AwakeningView OnlineSecond ChanceAwakeningCanterlot Castle, 6 days after Princess Luna return To say that princess Celestia is happy is an understatement, this past week have been the most joyful and the most celebrated time for the old alicorn, her sister was back, her own student found friendship and everypony has been especially nice with the recently-restored moon deity; all was good in the world, so, when she heard an scream from the most annoying, most pompous unicorn prince in the castle, she doesn’t scowl as always, but rather steeled herself, she went where she has heard the scream, but when she arrived; the scenario was hilarious, the pompous Prince Blueblood was a mess. His yellow mane caked with the rest of that she assumed was a moon pie. The prince himself was berating one of the maids of the castle. “Why you little scum, you have ruined my mane and tail, so apologize this instant,” the irate prince was saying, eyeing the shrinking maid with a grin, “or, if you want, there are “other” ways to make up to me, peasant.” Without knowledge of both equines, Princess Celestia was watching the whole exchange, her festive expression, changing into a frown, and at the last sentence, a severe scowl, but, before she could intervene, another very booming voice interrupts. “THOU LITTLE VARMIN, WHY DID THOU STOP THIS FAIR MAIDEN FROM BRINGING A SNACK TO MYSELF?” Princess Luna shouts in the royal Canterlot voice, scaring the daylights from the two ponies, and giving princess Celestia, a vanguard point on the terrified squeal that prince Blueblood shout, directly to her ear. “Ow, nephew, how many times I have told you to conduct yourself with decorum and modesty inside these walls, also Luna, the royal Canterlot voice was unused for at least nine hundred or so years, so please refrain yourself sister, before…” suddenly, the solar diarch stayed perfectly still, perking her ears as to catch somepony’s conversation, at the same time, Princess Luna mimicked her actions both princesses pointing their muzzles towards someplace between the hall of the history of Equestria and the throne room. “Something is coming” begins Celestia “and it comes with a change to us all.” “But whether this change will be good or bad” continues Luna “that is going to be seen.” Ponyville, 2:43 am, one week after Princess Luna return. Twilight Sparkle jolted awake, waving her arms frantically and then became tangled with her sheets and falling off her bed, startling the little dragon sleeping at the bedside in the darkened room. “Bwhaa” Spike says incoherently, regaining some focus into the unicorn tangled into the bedspread, “Twilight, it is a little late for anything so why in Celestia’s name are you awaken at this time, it is like 3 in the morning” the young dragon whines. “Spike, did you feel that” Twilight ask, “it was like a huge gathering of magical energy” Like my own teleportation spell, the librarian thought “we need to check this out immediately, it could be another unicorn in distress or a very powerful magical surge” she continues to ramble excitedly, only to be compensated with a very loud snore from her assistant. At first Twilight thought of awakening him again, but when she was to do it, the peaceful smile and the thumb in the mouth stopped her, with a quiet “Daaaw” she left her assistant to his sleep and went out to investigate the magical disturbance. Some other unicorns where awake, but seeing the purple librarian/princess student, they quickly went into their houses again, the last one being a mint colored unicorn, muttering something about humans and the best dream she ever had. However, when Twilight reach the borders of the town, she look to the Everfree Forest uncertainly. True, she had faced the awakening of a very pissed off alicorn, and thanks to her and her friends, Princess Celestia now was reunited with her sister, but the problem here was that she intended to go to that same forest all on her own, and she involuntarily shuddered at the thought. “Hmmm, I think… maaaybe I should go into the forest when there is some more light” the purple unicorn pondered out loud, “on the other hoof, maybe there is somepony there that needs any help, and not going could put he or she on more danger, besides, I don’t know the forest very much so getting lost is a possibility” unknown by the librarian, one pony with turquoise, cat like eyes was watching her every move, and when he was ready to pounce on the unsuspecting mare, another magical surge gets from the forest, scaring both ponies. “What the hay was that” Twilight shrieked. Looming above the forest canopy, a thin, white dragon with a head in the shape of a spear, opened his massive wings and roared defiantly to the sky.
