Chapters My Little Pony - Jar of The Eyes
Chapter 1: Ponyville
Twilight felt the gold rim of the carriage that was being carried by two royal guards moving her to Ponyville.
She felt a tinge of sadness as she looked back at Canterlot.
She looked away from it and felt a weight slightly lift off her shoulders.
"What are you doing Twilight?" Spike asked.
"We are going to Ponyville," Twilight answered.
"I know that, it's not like you've said that one thousand times already," he said.
"But I wanna know how you are doing," He asked intrigued.
"I-" She felt frozen, almost freer than before.
"I need a drink," Twilight finished.
Spike silenced.
"Well, we can probably find a bar once we get there,"
Twilight sighed.
Twilight looked ahead to see Ponyville coming somewhat into sight but covered by dust and fog, the town barely even being able to be seen.
Scratch that, it couldn't be seen.
The Carriage went into the fog, Twilight couldn't see a single thing.
Then when the town's buildings came into view she realized she couldn't even see from outside of the town.
Even when inside the city, it was a challenge to see any more than 5 meters away from you.
The golden carriage softly and gracefully hit the ground.
She got off the carriage paying the royal guards no mind.
The carriage left behind her.
Twilight found this a little odd but thought Celestia knew a way to bring her back to Canterlot when she was ready.
"Spike?" Twilight called.
"Ya?"
"Thank you," Twilight hugged spike.
She then started walking down the streets.
After a while Twilight got frustrated.
"Are there seriously no bars here!?" She asked in a bit of annoyance.
"That does seem a bit weird,"
Twilight once again silenced.
"And why is this town so empty, I haven't seen a single pony here?" She realized in confusion.
The Erie atmosphere started to get to her.
Twilight looked for any businesses to ask anypony around.
There seemed to be a bakery.
She checked to see if the door was unlocked.
It was, but Twilight had to push a little bit for it to open.
"A-Anypony here?" She asked.
The room stood silent.
She entered, and when the door shut behind her, she thought she heard something.
A large gasp could be heard from behind her.
"A pony!" a high-pitched voice squeaked.
Twilight looked behind her to see no pony there.
She looked down to see the pony cowering beneath her.
The pony had a pink mane, pink fur, and balloons for a cutie mark wearing a saddle bag.
"Please," She almost begged.
"What?" Twilight asked.
"Wait, your no-" The pony stopped.
The pink pony resituated herself.
"Not what?" Twilight asked.
"Nevermind," The pink pony gave up.
"What's your name?" Twilight asked.
"My name is Pinkie Pie! Are you new to town?" She asked.
"Ya, why?" Twilight asked.
"You shouldn't be here," Pinkie said worriedly.
"Why not?" Twilight asked.
"There is no time to explain," Pinkie panicked.
"I need to take you to base," She said.
"Base? What do you mean?" She asked.
"I'll explain later!" Pinkie raised her voice desperately.
Pinkie quietly tried to lead Twilight out of the building.
The streets only seemed darker now, like the city was plunged into an eternal night.
Pinkie Pie took a paper out of her saddle bag, she looked at it.
Twilight looked over at the paper.
She realized it was a map.
"This way," Pinkie hushed.
Twilight passed many buildings until she was met with a tree.
"Let's go inside," Pinkie said.
Twilight followed her and saw 2 other ponies on the inside.
one yellow and another blue pegasus.
"Where are we?" Twilight asked.
"Golden Oaks," the blue one said brashly.
"Who are you guys?" Twilight asked.
"I'm Rainbow Dash, and this is Fluttershy," Rainbow said.
Fluttershy seemed to just shy away.
"You still haven't told me why you brought me here," Twilight said.
"It will be explained in time, first of all, what is your name?" Pinkie asked.
"My name is-" Twilight thought hard if she wanted to say her real name or not.
"T.S.," Twilight said.
"Well, hello T.S.," Pinkie said.
Another pony walked from another room, the pony had white fur and a purple mane.
"She's Rarity by the way," Pinkie said before Twilight could ask.
Pinkie went over to a desk and started to write on a parchment with a quill.
"Can any of you three tell me?" Twilight asked.
"We can't until our leader's here," Rarity answered.
"Why would you even come here?" Rainbow asked.
"what do you mean?" Twilight asked.
"To Ponyville! I've never seen you before so something must have happened," Rainbow said a little agitated.
"I-" Twilight said, not knowing if to tell them about Celestia's mission.
Another Pony walked through the door breathing heavily.
"Applejack!" one of them called.
Rarity darted over and hugged the orange earth pony.
"You're ok!" She said in relief.
Twilight stood in the middle of the room uncomfortably staring.
"Is she the leader?" Twilight asked.
"No," Rarity said.
"Oh," Twilight said, not knowing what to say.
"She's right behind me though," Applejack said looking behind herself.
Applejack walked in through the doorway.
The silhouette of what Twilight assumed to be the leader was standing in through the doorway.
"Who are they?" Twilight asked.
"You'll know when you see him," Rarity said.
"Him?" Twilight questioned.
