Black Rose is a pony who had lived on her own for a very long time. She has been isolated from anyone; this is a person choice for her. But there is this one pony she has admired from afar. Big Macintosh confronts her one day after he has seen her multiple times. There is just something about this mare, something that Big Mac cannot place. But she is different from any other pony he has met. Rose has secrets even herself doesn't know. Life falls short especially when love has grown strong.
