle said
"Whoa, hold on a second! You girls should never give up on your dreams, I don't know a lot about this place, but I know that you're never going to get a Cutie Mark acting like that! Now I want you girls to go out there tomorrow, and prove to everypony that you never, EVER, give up on your dreams, no matter how odd, stupid, weird or crazy they are… go out there tomorrow, and don't earn your Cutie Mark for you, earn it for everypony, so then everypony will look at you and see not 3 little fillies… but inspiration." I said, they looked up at me, smiling, then held me again
"Wow, that was lovely, Firestorm, very touching." Twilight said, walking towards us
"Oh, hey, Twilight. Now little CMC's, I'll see you soon, ok?" I asked
"Yes sir!" they said, holding me tighter, I kissed all 3 of their heads and gave them a hug each, then walked home with Twilight
"That was inspiring, Firestorm, where did you get that?" she asked
"Oh, I made it up on the spot." I said
"Wow, you're good with words." she said, smiling
"Not bad for a Dyslexic, now is it?" I asked with a little bit of brag
"Dyslexic? Ok, now that's impressive." she said in surprise
"Yeah, shame I forgot most of what I said." I said, frowning slightly
"Wow, you forget good moments easily, don't you?" Twilight asked
"Yeah, that's an odd thing about me." I said
"Yeah… very odd. Don't worry, there's a spell to fix that." Twilight said, smiling.
Where Insanity, Is Reality
"Hello? Hey, sleepy head, get up!" said a high pitched and energetic voice
"Urrr, what the...?" I said, opening my eyes to see a pink pony who smelt like cotton candy, her mane and tail was all poofy
"Good, you're awake, sorry for waking you up but I heard you was new to town and got so excited then when Twilight told me I could meet you I got even more excited and wanted you to wake up early so I can bake cupcakes with you!" she said
I looked outside and saw that the moon was just setting "Urrg, it's like, 4:30 in the morning, and that just an estimation." I said, rubbing my watery, tired eyes
"Oh estimation heximation, let's get cookin' good lookin'!" she said, I'm sure heximation isn't even a word
"Urrrg, Pinkie, what are you doing here? It's 4:45" Twilight said, also waking up
"darn it... close..." I muttered, upset I was close to the actual time
"Pinkie, when did you get to bed?"
"Bed? Who needs sleep when you can be baking with a new friend? I mean sleep is for tortoises." Pinkie said, I remember hearing that before, but where?
A few minutes later, I got up and had breakfast "The heck…?"
I saw a pink hair in my breakfast, then I shortly knew why when the pink pony jumped out of it
"Are you ready now?!" she asked
"AH! WHAT THE HECK?!" I screamed
"So yeah?!" she replied
"NO, NOW I HAVE TO GET THE BREAKFAST OUT OF MY COAT AND DRY OFF!" I screamed, mad and shocked that what just happened
"Okie dokie lokie!" she said, smiling, then left my sight the same way she came into it, through my breakfast bowl
From curiosity, I put my head in it to see how far I could go, then when I was done, I had to get some milk out my nose as that's all that went in before I hit the bottom of the bowl, which left one thought in my mind… HOW IN THE BLUE COW CHEESE DID SHE FIT HER WHOLE BODY IN A BOWL I CAN ONLY FIT MY NOSE IN?!
"HA! Look at the reader saying 'Because she's Pinkie Pie.' That's hilarious!" she said, popping out of nowhere
"Oh, so your name is Pinkie Pie… wait, what reader?" I asked
"That reader." she said, she pointed to a bookshelf and I just stared at it in deep confusion, then I realised how stupid I looked doing it
"Don't you see them?" she asked
"If the reader is a bunch of books, then yes." I said
She rolled her eyes and said "Oh forget it, let's get cooking!" "O… Kay…?" I said, getting up and going to the shower to get the milk off.
We walked, and I mean by walked as in I walked while she jumped around me in circles singing "I have a new friiiieeend, I have a new friiiieeend." over… and… over… like an old Nintendo Entertainment System game that had a five second song that looped endlessly, even in the pause screen "Stop, we're here. "she said.
"Ok, this trip would have been easier if you walked with me." I said.
then she was gone, she had vanished, she was out of sight, I even looked around, then looked behind me and almost, how they say, rustled my jimmies.
She was there, but upside-down "WHAT?!" I screamed nearly silently, I looked up to her feet, she was holding onto nothing, I thought that this was a dream from this point "Enough chit chat, time is candy!" she said, and she was gone when I blinked, then I turned to go into the house and she was there behind the door, I stood still and thought of words to express what I was feelings for a good minute "No… comment…" I said, I just walked into the house and followed her into the kitchen.
"How do you do it?" I asked her, she looked at me with a raised brow, "Do what?" she asked back, I opened my mouth to say something, but didn't know how to say it, I'll sound crazy trying to say it, am I high? Am I drunk? Heck, IS THERE SOMETHING IN THE WATER?! "Nevermind, let's just get baking so you can be happy…" I said, walking to the table on where we would bake the goods, "Happy?! I'm always happy I'm like the happiest pony in the whole of ponyville no pony is more happier than me!" "I can tell…" "And what do you mean 'something in the water'? The only thing in the water is water, duh, that's why it's called water." she said "Wh… what?" I must be mad, she's saying stuff I'm writing… "Writing? Are you writing to Celestia? Or a book?" she asked... THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE?! Forget it, just forget it "Yeah, we should, cause baking won't happen when we think about stuff that isn't baking." she said, I just sighed and said "let's get baking then…".
After an hour of me and Pinkie making cupcakes, she occasionally told me her secret of 4th wall breaking and magic teleporting skills "What the heck is a 4th wall?" I asked, "You don't know what one is?!" she asked in shock, "No, or I wouldn't be asking you, now would I?" I asked, "True, true…" she said, somehow, I felt the room get darker, I looked around and all the candles were out, then pinkie was gone again, I kept looki- "You got hit over the head, and you got knocked out. You slowly hear and feel your body dragging across the ground, as you slowly lose consciousness."
"Ahhhhhh… what the?" "You groaned, as you woke up, you found you were strapped to a table, followed by Pinkie, but with a knife and a straight dark pink mane followed by a darker pink coat. She had a darker tone to her voice, as if she was insane…" "Oh my gosh… your mane!" "He said, yeah, it's scary, isn't it? I replied." "No… I like it, all straight instead of puffy, it also has a nice shine to it." "Oh, well than- no, your just saying that so I'll untie you… WELL IT WON'T WORK!" "Pinkie, I wouldn't lie to a girl who's tied me down to a table and is about to make me into cupcakes. And how can you turn guts and organs into cupcakes?" "YEAH YOU WOU- wait, how did you know I was going to make you into cupcakes?" she asked. Hey! I can speak again! "I… I don't know… just a hunch...?" then I remembered my Cutie Mark, then looked at it, I White light flashed on it, then the gray balloon was Yellow with a blue sting.
Pinkie saw, her jaw dropped and so did her knife, she ran up to it "YOUR CUTIE MARK HAS MINE ON IT!" she did a deep gasp "AND TWILIGHT'S! AND AJ'S! AND RAR'S! AND FLUTTERSHY'S! DASHIE'S! SWEET CELESTIA… YOU'RE THE L-" she closed her own mouth at this point "You don't know yet… I can't spill any beans while you're around…" and at that moment, a can of beans fell at the back of the room. Predictable comedy, something this story has. And insane ponies, that turn ponies into cupcakes. "Not those beans…" she made her hair normal then untied me, I think she also tried to comfort me by stroking my mane, which felt really relaxing "Mmmm… that's so nice on my mane…" I said, smiling with my eyes close, enjoying it like I was a little puppy. "I imagine so, granny-pie use to do this to me when I was down or upset, how I miss her." she said, "Hmm, I imagine what it's like to miss somepony, I miss a few ponies, mum, dad, my brother and sister, but mainly the ones I can't see anymore, my nana, my grand mum and my grandad… I miss them all… but... I'm happy here, I've never been truly happy being in one place for so little time... I'm in a whole new place, a place where none of that happened, I can have a fresh start, I can be anything, I'm 22, I shouldn't cry about things that happened years ago!" I said, slowly getting better and forgetting I was just about to be killed. "Yeah." Pinkie said, "I'm going to restart, get new friends, get a new girl, possibly a family, I'm going to have a fresh start, starting now!"
"You know Pinkie, you taught me something today, you taught me to let go of the past, you deserve something." I said, "Liiiiike?" she asked, I thought to myself, "Um… I honestly have no ide-" I was interrupted quick kiss on the cheek, "You don't have to give me anything, you brought me cupcakes, a new friend and the biggest smile I've ever had…
it's you who deserve something special." she said "Liiiiike?" I asked "Not another kiss, that's for sure, I don't kiss just anypony." she said "Yeah, well everypony has been kissing me." I said "Oh, and by the way, that was my first kiss that wasn't from my family, it felt nice, I liked it." she said "Ok, question…
Who doesn't like a kiss from someone that isn't a relative? No pony, that's who." I said "No Pony? There's a new pony in town already?!" she asked, jumping on the spot, all excited, "No Pinkie, there isn't." I told her, "Then who's No Pony?" I rolled my eyes and simply told her to forget it… then something important popped up.
"Pinkie… I need to go." I said, "Do you? Oh, we was having fun too." she said, disappointed "No, I mean go… badly." I said "Bye then." "Pinkie… I need the little pony's room." I said, she tilted her head "I'm confused, pony's room?" she said, I did an angry sigh "No! The bathroom!" I said, dancing on the spot, needing the toilet badly, "Ooooh, you got to go, I see now!" she said, "Ok, new question.
As I'm new to this, where do I go?" I asked, "Oh, behind you, down the corridor and 3rd door to the right." she said, "Ok." I said. I ran so fast, a cartoony cloud of dust stayed there making my shape for a couple seconds. I came back soon, relaxed and ready to do something.
"So, you can go meet Twilight now." Pinkie said "What?" I asked "You can leave; I've taught you everything you need to know about my tricks." she said, "Oh… ok…" I said, disappointed. I hugged Pinkie Pie goodbye and went to Applejack's, I wanted to check on those little Cutie Mark Crusaders.
"Hey Applejack" I said to her, smiling, she looked to me and blushed slightly, "Oh… Firestorm…
N-Nice seeing you again… what b-brings you here?" she said nervously "Are you ok AJ? Your cheeks are apple red at the moment…" I asked, "Just f-fine, how may I help you s-sugarcube?" she said, she walked up to me and stopped just so close that our noses nearly touched.
"W-well, I was w-wondering where I c-could find Applebloom, s-Sweetie Belle and Scootal-loo..." I asked, getting a little nervous myself, "Oh… ok, I'll take you to them." she stopped blushing now, just as I started.
She turned to the left and started walking, as she was turning, her tail rubbed against my chest, I close my eyes and breathed in deeply, she whispered into my ear "Follow me." After doing so, I let out a long sigh of pleasure.
Applejack took me to a small little house on a tree about 3 miles away from the barn. The house had a walkway to get to it, as it was on the actual tree, the house was yellow with a brown roof and a maroon door and window shutters.
There was also a little area at the top, it had a telescope on it, and a nice long walkway to get to it. "Firestorm!" Scootaloo said, happy as can be "Hey Scoot!" I said, she ran up to me and gave me a big hug, it felt like we were one of those two pony families "How's the Cutie Hunt going?" I asked
"Fine, we did something simple today!" Sweetie Belle said excited, "What was it?" I asked, "Well, we helped Applejack sell apples, helped Cheerilee Get some books, and that's it." Applebloom said, "Could you help me with something?" I asked. all 3 of them looked at each other and nodded.
"One moment." Scootaloo said. They all turned around and ran to the house, then a few minutes later. Scootaloo, Applebloom and Sweetie Bell came out and walked up to me, they stayed silent for 10 seconds. "Sweetie Bell, you gonna say it?" Applebloom said "Oh, sorry. Ahem! We, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, would like to help you with whatever you may need help with!" She said with a big voice.
"Well, I was planning on looking around Ponyville, could you fillies give me a grand tour?" I asked with a hopeful voice "Will do mister sir Firestorm, sir!" they all said at the same time, "Ok, let's get started fillies." I said.
They gave me an hour long tour of Ponyville, half-way through though I bumped into some brown pony with spiky hair, blue eyes and an hourglass for a Cutie Mark, he also had a white collar and green tie.
"Oh, sorry." I said to him, "No problem, accidents happen. Oh, hi Firestorm! I didn't know it was you!" he replied in a cheerful voice, he had a calming British voice, "Um... how do you know my name? I've never met you before..." I said, he looked at me, then frowned "Oh... well... hi.". He shifted his eyes and he just walked off without a word.
"Who… was that?" I asked "Oh, that's John Smith, he's a weird pony, but he hangs out with Ditzy, so it explains a lot." Scootaloo said, "Ditzy Who?" I asked, "Oh don't get us started on her." Applebloom said, "I don't see anything wrong with Ditzy, I mean, she's just a little slow, but not all bad." Sweetie Belle said…
A little while later, we came across a big flat piece of land with some rubble on it.
"What's this, Applebloom?" I asked, "It's a burned down house, it got burned down, I think the 2nd of March, last year." Applebloom replied, "Woah, where's the pony who lived here?" I asked "Well, she was in the house at the time so… yeah." Scootaloo said, "Who lived here?" I asked, "Oh, just a vegan pony that no pony liked as she was vegan, she was called Carrot Top." Sweetie Belle said, "Wait, just cause she was vegan?" I asked "Yeah." all three of them said "Wow… my mum's a vegan… note to self, never bring family to this place." I thought to myself.
"Well, let's move on." Scootaloo said, "Wait…" I said, "Be quick." Sweetie belle said, I went to a flower that was planted in the ground, "Come on!" Applebloom said, I picked up the flower and throw it on the house "Ok, coming!" I said. Then half an hour later, the tour stopped.
"Well, thanks for the tour girls, and I'll see you soon, ok?" I said, "Ok!" They said. I walked to Twilight's house and then went to bed, no dinner, no hey’s or good night’s, just an instant trip to bed…
I regret going straight to bed, now I was starving, I could eat a horse… um, nah, I'm not in the mood for Tesco's.
I could just have two rounds of breakfast, which I did.
"A bit greedy isn't it?" Twilight asked, looking at my hay stacks.
"Well, I missed dinner last night so I'm starving." I said to her.
"Ok then, but why hay? You don't normally eat that." she asked, confused about why I'm not eating cereal
"Yeah, well, when Pinkie came out my breakfast yesterday, I got out of it, that and it's easier to eat, I can't pick up stuff with my hoofs." I said,
"You know you could just use magic, right?" she said,
I looked at her with a raised brow, "Huh? Magic?" I said,
"Yeah, you could just move the spoon with magic." she replied,
"Great! Now where do I get my wand?" I asked, smiling.
