Chapters It's Valentine's Day at Canterlot High, and everyone was enjoying the holiday. Students have been giving people Valentine's Day cards, and expressing their love by giving them gifts, such as candy and flowers. Normally, the holiday was inspired by a lost idol in the form of a Cupid, who shoots arrows with love at the end of them. If anyone was struck by it, he or she would fall in love with the first person at first sight. But that would be a different case.
A student named Bubble Goo was a sucker for Valentine's Day. He would even wish for it to be Valentine’s Day everyday. It made him look like an extraordinary gentlemen who believes in chivalry, respecting girls for what they are and was willing to impress them. For this year, he decided to go out with someone instead of impressing just to show his love for this holiday. It wouldn't be easy to find, but Bubble might go very far carrying a big heart.
On the first of February, a beep alarmed the speakerphone before Principal Celestia spoke. “Attention, CHS Today’s the first day of February, which starts the countdown of thirteen days until the Valentine's Day dance. To start off the festivities, students willing to participate can go to the gym. There, you'll find two buckets - one for boys and the other for girls. Write your name on a small sheet of paper and place your sheet in the basket. Entries are until tomorrow, when Principal Luna will take out the sheets from the two baskets and pick the two students as Special Valentines. We hope you students have a great time.”
Everyone was either excited or nervous after hearing the announcement. Bubble Goo, who was thrilled to do it, gathered his supplies from his locker. He then took out his stake of notes from his backpack and wrote his name on it.
“I am so happy for this holiday,” He exclaimed. “It doesn't matter what girl I'm hanging out with. I'm always good at it...”
He made his way into the gym with a pep in his step before putting his name into the boy’s basket. At the same time, he came across a pink-haired girl named Pinkie Pie, who put her name in the girl’s basket, much to Bubble’s dismay. He had a thought about talking to her beforehand, but the thought hadn't crossed his mind, even now.
“Can't wait for this awesome Valentine's Day dance!” She hopped cheerfully.
Yesterday, almost everyone at Canterlot High placed their names in the buckets. Everyone was anticipating on who they're going to be paired with, The Mane Seven talked about their potentials in the hallways.
“Is everyone excited for this time of the year?” Pinkie Pie asked with a smile.
“Kind of...” Fluttershy said softly.
“What do you mean Fluttershy?”
“I'm just not prepared for me pairing with someone I never went out with….”
“Wait. You didn't put you name in the girl’s basket because you never hung out a boy before?” Rainbow Dash exclaimed. Fluttershy shook her head to answer Dash.
“Well, did everyone put their names in the girl's basket?” Pinkie Pie asked as well.
“Unfortunately, no.” Sunset Shimmer retorted. “You see Pinkie, we really don't hang out a lot of guys because we always have each other. And no offense, but Valentine's Day isn't our type of holiday to celebrate.”
“What do you mean?”
Then Applejack filled in on a memory of last year regrettably. “It's not that boys are gross jus’ because we don't wanna be mean to them. It's just that boys try way too hard to impress us. Last year, so many boys gave me chocolate all the time in the Valentine's Day season jus’ ta get a lil’ nibble on me.”
As soon as Applejack took out all the chocolate she got from last year along with the bag filled with so much candy, which was luckily still in good condition, everyone was surprised.
“How many boys give you that much candy?” Rainbow Dash's eyes widened at the sight of the haul.
“Thirteen boys, and then some. Hell, they keep sayin’ I'm the most attractive piece of cutie-pie in the group.”
“What about Rarity?” Rainbow turned to the fashionista.
“I was sick, darling...” Rarity stated, glaring at Pinkie Pie.
“Oh, Sorry. Must've been that snowball fight party from last year...”
“What made you think I was going to enjoy a snowball fight party? You know well I don't like my clothes getting wet!” Rarity argued.
“I'm just excited that last year was supposed to be your time pairing up with a boy.”
“I found boys completely annoying, okay?” Rarity boasted shamelessly. Pinkie agreed with her, but still living up to a claim that one boy can make a difference for any girl.
“I think the boy I'm going to be pairing with will love me like crazy!” Pinkie winked. It wasn't long before Principal Celestia and Luna came into the gym and announced to everyone with the baskets in their hands.
Luna was the first to state the announcement. “Alright, everybody. The time has come! Now, what we're going to do is to see who will pair with whom. I’m picking out one of the tags from the girls bucket, while Celestia is picking out some of the tags from the boys bucket. Once we have two of the tags, the two genders will pair up.”
“So, I hope everyone in Canterlot High will enjoy this Valentine’s Day experience.” Celestia Celestia and Luna began to take their hands into the basket and pull out one of the tags before announcing the first two names.
For the next ten minutes, everyone got into pairs. However, the last two people who didn't get paired up were Bubble Goo and Pinkie Pie.
“I'm very sorry, Bubble Goo, but there aren’t any girl tags left. So, you'll be paired up with Pinkie Pie.” Luna apologized as she showed him the girl who was only available. Pinkie Pie turned to Bubble Goo with a smiling wave, which made him blush a little bit.
Bubble Goo decided to walk up to her and greet her. “Hello.”
“Hi!” She greeted back, which surprised him.
“Woow! You really surprised me!”
“Well, I love being hyped up, especially when I'm throwing parties all the time. And for this Valentine's Day dance, I’m going to be in charge.”
Bubble nodded. “That’s great for you, Maybe I can help with-”
He got cut off when Pinkie Pie decided to run past him and decorate the whole gym for the party in seconds. Bubble Goo was impressed with her energy. He never meant someone this hyper before. But, he'd consider her still respectful under all that vigor.
“You don’t have to help me. I always got everything planned ahead for every type of party comes.” Pinkie Pie returned back to Bubble Goo, standing in front of him.
