"Comic-Con is more packed than I thought, good thing my mom can find me pretty easily in this costume,"
Yo, my name's Carter, you're probably wondering what I look like. Well I look older than I actually am, which is 13, but most of the people I meet say I look 15, don't know why though probably just my height and intelligence. My classmates aren't that nice but neither are they that mean either, but when I got curious on how they see me, I asked and they said I'm very stoic yet always seem happy, and scarily intelligent on random topics. That's not mentioning my eyes, what they said about my eyes actually scared me...they said they felt as if they were going to die when I make direct eye contact, kinda like the Enderman.
Anyway, I despise school and my parents, my parents say they care about me but I don't see it like that. It's mostly because of the shitty room they gave me, it looks very rotten with the paint on the walls chipping, gross patchy carpeting, and sometimes a rat's nest is found in my hat when I leave it alone long enough.
School on the other hand is mostly because of how terrible it's system is and I blame the government for that.....khmm, anyway I spend most of my free time working on schoolwork, but I usually finish it in a short period of time so I decided to get into gaming. Name it, I've most likely played it, that's actually how I learn faster than my classmates, by playing games like portal and portal 2, half-life, and an absurd amounts of platformers and sandbox games. While I played games, I developed a trait that I find quite rare in other people, I call it, tactical passive observation or T.P.O. for short. I developed this trait because of the games I played more heavily because of the focus required in them is centered around what's going on and figuring out how to deal with it quickly.
Soon I was beating what games I played in a couple days, that is until I found my most favorite game ever, Minecraft. Now hold up there, let me tell you why, you see Minecraft when I first found it I couldn't figure out what type of game it was at its core. Was it a sandbox, an adventure, a survival, I could not tell you, I still can't because the author is too lazy.
Because of that I was infatuated with the game, I soon found out you could mod it pretty easily. So I did just that, mod after mod installed, one day while I was going through the mods page, I found this very unique one that mutated some of the monsters, later as I was messing around with that mod my mom came in and told me that my aunt invited me and my mom to this years Comic-con and asked what costume I was going to wear when we went. I looked at my screen showing off the mutated Enderman and that's when I decided what I was going as.
Skip four months later and you got me wandering around Comic-con dressed as the chemical-X Enderman looking at some of the stalls looking at what to spend my two hundred dollars on.
Then I heard him .
"'Ello laddie, would ya like to browse ma wares " the guy was dressed as the resident evil 4 merchant, had a thick Irish accent, smelled of cheap plastic and had a fair amount of high quality items for cheap prices. Yep, I've read enough fanfiction to know where I was going if I bought anything this guy had to offer....fuck it.
As I looked over what he had I picked out what I wanted and told him.
"Alright, these are what I want, also are the ponies going to be anthro or no?"
He looked scarred at first then relaxed when he saw I wasn't calling him out, but just purchasing some of his merchandise.
"No they aren't going to be anthro, and what ya want is a pip-boy 3000 for thirty dollars, a nether star for ten dollars, a sitting duck fishing rod and full fishing outfit including accessories bundle from Terraria for twenty dollars, a large Chester plush from Don't Starve for seventy dollars, and an Ender dragon egg for seventy dollars, is that all?
I answered his question by handing him all my money, like I was gonna need it with were I was going. he nodded then grabbed the money and put in his cloak.
Then looking up to me with sinister smile and said, "Good luck young'un and have fun,"
I gave him a thumbs up then I started getting tunnel vision and I soon went unconscious with a feeling of falling.

When I awoke I felt very off and at the same time normal, my whole body felt stiff but I willed myself to get up. I tried opening my eyes as I was getting up, which wasn't the best idea. After suffering the feeling of the sun hitting my eyes I saw I was near the exit of the Everfree forest. I tried to put up a hand to rub the tiredness from my face when I got distracted by its new look.
"Woah, I look aweso- wait what's this?"
On the back of my hand was a sticky note, I peeled it off and it read.
this note is for somethings I didn't tell you about and what you could do for obvious reasons, but here's a heads up, creatures from all the games related to the items you bought will appear in the world at random to test your skills, so good luck and as Moira says, happy hunting!
"Shit on stick, how are the ponies going to handle some of those bosses, eh I'll burn that bridge when I get to it,"
I decided on seeing my inventory or trying to anyway, I started with focusing on my self and imagining the Minecraft inventory screen. I opened my eyes and saw it just floating there with some modifications, the eye on a bone in the second item bar second slot, in the third was my pip-boy, the fourth was the egg, I tapped on the pip-boy and the icon stuck to my finger and decided to put it in one of the new slots. Then I looked down at my left wrist and decided on looking at my stats.
Closing my inventory, I switched to my pip-boy and went to the stats they showed as is.

Looking at the perks I read the descriptions of a few out loud to myself.
"Okay says here that I get a major boost for a short periods of time after taking a drink and I can't get drunk or affected by many poisons, water boy M3 allows me to breath under water and not get affected by drinking contaminated water with the added bonus of not getting hurt by it, magical anomaly allows me to use any form of magic I want without consequence but I'm more sensitive to magic used by others only when I'm using magic that Isn't my natural 'End' magic, heh neat, and the insane in the brain says I can lose...myself to...my...instincts,"
Looking at the ground I knew on the inside I couldn't be as OP as I am without a drawback but there was still a hope in my head that it would be without drawbacks, shaking my head clear on those thoughts I was about to pull up another part of the pip-boy until I saw one final perk.
"Transformative, allows you to 'morph' into different forms? that's a little concerning and interesting at the same time," I decided to ignore that for now and figure out both my body and basic abilities. I started to look myself over and saw I was very muscular but the muscles are lean, I also had four arms each ending with two fingers and a thumb, I willed my lower two arms to move and I eventually managed it with some difficulty. Next was my lower body, when I looked down my legs they were the same as the rest of my body, pitch black but they ended with three tows, two forward one back.
After experimenting with my new movement set and center of gravity, I slowly walked around until I found a calm river, I got on my knees and looked into the river, when I saw my face I looked like a realistic Enderman. My face looked like a very malnourished human head but my nose looked melted off as if it was just a hole but I could smell the forest all around me. My teeth were pure white and that of a carnivore's, but I saw some molars in the back of my mouth, so I was still an omnivore to an extent and apparently my mouth flesh is a bright neon purple, but my eyes were the centerpiece, they weren't like a normal Endermans', mine, they were grass colored in the center and the rest of the eye was purple though that's only when my eyes turn to the side a small bit.
A little bit of admiring later I decided to experiment a little bit with my body. after messing with my jaw for half an hour I managed to figure out how to unhinge my jaw at will but not without the freaking out when my jaw hanged as low as below my pecs. After calming down from the freak out, I tried to see how my powers worked I first tried levitating a bit of dirt, after an hour of trying I finally picked up some dirt, it came out looking like a Minecraft grass block, when I tried to celebrate my success by throwing my hands in the air all I accomplished was upper cutting myself with the said dirt block.
10 minutes later
Putting the block back was easier than picking it up, but I was still feeling silly about my self harm, until I remembered that I could teleport. Teleporting was a lot easier than telekinesis, all I had to do was will myself to be in another spot. then I moved on to try and shoot lightning, I first found a clearing with a lone tree in the center with nothing living in it, then walked away a couple yards then turned to face the tree and took a stance.
"Kaaaaaa, meeeee, kaaaaaa, meeeee," as I was saying this I put all four of my arms back and started thinking on how electricity was made, I soon felt a heat in my hands, "Kaaa, meee, kaaa, meee," after I built up the energy long enough I shot all four of my hands forward and braced, "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!"
A giant bolt of purple lightning shot forward and obliterated the tree to nothing but splinters. After the dust cleared I felt my face turn into a patented pinkie smile.
"YES!, I am awesome!" I proceeded to do a little happiness dance.