She just stared at me with a face that seemed unpleasant and seemed to ask 'are you serious?'
"I don't use a wand do I?" I said
"YOU USE YOUR HORN! DID THEY TEACH YOU NOTHING FROM WHERE YOU CAME?!" she yelled quite furiously.
"Well… that’s the thing… we don't have magic where I come from…" I said
"MY FLANK! Wait… no magic?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.
I just shook my head slowly, I was filled with fear from the way she was looking at me before she said 'Wait… No magic?'
"Oh, well, I guess I should teach you now before you go to learn animal caring tomorrow." she said.
"Oh, sounds fun but it's not my thing…" I said, rubbing my hoof a little
"Well tough, you see that grey butterfly? Animal caring will give it colour. Also, I think you'll like more than the animal caring." she said, with a little giggle.
"What you talkin' 'bout Twilight?" I said, looking at her walk to a book called 'Magic for learners'
"Oh…You'll see." she giggled, hiding something I would hate. I was deeply confused about this, what am I going to like more than the animals? Wait… is… no way… They're going to have a picnic there! And they invited me, how nice of them.
"Ok, we'll start with the basics. Levitation is a good one. You see that stack of hay? Look at it, concentrate on it and then close your eyes, then imagine it lifting up." she said
I did as she said "Ok…" then started doing warm up jog on the spot
"Ok… I'm ready… I can do this… come on I'm PUMPED!" I said, doing the voice of a famous YouTuber I know, I think he was from Sweden.
"Stop that and get on with it." she said, getting a little annoyed
"Ok." I said, I did as Twilight said and looked at it, and looked at it hard, you'd think I was having a staring contest with it if you could see me… then… the last steps skipped themselves, I was lifting it up in the air.
"OH MY GOSH!" I squealed
"How…?!" she asked
"I don't know!" I said
"Well, that was easy to admit, let's try something harder, try move... ing... it." Twilight said, but slowed down her speech when she was too late to talk,
I brought it towards me and fed myself like a baby "Mmm, that's good" I said, moving the hay to Twilight
"Want some?" I asked
"Um… no thanks… wait, HEY!" she said
"Yeah, that's what it is, hay." I said
"THAT'S YOUR THIRD HELPING OF BREAKFAST!" she yelled, telling me off
"Nope, snack, it's a snack." I remarked
"WAIT AT LEAST TILL 9:00 FIRST!" she yelled, not tolerating it.
"Fine."
A while later, we got to some more advanced, and they got super hard, when we was done with them, Twilight took me to Dashes house and then took me and her to an empty field.
"Ok, now this is a really powerful but simple spell. Dash, when I say, do a Sonic Rainboom" Twilight said
Dash responded with a "Ok."
"Now Firestorm, this is hard to control… but it'll work." She said
"Ok, Twilight." I replied
I concentrated on some over grown grass, then tried to do the spell, I had to strain myself hard, at one moment it felt like I was about to blow my head open, then Twilight yelled something, but I couldn't hear it, but a few seconds later, I heard a boom, then everything when White…
"Hello? Anypony here?" I could see clearly now, I was in space, but could feel the ground, I guess it was invisible, it had only 13-17 stars.
A short while later, I blacked out and woke up on the floor.
"Firestorm…? Firestorm…?" Twilight was saying, trying to snap me out of it
"Hey, Firestorm, wake up, you're scaring everypony." said Rainbow Dash
"Huh?" I saw a huge crowd of ponies around me, some had their jaws dropped
"Um…". An awkward silence was there for about 30 seconds, then one by one everypony started clapping. Or clopping… Or trotting on the spot? I don't really know what they were doing.
"Firestorm! You did it!" Twilight yelled in glee
"Excellent work Firestorm, you mastered magic at a fast rate! No pony has done that like you. I think you're working out quite well in Ponyville. Well, Twilight's job is done. Goodbye, Firestorm." Celestia said, smiling
"Bye Celestia." me and Twilight said.
Celestia flew off.
Then I was still confused… what DID I do?
"Well done! Bravo! Spiffing!" said the brown pony again, John Smith I think…
"Oh, it's you again! I met you yesterday." I said
"Yesterday? Oh… I remember meeting you in the bowling alley an hour ago, do you mean that yesterday?" he asked
"No… Wait, bowling?" I asked, as I was a fan of bowling
"Yes… bowling…" he said
"Oh my gosh, I love bowling!" I said with glee
"Oh, right, wibbilily wobbily timey wimey stuff, the more you meet me the less I know and the more you know, it's River all over again…" he said, putting his hoof on his face
"You really remind me of somepony on my planet… but who?" I wondered.
At that moment, a grey pony with wings, wall eyes and a blond mane and tail, her eyes were yellow
"Hay Tere, how u doing?" said the mare
she sounded as if to have special needs, and made me relate to her as I too had special needs, just not as severe as this pony seems to, either way, I think she looks like a nice pony. "Ditzy this isn't the time…" John said
"Hi, I've never met you before. I'm fine, you?" I said.
The mare smiled at me a gave me a hoof shake
"Im doing fin, tank u!" she said
"Your welcome." I Replied smiling at her with joy
"Im Ditzy Do, butt u can cal me Derpy Hooves, most ponys cal me tat." she said.
I kinda feel sorry for that name, it sounds like she's being teased a lot, but it sounds nice anyway
"Derpy sounds nice, I'll call you that." I said with a smile as she hugged me.
"Ditzy, we have to go now…" John said
Derpy's ears flapped down and she frowned
"Oh, ok, ill sea u latur, um…" she began, but didn't know my name.
Should I scrap Firestorm? I somehow want Shadow Hawk… or Chaos Star… Moon Fire? Or maybe Fire Moon…
"I'm Firestorm… Just Firestorm." I said, then waved
"…ok Firestorm, by!" she said, waving back.
"Bye Derpy." as she walked with John and went into the woods, I went to Twilight to go home.
"Ok, let's go back and double check the spell list, I'm sure I forgot one." aid Twilight
"I hope it's one… that last one really knocked me out cold…" I said, wrapping a wing around her so I can stand up straight.
"Ok." I limped with Twilight back to the house, I walked past a blue pony with blue and white hair along with an hourglass Cutie Mark "Hey, Firestorm!" she said
"Hey… you." I replied.
I then came across a purple one with a strawberry and purple grape Cutie Mark "How's it going, Firestorm?" she said, waving at me
"Good." I replied to her.
Then I saw I green one with a lyre Cutie Mark, she had yellow eyes with Mint Green and white hair, she was ignoring me.
"Lyra, he's looking at you." said a yellow pony with pink and blue curly hair, her big eyes were blue and her Cutie Mark was 3 candy wrappers. The green pony looked at me and rolled her eyes 5 seconds after and looked away from me and her friends
"Pffft, celebs, they think they own the place. What's so special about him and any other Celebrity?" she said
I just looked at Twilight "I totally agree with her, they're normal ponies and everypony thinks they're gods. Oh, Twilight, is there a shape shifting spell? I want to be a human again for a couple minutes." I asked her
then Lyra looked at me, but I didn't notice. "Human? Bonbon, do you know what this 'Human' thing is?" "No, maybe just a thing around town, or a term from where he comes from." Bon Bon replied Lyra knew what she had to do… she had to find out about humans, not just what one is, but everything about one too, she had to go to Twilight's house and ask about them.
She walked around her room, checked the books she got from Twilight and found nothing but only mentions of the word 'Human' in "The great forest fire" at page "101". That's all the information she got, nothing but the word "Humans", no images, no information about them, just a word.
"That's… IT?! A WORD IS WHAT I GET?! More! I must know morrreee!" she shouted in desperation.
"Urrg, will you keep it down?!" Bonbon yelled from across the hall "Me, along with other ponies, are trying to sleep!"
"Sorry! I just… never mind…" Lyra said, She was quite sad and angry, she wanted more but never got more than two words, "Human" and "Humans", she went to sleep and had a dream of them, trying to think of what they look like, then got an image of me and when I said that word, that word that got it bouncing around her mind like a bouncy ball… What did it mean? Then she remembered that I said it… then thought of the idea to ask me in the morning.
Oh, and the missing spell involved bringing the dead, they're two ways, resurrection spell, which doesn't always work and sometimes kills rather than brings back to life, and, surprise surprise, I can also kiss them, which will always work no matter what, oddly. But also very cheesy.
I woke up in the morning and did everything, had breakfast, read a book (Daring-Do) and then leave, but Twilight stopped me before I left
"Ok, you know what you're doing?" she asked
"Yeah." I said
I opened the door to see some sleeping ponies with cameras, I crept past them and got Twilight to walk me to a field. A few minutes later we got to a small cottage and Twilight went in, telling me to wait there.
Meanwhile, with Lyra
Lyra went out so she could know about humans, Lyra knocked on Twilight's Tree and woke some of the ponies in the tents up.
"Oh, sorry." she said "Is Firestorm up yet?" asked an eager green male pony with a blue and turquoise mane and tail
"Why? What's so important that you need to sleep by his house?" Lyra asked
a White female pony with a blue mane and tail got up "Well, we could ask you the same." she said
"Well, I need to find out about humans, and Twilight is the only pony who can help." "You wanna know what humans are?" said a pony with glasses, a White colour shirt with pens inside his chest pocket and a brown mane and tail
"There a big pile of something I call a waste of your freaking time and darn effort!" "Shut up, James, why are you so angry all the time? Go away and make a movie or something!" Lyra said angrily "That's why I'm here, I need Firestorm for one line and I used all the ponies that could accept being in it!"
Meanwhile at my end
"What’s wrong, Firestorm? Surprised?" Twilight said with glee
"…" I stood in silence
"Firestorm doesn't look too good, Twilight." Fluttershy said
I was frozen, I was standing in front of Fluttershy, and Twilight was laughing in the background
"Firestorm? I think you should come in and get something to drink, you must be dehydrating." Fluttershy suggested
I was sweating so hard, I was nervous, I mean, I'm spending the day with her… wait, Twilight stopped laughing
"Urrrrr… Firestorm…" Twilight said in worry
"Yes?" I said, looking at Twilight
"I think you should get inside… the paparazzi are here…" Twilight said
"Oh, are they after me?" I asked, I didn't get a response as Twilight pushed me into Fluttershy's house and closed the door.
When the door closed, there was a moment of silence from both me and her.
"S-should I get you some tea, Firestorm?" Fluttershy asked eventually
"Um… do you have Vimto?" I asked
she shook her head and said "No… I never even heard of that, I do have some left over cider from Applejack's annual cider week though." she told me
"Oh… ok, I'm normally not into alcohol but why not?" I said, accepting her drink.
She went outside to a shed, but she didn't go in it, instead she went to the side where the barrels were, (what's the point in keeping cider outside if you have a shed next to it?) She came back with a barrel and poured some cider into a cup and gave it me, and sweet Celestia it was great, I wanted more, but she said no as we should get to animal caring now
"Wait, question, why do you have barrels outside the shed? Why can’t they be inside the shed?" I asked
"Oh, um… I don't like to talk about it…" she said
"Oh, well, is it just too full then?" I asked
"Oh… um… yeah, full…" she said
"Ah, ok. Thanks." I thanked
"You are welcome, and uh... this is my bunny, Angel." she introduced me to the little bunny.
Angel, waved and stared with a smile "D'aaaawwwww, I looooooove bunnies… they are so cuuute! Like, um, somepony else…" I said, giving a little chuckle
"Yeah, I'll give you that, you are cute, Firestorm." Fluttershy said
"Pffft, me? Cute? Yeah I'm a pony but I'm not cute compared to… well, you." I said
"Oh… you're too kind, but I'm not cute." she said, she started to blush
"Yeah… You're ADORABLE!!!" I said to Fluttershy and she let out a giggle
“S-Stop! you're making me blush…" she giggled, blushing deeply.
Meanwhile at Lyra's end
"What do you mean Firestorm isn't here?!" Lyra asked in rage
"He just isn't!" Twilight yelled back
"Tell me where he is then!" Lyra yelled back
"I can't!" Twilight yelled
"Why?!" Lyra said
"Because the paparazzi might be listening!" Twilight yelled and she was right
"Look, Twilight Sprinkle…" "Sprinkle?!" "…I just want to know about humans!" Lyra yelled in rage
"THEN. ASK. FIRESTORM!" Twilight yelled with fury
Lyra closed her eyes and took a deep breath then opened them again, and spoke calmly
"Ok, Twilight… we're friends here, how about I calmly and reasonably book an appointment to see him?" she asked
"N… what, what?" Twilight said with confusion
"I'm available for tomorrow." Lyra informed
"Oh… um… ok?" Twilight was majorly confused
"Good, I'll be expecting him for tomorrow, good day." Lyra wished Twilight
"G… good day, I guess…" Twilight said
Lyra calmly left the tree house, she was mad, frustrated, she must know about them, and no pony will stop her.
She went home and was welcomed at the nice blue walls, the nice wooden book shelves and the colour coded books and green carpeted floor, with Bonbon sat on the ocean blue couch looking at some holiday brochures.
"How was human hunting?" Bon Bon asked
"Oh shut up…" Lyra said, then sat next to her without another word
"Wow, who are you and what happened to the happy Lyra? Look, you'll find out soon, just be patient." Bon Bon advised
Lyra crossed her top legs in a strop
"Fiiine…" she said
"Hey… guess where we may go in a few months." Bon Bon said, grinning,
"Land of the Humans…?" Lyra asked, feeling moody
"No… FillyDelphia!" Lyra's eyes shot open and looked at Bonbon
"No… freaking… way!" Lyra said in shock
"Yeah!" Bon Bon squeed
"Oh my gosh!" Lyra said in glee
"We can finally go!" Bon Bon excitedly said
"YES!" Lyra yelled
"I know right?!" Bon Bon giggled
"I can't wait! Oh, I might get a 3rd ticket…"
"YE-… a 3rd? But… we spent so much time planning what we would do together, just the two of us… see the city, mock mimes, go to the spa, get hooficures, go shopping, meet a stallion to two too." Lyra said in disappointment
"Oh, well, I'll ask them first, then we'll see." Bon Bon said, desperately wanting that 3rd member.
"No, please don't." Lyra begged
"I'll ask if this pony wants to do the activities first, if they do, the pony can come, deal?" Bon Bon offered
"Fine" Lyra sadly agreed
"Yeeessss…" Bon Bon whispered
"IF… they want to do EVERY activity first, they can't come if they can't or want to do one of the activities, understood?" Lyra added
"Ok." Bon Bon said.