“Well, yeah... but that wasn’t what I was going to tell you.”
“Oh. Then, what do you want to help me with?” Pinkie Pie tilted her head.
“It doesn't matter right now. We have a lot of time to talk about our feelings. Anyway, I’m Bubble Goo, and Valentine’s Day is my favorite holiday of the year.”
“Really?” Pinkie asked.
“Yes I loved this sinc-” Bubble tried to explain, but got cut off again when Pinkie interupted him.
“Valentine's Day is mostly the saddest time of the year. People always gets the worst pairing ever! I mean, I don’t like it when some people complained that they don’t like girls.” Pinkie exclaimed, which offended Bubble.
“What? This holiday isn’t sad. It’s just that people have different opinions. I mean, did you ever hang out-” He got cut off again when the school bell ring, causing Pinkie Pie to go to her next class.
“No time to talk! I have to go! See ya later!” Pinkie Pie waved and skedaddled out of the gym, abandoning her pairing partner. Bubble Goo felt a bit disappointed, but his spirit wouldn't give up easily..
“Okay no problem, me and Pinkie have more than ten days to know each other. I know she’s in my cooking class, so maybe I can ask her if she can come to my house for tonight.” Bubble said to himself. Bubble Goo headed to his next class thinking about what him and Pinkie Pie together.
Cooking class was the final class for both Pinkie Pie and Bubble Goo before the school day would end. The two were recently assigned as cooking partners, with their assignment being cookie-baking.
“So you like cookies, don’t you? because I really like chocolate chip, if that's what you want to make...” Bubble Goo tried to catch Pinkie Pie’s attention. Unfortunately, Pinkie wasn’t listening to him because she was focusing on her frosting items for the cookies.
“Umm Pinkie? Did you listen to what I said?”
“Oh. Sorry.” She answered, which made him slightly depressed. “How about we make chocolate chip cookies, though? I love chocolate chip.”
Bubble Goo stared at her with his mouth open, but shook it off. “Whatever. Let’s just get our cookies finished.”
Bubble Goo was starting to not like Pinkie Pie’s behavior. So far, she couldn't tell him her name, or get the chance to know him, or even pay attention to what Bubble was talking about. But, it wasn't going to stop him down for long. So, he decided to give her a chance, hoping she can at least hang out with him tonight.
After they finished making the cookies, Bubble Goo was nice enough give her all the cookies just for the sake of being nice to her. During the whole time, Bubble Goo was focusing on the cookies while Pinkie Pie did the decorating afterwards.
“These frosted chocolate chip cookies look delish! I really love our idea of making these.”
“Technically, it was your idea because you didn’t listen to the idea I had.”
“Why does it matter? We still made these, right?” Pinkie Pie ate one cookie without even a care in the world, while Bubble is feeling depressed again. But, he took a deep breath, and decided to go for the kill. .
“Hey, Pinkie.” he asked.
“Yes?” She blinked her eyes.
“I was wondering, maybe tonight can we-”
“Oh. I wish I could, but not tonight, because I’m helping my friends on fixing Big Mac’s truck.”
“But I wasn’t done-” Bubble tried to finish, but the school bell cut him off again as class time is over.
“I’ll see you tomorrow Bubble.” She took her backpack and exited the classroom without a trace, abandoning Bubble Goo again. Bubble Goo felt unlucky that he didn’t got the chance to talk to Pinkie Pie. Not to mention he constantly got interrupted from Pinkie Pie since he assumed that she won’t pay any attention to him. However, he again decided to give her another chance and let everything go.
“Okay, I’m cool with this...” He said to himself as he exited the classroom to make his way to his bus. “We still have thirteen days until the dance. So, I’m going to be nice enough to give her chocolates and make Valentines cards for her. I’m sure we’ll be able to hang out.”
Bubble’s luck couldn't get any worse during those eight days. Pinkie Pie kept ignoring his pairing partner for more than a week. Also, there were too many parties to set on schedule in order to celebrate the full holiday. Bubble tried his best to win her attention, giving her chocolates and Valentines card just to show how nice he was. But still, no luck came from it all. She didn’t even call his name once, or text him back after all the responses from him.
Bubble Goo came into the school, feeling in rage after a long week without his Valentine partner. He decided to go to Principal Celestia’s office and ask about the situation he was dealing with.
“Principal Celestia?” Bubble Goo said as he entered the office.
“Yes, Bubble Goo?” She responded.
“Can I have a talk with you?”
“Sure. Come in.” Bubble Goo came in and sat down on the chair.
“So, what do you want to talk about?”
“It’s about my pairing with Pinkie Pie. We never got the chance to hang out or get to know each other. She keeps throwing parties and she won’t even listen to me. You wouldn't mind switching me with a different girl?”
Principal shook her head. “I’m sorry, but we can’t do that. I don’t want someone to have the same problems you're having. You have to stay with the person we picked from the basket.”
Bubble put his hand on his head, feeling annoyed and sad. “I know. I’m just miserable. She didn’t even tell me her name. I even tried impressing her, but that still didn't work.”
Principal Celestia took her time to think about the situation. “Listen. I know this is hard to believe, but I actually know her. She’s hyper at times, but she just wants to have fun. She also helped our school at times with her friends, and her friends are indeed the best, and you have no idea what they been through. The only idea I have to get her to listen to you is do what she’s doing.”
“What?” he said.
“You know, make a surprise party just for her. I know you have classes, but for the last two classes of the day, you can be excused.” the principal suggested. Bubble Goo took his time to think about this idea. He may have his doubts, but it would be considered the only option to get Pinkie Pie to listen to her.
“Okay. I’ll try.” He got off his chair and shook the principal’s hand. “If this does not work for me, then I’d probably skip the Valentine's Dance.”