Last Night on earth (First Person PoV)View OnlineSecond ChanceLast Night on earth (First Person PoV)Raining… I am on the pavement, all the sounds are dull, all the lights are blurs of yellows, reds and blues. Meanwhile my numbing, mangled body is on the floor and I don’t know why I don’t feel any pain, pain, although, when you are hit by a bus at full speed in the streets of Bogotá, usually the driver gives a fuck while he or she is escaping to avoid any cops and legal stuff. I barely feel the hand of the lady I just saved from being hit, and surprisingly the driver has stopped and now he is calling the ambulance to try and save my life. But I am aware that it is a remote chance, we are near the center of the city and at this hour, the nearest hospital is at least at four or five kilometers, so the chances that I survive are practically zero. But man I hate the rain, it is like a bad joke or the beginning of a shitty detective or drama story. Enough sulking, my name is Miguel Sebastian Garcia, but all my friends call me Michael or Mickey for short (the fact that my mom is from other country also helps) I am 1.92m tall, I am studying modern languages at the Libre university, 23 years old, and I am a little of everything really (kamen rider fan, otaku, brony, gamer, you name it, I have been there brother) and I am officially dead on planet earth. Well, back on the beginning of this story, I know I was dying back there, at least I know that I saved somebody of that, but still my last thoughts were that I am a darned fool, I am going to die and all my family and friends will be crying and all that stuff, usually I am the laughter in the house, and the chipper brother and the moral support of all my cousins. All that grieve because I have a damn superhero complex and I don’t want anybody to suffer. My last conscious thought was that, at least, I don’t have to give the final French report on Monday if I survive that crash, damn silly but at some point I need to be responsible with my study. “Wake up.” I answer with a grunt of pain, and swatting whoever that were trying to get me up. “Wake up, Miguel, or I swear that you will be permanently dead.” That second phrase was all that he needs to jolt me awake, whoever who speak like that usually means that A: again I have fallen sleep in class, B: same as A, but in my house, or C: he/she is out of his/her damn mind, however, when I finally open my eyes, Morgan Freeman was watching me, an amused look in his eyes, while I am staring dumbfounded trying to process that. Morgan Freeman was waking me up, the damn world has ended or I am drugged or dead. “Actually, Miguel, you are in the verge of dying” “Holy hay, you are Morgan Freeman” Not the wisest thing to say, but I am so shocked to do anything else. After an eternity, he begins to laugh, yes, now I am embarrassed, “God” is laughing his ass of me. “Hey, what gives, I’m not that funny” I finally say, annoyed, huffing my cheeks and pouting like a five years old. “Okay, okay, sorry, you mortals usually aren’t the most coherent whenever you guys ends here, usually all the brain damage that your bodies sustains leaves them as slavering orangutans, or just talking in monosyllables, or if they are lucky, like you, Miguel, they can be fairly consistent in your speech and processing” he says in a monotone tone. I am speechless, so apparently I am in the limbo with Morgan Freeman and he is talking to me as if we are speaking of the weather. “To answer quickly, yes, you are officially dead now, no, you aren’t dreaming or whatever, I am Death but I see you worthy of a second chance in any of the multiverses, so I am willing to give you another chance on some conditions:” You can’t get back to your earth You can tell me up to three things that I can grant you because of your death At the end of this you don’t remember anything that has happened here, but you will remember everything from your past live Any superpowers are forbidden for you humans, you are too damn greedy for your own good “So, what do you say” he asks “I am in a tight schedule and I don’t need to be delayed?” A golden opportunity of a new beginning, I’m not picky, and I know that my family would be devastated, but as Death states, I can’t go back to my earth, so picking up my mind, I begin to say the words that seal my destiny and the beginning of my journey. “First off, maybe you know that my latest hobby was My Little Pony right?” he nods, “Okay, I want to be on Equestria” he rises one finger “I want to be as my OC Second Chance” he rises one brow, but still rises another finger, so I guess that been reborn as an Alicorn doesn’t count as a superpower, ”I want all the technological knowledge of the Yu Gi Oh universe, my own Spellbook deck and any way to print yu gi oh cards”, he raises his third finger, “hmmm I don’t think I need anything… wait, I want to be there before all the events of the “Past Sins” universe and I want to get in that reality please, also a pip boy from fallout to save all my things there, and all the books of harry potter, The lord of the rings, Percy Jackson, some of history, Eragon, and whatever I love to read” I ended, but when I turn around, Dead was eyeing me, amused. “Technically you are asking me a fourth wish, however, you died without a second thought for a person that you didnt even know, i think I can let it pass this time?” Death says, lifting his hand and putting it in my forehead, he finally says, ”For now farewell mortal, and Godspeed to you” he says before I blacked out again.