"Just promise," Rarity pleaded.
"O-ok," Twilight said reluctantly.
Rarity waited.
"I promise," Twilight finished.
"here come on in," Applejack called.
It was a massive and tall silhouette, that did not look pony.
a creature that seemed to be a mix of many other creatures walked through the door.
"Wha-" Twilight said in complete shock.
The creature stood silently at the door.
"Discord!?" Twilight asked in disbelief.
He looked down at the ground only to once again look up at Twilight.
"Yes," He answered solemnly in an almost soft tone.
"Has been a long time since we have met, huh Twilight?"
Twilight looked around the room shocked.
"I- I-" Twilight passed out soon after.

Chapter 2 - Discord
Twilight awoke from sleep.
"ugh,"
"probably should lay down a little while longer," another pony said.
Twilight looked over to see it was the orange pony with the yellow mane.
"ah know you probably have a lot of questions right now, but just wait,"
Twilight just once again groaned and flipped her head over.
"I can't," Twilight stops.
"Can I at least get some answers from you all?" Twilight asked.
"Ah'll see what I can do," Applejack said softly.
Twilight waited.
Twilight felt a familiar presence in the room.
"Discord?" Twilight said flatly.
"..."
"It really has been a long time, hasn't it Twilight?" Discord says in a softer tone.
"I know,"
"What has happened to you since then?" Discord asked curiously.
"I-" Twilight closes her eyes.
"Can't talk about that right now," She said.
Discord looked to Twilight with a concerned face.
"Twilight, I know it's been like 3 years but I know when something's eating at you," he said.
Twilight looks away.
"I thought you would have died by now, seeing you is such a relief to me," he said.
"But why come here, what is it that you are not telling me?" Discord asked in an increasingly desperate tone.
Discord lowered himself.
Twilight looked up.
"When you left I was in a very weird place" Twilight started.
"...Twilight, if you don't want to do this, you don't have to," He said.
"I-" Twilight once again stuttered uncertain of her next course of action.
"What have you been up to Discord?" Twilight asked.
"Lots of things... Like... Screwball," He said in a wacky tone.
"Screwball?" Twilight said with a scrunched-up face
"My daughter," he said happily.
"What the HAY," Twilight said in complete shock.
"Well not really my daughter, but one that I took in," he said.
"Why give her the name Screwball?" Twilight asked, saying the name with a scrunched-up face once again.
"Don't worry about this right now," he said in such a calming voice that Twilight shuddered out a breath.
"I wish we could of-"
"No" Discord cut her off with a serious tone, causing Twilight's blood and the room's energy to run cold around him.
Discord then relaxed a bit.
"S-sorry, just... I gonna leave, okay?" Discord finished as he left the room.
When Discord left the room, Twilight shakily sighed, and a soft whimper escaped her.
She sniffed a few times and closed her eyes.
Twilight awoke once again to be greeted by Applejack... Once again...
Twilight yawned.
"Finally awoke ah see," She said looking forward at something.
"I think I have waited long enough, can anypony tell me what is happening?!" Twilight said frustrated.
"ah'm sorry, but not until Discord says we can," She said.
"Why are you even listening to him?!"
"It's just somethin' we all owe to him,"
Twilight once again whimpered in discomfort.
Twilight got up.
"I don't know why I can't be in bed though," Twilight said.
The moment she got up she felt immediate pain.
"When you passed out, you hit your head pretty bad,"
Twilight was gasping, holding the bed for support
"Also, probably a good time for you to get up right now. The headache is probably just the blood rushing everywhere, haven't moved in almost a whole day," she said.
"Ok, I get it," Twilight said in a frustrated tone.
"Just thought you would want to know,"
"Why can't I just talk to everyone?" She said.
"Well, we have the advantage on you now, so we say what goes," Applejack said.
Twilight knew of Discord's power and ability, so she knew she wouldn't be doing anything anytime soon.
"Can I talk to Discord?" Twilight asked.
"Not until he's ready," Applejack said, her tone having a venom behind it now.
"Please, wait where is Spike?" she asked.
"You mean the dragon? He's with us, been waiting for you to wake up,"
"Haven't you told him?"
"Of course not, waiting for leader's approval,"
Twilight wanted to scream into her pillow.
"What are you doing with him?" Twilight asked.
"Playing cards with the others last time ah checked"
Twilight just looked at the ground.
Twilight tried to get back up but slowly and gradually.
She fell again.
"Can I have a drink?" Twilight asked.
Applejack yelled for somepony to get up.
Rarity came up.
"What is it, I don't want the other ponies waiting for me-" She stopped as she looked at Twilight.
"Go get Twilight a drink," Applejack ordered.
As Rarity left, Twilight tried to get back onto the bed.
Rarity came back with a glass of water.
Twilight winced at the water as it was brought to her.
She grabbed it and looked at it suspiciously.
She gulped and brought the glass to her mouth and took a sip.
Her throat ached and burned from the new sensation on her dry throat.
She continued to drink from the glass and started taking bigger sips until it was all gone.