As soon as Bubble exited the office, he thought about what type of party to throw. Although, he had no idea what theme she prefers. He knew that she doesn’t like the holiday at the most, so he tried to talk to her friends. He came across Applejack getting her things from her locker, and walking up to her.
“Hi. Are you of Pinkie Pie’s friends?” He asked.
“Hi. If this is about me bein’ your Valentine for this Monday, I’m sorry..” She said, keeping it cool.
“It’s nothing like that. I just need help.” Bubble took a deep breath, and explained his dilemma.
“Pinkie Pie won’t hang out with you because she keeps throwing parties?” Applejack asked in surprise.
“Yes.” He nodded. “I just need some more advice. See, we never got the chance to hang out or do anything. I know she has friends like you, but she should at least have some time freedom for me.”
Applejack wrapped her arm around him. “Well, she does have a job. But during her time at home, she always throws a party with her pet. That’s why she never texted you. She even always had her cell phone off.”
“Why does she keep her cell phone off during a party?” Bubble began to wonder.
“She wanted some private time for herself, When she doesn't have me and her friends at her place, She does things that...um…. Bottom line is she always have some spare time for herself.” She paused, almost changing the subject.
After hearing all this, Bubble thought about it. “Okay. I think I know how to get Pinkie Pie’s attention. Is it okay that you can help me on making the food?”
“Sure.” Applejack accepted. She and Bubble made a plan on preparing a surprise party for Pinkie Pie.
Once classes were done, Bubble Goo headed for the gym, and asked Applejack for help. For the next hour and a half, they took their time planned the surprise party for Pinkie Pie. Bubble Goo was slightly distressed since he never prepared a party before in his life.
“When is Pinkie Pie coming here?” He said, feeling exhausted after decorating everything.
“I texted her that. She said she’s going to be here for about five minutes.” Applejack replied.
“Five minutes!?” He yelled. “There won’t be a lot of time for this. What am I supposed to do?”
“Try to get in front of her after the surprise party begins.” Applejack suggested.
“But how am I gonna-” he asked. He got cut off as soon as Applejack’s phone rang. She received a text from Rainbow Dash, saying that Pinkie is on her way to the gym.
“Just hide. I’ll take care of this...” Bubble hid behind one of the decorated tables while Applejack walked up to the doors. She saw Pinkie Pie coming down the hallway with some of her friends.
“Hi, Applejack.” Pinkie Pie said.
“Howdy, Pinkie.” She said as she walked up to Pinkie.
“So, what’s going on in the gym?” Pinkie asked.
“Just come with me, sugarcube.” Applejack said. Once she led Pinkie into the gym, music started playing and balloons fall from the ceiling, along with confetti rolling around.
“Surprise!” Bubble Goo shouted as he jumped up from behind the tables.
“Oh my gosh!” Pinkie Pie squeaked. “This is the greatest surprise party you ever did for me!”
“Why thank you Pi-” He thanked until she cut him off, yet again.
“Applejack, you're the bestest friend I ever had.”
“Actually Pinkie I didn’-”
“Come on let's dance!” Pinkie exclaimed in excitement. Bubble’s eyes were wide open in shock. He couldn't believe that Pinkie Pie thought that Applejack threw a party, even though it was him who did it.
Pinkie Pie turned on some cowboy music as she and Applejack began their dance. Applejack feels completely off about this since she didn’t wanted this to happen. She tries to get to Bubble Goo but Pinkie Pie keeps dragging her away from him due to her dancing.
Bubble Goo couldn't take it anymore. He walks up to Pinkie and AJ to break up their dance but Pinkie kicks him out of her way as Bubble crashed into one of the tables with s'mores. He made those for her since he knows she loves s’mores so much.
“Oh no!” He said as the s’mores land on the floor. And to make matters worse, the school bell ring, which means school is officially over. Bubble Goo is in tears that all the time he had was waste without hanging out with a girl. Now he won’t be able to come to the dance due to him and Pinkie barely knowing each other.
“Thanks for the greatest party ever Applejack!” Pinkie thrilled as she hugged Applejack.
“Pinkie Pie...” Applejack couldn't get through to Pinkie, who was still thrilled.
“The balloons and confetti were amazing!”
“Pinkie...”
“And the dance we had was so fun!”
“PINKIE!” Applejack yelled to get Pinkie’s attention.
Pinkie paused. “What? Didn’t we have fun?”
“I didn’t throw this party for you.” Applejack uttered, being honest with Pinkie.
“Then it must be my other friends, right?”
“We didn’t made this party for you.” Fluttershy retorted.
This made Pinkie Pie really confused. “Then, who really didn’t it?”
Applejack pointed at Bubble Goo, who was still crying after being rejected again. Pinkie Pie and the others walked up to him.
“Hey, what's your name?” Pinkie Pie asked out of nowhere. Bubble twitched his eye, still upset from what Pinkie just said. He got up on his feet, staring at Pinkie with a dirty look that all of his time was wasted during the first half of February.
“Do you even remember me? We became Valentine partners from a week ago.” Bubble shouted.
“Ohhh…” Pinkie Pie remembered. “Well, I think we’re going to have a great time this Monday.”
Bubble retorted, much to Pinkie’s dismay. “Well, I won't. I've decided I’m not coming with you to the dance! You just kept on ignoring and rejecting me this whole time!”
Pinkie Pie couldn't understand. “What do you mean? I was just trying to make the Valentine’s Dance better so everyone can come.”
“Do you even know what your talking about!? Valentine’s Day wasn’t supposed to be just about parties, it was supposed to be about LOVE!”
“I didn’t know anything about that.” Pinkie Pie was surprised that she didn’t know that Valentine's Day was all about love itself. She tried to be nice to him, but it was far too late.
“Seriously!?” Bubble Goo reacted. “You mean to tell me that you have no idea what we should’ve been doing this whole time!?”