(part I)Ponyville, 2:30 p.m. Two figures went from the edge of the Everfree forest into the town proper, both of them carrying capes and walking slowly, the one on the left have an ivory horn barely jutting out from the hem of its cape, while the other stops near one sign that states, in big green letters “Welcome to Ponyville” “Are you coming?” Michael, AKA: Second Chance asked to her zebra friend. “I don’t think so, it will be a blow, I’ll be on my way, I bid you a good day, Goodbye my friend, I bid thee farewell.” “Ok, see you later Zecora, and thanks” the pony says, and without another word, they both go their separate way. Anyhow, when Second Chance goes further in town, he begin to find something peculiar, all the town was deserted, wandering around, he soon finds the Golden Oaks library, getting himself ready, he knocks on the wooden door three times, also pulling off the hood from his cape. “In the name of Celestia, this is a PUBLIC library, why all the ponies have to knock the door, come in!” an annoyed, muffled voice came from the interior of the tree, Second Chance inhales deeply, and then, giving a little squeal, pushed the door open, when he enters the library, he find a little fizzled Twilight Sparkle getting a lot of things into a saddlebag, meanwhile, her little assistant/surrogate little brother Spike the dragon was dusting off and shelving all the books or parchments that his older caretaker was discarding along. Glancing to the entrance of the library, Twilight sighs and went on with her preparations. “Sorry mister, the library will be closed early today, I need to check something into the Everfree forest that came to my attention”, she quickly say, also getting ready all the other stuff, “Spike, will you please continue your chores, this place doesn’t tidy itself.” “On it!” the young drake mock saluted, only to gasp when all the books, parchments, broken quills and other stuff suddenly where enveloped in a blue aura and begin to assort themselves, the books and parchments going into their respective shelves and the broken stuff, as well as the dust and the other debris from the scholar pony frantic search, to a bin near the strange pony in the entrance, “hey, what gives, I am the assistant of Twilight, so what are you playing at, dude?” “Sorry, young one, but I need to talk with Twilight Sparkle now, if you would be so kind to get us some tea, also… Daaaamn I am good doing chores with magic” the strange stallion says, checking up his work, “for an novice, anyway” he adds. “Wait, how do you know my name?” the purple unicorn ask, a little baffled, “I don’t remember you from the party on Princess Luna return.” In response, the unicorn fumbles a little with some device on his left forearm and a pad with some cards appears from thin air, the librarian looked mildly interested, then the visitor gets one card from the top of the device and put it face-down between both of them, Twilight, now annoyed, takes the card in her magic and flips it face-up. “Stardust Dragon” Then, she fainted. “Well, that could have gone better” The white stallion says, amused. Ponyville, 2:45 p.m. “NEVER, EVER DO THAT AGAIN!, IF YOU PULL THAT STUNT AGAIN... I'll… I'll burn you!” an irate purple, almost red dragon was yelling at the top of his lungs, meanwhile, a white stallion was seated on a couch, waiting patiently for his hostess to wake up. “Ughhh, my head, what happened” Twilight moans, from her aisle on the second floor, how she arrived here was a mystery, the last thing she remembered was that some weird stallion was on the door, then he materializes cards and a pad, and then… Stardust Dragon. Suddenly, all the grogginess in Twilight’s body melt away, and her eyes were reduced to pinpricks, she teleported downstairs, where the currently occupants of the library are staring at each other. “Spike, get away from him, he's dangerous” Twilight stated, lighting her horn and aiming to the now standing unicorn on her couch.” “Wait just a minute miss Sparkle if I can…” whatever other words where lost when Twilight shoot a light beam to the unicorn who yelped, but was unable to avoid the magical missile, which send him flying through the door and into the street. “Whoa” a chromatic cyan Pegasus exclaims, dodging the live projectile, “what was all that about?” “Rainbow, help me to tie him,” a panting Twilight Sparkle asks her now surprised friend, “and please gather all our other friends, we need to keep that stallion on observation, and he could be very dangerous.” “On it!” the flyer quickly answers, going where the unconscious pony was hanging of a tree, “Twi, remember to me that I never, EVER, want to get on your bad side” she mockingly says, trying to dislodge the mangled pony from the tree, and silently wondering why he was so light. After a while, Second Chance was tied up in the sofa at the library, fortunately for him, none of the mares had think on taking off his cape, so, for now, he still was treated as an very weird unicorn, meanwhile, Twilight had send Spike and Rainbow Dash to look for all her friends, and now she was observing the unconscious male tied up in the furniture, and the card that now she had in her hoof. Stardust Dragon. How a simple unicorn could seal a dragon into a card, and why he was saying he is an “novice” in magic if he could do that kind of advanced magic, and also, why a card, and why it has numbers and a “effect” printed on it. Too many questions where swirling the librarian’s mind. “Ow, my all hurts” a little voice was heard, Twilight tore her eyes from the dragon in the card and towards the tied pony in her sofa. “I hope you have a very good explanation for this mess mister” she begin, only to see the unicorn tied smiling up to her with a goofy grin plastered on his face, “w-why are you looking at me like that?” “Je, I am talking with the great Twilight Sparkle, and she is real” the unicorn mumbled, still looking at her, “anyhow, why in Celestia’s name I am tied up like a thanksgiving turkey?” “Well, actually I want to release you, but with one condition, release this poor dragon from this card!” she states, pointing to the card in the table. “I don’t follow...” the stallion states, looking a little confused, and tilting his head to one side “What do you mean, I don’t follow” Twilight snaps, pointing to the card and then to the device on his foreleg, “you produced some kind of device and then you show me this poor dragon trapped on the card, well if you want to get those ropes off, better start releasing this dragon” “Uhh… are you serious?” he asks, “oh god, you are serious, bwajajajajaja” the stallion then begin to laugh at her, “you… you think that stardust is a real dragon… oh my sides… jajajaja.” “What do you mean, a real dragon?” this time the librarian tilted her head, confused by the stallion’s behavior. “That, my little pony, is a card from a game called duel monsters and I am from another world.”