Twilight let out a yawn as she placed the glass on the desk next to the bed's side.
Twilight finally felt some strength coming back to her and slowly stood up.
This time Twilight fully got up and leaned her weight down.
She started walking and felt fine.
Twilight took a few breaths.
"You can go now Rarity," Applejack said.
Rarity swiftly left, and Twilight started hearing downstairs get louder with voices.
Twilight felt like she needed to escape.
But before that, she needed Spike.
She didn't know why Celestia brought her here.
She knew to probably just wait because Celestia would meet her here.
That's what Celestia said.
Twilight moved to the door only for Applejack's hoof to now be blocking her path.
"Can I leave?!" Twilight said with a raised tone.
"Not until Discord says so,"
Twilight almost punched her in the face.
Twilight walked back to the bed.
When Applejack relaxed, Twilight sprinted to the door and opened it.
She heard Applejack yell.
Twilight looked to both sides of the hallway, she realized the stairs and ran for them.
Applejack was right behind her, and she kicked Applejack.
Applejack screamed out.
Ponies were now coming up the stairway and she saw spike holding some cards at the bottom of the stairs.
"Twiligh-" Spike said, only cut off by the new ringing in Twilight's ears.
She was surrounded.
She knew this would be risky, but she needed to do it.
She teleported to the end of the stairs, right behind Spike.
Spike gasped in shock.
She grabbed spike and ran towards the door.
Discord was in front of the door.
Twilight looked up, terrified.
"Twilight what are you doing?" Discord asked.
Spike looked confused while on Twilight's back.
She tightly held spike and teleported outside the house.
She was right outside the door gasping for air.
Twilight wondered why Discord didn't use any of his powers, but the thought slipped her mind as ponies opened the door to the outside and Twilight ran and hid.
Twilight was gasping for air.
"What was that?" Spike asked, demanding answers.
"They wouldn't let me leave," Twilight said.
Spike looked at Twilight confused.
"Well, it's obvious that Celestia would have come here already, so I don't think she is coming, or we missed her because we got caught up in that house," Spike said.
"Then why would she send me here if she didn't plan on coming herself, or for me to gather anything?" Twilight asked.
Spike looked at the ground.
"No Spike," Twilight said angrily.
"Maybe it's cause-"
"NO, Spike!"
"Look around you, she banished Discord and now he's here, maybe she banished yo-"
Twilight started to yell at Spike.
"I didn't. I-I," Tears started to brim Twilight's eyes.
"Please," Twilight begged.
"I know you don't want to admit it, but it's here," Spike said.
"We didn't even know this town existed, and it's right outside Canterlot for Pony's sake," Spike said.
"She hid from us," Spike finished.
"I-"

chapter 3 - Run away
Twilight just stood there motionless.
"Twilight?" Spike asked scared at the lack of any emotion.
"Please," Twilight said in such a dry voice it made Spike jump.
"I don't know if I-"
spike waited.
"It's ok Twilight," Spike said mournfully.
Silent tears fell down her face.
Spike just sat by her.
"There you are," A new pony said.
The pony was pink with spiral eyes.
Twilight looked up with intrigue.
"I'm Screwball,"
"Discord's daughter, huh," Twilight said dryly, still not believing the predicament she was in, and the fact that Discord took somepony in.
"You're Twilight, aren't you?" She asked.
Twilight stayed silent.
"How did you find me?"
"I have my ways," Screwball said in a very clear a concise manner.
"What am I doing?" Twilight asked.
"Running away. Because you're scared," Screwball said.
"Come with me, don't worry, I'm not taking you back to the library unless you wanna go there," Screwball said.
"No," Twilight said.
"There's a place I love to go to when I feel down in the dumps," screwball motioned to a direction.
Screwball started floating as the propeller on her hat started to move slightly.
Twilight and Spike followed behind her until they reached a cozy cottage.
Twilight didn't say a word.
There were hundreds of animals inside, big small, and of all different qualities.
"I like to take care of them when I can," Screwball sighed.
Screwball started petting one of them.
Then Screwball motioned towards the door and they both left.
"What was the point of that?" Twilight asked.
"Don't worry, you'll find out," Screwball said mysteriously.
Twilight once again followed behind screwball, both of them walking silently, with Spike right behind.
They eventually reached a Boutique.
When they went inside, Twilight noticed the place filled with dresses, unlike the dusty foggy mess outside. The room was as clear as a newly polished gem.
The walls were colorful. Filled with beautiful dresses of all kinds.
The air was scented of something sweet.
The contrast was almost too much, but she quickly settled into the new environment.
"These dresses are made regularly," Screwball said.
Twilight looked at Screwball suspiciously.
Screwball left through the door once again.
"What is the point of this?" Twilight asked desperately.
Screwball stayed quiet, "Come over here," she said.
Twilight groaned as Screwball again led them through the streets.
They reached a familiar bakery.
Once they entered the bakery.
The bakery was bright and pink, the aesthetic blending in nicely with everything.
This was the bakery she entered when she first got to Ponyville.
But instead of everything being covered in cobwebs, they were clean, bright, colorful, and in a strange way, beautiful.