I didn't have long to celebrate because I heard something was nearby but not close enough to be able to hear the explosion I made, because the only noise I made with the bolt was the energy buildup and the tree exploding.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!"
I recognized those screams of some young children, I suddenly remembered that I was in Equestria, and I knew which children were being attacked so close to Ponyville. So I took off in a mad dash in the direction of where the screams originated and started panicking when My newly Enhanced nose picked up the scent of blood from upwind.
P.O.V. shift, Spike
Today was a nice so far, until we got attacked by a pack of Timberwolves.
The CMC asked me to help them get to a Zebra's hut that's out here without their sisters knowing. But when we got there we saw that they left a note that said she went to go get ingredients for one of their brews and wouldn't be back till sometime this afternoon. As we were walking back, a pack of Timberwolves jumped us and managed to scratch Applebloom's foreleg.
The only thing keeping them at bay was my flame breath but that wasn't enough, we soon got cornered by a wall of impassable foliage. The girls got so scarred that they screamed bloody murder, which made the Timberwolves stay back to recover from their screams but soon we all heard thunderous footsteps of something big moving quickly towards us, the pack looked to the direction of the noise but suddenly a massively tall pitch black creature came out from the tree line and stopped to look at us. it then started to make such a deep growl that could rival an angry hydra mom, the Timberwolf pack started baking away until the creature fired two bolts of purple lightning at two of five Timberwolves obliterating them in an instant and leaving black ash that quickly merged into the creature with it not even bothering with it.
It then teleported in front of one Timberwolf and grabbed its head and pulled it in two, with red sap spraying around but avoiding the creature entirely, looking at the two remaining Timberwolves it threw the parts away like trash. one of the two remaining Timberwolves enraged at the killing of its pack mates, charged at it, the creature only threw one single punch and shattered it into splinters, it then looked at the remaining Timberwolf and glared at it with enough rage to rival Fluttershy's 'Stare'. The last Timberwolf quickly ran away scarred for its life, and I couldn't blame it, the creature was terrifying.
After watching the last Timberwolf run away and seeming to make sure it wouldn't come back, the fore mentioned creature walked up to us, knelt towards us, then said one simple sentence.
"Are you little ones okay? "

Okay there's no context here, so lets rewind a little bit.
FIVE HOURS EARLIER
After taking out the Timberwolves, I made some short conversation with the CMC and Spike. They said they were okay but they were clearly exhausted and Applebloom had a cut on her foreleg. I had to do something about that so I picked them up and after a short freak-out, I asked them which way was the nearest town.
Spike was the only one that could talk without a stutter, "Well, Ponyville is that way-" he pointed in the opposite direction of were I entered the area. "and what are you?"
"My name is Carter, and I'm an Enderman, so what's your names small ones?" Wait I just noticed how deep my voice is now, well I was still getting used to my body.
"I'm Applebloom,"
"I'm Scootaloo,"
"I-I'm Sweetie Belle,"
After introducing themselves they took a deep breath and shouted to the heavens
"AND WE ARE THE CUTIEMARK CRUSADERS!!!"
Ow, my nonexistent ears.
After they did that they looked much more relaxed in my gentle hold, then the drake spoke up, "I'm Spike, so uh what type of magic was that," oh goody, an ice breaker.
"Well, Spike that type of magic is unique to my kind but I am a much more power filled variation among my kind, I am one of seven that protect my kind, and our leader is none other than the Enderdragon, but our land was recently invaded. I was tasked by the Enderdragon herself to take her one and only egg to safety and raise the hatchling to reach the same potential of their mother," All bullshit but they don't need to know that.
They all looked at me with awe and pity but I didn't mind, "So ya'll all alone now?"
"I am, young Applebloom, but I shall not fail the Enderdragon, and leaving my home has given me a new chance of making friends such as you four, heh plus a whole new land to experience, though it is refreshing to see unicorns and pegasai once again,
They all looked at me with a confused expression but Sweetie Belle beat them by asking the question, "What do you mean by that last part?"
"Well, Sweetie Belle, I came from a place that has three lands layered above one another but only the 'Player' and my kind can travel all three without consequence of teleportation whiplash. Anyway the three lands are the Overworld as the highest land, while in the middle is the Nether a hellish landscape but a good getaway spot and the lowest of the three lands is 'The End' my home. Though a long time ago before I was chosen to protect my people the Overworld was the land I resided in, I spent most of my days annoying people there for the ludicrously high prices, anyway there was many species gracing the land and that included all three main pony tribes and other astounding creatures, but due to sickness and disease unicorns and pegasai went extinct, heh, and dad said I couldn't tell a story to save my life.
"Even with all the creatures of the three lands help it was fore not, sorry for getting morbid there, now I feel bad,"
All four of them gave me looks of pity, said I did nothing wrong and gave me a group hug. After they ended the hug I noticed that we were near town.
"Okay we're near town I need to set all four of you down and do some things okay,"
After all four of the youngins were set down I started using the healing hands spell from skyrim to heal Applebloom's foreleg, after that I focused on being smaller, gentler, and less scary. When I heard the gasps of the CMC I opened my eyes and asked them a question.
"So, how do I look," wow my voice is gentle and wispy...neat.
spike looked at me in wonder and said, "You look a lot less scary, and your just as tall as Celestia now, but you have smoking wisps coming off of you," I looked at my self to see I shrunk down considerably and I looked more like skin and bones with little muscle, my hands had three fingers and a thumb and my feet have all three toes facing the front but they were all much smaller and nimbler than my other form.
"I'll be fine, lets head into town, I wish to introduce myself,"
We walked into town and the first adult we came across ran as if her tail was on fire, the more we walked into town the more my mind wondered to my new senses, as I experimented with my nose I noticed all the ponies that were cautious of us, and all of the ponies had a unique smell to them but had a general base smell, the best as I could describe to the best of my abilities is that the mares smelled of freshly cut flowers and the stallions smelled of burnt wood both with different layering smells identifying them. After that weird discovery my senses wondered over to my nonexistent ears, what I heard didn't bother me, mainly because the ponies were asking questions that were asked among themselves.
Soon after I finished messing with my senses, our little group came up to the Golden Oaks libraby, Spike knocked on the door and I heard several sets of hooves moving around but only one came near the door.
Twilight opened the door with a worried look on her face but it dropped when she saw the CMC, but she had yet to see me.
"Girls, there you are where were yo...," after she decided to look around her eyes landed on me with a face akin to a terror stricken nightmare.
P.O.V. SHIFT THIRD PERSON
Twilight's terror stricken face quickly drops to a rage induced one and unleashes blast after blast of arcane energy at Carter, he dodges each projectile with what looked like practiced ease, but in truth he was letting some of his base instincts out, but not enough to lose control in the moment.
Soon the whole town started trying to attack him, he wouldn't be able to keep control at this rate but he had to, if he lost control to his instincts again, it would carry so many more consequences than a simple two weeks hold in juvenile hall. On the sidelines the Cutie Mark Crusaders where trying to stop Twilight and Carter from fighting but herd mentality at this level is unstoppable.
Carter was starting to get low on energy, soon he wouldn't be able to keep this up for much longer but he got distracted with dodging so many projectiles, Twilight some how managed to get a pot shot on Carter and he fell to the ground clutching his shoulder in pain, when he looked up he saw Twilights face embroidered with anger in her eyes.
"Any last words, demon?"
"Wai-," a bright light in the sky cut him off mid sentence and he closed his eyes in pain and waiting for death, but all he heard was thousands of hooves moving in sync and one pair of elongated hoof steps coming towards him. After he opened his eyes from realizing he wasn't going to die, both he and Twilight said at the same time.
"Princess Celestia!?!?"

RUN, FOREST RUN! [updated:12/24/2020]
*Dramatic sip*
It has been forty minutes since Celestia arrived and calmed Twilight enough in order for her to realize I wasn't really dangerous. After the fiasco in town earlier, Princess Celestia, Twilight, and me walked back to Golden Oaks to talk. While we were walking back the whole town sent glares, leers, snorts of disgust, and all sorts of angry gestures my way, that is until I sent them a glare from myself which in turn scared all of them shitless and they ran off to their home, I was later told that when I sent the populace my glare my eyes turned blood red with solid black slitted pupils that branched out from the main thing.
Currently I'm sitting on the floor in front of a semi-circle of ponies with Celestia in the center with Twilight, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie on the right of her, in that order and on the left side was Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity with their respective sisters.
Celestia sat her tea cup dawn and looked me in the eye with a motherly gaze that seemed genuine and asked, "How are you doing, Void?"
"Who? " smart one dumbass,
She gave me an 'are you serious' look with more curiosity than suspicion "Are you not, Void?"
"No my name is, Carter, "
"Oh,...girls, Spike can you leave the room for a minute, I want to talk to, 'Carter' real quick," 'shit, '
Twilight and the rest stand And start to head out, but before the door shuts behind them Twilight sent me a death glare just daring me to try something. After they all leave and the door is shut Celestia ignites her horn with a gleeful yellow glow. Soon the whole room is aglow with the same color and the look she gives me could freeze over a lake of magma then remelt it again. 'double shit, '
she starts to stand but before I could ask what I did wrong the room is overtaken by the smell of vanilla and bananas, I refocus before I could lose myself in it. As soon as I finished refocusing I saw something dangling from Celestia's crotch area and she starts to speak in a sultry tone.
"You are going to be obedient and suck,"
CRASH!

fecking hell sorry for the late chapter but trying to balance out school, family, 'JOY' pills, and a bunch of other bull shite is not easy. Anyway today's my B-day so instead of a gift from you it's a gift from me.

'slick' "Ow," yea, jumping out Twilight's window probably wasn't a smart move but it was one I found it worth it at the time. I should give some context here right, anyway after going into a semi-panic attack at Celestia's little prank, which I didn't know it was at the time, and jumping out the window to escape her then proceeded to run away from her in my standard form, which was much faster than my four armed form.
After running away from her all the way through town shouting at each other, me shouting stuff that could make a pony sailor blush and her trying to apologize and fail. While on one turn down a road I saw that she still had that 'thing' bouncing and bobbing the whole time she was chasing me.
Thinking fast I shot small objects at Celestia's face in order to distract her long enough to allow me to teleport without her noticing where ended up. With a stroke of my family's uncanny luck I was able to get a small clump of dirt in each of her eyes.
Acting with due haste to get the funk out of there I chain teleported out of ponyville and into the Everfree forest so the chaotic magic in the forest could cover mine due to a similarity to my magic of the End that flowed through me to that of the forest's.
I kept teleporting until I found a river and reminded my self that I jumped through a window, and that about sums up what happened.