"Can you repeat to me that last part?" the purple librarian finally says, " I think that you just say that you aren't from this world." "That is correct, my purple pony friend" the tied white pony says, looking to the mare eye to eye, "I am an alien from a different world, and that" he says pointing whith his head to the card resting at the table, "it's from a popular game in my homeworld called Duel Monsters" “Duel…Monsters?” Twilight asks, dumbfounded “yep, Duel Monsters… you know, a Trading Card Game... Now, I know that it would get me in trouble, but please, let me explan. As soon as I woke up in the Everfree, I want to test something, so without thinking, I pulled out my duel disk and put Stardust to test if my things work properly, not my smartness choice but…” the door banging interrupt the stallion, who turned around (as much as his restrains allow) and again he do a fan girl scream. “OH… MY… GOD, the mane 6, dude… kill me now.” Michael squeaked in delight, all the other mares looking the weird stallion tied on the sofa, and the to Twilight, who was looking at the stallion, her left eye twitching. “How do you know about us... Are you some kind of spy?” Rainbow Dash almost shout in his ear, but a purple light enveloping her quickly shove her aside, now an angry Twilight Sparkle in replacing the prismatic mare. “Explain. Now” “OK… Ok, but first, restraints, please?” Michael says, trying to move more freely, after a wary glance from all her friends, Twilight sighs and, with a flick of magic, she loosened up the rope that was around the stallion, he quickly pulls out from the rope, and stretching his wings, he fold them neatly at his sides, getting comftable, he turns around to face all the ponies currently in the treebrary. “Well, this is a long story, so I hope that you have some spare time”, he begin closing his eyes, noticing the deafening silence that has fallen in the abode of the element of magic, he opens them, only to find all the mares looking at him, with a shocked expression on their faces. “What?” “Pal… you are an Alicorn” Spike flatly states, showing the obvious elephant in the room, “and you get handled by two ponies.” “Not that I have much choice, my fair drake, I have been an alicorn for less than 24 hours.” “How come?” the dragon ask. “Well, this is a very confusing story, but it began apparently with my last memory, that is, when I saved some girl from being flattened by a bus driver in my own city, next thing I remember, I am awakening in the Everfree forest with a pipboy, you know, The blue thingy in my left forearm, and a letter saying that I have been teleported or whatever here and now that I am like my OC, also that all my stuff is in the pipboy and that I have to been careful because some of the toys and stuff may have become real. So I want to test my duel disk and I ended summoning my Stardust Dragon in the middle of the forest, finally I pulled out and find a place to stay until I can use the daylight and found Ponyville.” Michael quickly explains, avoiding Zecora because he didn't know exactly where in the timeline of the show he was. “OC?” “Summoning?” “Bus driver?” The alicorn was thinking how to answer those questions when he noticed that only 3 of the mares where addressing him, the other two, namely Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie, where on their own world, the pink pony madly scribing something in a piece of paper that apparently popped up from her mane and the canary Pegasus hiding behind the couch. “Hey pinkie” Michael says, facing the pink mare, “what are you doing?” “Hiya there, you are Second Chance right, or I should call you Michael? I am getting your invitation for tonight’s “welcome to Ponyville party” for you, also I want to check out you card game, it sound so interesting, how do you play, can you teach me, and what if…” whatever Pinkie has still to say was muffled when Michael puts his hoof on her mouth. “Ok, why I have asked a mare in a perpetual sugar rush what is she doing… anyhow sure Pinks I’ll let you check out on my cards, but I need to ask to you also some questions, all of you.” “Let’s say that we believe you, how do you prove to us that you aren’t dangerous?” Twilight ask, raising an eyebrow. “Ughhh… because apart of telekinesis, I don’t know any other magic, I don’t know how to fly, and also because most of my technology is harmless, granted, I know enough to make some weapons but I don’t want this planet to end like earth.” Good, apparently the kidnapping and all the other stuff about Nyx haven’t passed yet, Michael thought to himself, also it’s only me or Twilight is eyeing me like I am some sort of weirdo. “But if you want a pinkie promise, I don’t want to do any harm to you or your friends, or anypony in this world, cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my… auch.” all the mares broke out in a fit of laughter, except Twilight, who still was eyeing the weird alicorn on her library suspiciously. “Just like Twilight” Applejack states off handedly, gaining chuckles from the other mares and making Twilight blush. Sugar Cube Corner, Ponyville, 8:20 p.m. The party had been a blast, Second Chance had meet all the ponies from the town, and also had made some friends, because his good nature, and the fact that he always was carrying his cape, all the town only think of him as another acquaintance of Twilight, and so the fair town welcome him as another of their citizens, before some more explanation, the mane 6 had decided that he has to stay at the library, and also that he has to work in Sweet Apple Acres until he has enough money to get a house of his own, reluctantly, Applejack had agreed to that part of the plan, in the meanwhile, a shadow figure stands out of the library, also waiting patiently for the unicorn occupant to appear again, however it doesn’t know that now the library has a new occupant, unknown to it, Michael had been aware of this figure presence, but he has promised to interfere as little as possible in order that he doesn’t change anything from this reality, so when a panicked drake enters the library, he “apparently” was still getting his stuff out the pipboy. “Spike, calm down… what happened, and more importantly, where is Twilight?” Second Chance ask to the agitated dragon. “Somepony has kidnapped Twilight, I need to write to Princess Celestia immediately”, the drake half shouts, frantically searching for some parchment and ink, scribbling something really quick and sending it away in a wisp of green fire, before fainting from the whole ordeal. So it begins the white alicorn though, looking to the looming prescence of the Everfree forest, I sincerely hope that this time I can make some difference.