Pinkie Pie shook her head for Bubble’s response. “Then, why did you participate in that activity?”
“Look! it’s not that I don’t like this holiday. It’s just-” She tried to explain herself, but got cut off when Bubble Goo pushed her out of his way.
“I’m going home!” He walked out of the gym, and headed for his locker to grab his belongings. Pinkie Pie decided to follow him and explain more about her feelings, but Bubble Goo had enough with her voice.
“Wait! You don’t understand!” She said as she walked by him, trying to make him stop.
“No! I understand, that you have a party habit.” He headed for his locker, refusing to look at Pinkie.
“I don’t have a party habit. I’m just a popular person here.” Pinkie stated.
“Well, if you're so popular, then you should’ve never been my partner in the first place! You clearly don’t care about my feelings.” He opened his locker as quickly grabbed his things.
“I didn’t know this holiday was important to you.” Pinkie weakly explained.
“You're joking? I love this holiday! And you completely said it’s that saddest time of the year?”
He slammed his locker and went out, leaving Pinkie Pie standing in guilt.
“Maybe next time, you should not only treat some boys better, but also consider some men in general!” He marched away from her as Pinkie was still standing in place with a sad and disappointed look on her face.
Meanwhile, the girls cleaned up the gym after the surprise failed party. Pinkie Pie come into the gym as she looks everywhere on what Bubble Goo did. The party wasn’t that spectacular since the decorations he did were poor and there's only s’mores and drinks. Applejack did little of what she can to help Bubble Goo.
“Rainbooms.” She said as everyone looked at her. “Did he did all of this?”
“Yes.” Everyone said, besides Applejack.
“Well technically I helped him for the most part. He told me he doesn't know how to throw a party and he tries his best to get your attention.” Pinkie Pie walked up to Applejack.
“Applejack, I don’t know what to say. I feel like pudding now.”
Pinkie Pie sat down on the ground, feeling depressed after what happened moments ago. For a short while, the whole gym was finally cleaned up.
“Pinkie, you've been sitting down on the floor for ten minutes.” Fluttershy said, approaching to Pinkie’s aid. “I’m sorry, but this isn’t going to help your problem.”
“Can you please leave me alone?” Pinkie needed some time alone.
“Unfortunately, darling...” Rarity said. “Can you try something to make Bubble feel better?”
“He won’t accept my apology after everything that happened.” Pinkie explained.
“Well, how about giving him a Valentine’s Day gift?” Rainbow Dash had to come up with an idea.
“It’s too late. I’m just going to throw a party by myself at home.” Pinkie uttered in gloom. As soon as everyone finished cleaning the gym, they left Pinkie Pie, who was still feeling guilty. However, Sunset Shimmer decided to stay with Pinkie Pie to help with her situation.
“Hey, Pinkie Pie.” She called Pinkie. “There’s something I need to show you.”
“Okie Dokie Lokie.” Pinkie uttered sadly. By the time they were at the hallways, Sunset took her to her locker, where she obtained something from Valentine’s Day with Flash. She handed what seemed to be photos to Pinkie Pie. The photos she had where photos and love letters with and from Flash Sentry.
“I had these photos years ago with Flash Sentry. That weren't supposed to be all about parties, We actually hung out and gotten to know each other, a lot!”
Pinkie Pie took a moment to look at the photos, and realized what she was supposed to do during this time of the year.
“Sunset, here’s the thing. I never hung out with a boy before, and I just think that Valentine's Day feels like a sad moment where someone…. wants someone.” She muttered.
Sunset had to shed some light onto her statement. “Pinkie, people have different opinions on what their favorite holiday is. Just because Christmas or Halloween is the best time of the year doesn’t mean people can agree it’s the best holiday ever. Bubble Goo worked really hard every year we come to Valentine’s Day. He may make great treats, but he had a hard time preparing a surprise party for you.”
Sunset also came across a bag she found in the trash. “Do you even read any of his letters for you?”
“Well… No.” Pinkie sadly explained. “I also didn’t respond to his text messages. I was too busy throwing parties at home.”
“Why can’t you throw a party for him.”
“That’s the issue. Our principals emailed us to have our pairing partners to take pictures outside of school, not just in school. But even with that, I don’t think Bubble Goo would ever forgive me. Besides, we only have the weekend off before the dance on Monday.”
Sunset thought more about Pinkie’s situation. “Maybe you should make up the mistakes you did over the past week. Like showing him how much you feel sorry. Play video games with him, or take him to where you work… try to make him feel like you're a very sweet and charming girl.”
Pinkie Pie thought about Sunset’s advice, then eventually, she found the solution. Her eyes lidded, making a seductive smile on her face.
“Ummmm? Did you understand what I’m saying Pinkie?” She looked at her, trying to gain her attention. Pinkie did listen to her, but wanted to shake things up.
“Oh, I think I got the picture....” She winked with a cute look on her face, hopping around Sunset. “Maybe Bubble and I should hang out this weekend and do something together. Sure, I maybe not a interest in love, but I do know how to get him satisfied.”
“Wait, what?! That’s not what I meant by impressing him.” Sunset called to Pinkie Pie, who hopped and skipped out of the front door and on her way home.
Sunset sighed. “Bubble Goo’s going to have a long weekend with her...”
Bubble Goo Gives Pinkie One Last Chance
Hours after school ended, Bubble Goo lied down on his bed with his face on his pillow. He couldn't eat or do anything since he got home from school, feeling upset that his favorite holiday was horrible. Suddenly, his phone rang, and sure enough, it was a call from Pinkie Pie. Apparently, it would be the last thing he needed.
“Oh…, now she wants to call me?” He sighed in frustration he picked up his phone.