With the quiet landing of the final piece of glass out of me, I noticed that my blood wasn't congealing. Upon closer inspection, I saw that all the places I pulled the glass from had healed, leaving thin tiny violet lines on my body.
Not wanting to find out what happened when washing off my blood in a natural water source, I used my magic to pick it up and morph it into a ball of blood instead of letting it sit there. When looking at my blood it was about the size of a pony's eye and when it was still it slowly turned into what looked like the End portal but was slightly more colored a sickly purple.
Looking away from my ball of what I now named End Blood, I tried to see if I could do certain things with it.
Spotting a very young sapling, my brain got an idea for a use of my blood. walking over to the sapling and using my telekinesis to pick it up and a large clump of dirt I floated my blood into the soil near the exsposed roots and an effect on the small plant started immediately upon contact.
the dirt around the young tree had instantly turned into End stone and the sapling itself slowly turned pitch black with random bright purple spots slowly going up from the root to the stem then finally the leaves and limbs of it turning the leaves a bright neon pink and the young now dubbed Ender Sapling came into existence.
Me wanting to keep my new creation of the End alive without needing more of my blood to live with a combination of photosynthesis I used my magic to connect it with the piece of End reality that was The Ender Dragan egg. At least I think that's what I did with my magic.
When I opened my eyes I saw my magic coursing through me, the egg in one set of my hands and the Ender sapling in the lower set.
"Woah that's pretty cool," saying this with a smile I slowly disconnected my now dubbed Ender sight and felt the sapling was connected to me and the egg. Putting both of them in my inventory, I noticed I switched to my battle form while connecting the sapling.
Looking to my ball of End Blood I saw it had shrunk two thirds in size, I wanted to use this for two more things I had in mind, but I'm going to have to chose what I what to do with this.

hearing the small twig being stepped on I didn't react and continued to "admire" the End Blood. While my observer saw me looking at a ball, I used my other senses to see who it was. my sense of smell identified it was a mare but slightly off and my ears picked up a heart beat moving like it was just calming down, but using my sense of smell and hearing I got an generally idea of where she was relative of me.
'Got you, '
Using my teleportation I teleported her and a couple chunks of debris with her. grabbing her mid-drop with my telekinesis I started to observe my prey- I mean guest in my grasp, when her hood flopped down I noticed my observer was apparently Zecora.
"It's rude stare at someone my equine friend, but I doubt you knew what you staring at was the physical manifestation of the End, " heh, her goldfish impression was spot on. but enough of that let's get with the rhymes.
"Sorry for the scare, but I'm something others cannot compare, " she got my intended meaning and calmed down immensely, setting her down she decided to continue our conversation.
"It's alright but I thought you meant to kill, but spared me of your intentions ill," oh, now I feel bad for scaring her but from her perspective she just saw my smile shrink a tad which was an action she noticed but didn't show it.
Going into my smaller form which was only double her height I responded, "Oh I may be a predator, but I don't want to cause you and others such terror, "
Giving me a friendly smile she answered with a tone of calmness that could rival the TV show version of Celestia she said, "I understand and would you like to go to my hut, and ignore this bad rut,"
"Of course, but you should help by leading me to your storage of resource, "
To clarify that conversation I said I was sorry for scaring her and she accepted but said she thought I was a cruel monster that was going to kill her but decided not to, then I said I didn't want to scare others just because of my appearance, after that she asked me if I wanted to go with her to her home and ignore what just happened and I said yes and that she lead the way.
Alright everyone good, got your snacks and sippy-sippys', okay lets continue.
As we were walking she asked me questions and I did the same things to help clarify some things. She asked the basic questions of what I was and where I came from, I just told her the same bullshit I made-up to the CMC but I had to do it in rhyme which was not easy and again they don't need to know that it's bullshit I'm just giving myself an alibi for being here.
Anyway when we finally made it to her home she asked if I wanted some tea and a vial for my blood that was heavily infused with End magic inside and out. Once Zecora brought in some snacks with the tea and gave me a vial I put my blood in and she asked what it was and so I told her.
"It's my blood and I know it's not looking like it should, she hmm'd at that and I started working some magic to enchant the vial to be like an identifier of my health state and to be indestructible. I quickly finished my enchanting and the vial looked like it had a Minecraft enchant effect over a small bit of the universe, all in a vial two times the size of a human eyeball.
Drinking some tea after putting it in my inventory I set down the tea cup and asked a question I've always wanted to ask Zecora if I ever met her.
"You know I've been wondering why you rhyme, sure its fun and mysterious but it consumes so much time, "
She looked at me dead in the eye and I could not look away "It's because of my tribe back home on the Savanna, it's drilled so deep into my heritage that I could do it whenever I please, but sometimes I can talk normally, especially with someone as unique as you to keep up with me so easily, proves your worth to speak with me in a conversational tone," and she said all that with a smug smile.
"I kinda feel, in a strange way, honored to be able to speak with you the marginal way, I answered in a surprised tone.
"as you should but would you like a mini-sandwich that I made?" looking at the what would pass as a fancy party snack back on earth I picked one up and threw it into my mouth and felt two things hit my tasting muscle and pretended to eat it and the snack. Swallowing the sandwich and not what felt like a pill I reached a hand up and pulled out the pill.
"And your attempt with this was? " I asked her looking at her surprised face with a suspicious gaze.
After her settling down she confessed with a agitated look, "your definitely worth talking to normally and as a possible battle sibling, and what I said as a battle sibling is due to being one of the very few zebras still around that actively trains for combat anymore,"
showing a little surprise at her trying to drug me, I quickly asked why she wanted me as a battle sibling and she responded by saying.
"Your clearly a strong willed male and the way you were able to capture me, keep up with my rhyming, and being honorable by saying sorry for scaring me and recognizing your appearance just drove me to make you my new battle sibling, I'm sorry if you don't want to be near me," as she was talking she went to slightly flustered to a full blown sad look about her, seeing her like this, I couldn't stand it.
Picking her up in a hug I started petting her, then I spoke in the same way I spoke to the CMC when I first met them.
"It's alright I'm not mad at you if wanted to ask me to be your battle sibling, you should have asked me first but as things as they are right now for me, you doing what you did was probably the best you could do but let's take things slow alright, " She perked right up after that and hugged me even tighter than I was hugging her.
After she calmed down a bit she said she needed to go pick some ingredients from the forest and I told her I'd stay right here. When I heard her hoof falls go quiet as she left, I took the vial out of my inventory and started to channel my feelings and smidge of magic to the bottle and its contents then I spoke, while in my battle form sitting on the floor, in a authoritative tone.
"Whoever finds this, my name is Carter, and if you want to talk or hang out just give me a call since this bottle is also enchanted to act like a phone directly to my head, but if you're evil and are harming innocents without a reason I will hurt you! So have a good day,"
With that done I dropped the vial of my blood to the floor and a tear in the void opened up and ate the vial as it started to split into more of it's self when the hole in reality spat the vial right at me and I caught it with my telekinesis then put in my inventory.
Shifting back to my smaller form I could only say I few words.
"I Wonder who will call first, "