Starting from zero (First person PoV) (Part I)View OnlineSecond ChanceStarting from zero (First person PoV) (Part I)“Somepony has kidnapped Twilight, I need to write to Princess Celestia immediately!” As soon as those words leave spike’s mouth, I already know what was about to happen, so as calmly as I could, I tell him that he need to go and gather all the others, as soon as he leaves, I pull out a “cyber jar” from my other cards. Hope that this works I thought as I put the card on the duel disk, as soon as I activate it, the familiar white jar appears next to me. “If I understand correctly, in the latest yu gi oh arc V, I can use the cards as impromptu tools in the duels", I muttered to myself, "so Cyber Jar, go to the Forest near here and help me to search for an purple unicorn” I ordered hesitantly." For a time, I stand there, looking as an idiot to the tridimensional monster card, and finally sighing I was ready to pull it off the duel disk when it scans a near photo and zooms out of the room, a little flabbergasted, I look at the out and see it flying through a cloud and then, the machine was covered with it, hiding, after that a sudden beep in my duel disk makes me to lose attention on the now "real" machine and look at my duel disk, wich now was doing an aerial footage of the little town of Ponyville. “Ok, now I know that in arc V you can use the cards for real, but this is awesome” I said aloud, "so, let’s check the range of my new surveillance team." Pulling another “Cyber jar” I summoned it again, this one gaining a yellowish finish on the metal. “You, fly as far as you can and save the information about the distance in the duel disk please” the machine emitted a beep and go out and above the library, as soon as it aligns with myself as a point of reference, the machine began to fly in the general direction of Canterlot, meanwhile i see a marker with the direction that that "Cyber Jar" had taken, and also a meter counter on the duel disk, I left the device alone, in the meanwhile, I make myself useful gathering cards that I could use for other purposes and doing a “Toolkit deck” as I called it. After 10 or 15 minutes, the duel disk emits another beeping sound, ejecting the second Cyber Jar, when I check the machine, the counter has stopped about 5km out, not a good range, but if I can build an emitter, this could be the new era in transportation in Equestria. Storing my new deck in one of the pockets of the vest, and checking on the disk regularly, I soon find the first cyber jar flying above the canopy of the jungle, and also searching for any disturbance in the forest, soon, it began to show me a very elaborated magical scheme on the floor, and a lot of ponies with capes finishing the impromptu ritual that will bring Nightmare Moon back to the land of the living ponies. “What are you doing?” the sudden voice near my ear makes me jump in the air, my duel disk clattering in the floor and shutting down, and the “Cyber Jar” card falling out the disk, cursing internally, I turned around slowly to see a beaming Pinkie Pie, with a very confused Applejack poking the device in the floor. “HEY, hoofs off!” I almost shout to the farmer, when she turned around, however, the concerned face that she had because the kidnapping of Twilight makes me want that somepony hits me in the back of the head hard. Turning around again, I find that Spike already was back, with all the mane 6 in tow, all of them concerned about the welfare of the purple librarian. “Sorry Applejack,” I muttered, “I know that it is hard now, but don’t worry, Twilight will be fine” I say to her, trying my best to reassure the mare. “Ah know, sugarcube” she says, “still, ah am worry about her, why somepony wants to kidnap Twi?” “I also am wondering the same, Applejack” says a regal voice behind all of us, oh holy fuck, I forgot about Celestia… and what I am going to explain to her… I am so screwed, I thought internally, again facing the door and founding the solar alicorn staring right back at me. “Uhh… hello” I ventured, wondering why she wasn’t surprised about a male alicorn in Equestria, anyhow, before I can say something else, Zecora came from the edge of the town, breathing heavily, she stares wide eyed at me and at Celestia, and quickly she bows. “Good evening my friend, maybe I am a godsend, Because this evening, some news I bring, Concerning a purple mare kidnaped, I have seen where she is trapped.” “So, you know where they have taken Twilight, Zecora?” I asked the zebra, eyeing Celestia suspiciously, but the regal alicorn ignored me, also staring at the shaman. “Yes indeed, I have seen, A great number of ponies, camping where they please, In the great forest better known as the Everfree.” “Thank you for your information, my little Zebra, the royal guard will be summoned to the town, meanwhile, I want to talk to this pony” Celestia says, looking at me, then turning around looking at the other ponies gathered in Twilights home “alone, if possible.” Not knowing what to do, I turned around only to find all the ponies in the room almost galloping to the exit, Rarity dragging Spike along, then, with a solid hit, the door was closed, leaving me in the room with a very stern looking alicorn trying to bore a hole in my head with her piercing glare. “Ok, now that we are alone, what are you playing at, Michael?” she asked me, and suddenly I felt very frightened. Celestia knows who I am, and maybe she knows all the things that I have in my possession. Please, explain” she states coldly, “and why, if I can ask, are you behind my student?” “Ok, I am assuming that you already know why I am here” I began, “anyhow, the truth is, I have died in my old homeworld, and I don’t have any regrets from it, but here, I can help Twilight and the others, also I know what’s going to happen in a foreseeable future, so I want to be here helping the best that I can, also I can assure you, nothing bad is going to happen" I told the solar princess "However, in the future, you need to listen to your student, and if you do, a lot of problems will be avoided, anyhow, you aren’t needed somewhere else?” I asked her, also ushing her out of the treebrary. “Right, I am going to save my student, Second Chance” she said, again using my pony name, “but after that, we both are going to have a very long chat about that future that you say you have seen.” Then, I