“Bubble Goo!” Pinkie shouted on the phone. He looked up at the ceiling, not even being in the mood for any fun.
“What do you want? I’m at home, I have zero plans during the weekend, and I don’t want to see you.” Bubble boasted. This made Pinkie a little neglected since she really wanted to make up with him.
“Aww, come on, Hubba Bubba.” Pinkie pouted.
“Please don’t call me that. I know it’s something girls flirt with boys but it’s way too late for that.”
“We still have time, but we can make it last it longer. Come to my place.”
Bubble groaned angrily, wondering why she couldn't even let it go. “You're still not listening to me, are you?”
“I did, in fact...” She used her lightly sincere tone to get another chance. “Please hang out with me during the weekend. I have a lot planned for us.”
Bubble Goo had second thoughts about what she had in store, but he decided to give her one more chance. “Fine I’ll come over tonight.”
“Thank You, Hubba Bubba! See you tonight!” Pinkie Pie exclaimed happily and hung up, which left Bubble Goo still in bewilderment.
“After all these times she disrespected me, how can she still be happy?” Bubble Goo thought to himself. Still laying on his bed, he had to collect his thoughts, but he eventually got up. He put on his shoes as he made his way to Pinkie Pie’s place. Recently, Pinkie gave him her house address after their phone call, so Bubble would know where she lives.
“I hope we have a talk about this.” he said to himself. Once Bubble Goo got to her house, he paused, feeling unimpressed and tired after the time he had in this month. He wished that he regretted giving Pinkie another chance, but knowing his inner pride this time, he figured that won't be disappointed. After ringing the doorbell, Pinkie Pie immediately opened the door, surprising him with confetti.
“Happy Valentine’s Day Bubble Goo!” Pinkie shouted as she took his hand and pulled him into her house. Bubble fell down after she let go of him.
“Very pleasant, Pinkie Pie. Very pleasant.” He said sarcastically as he got up to his feet.
“Aww. You're still mad at me about today?” Pinkie Pie asked, feeling less depressed that he was still furious at her.
“Look, since I'm here, how are you going to repay me?”
Pinkie Pie quickly took out her list of plans for the weekend. “Well, I made a list for what we're going to do this weekend.”
“Are you going to show me it?”
“It’s for me to know, and you to find out...” Pinkie winked, putting her list back in her pocket.
“Okay, so what are we going to do?”
“Well, first off, We're going to the basement, and play games and take selfies. Come on!” Pinkie took his hand and lead him to her basement, where the door is purple and filled with video game posters. Pinkie’s behavior was taking full effect on Bubble, who was still expecting something amazing. Willing to make it up to him, she tried her best to have everything perfect for her partner.
“I’m a gamer when I play with Rainbow Dash, but since you don’t play video games, we should play co op together.” she explained before leading him to where the console and TV set was. He blushed unknowingly since he felt the touch of Pinkie’s hand as he stood in place. He never touched Pinkie ever since they paired together, and during this moment, this was the first time a girl did something like that to him.
Pinkie Pie couldn’t move because Bubble Goo was still standing in place and feeling her hand. “Umm? Bubble Goo? Are you going to use your legs to move?”
Bubble Goo woke up to reality. “Oh sorry! It’s just that you're the first girl to ever take my hand...”
This made Pinkie smiled with a cute giggle. “It’s okay Bubble. I think it’s sweet that you're relaxing instead of you doing all the work.”
Bubble Goo was slightly digging her new behavior, but it wouldn't stop there just yet. Pinkie’s basement was indeed filled with arcade machines, gaming systems, and even pictures of Pinkie herself playing games with several of her friends.
“Man! you have a lot of variety down here.” Bubble Goo uttered, being amazed at Pinkie’s game room.
“I work at a Sweet Snacks Cafe as a carhop, and I work really hard to earn a lot of money. When we do a commercial, I add so much love and passion by having the couples love each other and express what they love in the Cafe.” Pinkie explained.
“Wait, you just help out a couple? Because you paid zero attention to me when we were in this experience...”
Pinkie stopped in depression. She didn’t wanted to remember the mistakes she did. So, she got herself back in a good mood she was in. “Let’s talk about that later, okay?”
Three hours later, Pinkie and Bubble had a good time played games. During their break, Pinkie made chocolates for both of them. Of course, he started to feel better, but not as much as he liked that Pinkie Pie was respecting him, and he still doesn't feel like going to the dance. Regardless, Bubble got bummed out from playing games for a while, so he laid on the couch, feeling a bit satisfied.
“You had fun playing with me, right?” Pinkie asked.
“Yea, and had too much chocolate….” he replied as his stomach was filled with chocolate. “So, are we just going to sleep now?”
“You can sleep in my room if you want.”
“Sure...” Bubble tried to get off the sofa, but had some trouble with his body getting too comfortable. Out of nowhere, Pinkie Pie picked him up with her arms until he was onto his feet.
“Wow! Did you just pick me up?” He said as he looked at Pinkie.
“You're really not that heavy, even if you had sweets. And besides, I still wanna make it up to you.” Pinkie came close to him, with her beautiful blue eyes staring at his. Bubble blushed heavily, never knew that a girl has been mesmerizing him, refusing to look away. He may had a sad month so far, but being with Pinkie Pie might change his mind about going to the dance.
“Bubble?” Pinkie tilted her head. “Is there something wrong?”
Bubble went out of his trance. “Oh, nothing. nothing at all. Can we go?”
“Okie Doki Loki!” Pinkie said in singsong. The two then went up on the stairs, with Pinkie still caring Bubble. By the time they got to Pinkie’s room, Pinkie put Bubble on her bed gently.
“Did you enjoy the mini ride?”
“I guess I did...” Bubble Goo replied. He then decided to get an insight on Pinkie about her job he mentioned a while ago. “So remember what I said that you were doing a commercial by helping a couple?”