"I wonder who will call first?"
After finishing that sentence I went ahead and went out to find Zecora and to spy on ponyville from afar. Walking through the forest looking for her by sniffing for her scent eventually led me to the fruit of my search when I found it after walking through a part of the forest I felt a little weird in, like something was meant for me there, but I ignored it and walked up behind Zecora nearly giving her a heart attack when I coughed gently.
"Stars above, Carter don't sneak up on me like that, you've already proved yourself enough,"
"Sorry, force of habit and nature,"
"It's okay I understand, but can you at least announce your presence,"
"I can do you one better by teaching you a way to tell I'm near,"
"Alright, but what is it?"
I proceeded to tell her to close her eyes and listen to the surroundings then I asked her what she heard.
"I hear something quietly going 'fwoop' every few seconds,"
"Okay now I'm going to walk away until I'm out of this clearing then do what I told you to do earlier and close your eyes,"
I ended up teaching Zecora how to be even sneakier by accident from her asking me to teach her more ways of the sneaky teen. I eventually taught her enough when she finished learning how to move quietly in any environment as well as evenly distributing her weight on a steep incline to get the best leverage.
"Okay Zecora, me thinks this is a good stopping point,"
"I agree, I feel ready for bed, kinda helps that it's nearing sunset and I collected all the herbs I wanted today,"
"Good let me help you back," I decided to test my ability to teleport back to where I have been by picking up Zecora and her saddlebags with her items and teleporting back to the front of her house.
"here we are," she apparently made no fuss about appearing somewhere else almost instantly so I was hoping this was a sign for being able to do this more often.
Setting her down with all her items on her I said my goodbyes and told her I might disappear for extended periods of time because of my supposed 'mission' for the Ender Dragon by going back and forth between the End and here to gather materials. I chain teleported through the forest accidentally telefragging a manticore and crocodile respectively. (telefragging is basically teleporting inside something and killing it instantly by disintegration)
Once I made it out of the forest night had fallen and I felt calm enough to try to reestablish communication with the ponies, until a robotic voice sounded off in my head saying.
"Rangle jangle Carter I'm Centurion I have no Idea what to say but hi please come here."
Feeling a slight tug on my abdomen I gave it full access to pull me where it wanted me to be. A swirling vortex opened up and I got flung inside without warning and ending up falling on my face.
Getting to my knees (get your mind out of that gutter, I know what your thinking you hormonal bipeds!) and started grumbling about not granting the dimension pull full access.
"Hm,"
Looking up I saw an outstretched robotic hand which I took and it helped me up.
"Hi,"
"Hi," I said in return.
"So I imagined my first meeting with another displaced to be much less awkward," he said moving nervously.
"So, hi I'm Centurion," he said holding out his hand.
Looking up and down I noticed his body looked like Samuel Hayden's from DOOM 2016 but heavily modified and none of the glow-y blue shit I always thought was either coolant or power storage and instead of one line of that stuff for his face he had three cameras in a triangle shape for a face.
Taking his hand and shaking it I said, "Carter, so what's going on?"
"Celestia just called me to Canterlot along with the main six so I assume something important,"
Hearing a mechanical hiss and whir behind me caused me to spin around and see one of the more badass things I've ever seen, a mega mech wolf came running up to us and started talking.
"The carrier is ready and where did he come from?" I saw it, no her look at me with a tilt of her head.
"Cross-dimensional travel anywho let's go up top and wait for the girls," he said while jogging and motioning us towards the entrance of were the mech wolf came in.
We both nodded and followed him up to the surface and he led us to a type of military plane that opens from the snoot.
time skip three days later.
After going to Canterlot and getting informed from the princess about another commander on this planet I was asked by Cent (that is what I am calling him out of serious situations cause his name is WAY too fucking long for my brain to give the time of day) if I wanted to help on a mission with him on the enemy commander.
The ponies decided to go back to ponyville on the train since they said they felt a little airsick, except for the pegasai of the group, while me, Cent, and Seras went back by riding on Seras' back.
On the way to Cent's base, I asked what his features of his current body was, but apparently he hasn't installed any according to the rush to Canterlot and was up for suggestions and of course I helped with that.
When we returned Seras went off to do her own thing while me and Cent went up to one of his construction bots and he sent the modifications wirelessly to it and it made the adjustments requested by him, when it was done he had more human like hands, sans the pinkie finger since that one just gets in the way, with specialized pads that acted like electrified pads that people use to relax, only that these things can be adjusted to the users needs and can even knock out Celestia according to the math I looked at.
Along side that, I suggested he add something to his body that can regulate his inner temperature, like a way to not overheat or freeze up when in situations of extreme temperatures or helping anyone organic that's going through extreme temperature fluxes like hypothermia or something and he can just hug them and exude the right temperature needed. what he ended up looking like after that upgrade is he got a little bigger but only a fifth bigger his original size in the body he's currently in.
Next was a built in jetpack, basically I suggested he make something halo like, it was less of a jet pack and more of a hover pack cause he only was able to stay in the air by hovering and he couldn't directly fly with it, it only made miner adjustments in his jump or movement path outside a zero-g environment. After it was installed his back looked like a bulkier Revenant's back from DOOM 2016 minus the blood and gore.
The final suggestion I made was an miniature power core to make his body another self powering bot like his main body or Seras. Because unlike in the game were you just have to generate power to make stuff he also has to generate power and wirelessly send it to his bots and something could happen to disconnect his indoor body from this wireless charging since it has a certain range. After that final upgrade to his body he finally had more of a lower body and it filled out his form more that he looked more human than robot to support his new weight.
Later as he was giving me a tour of his base, when we got to his main body to finish up the tour, I made an offhand comment when I realized that there was nothing here in case he has to harbor or heal possible refugees from destroyed areas. Once he heard me say it and analyzed what I said he face palmed so hard that he broke one of his optics and immediately I heard the sound of a fuck ton of stuff start moving in rhythm and the unique sound of construction bots making stuff along side with Cent's bot maker makin his robot babies.
Walking over to his bot factory I saw one of the new finished products was a massive tortoise a third the size of Cent's behemoth of a body. He proceeded to inform me that he designed it to house at least twenty patients at a time and use a mixture of medical machines to heal a patient, he also said he added a laser cannon and self power maker thing to it so it doesn't rely on a wireless charge and could defend it's charges if necessary.
He then showed me something I could only describe as an underground city.
He somehow remade the stone pillars to look natural and made the bots use stone and metal for the houses with every luxury available to his engineering mind. He later told me that he asked his inner guidance thing named 'Siri' to help him with all the stuff he's been doing recently because he felt that he was ignoring her.
He even made pony like bots to serve as guards for the place.
Anyway after he showed me the house I would stay in for the time being I decided to go 'hunting' cause my hunger has been getting a little cranky recently so I decided to test my hunting capabilities. When I started my hunt I picked up a strange scent it smelled bad but earthy. dashing through the forest I eventually came across a cragodile (which like a rock gater or something), standing a couple yards away was the rock beast in a prime position for me to attack.
THIRD PERSON
The Guardian of the End sneaked up behind the beast with a hide tough as rock with determination in his eyes. The beast sensing him spins around but sees nothing turning back around to continue wandering it suddenly sees something, in its path is a large pitch black creature with grass green eyes and two sets of arms jump and land on the cragodile's back and attempts to kill it there.
But the monster knew how to throw something off it's back due to surviving for so long in this dangerous forest. rolling into the under brush the beast managed to throw the strange creature off but it just landed on it's two back appendages.
Circling each other the creature of pitch was the first to attack with a blow to the cragodile's left eye destroying it in a single hit leaving the beast half blind. Stumbling about the beast of rock blow after blow to the cranium each deadly blow expanding the miniscule spiderweb of cracks on it's skull.
rolling to the side and snapping where he thought the creature was it's final mistake as Cater had teleported above the beast before it had the chance to roll he brought down all four of his fists obliterating the cragodile's skull.
OK NORMAL FIRST PERSON RETELLING MODE
After killing the cragodile it's body quickly turned pitch black and flowed towards and into me like ash being blowed away by the wind, and once the process finished I felt my hunger diminish greatly, it wasn't gone but it was still there. The little spat I had with it didn't leave me tired it left me feeling inadequate about my power.
Deciding to walk back to Cent's base led it to be night time when I returned to it, it was so late that I went to my place of temporary residence to sleep when I found two somethings on my bed.
one of them was a medium sized dog bot made to look like the scarab from halo and a laptop that had three monitors and has a memory and power level akin to my pip-boy.
putting away the laptop in my inventory and moving the dog bot (as I'm now calling the miniature advanced construction bot) next to my bed instead of on it, I then went to sleep.
Waking up the next day I walked out to try and find Cent, I eventually just asked Seras where he was and she led me to him.
When we reached him he was in what looked like training ground for numerous things with a large structure nearby that I guess was the barracks, and next to the strange robit was twilight, for some odd reason.
I asked him what she was here for and he said she wanted to 'document' my abilities and such, I agreed to her studying me but I turned my main focus to Cent when he cleared his nonexistent throat. He said I would be facing some robot dummies to get my main attack focus with one to two targets. The training dummies looked like moving car crash test dummies if you wanted a specific detail of what they looked like.
Sending one towards me, it bum rushed me but I just teleported behind it and grabbed its arms and bit the head off then teleported where I was previously standing. To Twilight, it looked like I disappeared from here I was standing when she looked to see my reaction from the dummy bum rushing me and looked back to the poor dummy to see the arms crushed at the biceps and the head on the ground with a huge bite mark in it, then she looked back to where I was originally standing to see me there, blank faced with my arms crossed. (note that I'm in my normal Enderman form)
Twilight, seeing as I was not worth it and did something impossible like a violent pinkie pie, decided to nope the fuck out and teleport away back to her tree house in fright and PTSD from seeing something else do what pinkie does.
Telling Cent to continue he sent the other bot at me and I wanted too crush it with my End magic.
A purple circle surrounded it and everything in the circle instantly went flat to the ground like a pancake. As soon as the bot was flattened the world blurred and a fallout info box popped up with this new ability.
NEW ABILITY: GRAVITATIONAL REGULATOR
you can now alter gravity by making everything around you float about or crush your enemies as you stay anchored to gravities whims
The world came back into focus and I told Cent to send two more at me, and two more appeared from the back of this place and came at me. focusing some of my anger with my magic I sent it forward and blew up both of them, then once again a info box popped up.
NEW ABILITY: MAGIC MISSILE (get it mwehehehe)
you can now shoot pure emotional energy in the form of a bolt of magic, but beware different emotions cause different effects!
Changing to my four armed form I tried to use another ability that was used by my blockier counterpart. three more dummies came at me and I focused my energy into large transparent and toxic purple colored hand like shapes at my targets, crushing one, flinging another and pulling apart the last one.
NEW ABILITY: MAGICAL CONSTRUCTS
you can now use your magic to make small to medium sized minor magical constructs, like hands, bowls, and an assortment of sharp objects
I raised a brow to the 'minor and small to medium' parts of that.
Anyway I told Cent to just send one and have it stand a couple yards away. After the dummy got into position I willed the void to open a hole in reality close to me and the dummy at the same time and imagined a door to open. Then suddenly when I thought it wouldn't work, a ring of toxic purple colored energy appeared by me and the dummy and I attempted to move them with a set of my hands and it worked.
Putting one over the dummy down to it's waist, the top half appearing in the other hole, I closed the portals causing the dummy bot to be cut in two.
NEW ABILITY: THINKING WITH PORTALS
you can now open two medium sized portals to send an attack back at the enemy or take off a limb by either opening one on a body part or closing it on something in between the portals
Deciding that's enough for one day I went back to my room telling Cent I was going to go rest up for the attack.
Waking up on my third day staying here I got up and walked around to get the morning stiffness of my body soothed after sleeping in the same position all night. The more I explored and experimented with my new body I learned something new everyday, the first was that I still have the male naughty bits but that ain't important. What is important is that Cent sent Seras to come get me and bring me to him.
Walking out onto the surface I was met with three more of those planes I rode in earlier in the week and them being filled with a metric shit ton of bots. They were small to me, Cent, and a few others on the base. Getting up to him I asked the question of when are we leaving for the assault of that rock-tooth guy.