The air smelled of cotton candy and other sweet candies.
Screwball once again motioned to the door.
Twilight didn't realize the smile that was forming on her face as she followed Screwball.
Screwball then took them further than any other trip, passing across houses and rundown abandoned houses.
Then they finally reached it.
It was a barn.
It was empty and devoid of life.
Cold and dark.
Screwball stayed a little closer to Twilight when moving now.
They reached a house's door and Screwball opened it.
Inside was a beautiful brushed floor, wood so clean it almost looked orange.
The place is filled with bright colorful rundown air.
Twilight breathed in the air that she felt she lacked for the longest time.
There was a kitchen, upstairs, and everything.
Screwball didn't move to the door this time.
"These places aren't real," she said.
Twilight faltered.
An illusion quickly faded as the house showed its true moldy and rundown nature, just like the outside indicated.
Twilight had no idea why but she started to tear up, but quickly collected herself.
"Why are you showing me this?" Twilight asked.
"This is what the town used to look like a decade ago," she said in a softer less sweet tone.
"I don't understand," Twilight said.
"Don't worry, you never will," Screwball just sat next to Twilight.
Spike then went and sat next to them as well.
All 3 of them sitting next to each other.
"Now, let's go back to the library," Screwball said.
"Ok," Twilight gave in.
Screwball lightly smiled.
Screwball led them back to the library and every pony was just there.
"Good job Screwball, knew you could bring her back," Discord said enthusiastically.
"I agree to come here, but only if you can try to talk to me and answer my questions truthfully," Twilight said sternly.
"Please dad," Screwball begged.
"Ok, fine," Discord said looking down.
"I just didn't think I was ready to tell you, I just didn't think you were ready to hear," he said.
A sinking feeling sunk into Twilight. She had a feeling she knew what Discord was going to say.
Twilight started to subtly shake.
"Celestia banished all of us here," he said.
Twilight almost fell limp, she barely held herself up already.
Her face contorted and scrunched.
"That can't be! Please!" Twilight was begging.
Every pony looked away from Twilight, even Spike.
"It's going to be ok," Rarity said.
Spike just stood there not knowing what to do or say.
No pony could say anything at this moment.
The library was just silent.
"Do you have any questions?" Discord asked.
Twilight looked ahead.
"I-. Yes... I am," Twilight said as she stood up.
"I'm ready," She said.
Discord didn't look as ready as Twilight did, but to be fair, Twilight wasn't that ready either, but now Twilight would finally get the answers.

Chapter 4 - Answers
Twilight stood there thinking of a good question to ask.
"W-When I escaped," Twilight started.
Discord looked like he knew what she was going to ask.
"Why did you not-"
"My magic is gone," Discord cut off.
Twilight looked at discord confused.
"What do you mean?"
"None of us know where it goes, but the longer you spend here, you slowly lose your magic," he said.
Twilight felt her horn.
"What about levitation?" she asked fearfully.
Rarity looked sympathetically at Twilight.
"The only one who can use some magic is Screwball, but we know," Rarity began.
"It's Screwball don't question it," Pinkie Pie finished.
"Yup," Fluttershy squeaked quietly.
"So, what am I going to do?" she asked, each word losing life, realizing the extent of what was happening.
As it slowly set in Discord answered. "We do whatever I guess, Screwball is the only pony that we spend time with that makes a living in this town not boring,"
Every pony looked down, too sorrowful to think about how they had spent lots of their life here—realizing all the missed opportunities and freedom they could've had in life.
"Ok," Twilight said, almost not wanting to ask any more questions.
"one more thing," Twilight began, not wanting to ask any more things, but just did anyway.
"I-" She couldn't think of a question.
"Just don't lock me in the room up there again," Twilight said.
Discord looked confused. "locked,"
Discord noticed Applejack getting nervous.
"I told you not to do that!" Discord said raising a voice at Applejack.
"You do this every time a new pony comes here. Why? Stop trying to protect me so much," Discord said angrily.
"Sorry for anything Applejack said, she can be annoying," Discord said apologetically.
Twilight slowly relaxed as a familiar kindness came from Discord.
"I'm sorry Discord," Twilight choked.
"Twilight, I don't want to talk about that," Discord said, quickly catching on to what Twilight was trying to do.
Twilight just looked at the ground and stopped.
She went upstairs sorrowfully, Spike following quickly behind her.
Twilight looked away from the bed.
Spike noticed how Twilight was.
Twilight felt tears silently fall down her face looking at a wall.
"Why?" Twilight asked to no-one.
"A-are you ok Twilight?" Spike stuttered.
"What did I do Celestia?" She asked over and over.
Spike looked towards Twilight lying down and mumbling words, starting to get scared.
"T-Twilight," Spike started, but he burped out a letter.
Twilight almost didn't recognize this, but she beamed with joy. "I told you Celestia would come back for me," Twilight said biting her tongue.
Twilight picked up the letter with magic, but then remembered what Discord said and carried it with her hoof.
She looked it over.