hear a lot of wing beating, and when we both go outside, at least thirty royal guards where out, awaiting orders from their ruler. “Captain Iron Hoof, how are your troops?” Celestia ask to somepony in the guard, then, a royal guard version of Bulk Biceps came trotting along, when he came out, however, all the guards do a salute and rearranged themselves in two lines. “All the squads are ready, your highness” The captain states, “When we were flying through the Everfree, we see an unusual pattern of clouds in the forest, anyhow, we are waiting for your orders.” “Good, we are going to the forest, also, miss Zecora?” the goddess of the sun turned around to address the Zebra, “if you would be so kind, can you guide our land troops there” receiving an affirmative nod, Celestia spread her wings and took flight in the night, all the pegasai on the ground doing the same. “Tonight, we fly” and then they were off. “Cool” I say, looking as they went off to the forest. “Dude, you tell the princess what to do about Twilight” Spike suddenly says, confirming that he was listening through the door, “you are nuts, you know.” "he did WHAT?" All the other mares shrieked at me. “Oh buck, when Ol' sunbutt come's back, she is going to kill me” I groan. After a while, all the mane six went to their own homes, making Spike and I promise to look after them whenever we got news about Twilight, after half an hour, I have been growing extremely bored, so I went to the lower bookshelf and picked up a book for foals tutoring in magic “The magic little guide for colts and fillies” by Magical Grasp, and I begin to read. “Hey Chance, you actually can’t do magic?” the purple lizard states, stifling a laughter. “Yeah, laugh it up smart ass” I replied, “but I need to improve my magic if I want to help around here.” “I don’t know, why you don’t ask help from Twilight?” the small dragon says, looking at me with one of those 'are-you-serious' looks, before I could answer him however, the door opened and a exausted, pale, but otherwise okay purple unicorn came through it, with a bandage in one of her forelegs. “Twilight! What the hay happened?” Spike asked her, fretting around the purple unicorn, after Twilight, Princess Celestia came in, noticing that maybe they want some time alone, I went to the guest room near the kitchen of the house, after a while, when I go back to the common room, the solar diarch was ready to leave, also, I was able to catch her last words to her student. “… and please be really careful, and don’t go out alone” the princess was saying, taking her maternal side out, I think, anyhow, she looked at me, and then she turned around and say something into Twilights ear, making the small librarian turn a deeply shade of red, before shouting a “WHAT” and Celestia exiting the door chuckling quietly. 'Oh trollestia, please never change' “What was that all about?” I asked innocently to Twilight “Nothinggottagotosleeptotiredgoodnight” Twilight says to me, anyhow, before I could say something else, she bolted upstairs, Spike and I trading a confused stare. “Mares” we said at the same time, then, bidding each other goodnight, I went to my now designated room to catch some Z’s. The next morning begun early, as Fluttershy came by to check on Twilight, then half the town came by to see if she needs something, in the meanwhile I was silently comparing the town with all the fandom and the canon from our world, so I effectively found one big difference, ponies usually wear clothes, nothing to fancy, as the ones on Canterlot, but usually I see the stallions and colts with headgear (bandanas, hats, baseball caps and the like) vests and something like a handcuffs in all four hooves, and the mares usually have a vest and also a plain little skirt that ends up above the cutie mark, so the “nude” concept of the pony world was in its majority mistaken. Anyhow, all the peace and quiet ended suddenly like at 3 p.m. After Rarity passes by to check on the purple librarian, Twilight founds that she had lost her saddlebag with a copy of a book called “Geographic Guide of Equestria” and she begin to do one of her famous breakdowns, meanwhile I have been setting up my computer in the room she gave me, when suddenly I hear an slamming door, when I come to the common room I found Spike trying (and failing) to be composed. “Sup lizard boy, what happened” I asked him, amused “That crazy mare, she went off to the Everfree one day after she was kidnapped, if Princess Celestia founds out, I am a dead dragon” he answers me, a little panicked at the end. “Don’t worry, ill check out on her” I tell him, getting out my duel disk, at his uncertainly expression, I rolled my eyes, and again I summoned the “Cyber Jar” “Whoa, that is so cool” Spike says to me, impressed, poking the little machine floating in mid air. “Cyber Jar, go find this mare” I said, pointing to one photo in the main library room, after the mech goes out, I faced Spike, “I’ll go after it, so take care of the library, and don’t overdo it” After a while, I was on the edge of the Everfree, the Cyber Jar floating next to me, beeping and indicating to me that it doesn’t have found the mare in the town, frowning a little and checking on the weather, my mood sulks when I see that there was a huge storm brewing in the horizon. “Again, why I am doing this” I mused, and finally I enter the forest, when the rain starts, I found Twilight running to the exit, mud and grime up to her fetlocks, and a little black pony on her back. “Twilight, good, I find you, who is the little one?” I asked, and she almost jumps into me, looking at me if I were a demon or something of the sort. “Holy Celestia, don’t do that!” she snapped at me, “why are you out here?” she asked then, tilting her head to one side, seeing this, the little pony on twilights back stirred, and craning her neck above the librarian, she look straight at me… with those catlike turquoise eyes, I almost have a heart attack with the display of cuteness, but then, she stared wide eyed and try to hide behind the mane of the older pony. “I found her in a bush, and maybe you don’t want to believe this, but I think…” Twilight begin, only for me to interrupt her. “I know, you think that she is Nightmare Moon” I finished for her, looking at her straight in the eyes, at the same time, a lightning and the sound of thunder echoes through the forest.