alright i decided to say fuck it and post this chapter after sitting on it for over two years now waiting on blank page (the person i did the crossover with) to post the battle chapter but nope, it hasn't been posted yet. so yeah have a new chapter.
btw I'm gonna try to release a new self-insert story some time this summer and I'm going to try and post more often instead of hanging out in the background of the human in equestria group and being a lazy asshat. the keyword here is, try , by the way.

PREVIOUSLY ON DRAGON BALL Z
Carter, shortly after talking to Zecora, gets summoned into another's universe to help a man turned big machine boi to help attack another big machine boi
Looking around the battlefield all I see is the robotic corpses of the enemy Titan's army. Rubbing my upper right arm with my bottom left hand, I continually use the healing spell from skyrim to fix whatever damage I received. The sound of the spell being used by my unoccupied hands, is giving me comfort as I see Centurion's smaller body walk towards me, his current body riddled with dents and scratches but overall unharmed.
One of his big healing tortoise mechs waddling right behind him, alongside a group of ten to twenty construction bots, deconstructing the remains of both the enemy and friendly bots.
As he gets closer I cease my spell and walk towards him, as I do, I hear the Minecraft plopping sound of picking stuff up, I would check my inventory right now to see what all I have picked up from this confrontation of Titans' armies, but I feel like that would be rude.
After getting close enough to be in speaking distance I shrink down to my normal Enderman height so I would not be literally talking down to him.
"I feel as if I went a tad overboard, but none the less I-Hey what are you doing!? " as I start talking to him he rushes the small distance between us and grabs me in what I would later realize as, a worried hug, smooshing my lack of a nose into a sooty spot on his breastplate.
"If I would have scanned you earlier, I would not have asked you join in this fight," He said to me in a spooked tone.
"What do you-? ,"
"Because your thirteen that's why! a child doesn't need to fight in this type of battle," He shouted, interrupting me.
"I suppose you want to send me back now? " I say slightly downtrodden as he releases me from the hug.
"Yes, but first Let's head back to gather the adv. bot I made you," He says to me with a robotic hint of finality.
After getting into a small transport vehicle he had quickly made, we set off back to his base as Seras was left on clean up duty. Soon after landing, we headed to the room Centurion allowed me to stay in and picked up the folded bot in the shape of scarab from halo, I held it under my left arm like a large metal briefcase with no handles, I turned to him and held out my unburdened hand.
"I guess this is goodbye, " I say, slightly tired.
"I suppose it is, but before you go, let me give you my token,"
After saying that, a robo-guard pony walks in with what I assume is his token on it's back. Picking it up he hands it to me and says the magic words to send me back, I say goodbye and good luck to him before I walk into the newly opened portal.
Stepping out on the other side, I look towards the sky to see the time. The sound of the portal closing rings in my nonexistent ears as I notice that's mid-morning. I then thought that I didn't have a base yet and I wanted to see if I still had any building skill in a real world environment, instead of just clicking and moving a mouse on a mouse-pad.
After wandering around the area, I realized this was the place I was first summoned to Cent's world, which was thanks to the old gnarled tree I was hiding behind before said summoning.
I then went back into the everfree towards the abandoned castle, even if it was a cliché to take it over, it's still a good spot to set up base. The first reason being it was already mostly built, minus some bits and bobs. Two, all it would take to repair the damaged parts was some stone bricks, moss, and vines, which thankfully were in an abundance of said material around the structure. Three, I could really ham up the ancient castle vibe by making most of it into a motif of nature combined with ancient ruins that could still act as shelter and a home.
One way I could do it would be by turning some of the outer rooms into farms, like wheat, carrots, potats, and radishes, the animal part though would take some time to figure out, mostly because I didn't know which animals are sentient here, and they would be actual critters of blood and bone, not code and pixels like in the game.
As I'm making my way to the castle, I peeked into my inventory to see all I got from the battle and just trolling Cent by moving some of his shit around before I left. As I looked in, I saw that I had three stacks of iron ingots, half a stack of iron nuggets, an entire giggity (69, of something basically) of titanium ingots, an entire fucking rocket pod for some reason, five stacks of gunpowder, and of course the laptop with the stuff downloaded from Cent, also, no food now that I realized it.
When I made it to the castle, I had collected a lot of logs, of both were the oak and dark oak variety, and I had organized my inventory and made some basics, such as a crafting table and sticks. The first thing I did was find Luna's old room, which was easy since all I had to do was follow the space motif. after I did get there, which was at the top of the tallest remaining tower by the way.
I opened the door to find the room very empty, like there was actually nothing but dust and dust impressments where furniture once was. That's about the time I realized that Celestia would try and help Luna acclimate to the modern world by having something remotely familiar that wasn't filled with depression and angst.
Shrugging, I immediately set to work by scouting the rooms at the top of this tower. The main room, which was the biggest of the three up here, was round with two doors to the left of the entrance that led to the side rooms, and a balcony straight from the entrance on the other side of the room but curved of course, all arranged in a star like pattern, were the impression of a bed once was, taking place at the head of the star pattern. Which was between the entrance and the balcony, and the side rooms making the base of the star pattern.
To simplify, the floor has a five pointed star engraved in the floor, and each point had something at their ends.
I also noticed that the roof of this place had no ceiling to seal the roof off from the room. Placing the robodog by the entrance after I closed it, I should also name the halo scarab looking robot later now that I think about it, I crack my fingers and start my first attempt at building with my actual hands rather than the mouse and keyboard.
Laying on my newly made and placed royal blue bed, I let out a tired and relieved sigh. Looking back and counting the time it took to repair just this room alone and furniturize it, I realized it took eight hours to do so with only one break. The break being that I visited Zecora and had dinner with her, while also catching up since our last and technically third conversation we've had together, apparently I was only gone for two days, including today, and speaking of that.
Today was a canon episode, being bridle gossip I think was the name of it, anyway it was basically Zecora's first appearance in the show. Meaning I'm in season one and I got the whole series to mess with the people of equestria. That is, until I remembered that the CMC were friends when I rescued them a couple days ago and realized that perhaps the episodes are out of sync as to their releases.