Meanwhile at my end.
It has been many hours, so many in fact that it was near to the sun setting.
"Ok, just give him the carrot, there you go." Fluttershy instructed
I moved the carrot to the creatures hands
"Oh… that wasn't so bad… I didn't know that a fully grown dragons likes carrots…" I said
"Yeah, it's vital that dragons gets as many carrots as possible in their gems." Fluttershy said
"Thank you for the gem, here you go." The dragon said, then he gave me 5 gems, a necklace and a… a watch? Wow, ponies with watches… who knew?
"Thank you Mr Pompom." I said, waving to the dragon.
The dragon flew off and then the lesson was over
"Really? But that felt so short… how could it be over?" I asked
"Well, I don't know what else to teach you." she said, it sounded like she taught me everything to do with animals,
"Oh… well, can't I spend more time with you?" I asked her
"What?" she asked
"I had so much fun today… I want more." I begged
"Oh, I'm very flattered… but what else could we do?" Fluttershy asked
"Well, I guess I could teach you some stuff and have some fun." I suggested
"Ok, I'd love to talk to you." We discussed about my planet, my race and my animals, also her planet, her race and her animals, then ended it with a look at the clouds.
"I see a purple bunny!" I said
"Oh, where? I want to see it." Fluttershy asked
"There." I said, pointing to the purple cloud that was shaped like a bunny
"Oh yeah, you keep getting so many things, all I see is clouds." Fluttershy said, very jealous that I'm getting them
"Yeah, well there's a trick, clear your mind." I said
"Firestorm, that doesn't make sense." Fluttershy said
"Just do it Fluttershy… then you'll see…"
A few minutes after that, Fluttershy kept seeing shapes, animals and ponies everywhere.
"Oh, there's me!" Fluttershy said
"Well done Fluttershy." I said
"And a love heart!" She added
"Good, what else?" I asked
"I see… I see… you… I see you." The cloud shaped like me was the same colour as me, grey, and it was right above us, we looked at each other, then I felt something, our hoofs were touching like we was holding hands, then we went closer, then closer, then we was about to kiss at last. Well, until the rain came down an interrupted us.
"OH COME OOOON! THAT HAS GOT TO BE THE BIGGEST PRANK I'VE EVER SEEN!" I yelled at the cloud, then I went inside with Fluttershy, and spent the rest of the time talking about whatever was on our minds, not one thing on how much we loved each other though.
When Twilight came, we both said goodbye, gave each other a hug and left, leaving our emotions behind.
"So, what did you learn?" Twilight asked me
"Oh, how to feed a dragon, how to understand and communicate with animals, how to swim with animals, lots of things." I said
"Good, now your Cutie Mark should be complete. Oh, you have an appointment with Lyra tomorrow." Twilight said
"An appointment? Am I a doctor? Either way I'm going bowling with John tomorrow." I said
I arranged bowling with John Smith and his friends, Jeffry, Walter and Theodore.
"Oh no, you won't, Lyra wants to know about humans, and you're the only one who can tell her about them." Twilight said
"Why can't she come bowling?" I asked
"Well, ok, I guess she could come along." Twilight said, understanding how it could work out,
I smiled and said "yay!"
Lyra, Humans And Demons Galore
Lyra got up in the morning to see that all of ponyville was busy, almost all of the ponies were buying flowers, cards, cakes, everything. One thing that Lyra noticed is that only the mares were out.
Why not stallions? The only stallions out of their house were at Twilight's house with bowling balls. There were four, John Smith with a blue jacket and a white shirt underneath, a light brown stallion with a blond mane, tail and beard and also had a brown cotton jacket with a White shirt underneath, another light brown stallion with sunglasses, a brown mane and tail and a green shirt with a White collared jacket over the green shirt and a yellow stallion with a brown mane and tail, with a orange shirt.
"Hey Jeffrey, what's with the busy mares?" Lyra asked the blond mane and tailed one turned to her
"Everypony wants to meet this new guy in town or something, I don't understand mares sometimes." he said
"Oh… well what's with the bowling balls?"
John turned to her "We're going bowling with Firestorm."
"WHAT?! Nah uh! I'm going to learn about humans from Firestorm! Twilight promised me!" Lyra moaned
"Well you can come with us."
Non of the four said that, but it came from a window above her
"Firestorm?!" All 5 said in shock
"Yes, me, I was thinking you could come bowling with us, so I can have fun and teach you about humans." I said
"Dude! Mares ruin everything! Are you sure she has to tag in with us?" Walter, the stallion with the green shirt and white jacket asked
"Well, she doesn't have to play, she can watch." I suggested
"Well, you got me there." Walter replied
"I'm going to pass you a note." I said then went inside and got a note saying to meet me at the back door, then dropped it down to them, they read it and then they went to the back door.
Now I had to open the window and jump out as Twilight didn't have a back door, but after that was out of the way, we had to get around the girls, easy solution though.
"Lyra, stand in front of me, John, get to the right of me, the rest do the same by crowing around me." As they did, the first thing I got is a pony's butt in my face
"Um, I'm not sure if I like this view, or not" I muttered
"What was that, Firestorm?" Lyra asked
"Nothing, Lyra. Ok, move as I move… to the bowling ally!"
it was hard to start, sometimes I kept bumping into Lyra's butt, sometime somepony may bump into mine, but I mostly I kept bumping into Lyra "Ok, will you stop putting your face into my butt? I'm starting to think that's the reason you put me in front of you." Lyra said in annoyance
"Pfft… stallions, such perverts."
"Hey, you I don't have to tell you about humans you know, I can always just not tell you." I said
"Well fi… Shut up!!" she said.
We arrived at the bowling ally a little while later
"Oh thank goodness we're here, I need to clean my nose." I said
"same here dude, a butt is not a place for a nose." Theodore said, he was the yellow pony with the orange shirt
"Oh, a minute ago you was all over it." Lyra said
"Hey, I was crowded, what did you expect?" I said
"Well you could've just NOT told us to walk all crowded like we were!" Lyra said
After that, me and Theodore walked to the bathroom and washed our noses
"You know, you two fight like you're married." John said
"Oh shut up John… I wouldn't marry him, he's an uptight, selfish, good for nothing celebrity! I could never marry that!" Lyra said
"Or could you? Tell me, if he's so uptight and selfish, then why did he offer you to bowling to teach you about humans?" John said
Lyra stopped to think for a moment and then said
"Yeah, I guess he's not all that bad… he did offer his time for me."
"So what does that tell you?" John asked
"That… he's sorta nice…" Lyra said
"Who's sorta nice?" I asked, walking back with Theodore
"Lyra thinks you are." John said
"John! Why?!" Lyra said in anger
"I'm nice? Well, thank you, you too." I said to Lyra
"Oh, one add one going on here." John muttered for a joke
"John! Shut up!" Lyra said in rage
"Oh, stallions will be stallions, let's get bowling." I said.
After setting up our lane, me and the guys started, Lyra even played too
"Ok, so our turns are last, so, where to start… humans are, well, not anything like ponies physically… they sort of are but they are also known as people, and humans are people of war, they kill anything and will feed on it just to survive, but there are ones who don't, they are called vegetarians, some are also called vegans and I do understand that a certain Carrot Top's house was burned down for that reason of being a vegan. Humans are nice, they're good and… horrible too at the same time.
we have an invisible system where you have to be something to fit in, like you need big breast and a pretty face to be noticed, or have to be straight, have short hair, like football and the colour blue and have the Star Wars or the Call of Duty or the Doctor Who and wear hoodies to be a man, but to be a woman you have to have long hair, wear pink and have the Barbie or the Polly Pocket or the Justin Beiber or the Powerpuff Girls and like sleep overs and pillow fights to be a girl, but to be a woman you have to stay at home, clean everything and "stay in the kitchen" because the humans… they are mean, if you are even a tiny bit out of line then you hope your stars that you don't get picked on, beat up or shot, because we murder people for being different… my planet sucks."
"Firestorm, your turn!" Jeffery said, giving me a ball
"Oh… ok… good… oh, holes in bowling balls for this planet too? Hey Lyra, wanna know what a human looks like?" I said
"What? Heck yeah!" Lyra said, grinning
"Ok then." I concentrated hard, and managed to turn into a human, thankfully I was fully clothed. I lined my self up, and showed them how you bowl human style, sadly, I suck at bowling.
"Two pins?! *bust of laughter*" I kinda felt a bit mad, I turned to them and they stopped laughing, everypony did, everypony stopped bowling just to look at me
"Firestorm… do humans get White eyes, get black patterns and have there mane turn red when mad?" Lyra asked in fear
"No… Why? Wait…" I said, my voice sounded demonic.
I looked down and saw that black patterns were on my hand, I looked at my hands more, my demonic voice slowly faded to normal
"What the heck…?" I saw that the black patterns were slowly vanishing, but oddly, I rolled my sleeves down and saw that the patterns were getting thinner as they disappear into my vanes, I was speechless
"How…?" I snapped out of the daydream
"Sorry about that everypony, let's… um… let's get back to bowling…" I picked up the ball and bowled it, I got most of them but two pins stayed standing. I turned to Lyra after her turn
"Ok… where were we? Ah… ok, nice things now… some people like you for who you are, nothing will put them off you, some have manners and are nice, they don't think of themselves and are gentle, sweet, kind, fun, loving etc."
And that ends the lesson on the nice part about humans, I could go on forever with the mean stuff but I'll keep the fact about ponies and glue a secret from everypony, As then I might just frighten everypony about the fact I was one
"To be honest, if I was to pick a planet over the other and I had the option of this planet or my planet, it would be this one, yeah there's no place like home, but this place it way better. In my world, we wish for mythical creatures, the only time we get to see them are in video games, like Elder Scrolls or World of Warcraft, movies, like Harry Potter or… I don't know, or tv shows, like… I'm stumped on that one but the point is that we wish for something that exists here."
We continued with the game, then Bonbon came along
"Hey Bonbon!" Lyra said
"Hey Lyra, hey Firestorm." Bonbon said
"Hey Bonbon… wait… isn't Bonbon a food?" I asked
"No, you are thinking of BOURBON. Hey Firestorm, could I talk to you in private?" Bonbon asked
"Um, sure…" I said and walked over to the door with her and she looked at me
"Ok, me and Lyra was planning to go somewhere in the next few months and… well… I, well we rather, wanted to know if you wanted to come with us."
"Depends, where are we going?" I asked
"Filly Delphia." Bonbon said
"Filly Delphia? Sure, why not?" I agreed
"Ok. Oh, wait, are you willing to go to the spa, have pillow fights, do make up, and shopping?You can't come if you can't do one of them." she said
"Oh… well… ok, I guess I could handle the spa, I've never been there before… make up in for everypony, even actors wear them… ok, I'll come." I said
"Really?!" she asked in exitement
"Yeah, sure the actives are girly but I guess it's just a week, right?" I asked
"Yep, a whole week, oh, is truth or dare good too?" she asked
"Yep." I replied
"Ok, goodbye!" she said
"Bye." I replied
I walked back to Lyra and the guys, we went home and I went to Fluttershy's for a change.
"Bye Lyra." I said
"Bye Firestorm." Lyra replied She left and I knocked on Fluttershy's door.
She opened it and had bed hair
"Oh… Firestorm… excuse my mane, I was too busy to do it today." She said, she sounded tired
"Oh, I don't mind, do you want to, um, look at the stars with me?" I asked
"Oh, s-sure." she said, smiling a little. We laid on the grass outside her house and looked at the stars, we saw a shooting one once
"Make a wish, Fluttershy." we closed our eyes and made a wish, then looked at the stars again
"Do you ever wonder what's out there? In the stars?" I asked
"I know there are star ponies… I heard that the most powerful pony in the whole universe and beyond is part star pony, there are only very few though… most are female as Discord killed most of them, they are almost extinct now, there's only one male out of all the star ponies, I've heard that there are only three left, a mother and daughter and then the only male, he is foretold to bring them back by giving the daughter a child that will bring them all back, but that's believed to be a myth though." She said
"Seems ligit." I said, I asked her to tell me more about them, she said
"Well, they live forever, but every hundred years, they change their form, then go into hiding for 20 years, as they don't turn into a foal again. There's only one who has split personality, I believe it was her two best friends that were killed, and their memories combined into actual souls. Who knows, maybe one day, you'll actually meet a star pony."
We looked back at the stars for a while, and then a question popped up, a question that was something about my feelings
"Do you ever feel… unloved? That if you died no pony would care? Cause I do sometimes… I really do." I asked
"Well, I love you, so that's one pony who would care if you died." Fluttershy said
"You… you love me?" I asked
I didn't want to get too exited over this, let's see what happeneds first
"Oh… well, yeah, as a friend… do, um, do you?" she asked
I was blushing really bright
"Oh, urrr, su-sure… I mean, who could hate you, you have a nice pink mane, beatiful blue eyes… a loving gentle voice… great personality and… and… my gosh you're beautiful…" I said getting too into what I was saying.
"Oh, well, thank you, you are too." Fluttershy giggled. I realised what was happening, I was flirting and wasn't in control of what I was saying
"Oh, thanks. Again, we're just friends." I said
"Well we talk like we're more." Fluttershy said
"Well… um, how about we sleep, I'm getting tired." I said
"Me too, you can sleep in my bed, I'll sleep on the couch." Fluttershy said
"No, you take the bed, I'll take the couch." I said
"I refuse to sleep in the bed, my bed is yours for the night and I'm not sleeping until you take it." Fluttershy said assertively, then said "I mean… if you want to…"
I woke up to find Fluttershy was in front of me, she was just staring and out of all the things in the world to make you jump, this is one of them
"Oh, did I wake you? I'm so sorry if I did, I was just watching you sleep." She said, sorry for her actions
"She doesn't seem nice… She disturbed you, and to be honest, you can do better." Said Harmony
"Do you want something to eat? I've made breakfast for you just two minutes ago. I know humans don't eat hay, so I made you cereal and made sure to leave the milk until you wake up." She offered
"Oh… Why thank you… the only time someone did that for me was when my mum woke me up for school and I only had 10 minutes till the bus came, you're so sweet." I said
"Oh, why thank you." She said, then blushed and went to get the breakfast.