Pinkie couldn’t wait anymore as she sat by him. “I only did commercials because I had to. I never helped a couple at all.”
“Did your boss find couples instead of you helping the lovers?” he said.
Pinkie shook her head, then placed her arm around Bubble. “Here’s my secret Bubble. I never hung out with a boy in my life. I always spent my time alone when I’m not with my friends or family. And the reason why I do parties is because I want to make people happy.”
“Wait! So the main reason why your habit is out of control is because you want to make people happy? But, you rejected me for nothing during this whole time. If you wanted to make someone laugh, then why couldn’t you make me laugh?
“Because some of my friends are important to me. And I’m sorry that I made Valentines Day sad to you. I should’ve been more focus instead on my partner since my friends refuse to be part if this.” Pinkie Pie answered. She then got up from her bed and went out of her bedroom. When she came back as quick as a flash, she carried some bags.
“I’ll show you these later. Right now I’m going to show you my list.” She added, then took out her list to give to Bubble. “I was planning to not show you this, but since you really feel sad, there's no point of me keeping it away from you.”
Once Pinkie handed Bubble the list of plans on what their going to do this weekend, Bubble read the whole list, feeling not completely satisfied yet. “So, is this all were going to do?”
“Uh-huh, I wanted us to go to places that are romantic and beautiful. No parties, and no goofing off.”
“Pinkie, I never hated your parties. It's just that you just made me annoyed and depressed in a bad way. Sometimes, I enjoy parties when I’m actually invited and having fun. And, I do like a lot of parties.”
Pinkie was completely shocked after hearing his comment. She knew how to make it up to him, guaranteed. “Ohh… sooo you like a lot of types of parties?”
“Of course.” Bubble Goo replied, until he felt awkward that Pinkie gave him a seductive stare. “Pinkie? Why are you looking at me like that?”
Pinkie took out another list of plans, which was her second idea for her and Bubble for the weekend. “I may not know about love, but I do know one thing to make you feel a little better.”
“Pinkie, what do you mean by that?”
“My second list is an alternative for my ideas this weekend. I always have back ups on my plans. Plans, what I have for this list is all about sexual charm.” Pinkie said boldly. Bubble’s eyes blinked at what she said.
“Wait... you said that you don’t know anything about love but…..”
“Sex, Hubba Bubba. I did learn that if you give a boy a lot of sex, they will feel better and love girls.”
“That’s not how it works Pinkie - I mean, where did you get that idea?” Bubble wondered. Pinkie Pie took out her laptop and went to a website, containing information on how to make boys feel better, along with some risqué pictures of naked people performing sexual antics.
“You see, I wanted to find the perfect amount of pay off I can give you to really pull it off. So, I tried to look at the best website, and this was the one I found.” she pointed at her laptop screen.
Bubble blushed, having no idea that Pinkie was going to make it up to him, but not like this. “Pinkie Pie? Do you feel offended by looking at this?” He pointed at one of the sex photos.
“Nope. In fact, the only thing I learn from this is to do it at home with a boy privately, which is where you come in...”
Bubble Goo decided to get off the bed. Oddly enough, he was disturbed from where she was going with. He was about to open the door and walk out, when Pinkie grabbed his wrist.
“No! Please don’t leave Bubble Goo!” Pinkie begged.
“But this is not what I was expecting from you.” Bubble argued.
Pinkie pulled Bubble back to her bed, much to Bubble’s dismay. “No! Please stay! I don’t want this weekend to slide like the last times I did to you. You have no idea how sad I was when I rejected you, and I want to make sure you feel happier as much as I am...”
She did had a point there, but Bubble would say otherwise, still thinking this was really taking it too far. “But here’s the thing - we're not adults. I would never do that to impress girls because they’d hate me. And as for your “other” list, well, maybe it's not acceptable enough to at least make me feel happy.”
Pinkie Pie abruptly placed her hands on Bubble Goo’s shoulders, keeping her stare at him. “Tell me something, Bubble; do you ever know that some girls like me would wanna have sex?”
“Ummm.” Bubble couldn’t argue, stammering until he was being speechless at a dime. “Well, It’s…. It’s….. I just don’t want to…..”
“I bet you'd love to have sex with me, huh?” Pinkie Pie boldly convinced him. Her words were unquestionable to Bubble’s mind, leaving him in a train of thought. Bubble’s face turned into hot red, which Pinkie giggled cutely at.
“Ah-ha! I knew it.” Pinkie grabbed Bubble’s head and kissed his lips. Bubble’ eyes widened in shock since his lips were feeling a girl’s for the first time, let alone Pinkie's. She took full control, making out with him until she pushed Bubble, with his back onto her bed. After breaking the kiss, she breathed lightly, leaving Bubble Goo not a clue after what just happened.
“Awww! You're so cute when you have no idea...” Pinkie giggled. Bubble refused to say a word due to Pinkie’s sudden moves. He placed his head on one of Pinkie’s pillows to take a deep breath after the sudden kiss.
“Pinkie….. is this…. How you're going to repay me?” He panted lightly until Pinkie got up, locked her door, and closed the window shades.
She couldn't reply to his question, and instead removed her shirt, revealing her light blue bra, and took off her skirt to expose her light blue panties. As if the kiss wasn't enough to handle, Bubble had to gain sight of his former Valentine partner’s skin, though under her underwear. She then placed her hands behind her head, posing sexually with lidded eyes, smiling at him. Bubble blushed hard, and a tent rose in his pants. Pinkie Pie gasped at seeing Bubble’s crotch, and giggled.
“Well, I guess it’s your turn to be in your Valentine’s costume.” Pinkie jumped on the bed as she quickly stripped everything off of Bubble Goo except his underwear. Bubble did not a thing except stand in place as he became half naked like Pinkie. He never felt anything like this would ever happen in his life.