Actually, now I could remember figments from my last moments on my planet, and the girl that I saved fanning over me, concern clear in her voice, but right now, I can only remember her face in a blur, however, her rosy eyes was the only thing that I could recall before waking up in the Everfree. “Ok, but I want all the information” Twilight curtly said to me with a smug smile, “also, what is the floating thing beside you?” I totally forgot about the summoned Cyber Jar floating near me, its huge red eye blinking and emmiting a soft glow on occasion. “It is called 'Cyber Jar' and it is one of the machine type monsters in the game that I told you, also why don’t you pull a shield over us to avoid getting more wet?” I said to her, blowing one of the loose, wet strands of my mane out of my eyes. “Because there isn’t magic in the air, I think the cultists that kidnapped me were using the ambient magic to resurrect… her”, Twilight told me, craning her neck to check on the filly on her back, who despite the rain, had fallen asleep, “but they got interrupted before they could finish, anyhow, I think she doesn’t remember anything, when I found her she was terrified of me, and with all the thunder and lightning, she was hiding on a thorn bushel near the place where they got me yesterday, also she didnt recognize me or this place" Twilight states, looking worriedly between me and the little filly on her back. After a while, I noticed that Twilight has stopped several steps behind me, her eyes wide in shock. “You… you just sacrificed yourself in order to save another life, that isn’t stupid, it is a very courageous and heroic thing to do!” she almost yelled, her cheeks turning pink, maybe because she was openly praising some random guy that she barely knows. “Twilight”, I began slowly, “I don’t want to demerit all other humans, but we as species are very selfish, sometimes we could say that us humans are barbarians with technology, usually our problems began with a little misunderstanding on each other and then they would end with wars, I don’t know about you, but personally I think that I am better here.” "Why" The purple mare asks, looking straight at me, with a sad looking face "How I start, our planet is heavily contaminated, we have cases of extreme poverty, some of the countries in our homeworld are in war because stupid reasons or even because religious believings, also we are condemned to destroy ourselves in the long run, and after a while, our own planetary system will make the planet inhabitable for us, I am not saying that all humans are bad, but our last hope actually is getting off the planet, we need to expand to outer space or colonize other planets to survive, but we cannot think ahead of our greed, that's why I think that I am better here, where almost all is controlled, you guys doesn't have much greed, besides dragons or other magical beasts, and even those beasts have the neurones to think that chasing the dominant species and getting out in the open is a bad idea" I said with a bored voice, turning around and moving again towards Ponyville. “But what about your family?” 'My family…' I cursed internally, 'actually it is funny, I have spent almost 48 hours in this new reality, but I really haven’t thought about that', I thought, grimacing, but now that Twilight bring that up, I feel my eyes began to sting, so I averted her gaze, founding one of the cards in my hooves pretty interesting and actually hopping that she doesnt ask further, I hastly made a diversion. “Ok, here it is, I summon “Big Shield Gardna” in attack mode!” “Huh?” Twilight says, only for a light burst to shot out from my duel disk and materialize next to us, however, when the monster finally appears, my jaw dropped, instead the grouchy, kneeled man holding a shield the card had materialized as a massive earth pony, with the shield lying comfortably on its back. Checking all the cards that I had with me at this moment, I found that all those wich are humanoid, were changed to fit this world into equines, unicorns, pegasai and earth ponies now are printed instead of all the humans, elfs and the walnot, sighing internally, I let it pass this time. “Amazing” Twilight muttered, without her knowledge, Nyx was awakened by the summoning of the new 'Pony Gardna', looking over her shoulder, Nyx was staring. awed to the colossal stallion who appeared next to me. “Gardna, if you would be so nice to raise your shield and protect us from the rain it would be great”, I ask to the warrior. Nodding curtly, the gray earth pony rears up in his two hind legs and pull up his shield, effectively covering us from the downpour that was falling over the canopy of the forest. When I looked straight at Nyx, the littly filly cowers again, gaining a chuckle from me of sheer adorableness. “And for the little one” I continued looking at Nyx, “I summon kuribon!”, another burst of light later, and Nyx gasped in delight when the familiar 20cm fur ball appears next to her, giggling quietly, she took the fairy spirit and began to cuddle it, gaining a 'd'aaaw' look from Twilight, which was looking over her shoulder, smiling softly. After a while, I remembered why I was out in the storm looking for the purple mare, clearing my throat, I gently nudge the purple unicorn, also reminding her about her departure from the library, blushing, she said “Let’s hurry up, before Spike sends a letter to Princess Celestia about my little adventure into the Everfree” , looking at me with sad eyes, thankfully not inquiring further about my past. When we reach the library, Twilight