Hopefully I can meet best princess without anything going wrong....hopefully .
Anyway I also had to go mining for stone and coal, and in doing so, I turned a room near the base of this tower into a mine slash workshop area, in the process. I made auto-smelters with hoppers, chests, and a blast furnace instead of a regular furnace. Also it was quicker for me to make those instead of the Tinker's Construct smelter, and yes, you heard that right.
Tinker's Construct is something I have access to, along with some other mods apparently, right now I know I have access to the aforementioned Tinker's Construct, I also know I have Curios, Farmer's Delight, Mrcrayfish's Furniture Mod, Cyclic, Quark, Applied Energetics, and Open blocks. I might have more but I wouldn't know until I get a resource from that mod in my inventory and get the recipes in the little green book.
When I got the blocks I needed I went right back to work, and what great work I did. I replaced the rotten and neglected floorboards of my new room with a checkerboard pattern of oak and dark oak, and did the same with the new ceiling I made, I also made one of the two side rooms into what would be my potion room and kitchen. The other side room I prepped to be my enchanting room, by placing the required book shelfs in a circular pattern around the chiseled stone floor, also I can work with weird angles now instead of just cubic stuff which is neat.
Using some of the string I found underground I made some wool blocks and made some more comfortable furniture like a two person couch that doubles as a recliner, and of course the bed I'm now laying on with some carpeting around both so my feets stay comfy.
Opening my eyes from remembering today's event's I get under the covers of an enderman sized double bed, which fused into one when I placed the second one next to the first. I close my eyes and drift of to sleep after a long days work.
Opening my eyes, I see I'm currently sitting against a giant tree that looks like what the sapling in my inventory would grow to be, there's also Corus fruit trees around as well. There are weird jellyfish looking manta rays flying in the sky in flocks of five. Some weird purple grass seems to be growing out of what looks to be a end-stone but dirt form. I also have the ender dragon egg in my lap with my two lower arms holding it gently to my lower torso.
"This....is, certainly not what I expected when I went to see this new mind that sleeps where I used to a thousand years ago,"
Looking in front of me I see best princess, and it looks like she's halfway to how she looked like during that first Nightmare Night episode, given she's currently bigger than what the first episode portrayed, and her hair is floaty but doesn't blow in an ethereal wind nor does it look like I'm staring into space but rather like staring at a shiny blue flag that refuses to fold or flap. Also her coat isn't dark blue yet but it's getting there and she's....now staring me in the eyes with a wary but curious look.

After seeing her raise a single brow at me, I realized I should get up and greet her. Buuuut, I had an egg in my lap and dream or not if something is in my lap I ain't gettin up for shit. Clearing my throat I look her in the eye and attempt a grand introduction of myself.
"Sup," I say as I hold up my upper arm's right hand, and make a peace sign.
Truly remarkable form on my part.
Smirking she returned the look and surprised me by how she spoke. "Your an odd creature to be sure, and by the looks of this place, you are also not of our world are you not?"
Chuckling I responded simply, "you are not wrong, and this 'place' as you called it, is actually an entire dimension of it's own, even if it's in connection through two other dimension's"
"Oh? and what is this dimension of yours called?" she asked me, while giving me a curious look.
"The End, The Shadow Realm, The Void, The Abyss. Call it what you will, but it's a place not for the faint of heart, and it's a place I would call home," It's true, I would often make new permanent bases in The End whenever I could, most likely something in me trying to be edgy but not to cringe levels of edge.
With what I said she lost all warmth in her look, and looked upon me with suspicion.
"So, you hail from the same place I once summoned the Nightmare from,"
Rolling my eyes, and remembering that I'm in Equestria as an enderman. I decide to just come up with a wack ass theory that most likely aligns with my dimensional predicament. Going for it, I attempt to show an image of an endermite with some moderate success.
"Let me guess, you summoned one of these?"
Recoiling away from the shown form, she starts to back away before realizing I didn't summon anything and just showed a memory like image of a realistic endermite I saw on the internet. It looked like a stubby purple grub with one big slit red eye for a face. It also had the angry plankton from spongebob look, given it had one eyebrow contorted into a glare.
"Y-yes, that's exactly what Nightmare looked like, before I made the deal for power with it,"
Dismissing the image, I made a motion for her to sit next me, by both waving her over and patting the ground next to me.
"C'mon, let me educate you on what I know of the little parasites,"
We both sat there and talked for what felt like days, but in a place with no darkness or light. It was kinda a given for that, at first she was nervous and wary of me, but I like to think by the end of our long, LONG discussion. I would say that I probably made a new friend literally over-night, Nyeheheh!
*Deep inhale* anyway, sitting up from my bed I rubbed and blinked my eyes to clear them of the gross, then got out of bed while absentmindedly scratching my abdomen and shrinking down to a 'normal' enderman size. Walking over to the balcony, which I raised the railing a bit to fit my new stature, I leaned on said railing while watching the sun rise.
"I wonder what I should do today?"
Looking to my inventory out of habit of checking if anything went missing, I see my inventory both changed colors and shape. Being it's now a deep translucent blue, while taking on the shape of what I can best describe as a bubbly rectangle. Most likely my terraria and minecraft inventories combined into one, makes me wonder what else I'm capable of.
Shrugging then closing my inventory, I walk back into my tower and close the glass doors I made behind me.
Walking into my workshop at ground level, I grab some spare stone and wood, then make my way over to were the rope bridge is and start to tear it down adding rope to my inventory.
placing the stone-cutter down I turn the raw stone into the required blocks needed to build the stone brick bridge. about an hour later I have the basic bridge across built, making it look nice and fancy with checkerboard boarding, chiseled stone that looked extra nice, and a roof to provide cover from any weather. With some spots for birds to build nests and some vines I added here and there to give it more of an older appeal.
But it wasn't done yet, as I used the last of my stone to make the roof with pillar support. I would also need a lot more to actually make the bridge look as if it isn't just floating there and was actually made by hand, or hoof rather, since ponies.
Picking up the stone-cutter and crafting table I went back to my workshop to put back any excess material on me and put my 'tool' blocks back.
Once I did that I decided to teleport over to Zecora's place and see if I could perhaps mooch some food since I didn't feel like making or growing my own at the moment.
Upon arrival I walked around her hut to see if she was in, she wasn't but a note was one the door saying she's off to meditate in peace. Frowning at the missed opportunity, I then got an idea for both practicing something and getting some food.
Teleporting back to where I was scoping out the little chaotic town before I was summoned, I channeled some illusion magic from skyrim to go invisible, and made my way towards the town once I was able to get it down.
Walking along the sides out of the way of the main flow of the pones, I picked up some bits on the way that were dropped or forgotten about here or there. by the time I saw that Apple Bloom was sitting next to Applejack looking a little downtrodden, I had picked up about 200 bits worth of the little coins. Getting close I got down on the ground out of view behind a couple carts, then released the spell and took a breather before I tired to get her attention.
Tapping Apple Bloom on the pony equivalent of a shoulder, I saw her eyes open a bit then she turned around and saw my hand. Her eyes widened even further and a smile appeared on her face, then she calmed herself down and looked back to see her sister was busy for the moment. Sneaking away to were I was, which was eye level for her, she started to excitedly whisper at me.
"Howdy, Conner, it's been awhile since you ran off, wha' happened about that anyway, and why are you hidin-,"
Chuckling at the little one, I tried to answer her while trying to also keep her from asking a lot of unneeded questions.
"I'm hiding because I'm scary to most folks, also because they saw me running from Celestia as she chased me through town. I kinda wanted everyone to calm down before I came back and tried to make amends,"
My voice in this form being naturally quiet allowed me to not need to whisper and yet only Apple Bloom would hear me.
"Also how much is one of those pies, just wondering,"
"Oh, thar about ten bits each, also when do you think you could visit me and the girls? We've been a mite bit worried about ya. since ya up and disappeared on us,"
"Eh, no worries, I'm guessing today is Saturday and that's why your here with your sis at the market,"
After she answered me, I handed her twenty bits and asked her if I could get two pies, then told her to sit back next to her sister and watch the show as I distracted Applejack long enough.
Walking back to her sis and sitting down next to her, she waited for 'the show to begin' as I put it. When she sat down and the previous customer left, which was derpy as a side note, I fired up my magic and decided to mess with the apple pone.
Applejack was having a good day so far, she was making a lot of bits and as she looked over to her little sister. She seemed to be looking for something with an eager grin, which was weird since she was all mopey not too long ago. Then she saw her eyes widen when she looked to the left of Applejack and gasped a little. That's when she felt her hat leave her head and saw a purple glow to her right.
"I'm ApPljaCk, HowDy hoWdY HOwdY,"
The strange appleation was a facsimile of her, and was just a glowing dark purple head and hooves with her hat on it's head, all the wile doing a creepy hallow imitation of her voice.
If a person from a place of pocket monsters would see this event, they would think it's a ghost type from a different region.
"What in tarnation!?" Snorting, she was very angry at seeing this monster have her hat on it's head, and mocking her as well!
When she actually decided to try and get the ghostly nuisance, it easily zoomed around her spooking more ponies as she chased it, but soon it started singing a very odd and annoying song.
Looking away from my work, I saw that Apple bloom was laughing heavily, along with some other foals in the crowd watching the show of Applejack trying to hoof my little creation in the mouth.
Sneaking up to the little apple pony, I boop her snout to get her attention, stopping her laughter and causing her to sneeze cutely.
"The pie's if you could?" I say while holding out my hand.
"Hehe, right right, here ya go pardner,"
Thanking her, I quickly put the pies in my inventory and put my invis spell back on. As I made my way back to my base I instruct my little ghost horse to do one final thing before I teleport back to the Everfree.
Popping into existence within walking distance of my new ancient castle with a vwarp sound. I start making my way towards my workshop while eating a slice of pie and fucking enjoying it. The stuff was like pure ambrosia for my taste buds, all the while they're individually singing hallelujah to the heavens, or something like that anyway. Stepping into my workshop I collected 'some' torches, and by some I mean two stacks because fuck you I don't want zombie pones again.
That's right I said 'again', it happened once because I can apparently see in the dark just fine, so I thought I would be fine just not placing torches willy nilly like I would usually do, but then I heard groaning behind me and when I turned around, three zombie ponies apparently spawned behind me while I was picking up and putting stone blocks in my inventory.
Long story short, never forgetting torches and never in small amounts again.
After making several trips into my mines and back to the workshop to depot the stuff and putting iron, copper, tin, and coal into my auto smelters to well...smelt. I continue to mine only using an iron pick to mine the coal and just picking up the rest with my endy hands. Placing spruce log supports with accompanying fence posts acting as connectors and spruce planks as gap crossings.
I'll work on the mine-cart system later though, cause right now I just entered a what looks like a highly primative mine shaft, and from the looks of it. Someone was here earlier sense right now I can hear voices down the tunnel, which from the looks of it, was abandoned, more than likely cause no one was finding anything they wanted. Although there are still plenty of ore in the walls but there is also some empty pockets, hmmm how particularly odd. The tracks have seemed to stop about five feet away from were I entered this tunnel in the first place. Shrugging I just follow along the tracks and the tunnels slowly but surely getting closer to my goal of finding out what the frick that noise is.
As I walked along the tunnels I picked up plenty of ore and coal, I even found some redstone surprisingly. After 'pocketing' another ore block in my inventory I finally reached the place were the noise was coming from and what I saw enraged me.
Diamond dogs...wait, no these one look like actual wolves waling on two legs, some ponies and an absolute hoard of short reptiles, I decided to call the reptiles kobolds because I'm a total nerd about these type of things. Anyway I'm getting side tracked here.
The why of my current rage was due to the fact that all these creatures are wearing collars, chains, and all of them looked malnourished.
Basically all the signs of slavery, now the thing is about me and slavers is that I see still walking corpses that haven't tried the tide pod challenge. Essentially I see something that shouldn't live anymore, and that's what I decided what to do to the one in charge.
Walking in I quickly turned into my four arms form and summoned four very unique weapons.
As I walked closer to the what I heard was load arguing between two people, none of the slaves looked up at me or seem to even noticed me as I walked even closer to the arguing.
But as soon as I entered the huge ass room that contained basically a bunch of cages stacked against one wall with four creatures being in this order from left to right being, a griffin, a brown earth pony with a light brown mane that's wearing a vest, a tall and lanky purple dragon with a series of black scales that make him look like he has a zig zaging moustache, and in the final cage is....the fuckin zoologist from terraria...this is juuust great .
I really hope that you know I saying that last bit sarcastically.
Another thing about this huge room was that it essentially had all the armored diamond dogs and some un armored ones from that one episode all just watching the current argument. The two arguing is the lanky purple dragon and the other dragon in the room, the one sitting on the hoard of gems and gold. He is basically the opposite of lanky in the cage. As this dragon had the same zig zaging scale moustache as the purple one, but that's were the similarities end. The gold one is short and very fat and even I can smell his sulphur like scent all the way over here behind a wall of bipedal dogs in crappy iron armor.
By the time I finished analyzing the room I only heard the final retort of the purple one.
"-SO YOU ARE NO LONGER MY'A BROTHER YOU'A MONSTER!" he screamed at the fat one with a nasally and betrayed voice.
It was about this time that I decided to make my presence known to this lot in the room.
"So, fat one, are you the one that enslaved all these people? " when I finished speaking both he and every other creature in the room turned to me slightly angry, except those in the cages, their faces held surprise instead.
"How did you'a get in here?! wait what'a are all of you standing here gawking for!? GET HIM!!!" as he said that, all of the dogs around the room fumbled for a second before charging right at me. Their hesitation was enough for me to put one of my knuckle blades away and pull out a special whistle, specifically a dog whistle.
as a note here, I made this whistle originally to drive off a pack of timber wolves nearby, it worked quite well on the fuckin things.
Inhaling as much as I could, I put the whistle to my mouth and blew into it as hard as I could, however I never heard a sound from it, but these dogs certainly do. Especially since they all as one dropped their weapons and fell to the ground pawing at their ears trying to drown out the painful noise as much as they could in a situation like this.
After holding it for more than a minute I stopped to take a breath and give the dogs a warning.
"Leave now and you will never have to face the full sized version of this! " I say dramatically while holding up the whistle no bigger than a dry erase marker. They all started whimpering and ran away from me all the while the fat dragon on the pile of gold and gems is yelling at them as they start yelping about a black demon with a head exploding tube of pain.
"YOU'A USELESS MONGRALS! i WILL HAVE ALL YOUR'A FURS FOR'A THIS!" turning to me he glared his tubby scale brows at me, "As'a for you, I am going to burn you alive for ruiningg my gold mine! ROAR! "
When he finished roaring at me, he took to the air and flew at me at surprising speeds for someone that fat. Putting away the whistle and putting my knuckle claw back on, I teleport away to his right when his fire breath got close enough to me. To everyone still in the room they thought they saw this brave creature just get burned alive, until they saw me start running right at tubby here from my teleport.
After getting a running start I jumped into the air and sunk my upper arms knuckle blades into his leg, it was oddly a lot easier to do thanks to these insanely sharp titanium blades on them. Anyway after the blades sunk in as deep as I could get them I pulled the fatty down with me and slammed him into the ground, HARD.
I pulled out my blades and flicked the blood on them away then I slammed my left foot into were his knee ~~is~~ was, earning a very painful scream and him cursing at me about how he's going to do a bunch of quite frankly gross stuff.
I simply ignore him and jump onto him while raising all four of my hands before pressing a button on the side of the handle where my thumb can easily reach. The sound of the retracting blades shut him up as he looks up to me to see all four of the knuckle blades have now been turned into knuckle dusters.
It was about this time I started slamming all four knuckles dusters into his face at a slow beginning pace. Which sped up into a rapid repeating pattern of upper left, lower right, upper right, lower left. All into his face before he could launch a fire breath attack.
Every. Single. One. of my heavy handed blows landed, and I quickly entered a haze. I hadn't even noticed that I gathered a crowd just watching the death by beating going on.
it wasn't until I broke the block under were his head was when I snapped out of the haze of rapid strikes and heavy breathing. But when I did I just looked at my blood covered hands until one of the slave kobolds handed me a couple dirty rags.
"You have saved our lives and we are eternally grateful," he and several other kobolds behind him said at the same time.
Sighing heavily I just cleaned my hands as much as I could, put away my weapons and shrank down to my smaller form. As I looked around the now celebrating slaves, I started helping with removing the collars and chains and showed them how to do it themselves and soon all of them were freed and started helping each other. Soon they found the food and water stores, and started to ration them out to help themselves get better.
After originally teaching a couple dozen how to remove their shackles I walked over to the four in the cages, all of them looking at me with slight apprehension. Speaking up I decided to ask them a question while I worked on getting them out of the said cages.
"So, how was your guys day? "