I sat up and got a tray on my lap
"Eat up, you've got the whole day where you can do whatever you want and I don't want you to miss a second of freedom."She said
"Wait, anything?" I asked
"Um… yeah, anything." Fluttershy said
"I have an idea!" Harmony said
"Let's go to Canterlot and see the castle gardens, we can explore the maze, see Celestia and look at the statues in the garden. Plus, it's the perfect time to free me!" he said
"Sounds fun." I replied out loud
"What does?" Fluttershy asked
"What sounds fun?" she asked
"Oh… nothing, I'll tell you later." I said to her
"Oh, ok… well, eat up, everypony is waiting for you." Fluttershy said, then turned around and walked to a wardrobe, and started getting dressed
"Everypony?" I asked
"Yep, Twilight, me, you, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Rarity." she said
"Oh… I thought you meant everypony." I said
"oh, no… we thought that you didn't want that much attention. Shall we go now?" she asked
"Urr, yeah… we should." I said
We went outside to see that no pony was there, me and Fluttershy looked confused and saw why no pony was outside, the paparazzi was out and about and oddly Fluttershy and every other pony knows why except me.
"Oh dear…" Fluttershy said in concern
"How are we going to sneak around them?" I looked around calmly, then remembered a scene from a movie I watched, Toy Story 3, where the toys have to sneak across the playground without being spotted.
"Follow me…" I told Fluttershy quietly
"And stay close…" I ran to a tree, hid behind it and checked to see if paparazzi were there. When the coast was clear, I ran behind a nearby house and stayed as close to it as possible, while Fluttershy snuck over to me.
"Firestorm… why can't we just fly there? Or use your magic to teleport there?" she asked me
"Teleport? I can do that?" I asked, not being taught that ability
"Well… yes, I mean, you are a alicorn after all" Fluttershy said
"Oh Twi-" I said, getting shortly interrupted
"Hey…" a distant voice said
"…I hear something over here, you go left, I'll go right."
"Ok." said another voice
I was panicking super hard as they were closing in from both sides of the house and there was nowhere to go, then as I saw the ponys turn the corner to see me, I suddenly started floating onto the roof and it was non-other then Fluttershy.
"Ok-" "Shhh.…"
I waited for them to trot away and then gave Fluttershy time to speak
"Ok, now what?" she said
"Well… we could Assassin's Creed the rest of this." I said
"P… Pardon? What's an Assassin's Creed." she asked
"Oh… forget it, it's nothing important." I said, I ran to the edge of the house and jumped to the next one
"Ok, your turn… go on, it's just a hop skip and a jump." I said
"I… um, that looks high." she said
"We can't just sit here, just run and jump before somepony sees us." I told her
"I… I… I can't." she said nervously
"Fluttershy… please, for me?" I asked her
She looked at me, and just stood there. She squinted her eyes and ran towards me, then leaped to me and gave me a big hug.
"That was so scary… so… so… scary." she said, holding me tight
"Good, the way to beat fear is to face it, don't let it trample on you, you trample on it." I said
"But what if I hurt it?" she asked
"It's either you get hurt or fear gets hurt, and you're too cute to get hurt." I said
"Oh… well, thank you." she said
"Now, do what I do and do not, I repeat do not, think about it, just do what I do." I said
"O-Ok, do what you do and don't think about it, got it." She repeated it to herself
"Good." I looked to the next house and ran to jump to the next house, but six houses later I fell down the gap of the house and landed in some hay.
"Oh, I guess that's how you Assassin Creed something. LIKE A PONY!"I said
Fluttershy's head popped out of the hay just as the paparazzi looked in our direction, my eyes widened
"Urrr… this isn't what it looks like…" just as I said that, Fluttershy had to say stuff that made it worse
"You're right, it was better! That was so much fun that we should do this more oft-" I put my hoof in Fluttershy's mouth to shut her up, and nervously smiled at the paparazzi, the smile made a "squee" sound.
"Fluttershy… I think we should start running… like, now." I said, then took my hoof out her mouth and ran with Fluttershy by my side, we ran to Twilight's house but the door was blocked by the paparazzi, so had to run out of the area.
"Firestorm… why are we running?" Fluttershy asked me
"Because you made things look bad. And if Doctor runs in a bad situation, we can, and man does it feel good." I said.
We ran trying to lose them, ran to Applejack's, Rarity's, and back to Fluttershy's place
"THEY'RE LIKE ANIMALS!!! Oh, wait, I'm in the land of magic talking flying ponies, so they ARE animals!" I said
we managed to lose them for five seconds before getting spotted again, but we ended up in an alleyway, we were cornered and no way out as pegasus ponies were blocking our way from flying. Suddenly, a white light was coming from above me, it turned out to be my horn that was glowing.
"Why is it glowing?" I asked
"I don't know, you're the alicorn, you should know." Fluttershy said
"Well… I DON'T KNOW!" I said.
Just as I said that, I couldn't see anything but white, then the light faded away and I was in Twilight's house, I was greeted by Twilight, Rarity, Spike, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Derpy and John.
"Oh, never seen you before, I'm John, John Smith." John said
He shook my hoof and I introduced myself "I'm… Firestorm." I said
"Hm" John said
"Sounds, well, as the fillies say these days, cool. I wish I chose that instead of Doctor."
"I'm sorry but… did you say Doctor?" I asked
"Y- Urr… no." He denied
"but doctor, u always use that name."
"Doctor?" I asked
"Doctor who?!"
John looked at me for a while, then slowly grinned
"Exactly… Doctor who?"
"Wait… Thee Doctor? Thee last of the time-lords, the oncoming storm, the saver of the universe and beyond?!" I squealed
"Yes, thee Doctor, and I know a lot about your legend." he said, things were getting creepy
"What legend?" I asked
"You don't know? No pony told you yet?" he said
"Told me what?" I asked, looking at everypony, and they looked at me, John was the only one grinning.
"Well…" he said quietly, but at a volume where everypony could hear him
"we've got a train to catch… choo choo."
He slowly walked upstairs and Ditzy told me to follow her, and I did, everypony did, I was introduced to a big blue box, the door was open and the inside was just like the one in the show, when the 10th Doctor was around
"Oh… my… gosh! It's the real Tardis! Thee real Time and Relative Dimension In Space! I've only seen this in museums, and the toy set version of this! I've only dreamed of this but never thought about the fact of ever being in here!" I screamed with nerdy glee.
I ran up to the console and went to touch it but controlled myself
"No… mustn't touch it…" I said
"Wanna drive it?" He asked
I just looked at him with big watery eyes, I was almost crying with joy at this point, I've always dreamed about this but never got the chance to live it.
"W… you would let me drive the Tardis?" I asked
"Yes, it appears that you know lots about it." he said
"Wow… thank you… can we go to the Canterlot gardens?" I asked
"Sure, now do as I say." he said, I saluted
"Y… Yes sir."
"Ok, Ditzy." He said.
Derpy closed the doors and hold onto a railing
"Redy for adventer." Derpy asked
"Good, now pull this lever, Firestorm." The Doctor said
I put my hoof on the lever he pointed to, I was sweating like mad, my heart was racing and I had a smile so big that my face hurt, and pulled on it.
"Wuerrru, wuerrru, wuerrru" the Tardis's engines roared loudly, after I pulled the lever and it made me the happiest pony alive.
I decided to use my magic to turn into a human and fly it from there, doing exactly what The Doctor said, then when the engines stopped I was running around with glee
"Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh! I flew the Tardis!" I said
I turned into a pony and gave the Doctor a big hug
"Thank you so much!" I told him
Then I went to Ditzy and gave her a big hug and kissed her cheeks several times
"I love Equestria! I don't want to leave!" I said in joy
"Oh, forget this and go outside. We have sights to see." said Harmony
I calmed down after a while and went outside, everypony's face but Ditzy and John's was in shock from how the blue box is bigger on the inside and how they moved from one place to the other.
"This isn't ethical… how did we go from my house to the Royal Gardens of Canterlot?!" Twilight yelled
"I don't know, Twilight, what I want to know is how it didn't mess up my mane and tail!" Rarity said
"Oh stop complaining Rarity, that blue box makes travelling Cooler!" Rainbow Dash said
"Can we get to sightseeing?" I asked.
Without another word, we went around the gardens, we went in the maze, looked at most the statues and then Princess Luna and Celestia came along
"Ah, hello there. We didn't expect to see thou 8 here." Luna said
"Hello princesses." Twilight said
"Having a good time?" Celestia asked.
"Yes we a- wait, 8? But there are 9 of us." Twilight said
"I only see 8." Celestia said, Luna agreed.
"Hey!" Pinkie Pie said "Where's Firestorm?"
they looked around and found me at a statue of a half pony, goat, dragon, and other creatures combined with the name Discord underneath the statue.
"Firestorm! Get away from that!" Celestia called, but I couldn't hear them, my horn was glowing and was placed on the statue, then I got pulled away from it and saw that the statue was cracked.
"Firestorm! That is the statue of Discord, the god of chaos! If he got out, who knows what would happen!" Luna yelled at me
"But... he told me he was Harmony, the god of peace..." I said, but was interrupted by some evil laughter
"What was that?" I asked
"Me… Harmony. In fact, no, I was lying, I'm the opposite." Discord said, "Firestorm… you set him free…" Celestia said quietly
"Girls, you go before Discord takes them." Celestia said
"Takes what?" I asked.
"Too late." Discord said in an evil tone
"The only one who can save you now is the legendary one."
"Discord, surrender now" Celestia said to Discord "And we can get this over and done with quickly!"
"And what's the fun in that? Mwa ha ha... ponies and their desires! I'm free at last! I bring you destruction... I bring you terror... I am Discord... Prepare yourselves! I've hidden the Elements of Harmony and you have to get them. Rules: No using the Legendary one until you found them as I've hidden them in one of my creations, and we all know that my creations disappear after I'm defeated. Deal?" he offered
Everypony looked at eachother, then at Discord, Twilight sighed and nodded to Ditzy, who turned to Discord and said "Meel, I meen, deel."
"Good." Discord said, and he disappeared after a click of his fingers.
Everypony looked at me angrily and didn't talk to me
"You…" Celestia said to me "…are in big trouble."
I just closed my eyes and sighed, feeling very stupid...
I was to stay with Celestia and Luna while Twi and the gang find the Elements, I was in so much trouble that I was forbidden to leave the castle until Discord is defeated, I took this opportunity to explore as I've only seen the grand hall, the grand stairs, the walkways and a bridge.
I went up to the guards to talk to them
"Hi, how are you guys?" I waited a while for a response, but no answer
"You… you guards awake?"
Again, no answer, just still as statues, it was creepy as they didn't blink, move, flinch and I didn't hear breathing at all
"Oh, let me guess, you're forbidden to talk to me. Well fi- wait… are you like those guards that the queen has in Britain?" No response
"Wow, you guys are like my friends on Steam."
I stood next to the guard and did what he did, it was very peaceful, we just looked at the window in front of us.
The window had the most beautiful view I had ever seen, until I saw the maze and the ground underneath it lift up and hover into the air, I ran up to the window and just stared at it.
As I looked out the window, I just felt more guilty... I decided to go to the human world and never come back.
I walked up the stairs of the tower I first entered when I was thrown into the mirror. I looked into it, and saw my pony self for a few seconds, then my reflection turned into my human self.
"This is all your fault..." I said
"Just because you're a pony doesn't mean you don't change from what you really are - a stupid, little, human..." I closed my eyes and looked down, I walked towards the mirror. Eventually though, I bumped into something.
The mirror was solid, not a portal.
"W-what?!" I put my hooves on the mirror, trying to get into it, but all efforts were hopeless.
"The mirror is only open for 3 days, every 30 moons." Luna said from behind me.
"Running away from your problems aren't going to help the situation, because you may not believe me... but... you're needed by everypony... and you have a visitor...".
Luna walked away, I followed her, she took me into a room
"I'll wait out here." I walked into the room and the door closed
"Firestorm… why did thou close the door?" Luna asked
"I thought you closed it." I said,
"We thought you did." Luna said
"It was me…" said a familiar voice
"…Look down." I saw a White cyclical tube with a blue line going halfway down it and a blue light on the end of it, it was the 10th doctor's Sonic Screwdriver
"Whooves…" I said
"Yes… now pick it up" The Doctor said as the Tardis doors opened right in front of me
"And run, I have something that you'll have to hold onto your hat for."
"That phrase has never been more literal." I said as I rubbed my hat
"But I'm in deep trouble already, I can't leave the castle grounds." I added
"Who said we was leaving Castle Grounds?" he said, I looked at Whooves, then the door that Luna was behind, then back to Whooves, and paused for a while.
"It better be good." I said as I walked into the Tardis, then went to the chairs and sat on one, Whooves walked to the console and put his hoof on a lever and looked at me
"Ready?" he asked, I stared back and smiled
"Yes." I said
"Ok then… ALONSY!" he pushed the lever up and the Tardis engine started.
Whooves did his well known run around the console to flick levers and push buttons, the Tardis was violently shaking, tossing and turning just like in the show, but felt more painful than fun.
The Tardis did its fair share of sulking to cooperate and flying sparks followed by the Doctor having to hit it with a hammer to stop stropping
"I feel like I'm watching a long lost episode of Doctor Who!" I thought
"Hold on tight!" the Doctor yelled to me
"We're gonna have a bumpy landing!" I suddenly got a smile, chuckled a little and yelled at the top of my lungs
"GERONIMO!" and then sparks suddenly flew everywhere, the lights turned on and off repeatedly and landed so hard that we lifted up at least 3 feet in the air and hit the ground so hard that we lost consciousness.
A few hours later, we woke up.
Tardis was a wreck, half of its cables dangling from the roof were now on the floor, it was also on fire in certain spots, most of the lights were out and the centre thing that moved was broke, we slowly got up and went to the door, then left. Just in time too, the Tardis exploded leaving all the glass smashed, half of one door hanging off the hinge and the place where the bulb was… well, it wasn't there anymore.
"I know this is irrelevant, but what did you say before we landed?" the doctor asked, "Geronimo?" I asked
"Yeah, that. I might use that one day." he said
"Just use that when you regenerate next, Alonsy suits this form better." I said
"I'll be sure of that." he said
We looked at the Tardis for a couple more moments and turned to walk away
"Poor girl… I'll miss her." he said sadly
"I'm sure you'll get a new one that looks just like her, you still have a lot of adventures with her looking like that." I said
We began to walk off so we could leave the Tardis to burn and slowly die
"Anything else you want to tell me about my future while we're discussing my future adventures with the Tardis?" he asked
"Ha… Spoilers." I said, then winked.
We walked into the Canterlot castle as we landed right outside of it, but was stopped by guards.
"Halt! No pony passes without authorisation!" the guard said
"It's ok, I'm in trouble with the princesses anyway, I should get back to them." I said
"Lies! The princesses are too young for you to be in trouble by their command, only the queen can give such order!" the guard replied
"Queen?" I asked. At those words, I was dragged behind the Doctor
"Sorry about that, my friend has jet lag. We have been asked by the Queen to see her." the doctor said
He lifted up a black, paper thin wallet with one pocket and a piece of non-removable paper, then the guards lowered their wings to allow us access into the castle, we walked in without another word and went to the doors of the great hall.