“Tee hee hee. I guess I should take the supplies out, then the real private party begins...” Pinkie grabbed the bag that was by her bed and took out a bag of condoms, along with a container of chocolate frosting. Bubble’s heart was pounding stiff after what Pinkie had in her bag.
“Is she seriously going to do this to me?” He asked himself thought. Pinkie then grabbed his hand and pulled him towards her for a hug, with her breasts pinned against his chest.
“See, you may never felt anything like this before, but you will never regret it.” she rubbed his back. It wasn't long until she snuck a playful slap to his butt cheek in his underwear. Bubble Goo shook his head, not knowing whatever else to do while Pinkie felt his rear.
“Don’t be scared, Hubba Bubba. I’m just cheering you up....” She persuaded him softly, kissing him on the cheek and ear six times to make him feel better. Bubble finally gave in to her kisses, and looked at her with a pleading tone.
“Pinkie, I want more...”
“Mmmm…. Attaboy, Hubba Bubba....” She replied, biting her lip. She then turned around, with her ass now placed in front of Bubble’s crotch. Her rear settled, and moved in vertical motions onto him, rubbing smoothly. Bubble felt her rear on his crotch and fell in love with it, so much that he had to follow her movements exactly.
“Ooooh wow… You really want it to take this to the next level, don’cha?”
“Uh-huh…” He moaned and nodded. Pinkie untied her bra from the back, exposing her cute C-cup boobs. Then, she got off of him in order to remove her panties, exposing her ass and womanhood in front of him. Bubble’s face turned dark red, making him lose control. He lifted his hands, and tried to reach forward, aiming for her nakedness. Pinkie saw them. and dodged his way close to him as she pulled his underwear off in order to let his cock free.
“Well, Hello, little buddy. Wanna party?” She gazes at his penis, giggling. It was then she turned to placed her womanhood onto his still-blushed face, and hers was met with his member.
“Lick me while I lick you...” She instructed, taking out her tongue and licking his dick like ice cream, with her saliva coating every almost inch of his member. She gave a cute kiss on the tip, while Bubble Goo stood in delight despite her womanhood still staring in front of him.
“Holy shit!” He moaned in pleasure. “This is just too much!”
Pinkie started to make out with his member for a minute, trying her best to get him harder then ever. But, it just didn't stop there. Pinkie then took out the chocolate frosting, then turned to face Bubble, who was still clueless on what to do.
“Come on! Don't just stand there… if you lick my sweet hole, I’ll frost you cock.” She desperately pleaded with cuteness in her voice. Bubble Goo finally extended his tongue out, and slid it slowly onto Pinkie’s clit, going in and out.
“Oh my god! She tastes...!” he exclaimed in his mind, slowing down. But it wasn't until he picked up the pace, making Pinkie moan from his actions. Of course, she fulfilled her promise, opening the container of frosting. Then, she spread the frosting all around Bubble’s dick, decorating it in various strokes. She caught sight of her masterpiece. licking her lips in lust and hunger before taking the frosting filled cock into her mouth. Indeed, she took her time rolling the chocolate and licking all of it off his cock in seconds, leaving Bubble Goo blushing in joy. He couldn't leave his work unattended, so he quickened his pace with his tongue on his clit to give her more pressure. The two former Valentine partners took minutes ravishing each other, with the sweetness in their mouths. Pinkie sucked on his cock harder every time Bubble went faster on her clit. Soon enough, his legs shook, and his orgasm was about to commence.
“FUCK ME, CUPID!, I’M GOING TO CUM!” Bubble shouted. His penis leaked out a moderate load of cum surprisingly into Pinkie’s mouth. She took the time to taste it all until she swallowed it down her throat. At the same time, her orgasm approached, making her scream in delight.
“Oh Yeah! HUBBA BUBBA...! GIVE IT TO ME GOOD...!!!” she shouted. Soon enough, her juices oozed into Bubble’s mouth. He took his time to taste it until he swallowed it all. Pinkie Pie felt so happy, she jumped off of him.
“That felt fun, right!?” Pinkie exclaimed happy.
All that Bubble could do was nodded after feeling his cock frosted in chocolate and getting sucked from Pinkie’s mouth. “Pinkie… I really enjoyed this.”
But Pinkie wasn't even close to done yet, as she settled her ass onto his member, looking at him with a cute and seductive stare.
“What are you waiting for? I'm all yours now...” She moved her ass in enticing motions. Bubble blushed as he saw Pinkie’s womanhood again, but he decided to really go along with it. He quickly took out a condom from package, wrapped it fully onto his cock, then walked up to her, In no time, he shoved his dick inside her asshole, with both of them gasping with a moan. Pinkie squeaked with a pause, then caught her bearings in order to move her hips back and forth to make Bubble’s member entry worthwhile.
“OHHH HOLY SH- IT..!” He moaned again. After that, he thrusted in and out in a moderate pace, and the two felt the lovely bliss from each other. Bubble leaned forward, and smelled Pinkie’s pink hair, knowing the scent looked so familiar.
“Your hair… smells like...cotton candy!” he complimented. Pinkie leaned her head back, with her hair close to Bubble. She kissed him on the cheek, encouraging him more. While he was ramming his cock repeatedly against Pinkie’s ass, he rubbed his face full of her hair and licked her face. Pinkie licked her lips at him and turned her face to kiss his lips again. The two made out with tongue, carelessly moaning with twice the passion than before. He felt like the girl he really wanted after everything he did in his life was right in front of him. Bubble never thought that this would never happen to him. For being a helper to all the girls he helped in the past, no one ever did something so private and serious like this to him in return.
“PINKIE.” He shouted, panting. “I’M GOING TO CUM...”