gotta admit, did not know this story was gonna get this much traction. cause this story is almost at 200 likes, and when I originally wrote the prologue and first chapter. I thought this story at most would only get like a maximum of 10 to 20 likes.
bloody hell time moves fast.
Alright, NPC time.
"So, how was your guys day? "
They all just stared at me like I was crazy, I mean, I am. They don't need to know that I know and fully embrace my weirdness.
"Okay then, just be boring then, not like I'm the one getting you all out of these cages. Also if I could get your names that would be nice, I'll go ahead and start first. Hello, my name is Carter, what are yours?" I start saying as I take out my pickaxe and slam it into the lock on the dragons cage, opening it in one swing.
Stepping out nervously, the dragon starts to speak while looking terrified of me.
"M-my'a name is Waluigi, and if you'a excuse me, I need to go make'a sure, everyone gets the message that my'a broth- no that'a monster that enslaved all these people is dead,"
Patting him on the shoulder as I pass him, I break out the others out of their cages. The zoologist is the first to speak up of the three remaining people from the cages.
"Thank you for freeing us, Carter was it?" Nodding and making a confirmation sound, she continues. "My name is Astra the Zoologist, the pony is Zach the Guide, and the griffon is Gus the Merchant. Although I don't know why or how these two changed into what they are now while I remain unchanged. Do you perhaps know how we got to this weird place Carter?"
"Yeah, I do and it will probably blow your minds, lets get a little more comfortable first. Follow me, I think some of the kobolds have started little fires to stave off the cold,"
After I broke the locks on the other cages the three NPC's followed me over to one of the little fire pits I mentioned earlier. Sitting down, one of the not-diamond dogs set down some small things of water for each of them, I declined mine politely and said someone else probably needed it more than I did.
"Okay, first things first, I was brought here when I bought some stuff from a merchant at a convention,"
As I told them the story of how I got here and my theory on how they got here. The Kobolds and the now named Gem Hounds as they tell me, have gotten together everything they need to survive and thrive.
Except they don't have a place to stay. I offered them both the mines and the castle as places they could stay, the kobolds decided on taking the mines I made for themselves.
Hell they made the entirety of the mines into a miniature town, and it woulds soon expand given how many eggs I saw them transporting.
The Gem Hounds and the NPC's however would take some of the rooms of the castle, I admittedly helped them in repairing and decorating each of their rooms to their tastes in the process of moving them up. The hounds however made a den in what was once the library and began the process of repairing everything in there themselves with minor support from both me and the Kobolds.
My curiosity got the best of me and I eventually wanted to know how many there were of both Gem Hounds and kobolds, who were their leader's and their names.
When they did tell me, I was very surprised and a little shook. For the Kobolds there was close to over two thousand of the little buggers, that's including their eggs, and their leaders are a council of elders, with the oldest as the prime leader or more typically called the high elder. The high elder is a forest green kobold with ram like lizard horns that had decorative feathers and coins connected to them, he even has a gray beard that would make a dwarf proud, given it acts like a miniature robe for him.
The most funny part about it would be the fact he sound sounds and acts like uncle Iroh, even though his name is high elder knumbskull.
As for the Gem Hounds there is about a single pack of them, when I asked their leader how many Hounds is in his pack he responded by saying a simple forty-two, not including him. Speaking of the leader of the pack, he is the biggest mother fucker of a dog I've ever seen, but that doesn't mean he's intimidating.
Even though he easily surpassed my 4-arms forms height by both head and shoulders which I figured out my height in that form is easily thirteen feet tall.
Back to the leader of the Gem Hounds, he isn't intimidating because he's one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and I don't mean that annoying kind were they're always happy for some reason. Like straight up he looks like Doug from from UP but anthro, and he sounds and talks like Caboose from RVB back in the first three seasons.
His name is actually Gentle Paw and I can see why, another difference I've seen between the Diamond Dogs and Gem Hounds is their dog breed counter-parts. The Diamond Dogs basically consist of small to medium sized dogs, like chihuahuas or shiatsu's, with a few exceptions like wiener dogs and corgis. Meanwhile the Gem Hounds are basically most if not all large dogs, including wolves in some cases.
Also to my surprise the Hounds actually accepted me as an honorary member of the pack, which fills me with joy since I've always had a soft spot for dogs.
Oh I forgot to mention this, but most of them are wearing leather or iron armor that they could scavenge, some even wielded heavy weapons with one paw like it was a normal hammer or mace.
I'm getting distracted let's go ahead and move along shall we?
The whole moving in process only took a week and Zecora visited me a couple times and was surprised by the sudden increase in activity around the castle, but she liked it seeing as how long this castle was abandoned. She wasn't my only visitor either because Luna and a couple her guards came to the castle as well, at first she was surprised to see the multitude of creatures hustling around the castle not only fixing some parts but keeping the ancient building aesthetic with it by putting plenty of non-destructive plant life around.
She even commended me for putting the bridge there when I told her I built it. Which felt good for some reason, I asked her why she thanked me and she said it had to do with the fact of how the old bridge, not the rope one, fell nearly a thousand years ago thanks to a stray shot from her horn.
Needless to say I wanted to cheer her up, but the only way I could think of that moment to do was to ask a question.
"So, do you want to see my room?" I asked while doing that awkward shuffle people sometimes do.
Looking up at me she raised a brow. "Why, per chance do you ask?"
"Well I was wondering if you wanted to see what I've made in the castle,"
After a small chuckle she made a motion for me to go on and I led her into the castle, her two threstal guards on her tail.
While leading her towards my tower room, I pointed out some of the stuff that was being built or outright reconstructed. She even told me what those old areas once were, and admittedly she said she was a little weirded out with seeing a Doberman breed Gem Hound carrying some old furniture to my workshop.
I told her what they were when Luna asked me about it, and I told her that the name of that specific Gem Hound was Quick Bite and that she was one of the more protective Gem Hounds in their pack.
As we were going up the stairs to my room she recognized were we where.
"I-isn't this my old tower?"
"I think so, I did find some weird old stuff that had a night theme while remodeling it,"
After I said that, she wanted to see what I did even more and started lightly nudging me to go faster. By the time we reached the hatch I installed into the entrance of the tower she was just about to start running up the stairs carrying me.
Opening it and holding it open for her, I barely got a word out after both she and her guards brushed past me and further in to my room, or Luna's old room anyway.
"Tis much different than last I've seen of this place,"
"Indeed," the guard on her left concurred with her.
That's when I noticed that both of her guards had red eyes, and a certain fanfic theory came to mind. I didn't say anything about it mind you, but I did keep a mental note of it.
"Do you...not, like it?"
Wait, why do I feel so nervous about her answer? Whatever, now's not the time to think about that anyway.
"No! not at all, just an observation about it," she responded a little loudly, she then quickly gathered herself. "I quite like what you've done, it feels more like a home than it ever did back then, but didn't you say something about finding some 'night themed items' that you mentioned earlier?"
Nodding I lead her over to a double chest at the foot of my bed that I kept any gear type items I found in it. Also I did find a couple of night themed items while remodeling the tower, I may have not mentioned it earlier, but I picked up and put back almost everything of this tower, after all it no longer shakes when the wind is heavy now.
Opening the chest I pull out four items, that being a book, a scythe, a statuette of a mare, and finally a strange box, all of them night themed of course. After walking over to a table, again I forgot to mention this but I put an assortment of refurbished oak furniture in the tower which includes the tables, chairs and pillows around the room.
Placing each item on the table, I sat down a levitated some cushions over for the princess and the guards to sit on. As the took their places, Luna seemed to almost be in tears.
"Are....are you alright Luna?"
"I am alright friend, we- I mean, I am just so happy that you found these," She said as she pulled the items closer to her.
"So, what are they? if you don't mind me asking that is?"
Taking a few moments to gather her thoughts she starts with the book by lifting it up with a hoof.
"This is my grimroire which I thought lost to time, since sister mentioned never finding it, tell me, were did you find this?"
"behind some roof tiles on the outside of the tower, along with those other objects, why?"
"Because these objects were some of the things closest to me, The scythe, which I named Moon Slash, was forged by my own hoof and magic. The grimroire, because it holds the majority of my arcane findings. Then this statuette, it was a gift, from a close friend millennia ago. Then finally, this is my magi-cube, a magical artifact that was gifted to me from Starswirl the Bearded when me and sister graduated from his class. This is why they are so close to mine heart,"
"They sound like they have a lot of history behind them,"
Magicking the objects away she turns to look me in the eye. "Indeed, they do, and I must simply find a way to thank you for returning them to me,"
"There's no need for that, you my friend, and I like to help my friends,"
chuckling again, she raises a hoof and lays it on my shoulder.
"As humble as that was, I simply must implore you to have some form of thanks from myself, how about I treat you with a tour of the royal gardens,"
"Okay, I'll accept, but it'll have to be at a later date, I wish to finish helping out around here and make sure everyone has what they need"
"Thank you, my friend I can't wait to see you then"
After talking some more I eventually had to say my goodbye as she had to attend some duties of her own, she left via the balcony with her guards flying of towards Canterlot, which I have a view of from here.
Heading down into my workshop to make some stuff, one of the NPC's came rushing in, that being the guide.
"Carter, help! Something's coming to the castle and it looks angry!"