"Queen? What Queen?" I asked
"We went backwards in time so we could tell you something… The origins of The Legendary Pony." he replied.
Just at that, the doors opened and I saw a tall mare lightly tanned coat with a horn and wings as these pony's call her an alicorn, her mane and tail were red like a tomato, her eyes sky blue with a Cutie Mark that was as it looked like a feather pen with an ink bottle behind it. Beautiful, she was...
"Ah, come in." the mare said, a smooth voice soft with a caring undertone in it yet firm when needing to discipline others.
"Just don't wake the children." she said
We walked in, we saw a mare that was average size for a princess, her age long wavy pink mane and tail a snowy white coat, a really soft dash of pink, barely noticeable in it and a Cutie Mark of the sun.
A small mare thin of build her mane, half short just about as long as her neck in blue, her coat night blue with a night black blob with a moon in it as Cutie Mark and a little filly not bigger than half of the height of the crib, a very small horn and tiny tiny wings, her ocean green eyes have a deeper stare to them then the filly's brain can collide, a darker magenta coat and lavender colored mane with a light streak just a bit of pinkish purple.
All 3 of them were asleep, the mare put the covers over them more.
"I'm Firestorm, your name?" I asked
She turned to me "I am Gabriel, but my friends call me Lauren." she introduced
I bowed to her
"So, what brings you here?" she asked, but the filly in the cot started crying.
Gabriel sighed. "I'm not good at babysitting..." she said
"But... didn't you raise them two?" I asked, pointing to Luna and Celestia as what seems to be teens.
"No... I chose them... they managed to put a stop to Discord's reign of power, not even I could do that." Gabriel said, looking at Luna and Celestia.
"I adopted them as Discord had forced their parents to suicide... sad... but they're heroes, and should be proud." I walked to the little foal in the cot.
She looked at me and stopped crying, she stared at me for a while. I smiled at it, and she giggled, then held out its hooves to grab my nose. I moved my head closer so it could grab it, the filly grabbed it and put it in her mouth, nomming on it gently.
I smiled, "That's adorable! She's so cute! What's her name?" I asked
Gabriel replied "PeaceSun, she's been given to me as her mother is busy, sadly."
PeaceSun let go, and booped my nose, saying "Boop!"
Her voice was so adorable
"Hi there, I'm Firestorm". I smiled widely, then she started crying
"Oh no, what happened?" I said, then I smelt it...
"Oh! Jeez... Ok..." I picked her up.
"Is it ok if I change her...? I really want to know what it's like to be a dad." I asked
Gabriel nodded.
I grinned and put her on the changing table. I removed her nappy and used wipes to clean her, I put the nappy into the bin and then put baby powder on the nappy and put the new nappy on her.
PeaceSun stopped crying and giggled, then held out her hooves again, I held her and put her close to me, holding her gently.
"You hungry?" I asked, she nodded. I got a bottle of milk and put it in her mouth, then gently moved it upwards so she could drink it.
She drunk up the milk, I removed it when she was done, I put her on my shoulder and gently tapped her back.
She let out a little burp and a giggle, then hugged me, letting out a little whisper "Firestorm."
I gasped a little, then smiled, nearly crying with joy, I just felt her soft little breaths go on my neck, I held her closer and smiled, rubbing my hoof on her back. She slept soundly, Gabriel watched, smiling
"May I ask... are you married? or have children?" she asked, I shook my head
"No, I never even took a lesson on it, I just learned on what I saw." I said
I got up and put PeaceSun in her cot and sang a little lullaby.
"Hush my child don't you cry, I'll be here day and night" I sung
PeaceSun smiled as I kissed her head softly.
"Well, now that you're done, I've been talking with the doctor and need to tell you something." Gabriel said.
The Origin Of The Legendary Pony
"Well, now that you're done, I've been talking with the doctor and need to tell you something." Gabriel said. She got out a book and put it on a table, then opened it, cleared her throat and started to read. "Once upon a time, a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, there was nothing but this haven, why you ask? Because this is how the universe was created, this is where it began, this is my home, this is… Galaxy Origin.
"Look… he's waking up!" I said "I think you did a fine job making him, mother." Said a stallion "Thank you, Forerunner." I replied "You're welcome, Gabrielle." Replied Forerunner
A little grey alicorn was on the floor, opening his little eyes a little eyes that were so dark brown that you'd mistake them for black and looks around slowly, it gets up from its spot and stretched to get its bones and muscles working, he then sits down and stares at me, his mother.
"I think he's hungry Mother." Said Forerunner. I laid down on her side and allowed the little colt to feed on her teat to build his strength for the first time.
"What you going to call him Mother?" Asked Forerunner. I put a hoof to her chin and thought as the little colt sucked on her teat. "Hmmm, I think I'll call him… Firestorm." I replied.
Firestorm was my third living, breathing, moving creation, my first was an evil and dreadful mastermind, the yin to my yang, my other half, I created the devil.
You may call me insane for doing it but I felt like I should make something to be a challenge, he creates the bad and I create the good.
I quickly disabled his access from the creation program, but I didn't delete his creations, I stored them in a place called 'Sandbox Pa Or', I made sure he couldn't access to it by throwing it into space, only I know the location.
He has made a wife for himself, she's a really nice pony to be around, not what is expect him to be interested in, I guess it is true what they say, big tough guys have a huge kind, delicate side.
The second is Firestorm's big brother, Forerunner, he has the same golden wing stabiliser as Firestorm, he has blue eyes and long brown hair, he helps me with everything, bless his soul.
He made a planet once, full of things called dinosaurs, how creative! He hasn't hit publish yet but it's something he wanted to make and keep for himself.
He believes the best things are when they start, and get lazier and horrible as it moves on, or as he calls it, over doing for a long period of time.
And now here's Firestorm, he was coded to learn everything, not know it off the top of his head, but that did result in glitches. One glitch was another breed of ponies called Changelings, I ran over the coding and I did not like what I saw at all! I want to remove them but the files are corrupt, some of it got into Firestorm, luckily I managed to remove it from him, I don't want him feeding off my love for him!
Anyway, he's something I worked very hard on, it's a very unique idea that everypony helped on and everypony is glad with the result!
Shame is… he has to learn how to talk… adding speech to him now is very difficult… he's going to have to learn.

Firestorm and Forerunner seem to have a huge liking for each other, they're like best friends! I'm glad to see them playing with toys and playing tag.
"Hey, mum, watch this!" Forerunner said with Firestorm sat in front of him on his back. Forerunner put his front hoofs on Firestorm's belly and starting rubbing a little fast, Firestorm screamed, then started laughing and squirming just so it could stop, he was laughing is little lungs out.
I giggled a little "What are you doing?"
"I'm tickling him!"
"What's tickling?"
"When you rub certain areas really fast and dig into the area a little."
"… Oh… ok then."
Forerunner let go of Firestorm, Firestorm was panting for air, and being tickled must really take your breath away, literately!
After cleaning up from a whole day of playtime once again for the past 4 years, I heard Forerunner's voice in Firestorm's room, talking. I walked quietly to the room to hear what he was saying "… And the dragon was slain, the princess was saved, and they lived happily ever after. The end." Firestorm looked concerned about something, then walked to the book and pointed to the dragon "What about the dragon, Firestorm? Are you worried that he didn't get a happy ending?" Firestorm nodded "Well… your big brother Forerunner came along, and brought the dragon back to life, but made him kinder so everypony could love him too, the end." Firestorm smiled, hugged Forerunner with his tiny front legs and went back to bed. Forerunner put the book back and walked out the room. He jumped a little after he spotted me "Oh, hi mum. How are you?" He said "I'm fine, see you were putting Firestorm to bed." I replied "Yeah, I taught him how to do some coding on the network today; he did good, just a little flat land area and some mountains."
"Can you say apple?" Forerunner said 3 days later "Aaaaaapppllllllleeee…". Firestorm looked at him and opened his mouth, he tried to say it but nothing came out, we've been trying forever to get him to talk and I can see that he wants to too, but nothing's working! Mayberry he can't talk… maybe he's a mute! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT A MUTE IS BUT THAT'S A NEW WORD I'M MAKING UP! "Calm down mother! Let’s think of ways for Firestorm to talk, make up some actions for him to preform if he needs something." "Oh that won't work!"
Just at that moment, Firestorm was scratching the lavatory door; he was dancing on the spot, scratching the door madly.
Me and Forerunner looked at each other, and then smiled "He wants to be… be… what's the word?"
"Toilet trained?" Forerunner suggested
"Yeah, he does." I replied, and then when we went to go to the door to open it, it was already open somehow. Firestorm walked out the lavatory room and closed the door with magic.
We stared at him with wide eyes and jaws dropped, he went to the cookie jar and got one out, he sat down in front of us and held it by his head as if he was asking our permission for it, we looked at each other and then looked at him, we nodded softly.
He smiled and ate it happily, then walked off to his room, his bed was covered in books about spells and flying, he read each of within the course of 3 months!

Firestorm could fly a little bit, not too much but his hooves just touched the ground, minimum he could fly was 10 seconds on the spot, he can't move in a direction yet, so Forerunner is teaching him.
Either way, we were getting an unexpected visit from the devil "Hello, what do you wish?" I said politely "Well, we've been hiding this for four years me and my wife have a child that we wanted to show you." Replied Frankie (That's his nickname) "Oh! Please come in! Make yourselves comfortable!" I said enthusiastically, they entered the house, it was slightly messy from the toys, but they sat down and ignored it.
"Forerunner, we have company. Firestorm can come too." I said to them in the other room, I walked back the Frankie and his wife "They'll be a moment."
An awkward science fell; I had to break the ice somehow… "How have you been? Everything ok at your end?" I asked "Yep, we're doing fine, we hope for some more things to do here, things are starting to get a little, oh, what's the word…? It's the opposite of joy and entertainment…" Replied Frankie's wife, Inferno. "Boredom?" Forerunner said, walking in the room with Firestorm on his back. When Firestorm saw Frankie and Inferno, he crawled into one of Forerunner's wings.
Forerunner sat down and opened his wing a little, Firestorm slowly crawled out, he looked at Frankie and Inferno shyly, and softly waved, they waved back.
"We'll isn't he cute? So cute I could just pinch those cheeks!" Firestorm squeaked and backed away a little, he was being very shy around these ponies.
"He's a shy one isn't he? How long have you had him?" Inferno asked "Four years." I responded "Oh! Well, as you're showing your new member to the family, let's show you ours. Blaze, come on out." Frankie said, and just after that, a red filly with orange stripes and red and orange hair came out of Frankie's wing.
Firestorm suddenly stared at her with surprise, he's never seen a filly before, something in his little brain triggered a liking towards her, not in a loving way, in a way that just screamed "I want to be friends with her!", of course, I was going to let him be friends with her.
"Daddy, why is he looking at me like that?" Blaze asked "I think it's because you're a demon." Frankie replied. "He's never seen anypony outside of this home before, he's been so happy here that he hasn't got time to think of going outside." Forerunner reassured.
The family looked at him back "He hasn't said a single word this whole meeting, is he that shy?" Inferno asked "No… we've been trying to get him to talk, but he has never spoke a single word, he's even trying himself to talk." I replied "Watch! Firestorm, say apple. Aaaaaaaappppppppppllllllllleeeeeee…" Firestorm opened his mouth to say apple, but he couldn't, he tried so hard to. "Well that's rude! How do you know if he wants something?" Blaze asked, Forerunner went to answer, but Firestorm got off the couch and went to Blaze.
He lightly tapped her and then started running on the spot, then stopped and tilted his head in confusion, Blaze looked at him the same way, there was a silence for a moment, and then Blaze said "Are you asking to play tag?" Firestorm nodded with a huge grin "Oh! So he does actions as a means of communication! So, wanna play tag?" Firestorm smiled and nodded, he lightly tapped her and ran away, Blaze shortly following after him.
We watched them run around the house until we couldn't see them anymore, and then continued our talk "What worlds do you have in mind?" I asked "Huh? Oh! Well, since us both have kids the same age, maybe an area where they can play." Frankie said "Maybe a huge area with some type of things as decoration." Inferno continued. Next we heard panting getting louder and louder as Blaze ran to us "Mom! Dad! Look at what Firestorm did!" Inferno and Frankie got up and followed Blaze, so did I and Forerunner.
"I hope it isn't something bad…" Forerunner said, we eventually found that Firestorm was in the A.T.O.M room, he was working on the program "Firestorm! What are you doi-" I yelled, then saw what he was doing, he made a huge area of grass, with some water and tall brown cylinders with other brown cylinders hanging off the top, green tear shaped hanging off it.
"Firestorm, what are those things?" Forerunner asked in shock, Firestorm wrote something on the screen "Trees?" I replied "What do they do exactly?" I continued
"They produce a thing called oxygen and breath in a deadly gas called carbon dioxide!" Blaze said as Firestorm put a diagram on the screen. "Wow! Who thought of this?!" Frankie screamed enthusiastically "I…" Blaze started "Firestorm…" Blaze continued "um…" Blaze had many thoughts going in her head, then she looked at her parents and us, walked to Firestorm and put a wing around him "We… worked on it, together." She finished at last, Firestorm blushed highly about this sudden event, if he could talk, he would be speechless too.
Later, Blaze was in a room with Firestorm together, Firestorm wrote words on paper and held it up to her; the first one read "Why did you not take the credit? I would've understood." "Because it wouldn't be fair! I mean, I want both our parents to be proud of us! Don't you?" Blaze replied. Firestorm looked at the paper and started, thinking of what to write; he stared at it for a couple of minutes and finally wrote "Yeah… I guess. Maybe now they could let you visit more often. ☻" Blaze smiled and hugged him "I hope we see each other more! I've had a really good time with you! It would be nice to have somepony to play with; my older brother is a plot hole." She sighed "BLAZE!" Inferno yelled loudly "Don't use such language in front of our guest!" "Sorry mom… oh! Can I see Firestorm again soon?!" Blaze yelped excitedly "Ok, but why?" Inferno asked "Because I like him. He's a real friend!" Blaze giggled excitedly and hugged Firestorm tightly. Then, something happened… Firestorm's eyes glowed white and then looked exactly like Blaze (if she was an alicorn) and then shortly changed back! Blaze stepped away and noticed… Blaze had Firestorm's Cutie Mark, which shortly vanished from her flank. That sealed their friendship. "Whoa… awesome!"