Twilight, there is something that I must ask of you. I sent you here on a secret mission. I expect your quick response to this letter, I could not send you this mission in pony though. I need you to find something in the library. This Library will be known as Golden Oaks. In this library I expect you to go downstairs into the basement. If you find the object of interest send the letter back, if not, keep this letter with you. The object of interest will be a single Canterlot seal.
Twilight read over the letter carefully, over and over again.
"Spike, I am going to go somewhere,"
Spike looked at Twilight with a worried expression.
"Twilight, please," he begged.
"Bye, Spike," She closed the door behind her, leaving Spike anxiously looking at a now-closed door.
Spike huffed and went downstairs and grabbed onto one of Twilight's legs.
"I don't know what the letter said, but please," Spike thought.
"What did the letter say?" he asked.
Twilight inhaled.
"I-" Twilight struggled to put anything into words.
Twilight closed her eyes tiredly.
Twilight felt her eyes and flinched at the sudden pain coming from her temple.
Twilight coughed.
Twilight's vision went black.
Twilight slowly felt herself being moved, she looked ahead.
She was in an empty black void.
She tried to feel her head, but something felt off.
Something was empty.
She tried to rub her eyes, but her head gave in and mushed against her hoof.
She felt around and molded her head into a different shape.
Twilight felt little to no fear at this revelation.
But she felt for her eyes and realized, there were none.
She could see in front of herself, but not feel the very things that allowed her to see.
Her vision went black and she could only now feel around.
She kept on prodding at the empty holes where her eyes should be, slightly molding her head in the process.
Twilight tried but realized she couldn't speak.
She coughed up a liquid.
She tried to look below but couldn't see what was coughed up.
then liquid started pouring from her eyes, then ears, and nose.
Twilight couldn't touch things with her hooves, all her arms could feel was cold.
Her body was overwhelmed with senses.
She tried to scream, but nothing came out.
She felt the texture and taste of dirt begin to fill her already dry lungs and throat.
Then everything became louder and louder, rings of bells and movement of glass could be heard.
Then everything stopped.
Twilight just felt herself tightly holding both her eyes shut, she opened them to now be in a dark stone room.
There were shelves, each aligned with jars.
Twilight couldn't tell what was in the jars due to them being completely covered in blood.
A luminescent and manufactured light reflected off the surfaces of each of the jars.
Twilight wiped the blood off of it and tried to get a closer look.
She couldn't make out a single thing.
Twilight felt her stomach start to twist.
Twilight slowly opened the jar and got hit with a horrible odor.
A bunch of blood-covered balls hit the table with either a squishing sound or a marble hitting the ground.
She tried to wipe the blood off the balls with her hooves.
The balls were white and had a spot on them.
Twilight realized they were eyes.
But really small ones.
Twilight's breath hitched but felt something and opened her eyes.
"TWILIGHT!" a similar voice called.
Twilight woke up on the stairs with Spike on her chest.
Twilight let out a pained yelp.
"You're ok," Spike said relieved.
Twilight just looked behind Spike with eyes, eyes filled with tears from the bright light assaulting her senses.
Twilight breathed in.
and breathed ou-

chapter 5 - Back to ground zero
Twilight felt her head, she felt a pain in it, realizing she was at the bottom of the stairs.
Twilight coughed.
Spike saw the letter and picked it up.
Twilight tried to protest but Spike just held his hand in front of Twilight's face.
Spike looked at Twilight with an unreadable expression.
Twilight looked at Spike with a fearful and desperate expression.
"SPIKE!" she screamed.
Everyone else went over, "What's going on?" Rarity asks.
Spike looked back to Twilight and the others over and over again.
"Spike," Twilight begs, voice cracking.
Twilight looked at the door that led to the basement.
Everypony was talking over each other.
She got up, bolted to the door, opened it, and slammed it shut.
There were 3 fillies inside.
"W-who are you?" The yellow filly asked frightened.
Twilight heaved.
"I-" She looked around and was desperate to find something.
Tears clogged her vision.
"I-I"
Twilight's head and ears started ringing.
She became dizzy and lost balance.
She toppled to the ground.
"Please, Please, Please" Twilight repeatedly begged.
She wept as tears blurred her vision.
The fillies looked frightened at the new mare's antics.
Applejack opened the door quickly.
"Applebloom! Are you okay?!" She asked hurriedly.
The others walked through the basement door.
"Spike, give me the letter,"
"I can't," He said.
"I gave it to Discord," he finished.
Twilight breathed higher and higher pitch.
"Mission, Mission, Mission," Twilight's head and brain rang and shouted at her.
Her chest started to beat painfully in her chest.
The yellow earth pony filly now known as Applebloom walked up to Twilight.
Twilight backed up.
The filly brought her hoof to Twilight's leg.
Twilight flinched.
Twilight tried to calm herself.
Applejack looked at Applebloom reluctant and unsteady.
"Did Celestia send you here too?" She asked.
Twilight's heart dropped.
"What?" She looked, not wanting to comprehend the implications.
Applebloom looked down sadly at the ground.