“UH HUH! FUCK ME, HUBBA BUBBA!! CUM INSIDE MY FLUFFY PINK ASS!!” she yelled in pressure. Bubble couldn’t hold it anymore. He held onto Pinkie’s hips until his cock leaked in her rear. He moaned louder and stood, breathing heavily before taking his cock out of Pinkie and laid on the bed. Pinkie Pie turned to cuddle with him again, looking up at him with a cute smile on her face.
“So, do you forgive me?” Pinkie asked.
“Yes. I do.” Bubble answered, feeling twice as better than before. She hugged him tightly with her boobs pinned against his crest. He came back to his senses for a while until Pinkie got off of him. At the same time, he got up and grabbed his clothes.
“Pinkie, I think I should owe you. I know we haven’t hang out a lot, but I think if we do everything we have, maybe people will understand us...”
“Well, we did have this private and cute moment together. But, we should be mature...”
“Thanks. Because even if what you did to me was maybe something else, it’s still not acceptable at school.”
“Don’t worry about it. We won’t tell anyone about this. Think of it as… a private apology.” Pinkie winked.
Bubble blushed, but he agreed. “Okay... I guess.”
By the time the two put their clothes back on, they went outside to go and see a movie. As for the rest of the weekend, Pinkie Pie and Bubble Goo did some activities together, playing games, meeting her family, among others, as if it was a long-awaited date. After the private apology Pinkie gave him, he realized that she wasn't really a bad person once he got to know her. Once the weekend is over, they hung out at school before the Valentine's Dance, which was right around the corner. During lunch, Pinkie talked to her friends about what she did with Bubble Goo during the weekend. However, she kept her private moment with her and Bubble an absolute secret, never to be let out.
After school, the time has come. Boys with their Valentines headed to Canterlot High in the gym, which was set up for the Valentines dance. Even Pinkie’s friends came to prove if Pinkie was right about her time with Bubble Goo, and yet aren't with a boy still. Regardless, bass music was playing, courtesy of Vinyl Scratch, and everyone was having so much as a good time.
“So? Where’s your Valentine?” Sunset asked.
“He’s in the bathroom, just fixing his tie on his neck.” Pinkie said. “Why’d you ask?”
“We want to know if you're right about Bubble Goo.” Rainbow Dash persuaded.
“Yeah. I mean, you did ignore him all this time, and we haven’t seen you since friday.” Fluttershy chimed in.
“That’s because he and I were hanging out. I really wanted to make it up to him, which was why I haven’t hung out with you girls last weekend.”
“I think it’s a good idea that you giving him a chance.” Twilight agreed.
“Thanks Twilight!” She thanked, hugging Twilight really tight.
“Pinkie! I wasn’t done talking! Can you let go of me?” Pinkie apologized before letting Twilight go to continue her sentence. “...But, I don’t think he can easily forgive you. One weekend alone can’t make up everything you did before.”
“Yeah. I mean, after Bubble left school on friday, it felt like he was always at home being lonely during last weekend.” Applejack figured out..
Just in the nick of time, Bubble Goo came into the gym wearing a pink and black suit. “Sorry I’m late, Pinkie.”
“It’s okay Bubble, your time wasn’t that long.” Pinkie took his hand as they both danced together. Everyone, and even the Main Six looked at Pinkie and Bubble dancing together, either jealous or impressed. As for Bubble Goo, he felt happy dancing with his Valentines girl.
“Well, I guess she really did it. Satisfaction Guaranteed...” Sunset said to herself, smirking at the lucky couple.
“Did you had a talk with her about her problem with him?” Rarity asked Sunset.
“You would never believe what they did together.” Sunset stated until the girls looked at her in curiosity. “Trust me, they spent a lot of time along, so they probably did what they did.”
Meanwhile, during the dance, Pinkie gave Bubble a letter. “I know I never gave you a letter, but I hope it’s worth it.”
“Oh… uh, Thanks Pinkie.” Bubble opened her letter, seeing that there was only three words, “One free kiss”.
“Pinkie, I don’t underst-” He tried to get an explanation. But, he was cut off when she abruptly kissed him on the lips. Pinkie’s friends saw it all, and were surprised. Then again, they were happy after seeing Pinkie was right about him. When Pinkie broke the kiss, Bubble blushed in light embarrassment. He did kiss Pinkie before, but not around so many people.
“Pinkie...” he painted. He realized that almost everyone looked at him that he was kissed by Pinkie Pie. And to make matters weirder, Principal Celestia witnessed that he kissed a girl, which was not allowed on school rules. However, it didn't even matter to her at all since Valentine's Day was more than just pairs and friendship - it was all about love itself, for even the most innocent of friends.
Soon, Celestia walked up to them, which made Bubble scared about this.
“Pinkie Pie, Bubble Goo...” She called.
“We didn’t do what you think we did. Pinkie, in fact, gave me a letter and she was surprised.”
“I’m impressed.”
“Really?” Pinkie asked.
Celestia nodded as they looked at each other. “You two never got along since you two got paired up earlier this month. But after last weekend, I see that you two made up everything you had left together.”
“Just be careful, ok?” Celestia winked before taking her leave. Even she wondered what it was like to be loved, especially in a place like this in her youth. The school rules wouldn't matter, especially in a holiday like this, and she was glad to have every student celebrating it. Bubble and Pinkie was in relief that they didn’t get into serious trouble, not that they have.
“Want to hang out with my friends after this?” Pinkie pointed at her friends.
“Sure. I bet there very great people.” Bubble nodded.
“Awesome!” She said as they get back to dancing. Bubble Goo was indeed having the best time of his life after all that trouble. Pinkie really proved that she really did make it up to him all because of her private apology. He’d try to move on, but he will never forget that a girl who stripped off her clothes and had heavy sex with him.