"Now, make sure you're visible to me and mom at all times, we don't know what this house is like." Forerunner said, standing outside the home of Frankie, Inferno and Blaze. Firestorm nodded to the request, and looked at the huge home. The house was tall, at least 6 stories high. It was black with red outlines. The garden was green and spread out at least 30 feet, the edges of the garden were faded, turning from solid, to liquid, then into gas, but there was no protection from falling off into space, so Firestorm had to be careful.
The door to Blaze's home finally opened, Inferno was at the door "Why, hello! Blaze is up the stairs, down the corridor, 6th door to the right; take the 3rd bridge and then the right door to the left." She said with a smile, Firestorm and Forerunner looked at her in confusion "O… k…? Come on Firestorm." Forerunner said, walking with him to Blazes room. The rooms they walked through were red with orange outlines on everything. The outlines glowed like lights, like everything in Galaxy Origin. There were paintings of death in the corridors. And Firestorm had the feeling her was being watched, he slowly turned around saw five figures in front of a door at the very start of the corridor. One glowed orange and red, because she was on fire, but its eyes glowed brighter than the rest of it. The other was black, with glowing blue eyes. The other seemed to be dying, but standing like it was alive and well, it seemed like it was dying as its belly was like it was starving, its red eyes glowed at Firestorm. The next had orange glowing eyes; its skin seemed to be peeling off, dripping blood on the floor and leaving some skin on the floor too. The final figure's eyes glowed blue, it seemed perfectly normal besides the glowing blue eyes.
"Come on little b, we got a friend to see." Forerunner said, picking up Firestorm and taking him to the doors. "Right door to the left… so… um… how does that work exactly?" Forerunner asked, Firestorm hopped off his back and looked at the 4 doors in front of him. He looked to the right one, then the left one, and then he pointed his head to the right door that was nearest to the center. Feeling confident he was right, Firestorm knocked on the door and waited. Forerunner looked at him. "What did you do?" He said, the door opened as he spoke, and out came Blaze, she had scruffy hair and yawned, looking up "Is Firestorm on his way? I want to know so I can get ready…" she said, talking to some invisible pony that wasn't there.
"He already is, Blaze" Forerunner said, Blaze opened her eyes and looked at Firestorm, then screamed loudly as she jumped and ran behind the door "Don't look at me! I'm not ready! I'll be 1258 heart beats!" She screamed from behind the door. Oh, I have a little explaining to do, see, in Galaxy Origin, we don't measure things in time as time wasn't invented yet, so we measured things in heart beats. 1247 heart beats later, Blaze come out her room with a straight mane on the top half and a curly mane for the bottom half. The tail was a little bit of a mix of both. "So, what do you wanna do?" She asked, panting as she fluttered her wings a little to get air into her from rushing to get ready. Firestorm tapped Blaze on her shoulder "Oh, we can play that in the garden! I love playing there!" She yelped excitedly and ran to the garden, holding his hoof as she ran with Firestorm. Firestorm looked to Blaze holding his hoof, and blushed softly, he felt feelings he never knew existed.
Heartbeats later, Firestorm and Blaze was playing happily in the garden "Come on Firestorm! Tag me!" She yelped as she ran, then she tripped and fell! She skidded to the edge and was about to go into space! But stopped slowly, she was in some sort of bubble. She looked around and saw somepony stood at the edge of the garden. Its eyes were brightly glowing white, its wings were open as far as they would go and its horn glowed brightly grey. As the bubble started to move closer towards the garden, Blaze noticed that it was somepony kind enough to do so, and the only kind soul she knew was "Firestorm?!"
After she landed on the garden, Firestorm popped the bubble and hugged Blaze tight. After he let go, he had some red liquid on his chest, he looked at it and then looked to Blaze, who was crying slightly "What is that? Why does it hurt?" Firestorm looked at a cut in her chest, he closed his eyes and put his horn on her head, she glowed orange and stopped crying slowly. When he moved back from her, the cut was gone.
A while later, Firestorm and Blaze were cuddling each other. "Firestorm… I've been feeling things I've never really felt before… like, pain. Well, pain on my chest at least. Normally it's on my flank…" she confessed. Firestorm's eyes opened widely and looked at her in shock. "It's pretty bad… he doesn't like me being… not sad… it's really horrible, that's why I like you Firestorm, you're not mean, you're not cruel, and you're a pony. My brother… well… not so much…" they shared more cuddles, then…
The door creaked open… they looked at it open, and saw a tall figure that was stood on its hind legs, but didn't have hooves, but little things that was growing off them. Its head was different too; the ears were on the side of his head, not on the top. The eyes were smaller and completely at the front of its head. It had clothing on and didn't have fur. It had a mane but no tail, and the mane was black, short and covered his eyebrows. His eyes had dark bags under them, his eye colour was dark brown and bloodshot. You may know this simply as… a human.
"I believe it's time for you to go, Firestorm." He sneered, staring at Firestorm coldly "Well? LEAVE!" Firestorm got up quickly and teleported out the room in fright, he teleported to the only pony he could turn to when Blaze wasn't there… "Oh, hi Little B! What's wrong?" He said in worry as Firestorm was shaking in fear "Did Blaze scare you?" He asked, Firestorm just stayed, shaking. Inferno sighed "I'll have to tell her off for that, she's never done that before… come." She said, getting up and heading for the state case. Forerunner went with Inferno and Firestorm was left on the sofa.
Many heart beats went by, nothing but silence, but then… "LUCIFER!" echoed around the house as Inferno's horrified yell was so loud. Firestorm stopped shaking and teleported to Forerunner, who quickly grabbed him and covered his eyes. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR SISTER?!" the yelling of Inferno pounded on Firestorm's ears, but whenever there was silence, he heard nothing but the tears of Blaze "I HATE THIS LITTLE WITCH! EVER SINCE SHE CAME ALONG YOUR ATTENTION HAS BEEN ON HER! IT'S NEVER ABOUT ME!"
"LUCIFER! WE HAVE GUESTS!"
"I DON'T GIVE A FLYING FEATHER! SHE'S A LITTLE RUNT! JUST! LIKE! YOU!" Forerunner uncovered Firestorm's eyes as Lucifer stormed out of the room, Blaze ran to Inferno, crying her eyes out, she left a puddle where ever she walked. Inferno held her and walked into the middle of the room, cuddling her softly. "So that's what you meant when you said he was a pain in the plot…" Inferno said, Blaze nodded softly. Firestorm walked to Blaze and joined in the comforting cuddle. "Forerunner, you can go home, we'll keep Firestorm safe for the next 11 million heartbeats…" Inferno said. She means over night, but there was no day or night invented either, just this whole galaxy for now. Forerunner left the house with understanding.

Heartbeats passed… tears were shed… and no pony spoke a word… Frankie knocked on the door and looked at Inferno. "I heard about what Lucifer did… he's in his room calming down… wanna go in the kitchen with me and have a couple drinks?" He asked. Inferno looked to Blaze, Blaze sniffed and let go, holding Firestorm now. "It's ok, mom… I've got Firestorm here to cuddle…" she sniffed; Inferno got up and walked to Frankie, who slowly closed the door and left with Inferno.
Moments later, a huge tearing noise began to be heard, and then Lucifer broke the door to Blaze's room down and walked in a hurrying speed to Blaze "You're coming with me!" He yelled coldly and darkly. He kicked Firestorm out of the way and hit the wall so hard that he broke his neck at the wall… he saw blackness… he didn't know how many heartbeats he had seen it for, because he couldn't hear it… it had stopped… he was dead… he saw a blue light though… and he started to open his eyes… he saw one of the black figures in front of him, it had bluish white eyes with a mane and tail that moved like fire. "Your time has not yet come, you're meant for much greater things… start by saving Blaze… it's your destiny!" She motivated. Firestorm get up and heard screaming coming from down stairs.
Firestorm ran to the screaming and saw Lucifer pulling Blaze into a red portal; Blaze was hanging on to the edge for dear life "GET HERE YOU WITCH!" Lucifer yelled "FIRESTORM! HELP ME!" Blaze yelled in mercy. Firestorm saw what was happening and built up with fear, but then closed his eyes, opened his wings, and got into a stance to prepare to run, and ran to Blaze with extreme speed. "BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAZE!" Firestorm yelled loudly, Blaze gasped as Firestorm just said his first words, her grip was underpowered as Lucifer pulled one last time. She let go of the portal, but Firestorm grabbed her hooves and tried to pull her out.
"LET GO YOU LITTLE INSIGNIFICANT LITTLE SHIK! YOU'RE A POOR EXCUSE OF A COLT! YOU'RE NO HERO; YOU'RE A WASTE OF DATA!" Lucifer yelled to bring down Firestorm's spirit, but Firestorm pulled harder to get Blaze from his clutches, but the portal started to close.
"Firestorm! Let go! I'll be ok, I want you to promise me that you will be ok, I'll try to get out, promise, and when I do, and you’ll be the first pony I'll go to!" Blaze said, looking at Firestorm, Firestorm looked at her in shock, and pulled her in. But not for her to be free, but for a hug, the last ever hug they will share… in a long, long, time… he let go and moved away from the portal. The last thing he saw was Blaze waving goodbye with the saddest face he's ever seen, with Lucifer grinning evilly.
"Hello?! Anypony here?! We heard something loud and came to see if you needed help!" Forerunner asked moments later. He went into the kitchen and saw the black pony, which brought Firestorm back from the dead, sat next to him, her soft, gentle wing wrapped around him for comfort. Firestorm was just sat there, sniffing in sadness, pouring with tears. "It's ok… she'll see you again… she promised…" she said softly "What if I don't?" Firestorm said, crying in the exact spot that he let go of Blaze. "She will, 100% guarantee. By the way, I'm Death, I know everything about you. Your past, present and future." She said "I can say she will come… because she will." She smiled softly at him; Firestorm hugged her softly, crying more because he didn't want Blaze to leave. 12096000 heartbeats later, Firestorm just stayed in his room… looking at the wall in shame… he failed at saving Blaze…
"I can't stand to see him like this…" Forerunner told me
"I can't either… what do we do…?" I asked in worry. Me and Forerunner looked at the program system that had Forerunner's planet on it… then looked at each other…
"We put him on that thing?!"
"Forerunner… it'll be ok, just erase his memory and put him on there… we can let him return soon… he will see us again… I promise…" I said
"I'll watch over him, I'll tell you everything that he does, make sure he is safe." Death said, me and Forerunner looked at her.
"I've been working on a thing called Karma; it's something that will make sure everything is in balance… I'll guard and protect him, I'll do anything, he's capable of so much more, and you've got to trust me! Please!" Death begged
I walked over to the window and looked at the empty universe, then closed my eyes, took a deep breath in and said "Ok… let's do it… but let's make more planets, so it won't be completely empty."
"Lucky for you, I came prepared; I've been getting very bored for the past billion heart beats, so I brought out my creative side." Death said as she put in her hoof into the program. In the speed of light, millions of billions of planets started appearing. "Whoa… ok… let's do it…" I said in aw "Forerunner… hit publish…" I finished, starting to cry a little because I was seeing Firestorm go… I walked to Firestorm's room, watching him, I wanted to see his face one… last… time.
After we published all the planets, we converted you onto Forerunner's planet, so you can fit in… I see that didn't go well… and I'm sorry I did that to you… but now you know… and you can come back to Galaxy Origin… only ponies who've been there can go there. And if you ever need anything… mommy's here for you…" Gabriel said, said, smiling at me with water in her eyes.
At that moment, a guard ran in "QUEEN! QUEEN! GET OUT OFF HERE, AND TAKE THE FILLY WITH YOU!" he said, screaming "DISCORD, HE'S KILLED ALMOST EVERY STAR PONY!" "Discord? The God of Chaos?!" Gabriel asked "Star ponies?!" I asked in shock, "YES!!! RUN N-" He never got to say those final words, as a huge hand came out the doors and grabbed the guard, then all I heard was a chewing sound, we looked at the Gabriel, "RUN! GO TO THE TARDIS, IT MUST BE FIXED NOW!" she said, I wanted to ask how she knew about it, but she flew off with PeaceSun as Discord came in with blood on his mouth and teeth. He was huge; he broke the ceiling getting in the room. Me and the Doctor looked at each other "What now?!" I asked in panic, a giant hole formed in front of us as Discord broke in, I looked at the Doctor as he had a big smile on his face "Geronimo…" he said, "Oh gosh, please no…" I said, shaking my head slowly he nodded and jumped in screaming "GERONIMO!" "Darn it Doctor, hope you know what you're doing." I said.
I jumped down and saw a huge dungeon full of crystals when I landed, I saw a mine cart that the Doctor was in, I ran to him and jumped in. The roof was crumbling, the tracks were shaking and Discord's breath gave us a boost of speed to get started on our escape plan "So… Doctor, what's the plan?" I asked, "Plan? Get to the Tardis of cause!" he said, we rode the mine cart around the dungeon trying to get away from the killer Discord, then I remembered what Fluttershy told me "Star ponies… two left!" after we got to the end of the tracks, we got off and ran like no tomorrow, we could see the outside world in view, along with the Tardis. Me and the Doctor got to the door and he entered first. "AH! MY TAIL!" I yelled as Discord grabbed it, he was dragging me and lifted me off the ground, then threw me into the air, then caught me with his hand so he could eat me, head first.
As I was about to get eaten, I blanked out, I could see space again, but it had a lot more stars than last time, last time it had 15-30 stars, now there are 35-40. I opened my eyes after a while to find me in the Tardis "You're… you're awake! Good! Small problem, Luna and Celestia have no parents." He said, "And… do we have to do something about it?" I asked, "Yes, yes we do, Celestia and Luna can't raise themselves and we need to fix time before it breaks." "Ok! Let's go!", we left the Tardis and I followed him to the teenage Luna and Celestia, "How could they sleep though that?" the doctor asked "And how did Discord spare their lives?" "I don't know, maybe he was too busy on us." I asked, "How did they survive the destruction of the castle?" he asked, "Let's not question things, let's just be happy they lived." I said as I walked to them and held them in a hug, the doctor walked around for a bit and spoke under his breath, then turned to me and said "Right, so, I have good news and bad news. Good news is that you're going back to Celestia." "Awesome, wait, what about these two?" I asked, "That's the bad news, I'm not coming with you this time…" he said, "What?" I asked, "I'll be looking after them, you go into the Tardis, I've made some recordings for you to use while I'm here." he said, "Doctor… no…" I said, "Yes, you've got to get back to Celestia and get back to her now! I know what I'm doing, get back to the Tardis and I'll catch up with you, I promise!" he said.