Everypony looked at the ground.
Twilight stayed still heaving unsteady but quieter breaths than before.
"Celestia must have had a good reason to send you here," She said trying to convince herself.
Twilight with this new idea looked at Applebloom with disgust.
Applebloom looked offended and backed up.
"You all did something to warrant this from Celestia," She said.
"What about me?" Discord said.
"I-" Twilight stopped.
"We were friends Twilight, I know you know that I shouldn't have done anything to" He stopped.
Twilight looked away.
She then took a closer look at the fillies.
Applebloom had her red mane flowing freely on her neck, she looked fairly clean considering where they were living, but still had a couple of scratches and muddy areas at the bottom of her hooves.
The white unicorn looked worse, her body covered in scratches and bruises. She looked hurt, and scratched up, but looked with a determined glare.
The orange pegasus had a purple mane with an eyepatch covering her left eye, she looked to be in a similar predicament as Applebloom.
"I-" Twilight choked.
Twilight's head couldn't comprehend what she was seeing.
"Celestia," She said.
"Ah think she's broken Discord, we need ta-" Applejack started.
"No," Discord galred at Applejack.
Applejack lowered her hat.
"Ah'm just sayin' this is fuckin' stupid," Applejack said.
Rainbow Dash butted in "what are we even going to do here AJ?! It's not like we're going anywhere!"
Applejack scowled.
Discord then motioned all the ponies out of the room.
Discord walked up to Twilight.
"Twilight..." Discord stopped for a moment and then continued.
"I know we didn't leave on the best of terms-"
"I thought you died," Twilight said flatly.
Discord internally winced.
"I. I..... I can't find the words," Discord huffed.
Twilight stared lifelessly at the ground.
"Twilight, trust me. Celestia's not worth it, join me and you can leave your past behind you," He said.
Twilight lowered her shoulders.
"You can keep stressing that Celestia sent you here for some other reason, or you can spend time with us. I know it might not seem like there is much to do here, but trust me, there is," Discord said, trying to persuade.
"Discord?" Twilight shook.
"Yes?"
"I-" Twilight choked out a sob.
"I'm sorry for what I did," she said.
Discord looked sadly and knowingly.
"I know,"
"How can you forgive me after that?" Twilight asked.
"It was a long time ago Twilight,"
"I know, it's just,"
Twilight wiped her hoof over her eyes.
"I-" Twilight bolted towards Discord and hugged him.
"I missed you too Twilight, I missed you too,"
Twilight sobbed into his shoulder for a long time before Discord finally broke the hug.
"So? What do you think,"
Twilight smiled sadly, "I chose here," Twilight decided.
Twilight felt little to no worry, like those years of wasted time didn't mean anything now, all she had was the future, and she wasn't going to waste it.
"Discowd, that's not fair!" Twilight yelped.
"What's the fun in being fair?" He asked in a mocking tone.
a unicorn filly and the last living draconequus, who was also a child.
"Give me back my horn!" Twilight begged.
Discord with the snap of his claw brought her horn back.
"Celestia requires you two in her chambers," A guard said fiercely.
Twilight gulped and Discord could a defensive stance in front of her.
Twilight awkwardly nodded and smiled at him as they both left.
My Little Pony - Jar of The Eyes
Chapter 6: Cutie Mark Crusaders
Scootaloo trotted across the dusty and empty library back and forth.
Scotaloo then looked around, seemingly bored, she gave up and just laid her head on the floor.
She heard a sound as Twilight and Discord were both coming up from the basement stairs.
"Hey, You!" Scootaloo called.
Twilight's ears perked up and she looked over to the orange pegasus.
"Wanna do somethin'?" Scootaloo asked.
Twilight looked sorrowfully at her.
"Not right now, I have some things I need to talk about with Discord,"
Scootaloo's mood went from mildly hopeful to disappointed.
Scootaloo looked at the ground with a crushed spirit.
Twilight paid no mind to this as she had already left.
Scootaloo lay on the ground again, hoping another pony would show up.
Scootaloo didn't like to admit it, but she was very bored.
She didn't really know anypony. The only other fillies are Applebloom, Sweetiebelle, and maybe Screwball never spent time with her either.
She was only left with her thoughts, but she didn't want to think, because she would think about that moment.
Scootaloo shuddered, she looked to see if anypony was around her.
Nopony was there.
Scootaloo felt tears brimming her eyes of exhaustion, loneliness, and emotional fatigue.
She choked out a sob.
"Are you ok?" Somepony asked.
Scootaloo nearly jumped out of her own hide and turned around to see Sweetie belle.
"Uhh, w-what?" Scootaloo was still trying to process what was happening.
"You seem sad," Sweetie Belle said sympathetically.
Scootaloo thought
Scootaloo lived in an orphanage in Canterlot.
She hated it since pegasi were looked down upon here.
Scootaloo always felt out of place, she liked to sneak out at night sometimes until she met someone.
"you ok?"
Scootaloo jumped out of her skin.
She looked around trying to find who just said that.
"I'm over here," They said.
Scootaloo looked over and saw the male unicorn.