Yeah, I'm just going to straight up say it.
HOW IN THE EVER LOVING FUCK DO YOU PEOPLE LIKE THIS STORY
Now for some context as to why I'm yelling at all you very lovely people. It's actually fairly simple, I have not touched this story since new years of 2021 going into 2022, and even then it was to remember what I wrote about in the previous chapter. Reason being was that I was going to start writing a new chapter for this story, however life got in the way of that and the rest is history.
Recently life has started to be stabilized enough for me to confidently put time aside to start writing again in a more professional way. So I decided to reread this story from the beginning to refresh my mind on where I was going with Carter's story.
And holy hell what an abomination I have made. If you wanna know what I mean beyond the excuses I give just go reread this story from the beginning.
Quite frankly, I am highly disgusted by what I have written and all I could think is, "what psychopath wrote this shit!"
It was me, more specifically it was a younger me just on the cusp of high school and deep into my edgy attempts to look cool or emulate something of that trite bullshit. My mental attitude reflected onto what I wrote at the time and let me give you a reminder of when I first released this story, it was on July 31st of 2018 . that marks nearly five years ago now, I have changed significantly over that time, for example I went from a pimply, overweight kid to a relatively stable and healthy young adult.
That same growth happened mentally and some of it can be seen from my marginally improved grammer and frankly better plot writing in some of the more recent chapters that I made further along in my high school years.
However I can't find it in myself to continue writing this story as I'm never going to be able to fix what I have originally wrote nor the plotlines that I set out at the beginning either.
I absolutely HATE canceling my stories and especially since I made a promise to myself to write this story to completion.
But I can no longer stomach leading you all on with promises of me continuing this verbal wreck of a story when I can't raise the effort to fix it.
However that's not the end of me writing on this website, with my more recent time to myself I plan to and will try my damndest to write something original with minor inspiration from other stories I have read. This new story is nearly ready for it's depute this summer so keep an eye out for my new story.