"Pinkie promise?" the Doctor sighed and replied "Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." he said, "What?" I asked, "That's how you make a pinkie promise, is it not?" he asked, "I'll take what I can get, see you…" I said, then waved goodbye, "Bye…". I left the teens to the Doctor and walked to the Tardis, very sad how the legendary Doctor couldn't come with me to fly the Tardis. As I entered, I looked around "So this is how he feels when he doesn't have somepony with him… sad, lonely, unimport-" I was interrupted by a static noise "Hello? Firestorm? Are you there? It's me, the Doctor." the voice said, "Doctor?" I said, wondering how he's here, "Yes, me, I've pre-recorded this message so I can talk to you." he said, "How did you kn-" I said, getting interrupted, "-ow what you're going to say next? Well simple, logic, I think of what you're going to say before you say it." he said, "Prove it." I said, "Ok, say a word, any word." he requested, "Urrr… Sonic." I said as response to the request, "Was it Pineapple? No? Good cause that’s not a word, that's a fruit. The word was Sonic, for Sonic Screwdriver." he asked "Holy f-" "Keep the language clean, Firestorm. Now, push that lever that will start the Tardis, then follow the numbers." he said. I looked at the Tardis, she was covered in pieces of paper with numbers on, I could only see 10 numbers "Found all of them yet? Good, now do them in order, I'll see you later." The screen turned to static then went back to the blue screen with lots of slowly turning circles and other moving shapes that I believe might be the text of the planet the doctor came from. "Ok…" I said to myself in a murmur "Got to get this right first time… Alonsy…"
As the Tardis landed, the door s opened with Celestia standing in it
"Firestorm…" Celestia said
"I know, I know, I'm in deeper trouble…" I said
"…As much as you are, that's not the case this time. Follow me." She said
I was confused.
When I left the Tardis, I heard the engine begin to roar loudly and disappear slowly, leaving the sound of the Tardis echo through the halls of the castle.
"Thou art not in trouble now however, Equestria is…" Luna said, also walking next to me
"Celestia, don't make Equestria suffer for my wrong doing, I deserve it, not them." I said
"We mean Discord has… well… look out the window." Luna said
I looked out a nearby window and it was pure chaos, buildings in the air, Cotton Candy clouds, bunnies with legs as long as a giraffes neck, chocolate rain, the dirt road turned into soap, tree bark was made from lettuce and tree leaves made from ice.
"What… The… Heck…?" I said in confusion
"Discord did this while you was gone, go to Twilight's house… she'll tell you everything…" Celestia said
At that, I ran out the castle and ran for my life, then stopped and walked back to the Castle.
"Problem?" Celestia said
"I don't know how to get to Twilight's house from here…" I replied sadly
"I'll teleport you there." Celestia said, while putting her horn on my head. After that, I saw that same white light that I saw when I was cornered in the alleyway by the paparazzi.
Soon after the White light was gone, I was at Twilight's house.
"Firestorm!" Twilight yelled "Thank goodness you're here! Could you get the… the…"
"Tiara?" I asked
"Yes, that, get it!" Twilight said as she was jumping up and down
the tiara was being thrown around the room like a game of Piggie in the middle.
Applejack, Pinkie, Fluttershy, Rarity and spike was in the room with Twilight, but everypony (all but Spike) didn't look the same, they were greyer than normal. Fluttershy was throwing the Tiara to Pinkie and back. Rarity was holding a huge rock, looking like she was defending it. Applejack was… well, just sitting in a corner and Rainbow Dash… just wasn't there...
Then the door opened behind me.
"Helloooooo therrrrrreee… do you like my work of art?" Discord said
"No…" I said under my breath, in anger "I hate it… you turned my friends into jerks…"
"Oh boo hoo!" Fluttershy said "Does it look like we care about you?! You never even liked me, you wasn't even brave enough to kiss me when we met!" "
You haven't kissed him yet?!" Pinkie yelled "I have!"
"I haven't!" Applejack said
"Yes you have, remember?" I told Applejack
"Nope." Applejack said, closing her mouth forcefully, shifting her eyes from side to side
"I… I admit it too…" Twilight said, Fluttershy looked at everypony in rage, then turned to me "YOU WHAT?!" She yelled
I turned to Discord and looked at him angrily
"WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? WHY ARE YOU TURNING MY FRIENDS AGAINST ME?!" I yelled
"Oh… I'm sorry, I just wanted to mess with you… all this just to get to The Legendary Pony…" he said, grinning
"WHAT DOES HE HAVE TO DO WITH ME?!" I yelled
Discord laughed evilly
"Twilight… tell him…" Discord said
A clunk of metal landed on the floor, and I slowly turned to Twilight and looked at her
"Well, Twinkle Sprinkle?" I said, she looked at me angrily for a second, then walked to me and put her mouth on my front left hoof and bit into it, but the far moved like it was clothing when she bit into it, then she pulled away from me with my fur in her mouth and I saw some extra light glow into the room, she showed me my body and then threw it to the other side of the room.
"Wait… if my body was at the other side of the room, on the floor like a piece of clothing, then…"
I looked down to see a White body, with a flowing mane, like Celestia's, but golden, and my tail was the same as my old one.
Twilight put a mirror in front of me and my eyes was not brown anymore… they were gold… the whole eyes were gold, no pupils.
"Do you see now?" Discord whispered in my ear "You, you are The Legendary Pony…"
Twilight put her horn on my head and then I turned back to normal.
"I don't think I fully introduced myself…" I said quietly to Discord without looking at him
"I'm Front Left-Hoof." I turned around real quickly and punched him in the nose so hard that it was bleeding really hard
"OH, I'M SORRY, THAT'S WHAT JUST HIT YOU IN THE NOSE! THE NAME IS FIRESTORM!" I punched him again in the chin, then kicked him so hard that he flew out of the house and onto the soapy road outside, then I ran outside and pounced onto him, pinning him to the floor.
"YOU TURN MY HOME AND PARADISE INTO A PLACE OR DISHARMONY AND CHAOS, YOU ALSO TURNED MY FRIENDS AGAINST ME!" I yelled
Then I lifted up my horn and got ready to stab it into him, but then Twilight tackled me and pinned me to the floor.
"CALM DOWN! THIS ISN'T WHAT THE LEGENDARY PONY IS MEANT TO DO!" Twilight yelled
"I DON'T CAAAAARE, I WAS GOING TO KILL HIM ANYWAY! LOOK AT WHAT HE DID TO YOUR FRIENDS, HE TURNED THEM TO JERKS!" I yelled back, then kicked Twilight off me and looked at everypony that was outside
"I can't believe you…" Fluttershy said
"…You kissed my friends, BUT DIDN'T BOTHER TO KISS ME?! I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME, I KNOW I DID!" Fluttershy yelled
"GIRL, I LOVED YOU WHEN WE MET!" I yelled back
"THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU KISS ME WHEN YOU SAID YOU WOULD?!" She questioned
"I WAS NERVOUS, I ONLY JUST MET YOU AT THE TIME!" I replied, then sighed
"You know, I look back to when we first met, I sometimes wish that was Rainbow Dash." I told her
Fluttershy just looked at me for a couple seconds, then finally spoke
"Say that again…" she said
"Rainbow… freaking… Dash…!" I yelled
She just looked at me, not moving. Tears were starting to fill up in her eyes, but her face didn't twitch or move. She eventually opened her mouth.
"Well…" she said with a choked up voice "…I-I hope you have a happy life with her… I won't try to stop you… I won't stop you…"
I slowly turned around and walked off, but not to Rainbow Dash, or to Celestia, but a really tall Cliff.
Fluttershy turned and went into Twilight's house and was followed by Twilight. Inside Twi's house, Twilight was next to Fluttershy, who was sobbing, she had to take a breath after each word
"I, Can't, Believe, he, doesn't, love me anymorreeee…" she weeped
"It's ok Fluttershy, there are plenty of fish in the sea."Twilight told her
"You, don't, und, er, staaaand… he was the only pony who loved me for me, true love… and I ruined it!" she cried out
I was just sat at the Cliffside, not doing anything but looking out in the horizon, the only place not invaded by Discord
"No… it can't be true…" I sang under my breath, slowly standing up on my hind legs and opening my wings
"…I can fly if I wanted to… like a bird in the sky, I believe I can fly…" I walked closer to the cliff and stopped when I couldn't walk anymore closer and yelled at the top of my lungs "To infinity, and beyond!"
Then I jumped off the cliff and faced the ground, I could feel the wind go at high speeds in my face, I could feel the mach cone forming around me, the ground was so near though, I have 10 seconds before I hit it, and then…
Twilight lifted her head up after she heard a distant explosion.
"Fluttershy… did you hear that?" Twilight asked
Fluttershy sniffed and asked "yeah, why?". Twilight left the house and saw the distant sonic rainboom
"Fluttershy… look that this…" She told her
Fluttershy left the house and saw the distant sonic rainboom too, she let out a gasp
"Hope…" Fluttershy said
"Hope…" said Twilight
"Hope…" said Pinkie
"Hope…" said Applejack
Everypony gathered round, one by one repeating the same word
"Hope…" said Applebloom
"Hope…" said Sweetie Bell
"Awesome…" said Scootaloo, as everypony looked at the distant rainboom, it spelt one, simple, but yet powerful word… hope… even Rainbow Dash joined the crowd to see the word in the sky. One pony slowly started to stomp, then another, then another, until everypony was stomping with happiness, then I came into view and hovered above them
"Ladies and Gentlemen!" I yelled boldly
"Fillies and gentlecolts, don't you mean?" said Lyra
"Fillies and Gentlecolts! I am the legendary pony, your protector, your saviour, and bringer of harmony! I need your help, I need you resist Discord and show him what Equestria can do when we face the worst of times! Now let's end Discord's rain of terrible art!" I announced
Everypony cheered, I noticed my friends started to turn back to their normal selves, all but Fluttershy.
I was in Twilights house, reading every spell I haven't learned and trained on it, then Twilight turned around and gave me a book.
"Use this spell… it'll stop Discord by turning him into stone." Twilight said
"Is there a spell to teleport him to the sun?" I asked
"Firestorm! No, stupid head." Fluttershy said from across the room
"If I had a horn, I would have used it by now on you."
"Fluttershy!" yelled Twilight
"I don't buy this 'Hope' stuff you was spouting" Fluttershy said
"What hope do we have? I bet you're not even the legendary pony they're talking about, I bet it's a pony that would kiss somepony when they said they would instead of being a filly and wussing out." she said
"Lay off him Fluttershy! He really wants to but keeps getting stopped when he has the chance!" Twilight told her
"Yeah right! What stopped him the first time?!" she yelled
"Hi-" Twilight started but couldin't finish because then I interupted
"My feelings…" I said "that's what stopped me, I was nervous and it was the first time I would have kissed a pony, I've been kissed before then but I wasn't a pony before then."
"Then what were you?" Fluttershy asked
"He wasn't anything before then!" Twilight said, trying to hide my past self and the disturbing race I was apart of.
But it was too late, I already used magic to turn into a human
"This…" I said grimly, close to anger
"…is what I was, the top of the food chain… the race that ride animals like you… the animal friends you have, are food to people like me… you're lucky I'm a vegetarian, or you head might of been a table stool made of your skin… and Angel might be in his own home, a home I call the stomach, a nice place filled with acid that slowly melts anything that's inside it! And that's not even the worst part… you don't want to know the worst part…"
Silence was in Twilights house at that moment, nopony spoke, Fluttershy's jaw was dropped and I just stared at her, looking at her so mad that fire was in my eyes, soon after I broke eye contact and turned back into a pony and continued reading, while Fluttershy didn't move a muscle… not… even… one.
A few minutes of reading later, I heard an angry scream coming towards me, then I suddenly fell over, turns out Fluttershy jumped on top of me and pinned me to the floor and made it impossible for me to escape.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY ABOUT ANGEL?! WHAT DID YOU SAY ABOUT HIM?!" Fluttershy screamed at me
"I SAID MY KIND EAT BUNNIES LIKE ANGLE, I WOULD TOO IF I WASN'T VEGETARIAN! I WAS EVEN TEMPTED TO PUT SALT ON THE LITTLE FURRY GUY THAT I WOULD ALMOST CALL MY BREAKFAST!" I yelled to her, deliberately trying to hurt her
"YOU TAKE THAT BACK!" Fluttershy yelled back
"MAKE ME BLUE EYED, YELLOW COATED, PINK HAIRED LIVING USE OF TRANSPORTATION!" I yelled at her
"AT LEAST I DON'T HAVE A STUPID WINTER HAT IN SPRING!" She said
"OK, YOU CAN SAY WHATEVER YOU WANT ABOUT ME, JUST DON'T DISS THE BEANIE!" I yelled back, insulted
"WELL DON'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT ANGEL THEN!" she yelled
"DEAL!" I yelled
"GOOD, BECAUSE NEXT TIME YOU DO, PINKIE WILL MAKE SURE YOU DON'T DO IT A THIRD TIME!" Fluttershy threatened.
She got off of me and walked out the house muttering stuff about me as she left. "Firestorm..." Twilight said "Please don't let her get in the way of your training… you should apologise after this is all over, I don't want you two broke up cause somepony made Fluttershy mad."
"Me?! She started it!" I said
"No, Discord did and you have to apologise for letting him get the better of you. Deal?" Twilight said
"Fine… deal." I said, giving in.
After reading about the elements of harmony were and training to summon but not use it, I turned to Twilight and asked why they couldn't use it if 6 other ponies could use the thing.
"Because Fluttrshy is hypnotised to hate, not love, the rest are ok from your little 'Hope' thing." She said
"Oh… why not unhypnotise her?" I asked
"Well… we tried but then remembered the kiss you promised and stayed angry, so you're sort of the only hope right now." Twilight said
"Oh, Twilight, I noticed how the Elements have the same colours as you and the girls, you know, Blue, Purple, Dark Purple, Yellow, Pink and Orange, but when I summoned it, I didn't notice the colour Yellow, why's that?" I asked
"Well… Fluttershy ha-" Twilight started, but I interupted her
"Stop there, enough was said at Fluttershy's name." I said
"We have to make her like you again or the Elements won't work, you have to kiss her then get back to practicing." Twilight said
"Do I have to?" I asked.
Just at that moment, a loud bang happened and the Doctor and Derpy ran in.
"YES!" Derpy yelled
"You've got to kiss her and defeat Discord! I don't know if you've notice, but a crack just formed in the sky!" the Doctor yelled
"You mean the crack that just happened 30 seconds ago that made a boom that was going to make me look out the window so I could notice it?" I said, responding with a face that read 'are you serious?'
"Yes… but that's not the point, the point is that it's going to destroy the universe! Not just this one, but every universe!" The Doctor said
"One moment…" I said as I straightened my hat and then spayed some breath mint spray in my mouth "Should I floss too?"