"W-who are you?" Scootaloo asked.
"I snuck out of my parent's house," He said spitefully.
"Whatever for?" Scootaloo asked.
"Cause they hate me,"
"Why would you say that, I would do anything for parents,"
He looked taken aback "Where do you live?"
"the orphanage, I snuck out too,"
He looked at her with interest.
Scootaloo waited for a response.
"Well, my, my mom is always so bossy, like" He put on a voice "Clean your room before you eat dinner," He said.
Scootaloo looked at him with disbelief.
"What, just clean your room," Scootaloo said.
He sighed.
"Is that the only reason you ran away?" She asked.
He then took a dark look "N-no, something happened recently and I'm scared of what will happen," he admitted.
"What happened?"
"I... I broke my mom's video camera... She just got it as a gift from my dad on her birthday 2 weeks ago,"
Scootaloo looked worried "What happened,"
"I-I tripped and fell into a desk and a bunch of stuff fell over onto the camera and the camera fell off the table,"
Scootaloo looked at him with understanding.
"Ya," She said sadly.
"Wanna do something?" He asked.
"What is there to do?" Scootaloo asked.
"I'm really good at eye spy!" He said.
"No, I don't wanna play that," Scootaloo said.
"What would you wanna do?"
"How about we play hide and seek?" Scootaloo suggested.
"No, that seems too scary," He said.
"I- what goes on where you live?" he asked.
"I, nothing much that I can think of, boring... stuff." Scootaloo looked down.
The colt just sat down with Scootaloo, they just looked at the sky, not talking to each other, just laying down.
Scootaloo felt at peace and fell asleep.
Scootaloo felt a tinge of pain at the memory, looking back to when things meant more to her.
She remembered waking up in an alleyway and was very scared to go back to the orphanage, she got a huge scolding.
"Are you ok?" Sweetie belle asked.
"ya, why?"
"You're shaking," Sweetie belle said.
"Ya, just cold," Scootaloo said.
Sweetie belle nodded "Do you wanna do something?"
"ya, what do you wanna do?" Scootaloo asked.
"We can sneak out of here and-"
Scootaloo jolted "No, something else," She said, sadly.
Sweetie belle looked taken aback "Ok, ok, don't get mad," She said frightened.
Scootaloo just sat back down.
"H-How about we talk?" Scootaloo said desperately.
"Nah, I don't really feel like it, talking's boring." She said.
"Ok, how about a game?"
"Like what?" Sweetie belle asked.
Scootaloo was drawing a blank "I-I"
"Well, I am gonna go," Sweetie Belle said leaving.
"Don't go," Scootaloo said quietly as Sweetie belle left, not hearing Scootaloo.
Scootaloo sat back down lost in her thoughts.
"Hey, Scootaloo!" The colt called excitedly.
Scootaloo smiled "What is it?"
"I got the book I wanted for my birthday!" he said excitedly showing the comic book.
Scootaloo has been meeting him almost every night for the past 2 months.
"I wanted to know if you wanna read it with me?" He pulled out a lantern.
Scootaloo beamed. "Sure," she said trying to sound cool.
He chuckled, and Scootaloo's face flushed red.
"A-anyway. let's read this," Scootaloo said.
He put the book down and read the book for an hour before they departed and Scootaloo snuck back in carefully, hoping not to get caught.
"Hey!" Scootaloo called.
The colt walked over.
"Can I tell you about something?" He asked.
"Sure,"
"Come this way," He called.
They walked for a bit and Scootaloo followed to a door.
"They say this door leads to a haunted room," he said.
Scootaloo laughed.
"No, seriously, I heard some ponies talking about it yesterday,"
Scootaloo just looked away.
"It's nothing, besides, this door looks super magic--y or whatever, it doesn't mean anything,"
The filly looked at the ground embarrassed "uhh'" he stuttered.
"It's fine," Scootaloo said ruffling his mane up.
He laughed.
They left the door, but Scootaloo looked back and made a mental note of it.
Something felt very wrong about that door, very wrong.
Author's Note
Sorry, this took so long, I've been working on a lot of other projects, and needed to edit this chapter so many times, I noticed some of the lore and stories I had written for the side characters were a little basic and not too in-depth, so I worked on all of those before I finished this chapter completely.

Chapter 6: Cutie Mark Crusaders pt2
Sweetie Belle needed somepony to talk to.
She paced around over and over again.
She looked around and saw Scootaloo.
Scootaloo looked behind herself and jumped when she saw Sweetie Belle.
"Uhh, w-what?" Scootaloo asked.
Sweetie Belle looked at Scootaloo, her eyes looked wet.
"You seem sad,"
It seemed like Scootaloo was lost in thought.
Sweetie waited for a minute.
"Are you ok?"
"Ya, why?" Scootaloo asked shaking.
"You're shaking,"
"Ya, just cold,"
Sweetie nodded "Do you wanna do something?"
"Ya, what would you want to do?"
"We can sneak out of here and-"
Scootaloo jolted "No, something else," She said.