"FIRESTORM!" Derpy yelled
"All right, all right I'm moving…" I said, while getting up and walking out the door, then stopping quickly by the Doctor
"Can I have a cookie after this…?"
"Just go and pucker up!" the Doctor said as we walked over to Fluttershy's house with trouble from the dirt floor being made of soap, let alone the bunnies running around, followed by the flowers spitting cupcake wrappers and other litter at us, I got some butter on my hoof.
Eventually we made it to her house.
"Fluttershy, we have somepony who wants to meet you…" said Twilight knocking on the door
"Oh, somepony wants to see me? Tell him to go away!" Fluttershy yelled
"You don't even know who it is." Twilight said
"Yes I do, I can see him in the window!" Fluttershy said
"Fluttershy, do you want this kiss or not?" I said to her through the window
"Only if you mean it, then yes." Fluttershy said
"I do mean it, please come out and finish this, then go back to being friends…" I said.
I heard some locks unlock and Fluttershy opened the door, looking curious.
"You do?" she asked
"Yes, I will kiss you right here, right now." I said
"Ok then. Close your eyes handsome…~" she said
I closed my eyes and waited for it.
"Hey Firestorm, guess what's wet right now~" she said
"I don't know, tell me…" I asked
She leaned up to my ear and whispered "Your face!"
"Wh-" just as I asked that, a gush of water went in my face, I opened my eyes and she was on the floor laughing, followed by a bucket rolling on the floor.
"Fluttershy… I really was going to kiss you that time." I said
"I don't care, I don't want to kiss you anymore, I don't even like you anymore, you may of been the only pony to love me, but there are plenty of fish in the sea, right Twilight?" we both looked at Twilight, I was shocked, Twilight told Fluttershy to move on? Sure that was the right thing to do but if she didn't say that then I might have got that kiss.
"Twilight…" I said
"Firestorm… I'm sorry…" she replied
"Don't be, I don't need Fluttershy to preform the Elements of Harmony, I'll do it all alone." I said in an angry tone
"You do!" the doctor said, "When there's a will, there's a way, so I can do this without Fluttershy!" I said.
I turned around and started to walk to Discord to face him.
"Ha! I bet you can't do it cause you're a sad loser and you'll never amount to anything!" Fluttershy yelled at me
I ignored her and continued walking until I got to a hill and stood at the top of it
"DISCOOOOOOORD!!!! PREPARE TO FACE DEFEAT, ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!" I yelled
Then discord was there.
"Well… I'm soooo scared…" Discord said
"You better be, you're lucky you're not dead by now, I was going to kill you." I threatened
"Wow, big whoop, want a cookie?" he replied, boasting on his victory of tricking me.
"Not from you." I said
Discord sat down in a throne like chair and I closed my eyes to preform the elements as a crowd slowly gathered around us when I opened my eyes, the Elements were forming and went straight for Discord, but hardly anything happened… why?
"SEE, I TOLD YOU YOU COULDN'T DO IT!! YOU'RE THE FAILURE PONY, NOT THE LEGENDARY PONY!" Fluttershy yelled from the crowd as the Elements started to die down
"You can do it Firestorm… I believe in you…" said Fluttershy in a wedding dress in front of me.
Then I looked at her, then behind me, Fluttershy was there too, but as her grey self, confused thinking… how can she be in two places at once?
I went out to the Fluttershy in front of me and went to give her a hug, but she was a ghost… so that's how Fluttershy is in two places at once, the rest of the gang walked up to her and stood next to her and I looked behind me… they were ghost ponies.
I looked at Discord with a confident face.
"DISCORD! Give me your best shot of death you can brew!" I said, and everypony gasped
"Ok then, I'll brew you a nice cup of LIGHTING!" he said as gray clouds formed above him
"Time to strike!" and hit me with a lighting bolt, a huge one
"Woah! According to my calculations, that lightning bolt could kill anypony it hits!" Rainbow Dash said as a cloud of smoke gathered everywhere, blinding everypony
"Well Discord… time to insert Valve video game here!" I said from the cloud of smoke, glowing bright yellow
"I mean by that as in Counter Strike!" I said
"Ha! You don't have Fluttershy on your side anymore, how can you defeat me without her?" he said
"Simple… I don't need my friends to believe in me, as long as I have their hope in me in my heart, I will get by… so my friends can be Discorded for all I care, I can still have their hope right here." I said, pointing my hoof to my heart area and began to cast the Elements.
As I cast the Elements, the ghost ponies stood next to me, then turned into a speck each and flew into my heart area and then one by one, changed into each of the 6 Element spirits and began to cast the elements, they formed from my horn all the way in the air and then finally went to Discord, hitting his feet and slowly turning into stone from the bottom of his, to the top of his head, all I heard from Discord was screams, followed by everypony cheering.
"Firestorm! Firestorm! Firestorm!" Lyra started chanting, followed by Bon Bon, followed by Berry Punch, followed by Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and everypony else, everypony but Fluttershy.
I walked up to her and looked her in the eyes angrily, Twilight put a bucket of water next to me and I picked it up.
"You know what's wet?" I said
"L-let me guess... my face?" Fluttershy said in shame
I dropped the bucket and held her close, then kissed her deeply and passionately, then looked into her eyes.
"The water soaking into the ground…" I said
She looked at me with a smile and slowly started to gain her normal colours again.
"This will be one heck of a letter to Celestia." she said to me, followed by spike walking towards us with parchment and Quill in his hand
"Ahem." he said
"Ladies first." I said to Fluttershy
"Oh, why thank you… Where to start? Dear Princess Celestia, I have learned that no matter how bad things get, good things can come from it, I have also learned never to cling onto the past and keep moving forward, but always stay close to somepony that you love deeply… and even when hypnotised… the things you love most might not be there forever, I will try to live every moment with my new friend like it's my last. From, Fluttershy." She told Spike
"…My last, from Fluuuuuuut, errrrrrrshy. There, done! Anything you want to say Firestorm?" Spike asked me
"Yes, yes I do…" I replied "Ahem… Dear Princess Celestia, I have learned that every jigsaw piece does have a spot in the world, it's just a matter of where and when it'll find its place, even if it's in a place that you least expect or didn't even know existed… even though my old friends are dead to me as they weren't good friends, I have new ones now, and I'm going to spend every minute of everyday with my new friends, incase it's the last I see them, and thank you Sunset Shimmer by the way, personally I don't care if I'm the Legendary Pony or not, I'm glad I found ponyville, I'm glad I found Equestria, I'm glad I found Twilight, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Doctor Whooves, Ditzy, Lyra, Bon Bon, Spike and let's not forget the best of them all… Fluttershy… From the one, the only… The Legendary Pony…" I told him
"…He Leggggggendaaaaarrry Poooonyyyy. There, done, send it?" Spike finished
He asked Twilight, Twilight nodded and smiled.
"Send it." Twilight said
Spike took a deep breath and blew at the letter, making it turn into lots of green specks and fly over to the Princesses castle for her to read.
10 hours later
"Ok, the spell is done, everything is restored back to normal." Twilight said
"Even time, space and beyond." Doctor Whooves said
"Oh, and Firestorm…" He said
I looked at him and he gave me a cookie
"You earned it… good job." He told me
"Yay!" I said as I picked it up and nommed on it
just as Dash turned around and yelled into the distance
"HOW'S THE HOUSE COMING ALONG?!"
There were lots of pegasus ponies and unicorn ponies building a cloud house by a nearby mountain with two waterfalls coming down the mountain
"JUST A COUPLE MORE MONTHS, BOSS!" a stallion yelled over to Dash "JUST 88 MORE ROOMS TO GO!"
"The community didn't really need to make me a house with 20 floors, I would like 2." I said to Rainbow
"Now now Firestorm, the legendary pony deserves a king's house with lots of fun things to do, we don't want you getting bored now, do we?" Rainbow said
As a yellow pony with orange hair and a carrot cutie mark walked up to me and said
"Hey, I'm Carrot Top, I see you've met my friends, what's your name?"
"I'm Firestorm, nice meeting you, I've heard things about you." I said to her
"Oh, well, I'll see you later." she gave me a little hug and walked off humming a little tune.
We walked off to Sugarcube Corner to eat some celebration cupcakes
"I thought she was dead…" I said to the doctor when Carrot Top was out of hearing range
"She was, I guess some part of time fixed some part of itself that wasn't broken." The Doctor said
When we went to Sugarcube corner, I turned to Pinkie and said
"Pinkie… these taste odd, what are they?" I asked
"Chocolate…" Pinkie said
"It taste like dead po-" I got interrupted by Pinkie.
"It's Chocolate, not what you think… am I right?" she said, she had a bad look in her eyes,
"Oh… errr… yeah, silly me…" I said.
A few days later, Celestia invited everypony in Equestria to the castle.
"What is this about princess?" I asked
"You, Firestorm." Celestia said
"Me?" I asked
"Yes, we haven't given you your full title yet. Attention please! Fillies and Gentlecolts, we are here today to give the official title to The Legendary Pony himself, but not by me, but by a pony he helped many of years ago, helped a pony believed to have been dead up until now, helped my mother… the Queen!"
The hall gathered with whisper and voices, then a light shined behind Celestia and then Gabriel slowly glided down into where the light had been shining, it was the queen looking exactly how she looked hundreds of years go
"Hello my lovely subjects, I am so glad to meet you! Now where's Firestorm? I'm excited to see him again!" she said
Seeming more happy than she was years ago.
"Mother… he's there…" Celestia said, pointing to me standing right next to her
"Hello." I said waving to her
"Oh, My son... it's lovely to see you again!" she said, walking to me and hugged me
"As it is to see you, mum." I said, hugging back
"I guess you really are my finest creation, you're how you planned to be, great job, I gladly officially give you the title of The Legendary Pony." she said, putting a tissue to her nose and blowing
"Thank you for this title." I said, smiling
"Enough chit chat, we have a party to get to." Luna said, smiling widely, the hall boomed with applause and left to go to the big party.
There was a DJ there with Blue and Dark Blue hair, she wore purple shades and had White fur and a sharp horn "That's DJ Pon3, she's the main DJ of the whole of Equestria!" Berry Punch said, going to the Cider table.
"Hey, dawg what's up?" a short pony this spiky hair, huge glasses, a red zip up hoody and brown hair with a microphone as his Cutie Mark said.
"My name is Puff, and this is my friend, The Living Tombstone." He told me
"Hi." said the pony with blue headphones, red and blue hair, White fur, a tombstone Cutie Mark and big blue eyes.
"So you're Firestorm? Cool." He told me
"Ok, so, the Your Favourite Martian gang couldn't be here today as they're out of town and was wondering c-"
"Could you sing with us?"
I just looked at them for a couple seconds like they were joking .
"I love you guys! You are the best songwriters, so, what are we singing?" I asked them
They looked at eachother, then looked at me and said "Party Rock" at the same time
"Wait… so… Party rockers in the house tonight?" I asked
"You know that song?" Puff asked
"Yeah!" I replied
"Awesome, well we gotta practice for a couple minutes, come with us." Puff said
"Ok." I went backstage and saw a big White empty room, we rehearsed the songs a couple times and then shared each other some dance moves we could use in the song and then had some drinks.
Just as the Doctor came in
"Firestorm… it's time to go home…" the doctor said, I just looked at the Doctor
"W… What?" I asked in a worried tone
"Home, now…" he said
"Oh… well… G-Good-bye Puff, goodbye T-Tombstone…" I said, frowning.
A tear was in my eye and I walked with the Doctor to the Tardis.
When the Tardis landed, I opened the doors to see my room in the human world, I turned into a human and went into my room and looked around slowly, then looked at the doctor
"Well… I guess this is goodbye doc… I'm gonna miss ponyville." I said
The doctor looked at me with a confused face.
"Goodbye?" he asked
"I said it was time to go, I didn't say it was forever, just to collect some stuff you want to take to the pony world with you before you leave earth forever." he said
"Forever?" I asked
"Awesome!" I took my Toy Story toys, Tron toys, Doctor Who toys, iPhone 3GS, computer, faux leather chair, Buzz Lightyear curtains and put them in the Tardis
"Oh, one thing…" I said
"What?" the doctor asked
"Can I say goodbye?" I asked
"To who?" he asked
"Mum and dad, brother and sister, you know… my family." I said
The doctor stayed silent for a while and then looked at me.
"You're not going to be seeing them anytime soon and I guess I never said goodbye to my family… why not?" he said
I got in the Tardis and the doctor made it land by the front door.
I went in and yelled "I'm back from Sunset Shimmer's house, I managed to get a job and my own place while I was out!"
"Oh good, that was long. Oh, look at you, you've been gone for 3 days and you return in a tux?" my mum asked
"Oh, Urr… yeah, I met the pon… people I was staying with gave me this nice tux to start work with, they're very nice and sadly couldn't meet you, but I'm about to go now and live my life a new, and I… I'll miss you… goodbye mum, goodbye dad." I said
"Is Carino home?" Said my sister from the other room
"Yes! He's just about to go start work!" my mum called to her
"and it's very far away so I won't be living here anymore!" I said, walking to her.
I held out my arms to my sister and hugged her goodbye, she cried a little and told me she was going to miss me.
"I will too… I'll miss your inappropriate comments at inappropriate times." I said
"Did you have a poo today?" she said with tears running down her cheeks, just being her.
"It's comments like that that I'll miss about you…" I replied and gave her one last hug, then I went upstairs to where my brother was and gave him a goodbye hug.
"I'm sorry I never gave you good-night hugs, but at least I'm giving you a big old goodbye hug to make up for all those years… I'll miss you…" I said to him
"I'll miss you too lad…" he said.
I went back downstairs to say goodbye to mum and dad once more, they saw a name tag in my blazer that said 'Hello, my name is: Firestorm'
"Firestorm? Why does it say that?" my dad asked
"Oh, that's my name now." I said as I opened the door to leave
Then everyone in my house saw the Tardis and their jaws dropped, I went in and waved goodbye to them and then Doctor Whooves pushed the lever to close the Tardis doors and get the Tardis's engines roaring to get it to leave the human world and land in the pony world, backstage where Puff and Tombstone was
"Oh thank Celestia, we were about to start!" Puff said
"Let's do this!" I said as I put on a headset and ran into my stage spot
"You might want to where these" Tombstone said with a pair of earmuffs, I put them on and then I heard the music start and the platform started to move upwards, the higher I got, the more I heard ponies screaming and see the ponies bouncing to the track of the song, then scream louder when they saw us three on stage
"Ok…" I muttered under my breath so the mic couldn't pick it up "3… 2… 1… go…"