Sweetie Belle fidgeted and said "Ok, ok, don't get mad," She said frightened.
Scootaloo just sat back down.
"H-How about we talk?" Scootaloo suggested.
"Nah, I don't really feel like it, talking's boring." She said.
"Ok, how about a game?" Scootaloo asked.
"Like what?"
"I-I"
"Well, I am gonna go," Sweetie Belle said leaving.
Manehattan
Sweetie Belle looked at everything curiously.
"Rarity?"
"Sweetie Belle wait a second," Rarity responded.
"So what is it?" Rarity said curiously.
"I wanted to know if I could do something!" Sweetie Belle said
Rarity looked thoughtful "You could perhaps do the dishes,"
Sweetie Belle looked happy and found a sink with a bunch of dishes.
After a couple of hours, Sweetie Belle finished and went over to the living room and saw Rarity relaxing on the couch.
"Finished with the dishes?" Rarity asked.
"Yes," Sweetie Belle said.
Rarity sighs in relief at something Sweetie couldn't put her hoof on.
Rarity looked to Sweetie Belle.
"Something wrong?" Rarity asked.
"N-no," Sweetie replied reluctantly.
Rarity looked down to Sweetie more concern etched to her face.
Sweetie Belle just trotted off and left Rarity in the room to herself.
Sweetie walked outside the house and trotted until she reached her friend's house.
Sweetie Belle knocked on the door and saw her friend's mom open the door.
The mother smiled and called "Virtuoso! Your friend Sweetie Belle is here!"
Virtuoso looked at Sweetie Belle with a smile.
Sweetie Belle thought about her interaction with Scootaloo and felt a little bad about leaving her alone.
Applebloom walked into the room and Sweetie stilled.
"Something wrong Sweetie? you look deep in thought." Applebloom observed.
"Ya just..." Sweetie couldn't bring herself to say anything.
"Just what?"
"Sc- I" Sweetie sighed tired "Don't want to think about anything right now,"
Applebloom just stared and waited.
Sweetie then fell onto the couch and just whimpered "I'm tired, that's it." Sweetie said.
Applebloom looked unconvinced.
Sweetie looked to Virtuoso and said "Now we just need to get Pen Pusher," Sweetie said.
Virtuoso knew where Sweetie was going and followed behind waving bye to their mother.
Sweetie Belle knocked on the door of where Pen Pusher lived.
Once again another mother was greeting them.
"You looking for Pen Pusher?" She asked a bit frazzled.
"Ya," Virtuoso said a bit worried.
The mother paused and then said "Pen Pushe can't come with you today,"
"Why not?" Sweetie asked.
The mother paused once again.
Applebloom was still looking at Sweetie Belle waiting for something.
"Ah know something's been bothering you ever since you were banished here, and Ah know it's more than just being banished, something else is botherin' y'all," Applebloom said.
Sweetie felt something wet running down her cheeks.
"W-What did I do? to get sent here?" Sweetie asked almost sobbing.
Applebloom stayed still for a second "Y'all saw the same truth that we all did,"
Applebloom hugged Sweetie Belle.
Applebloom looked like she was remembering something but then pushed the memory away with force.
Sweetie just laid into Applebloom's hug.
Sweetie was in the hospital room with Virtuoso waiting to see Pen Pusher.
Sweetie finally got to walk into the room and saw that Pen Pusher was awake and fully cast across the body except near their head, which had a few stitches bruises, and bandages.
Pen Pusher seemed to be having trouble breathing.
Sweetie ran up to him quickly and said "What happened?" Sweetie asked as one of the doctors pushed her back, which Sweetie tried to quietly sneak past.
Pen Pusher gave a half smile like something was wrong.
Sweetie felt tears running down her face.
"What happened?" Sweetie asked.
Virtuoso just stayed still in shock looking at the scene.
Pen Pusher didn't answer.
"Can you talk?" Sweetie asked.
Pen Pusher just looked silently.
"What's wrong with him?" Sweetie asked a doctor who remained silent.
The room stayed weirdly quiet.
Nothing, no sound.
Sweetie felt scared.
Her heart pounded.
Thumps of the heart felt like they were underwater.
Sweetie Belle forgot everything and looked forward.
Sweetie Belle started to heave and gasp for breath.
Sweetie felt her hooves going cold for some reason and she felt pain in her chest.
Sweetie tried to grasp for her chest but felt more and more pain.
"SWEETIE!" Applebloom called.
"I'm going to get somepony!" Applebloom assured worriedly.
Virtuoso looked over to Sweetie Belle with a concerned face.
"Sweetie you usually aren't like this," she said.
Sweetie looked at him with anger.
"Of course you fuc-" Sweetie was cut off.
"Sweetie, it's going to be fine... ok," Virtuoso explained in a desperate tone to get this over with.
Sweetie looked mad but then her face fell and she looked down.
"This is my fault," Sweetie said

Sweetie Belle held her chest breathing slowing down.
Virtuoso looked horrified.
"I-" Sweetie whimpered
Virtuoso let go of Sweetie and just stared.
Sweetie gasped.