burst through the door, yelling “Spike, don’t you dare to breathe out!” snickering to myself, I enter after her, only to find Twilight looking at the little dragon sternly her left forehoof pointing at him with a frown on her face, after the initial shock, the purple lizard launchs himself onto Twilight's arms. “Twilight, where were you!”, I lost the rest of the conversation as I trotted into my room, dismissing Gardna, and storing my duel disk, after cleaning myself a little in the secondary bathroom, Spike came knocking at the door and asking if I want some soup and sandwiches, wich I gladly accepted, I was starving, however, when we were at the kitchen, Twilight yells from her room asking her assistant if he could bring a big serving to the room, also apologizing to me, anyhow I doesn’t pay much attention, shuffling trough my cards and the pipboy, and taking out my other decks, I began to check them, after a while my suspitions came true, all the 'humanoid' cards were now pony themed, shrugging it off, I ate my meal and then I went to my room again to try and hook up my computer and the other things I bring with me, only to realize something. “Spike… how in the name of all things holy, I can hook up an electric device in a tree!” After some little explanation from Twilight, she told me that all the houses in Ponyville (and in almost all Equestria, have an electrical charged enchanted crystal, and all the other devices who were electric powered need a special inlay crystal to get the power that need to operate, also explaining why in some medieval esque town portayed in the show, they had electronic appliances. Curious, I went down to the basement with Spike, who showed me the crystal. “And remember, whatever you do don’t…” he doesn’t finish the sentence, put my hoof in the massive structure, only to be sent flying in the opposite direction. “… Touch it” Spike finish, face clawing, “sometimes I think you are a colt” “Spike all ok down there? The light suddenly begin to flick” Twilight yelled from upstairs when she opened the door her eyes widened in horror when she saw me embedded at the wall, galloping next to me, she began to do a frantic dance, “OH MY CELESTIA, CHANCE YOU ARE ALLRIGHT!!!” she yelled at me, worried out of her mind. “Whoa, I see little stars and a pretty unicorn.” I said groggily, then I shake my head and seeing her I began to blush “uhh, Twilight, I need some space to get up.” Oh god, she was blushing as well, but the more I looked to her, the more prettier and haunting the image become, and unconsciously I began to move my head forward, and she as well, closing her eyes in the process. “Dude, don’t you ever do that again” 'There went the mood of the night, thanks spike' I though sourly, jerking my head out and again hitting the bark of the walls of the tree house with a yelp of pain.
Discoveries, Magic, and a Duel!View OnlineSecond ChanceDiscoveries, Magic, and a Duel!As always, mornings in Golden Oaks library started early, this time, though, was because a very ladylike screech that come from the second store of the building, followed by a angry dragon yelling at the top of his lungs. “You bring her HERE!” Spike yelled, “what about letting her sleep with you, or…” however, his lips were zipped by a lavender glow, and a very annoyed Twilight came down after him, also shouting “Yes, yes I do!, and before you continue, let me tell you how frightened she was, all alone in the forest, now I need you to…” both fall silent when with a flash of light, a Pegasus with a black and gold rimmed armor look at them from the ceiling, a katana in his hoof, and at the same time, an sleep deprived alicorn exit the room near the kitchen, looking to the stairs at Twilight and Spike as if he was seriously thinking how blood stains could be removed from the wood, instinctively, the unicorn and the dragon hurled together. “Quit it you two, I am trying to do something here, and you both are arguing too damn early in the morning” Second Chance said, not paying attention to the terrified librarian and fire breathing lizard, after the white male alicorn didn't receive any answer, he looked up, noticing their terrified expressions, quickly dismissed the armor pony on the main room, “Kizan, come back, I don’t think they are going to do anything.” After recovering from the scare, Twilight removed the baby dragon from her forelegs and run to the alicorn, all the previous fear diminished and changed into curiosity. “Wow, that is another monster in the game no? How did you summon it? How many types are? And how do you do to…” whatever the Librarian was saying, were lost when a white hoof was put in her mouth, silencing her. “And I have thought that Pinkie Pie was the only one motormouthed” Second Chance says, chuckling, “however, Twilight I want to ask you something first, then if you want, I can answer whatever you want to ask me about Duel Monsters, and maybe even I lend you a book of my collection.” When he plucks out his hoof from the mouth of the librarian, the look of delight on Twilight’s face tell him that he had made a terrible mistake. “You have BOOKS with you?” Twilight screeches in excitement, “why you didn’t say so!” “Oh boy you are sooo screwed” Spike butt's in, stifling a laughter at the annoyed face the stallion was making, “anyhow, I am going to make breakfast, and some coffee” and the little purple lizard left, the only ones remaining in the main room of the treebrary were a very wary alicorn and a unicorn with little stars on her eyes and a dreamy look. “Tell... me... EVERYTHING!!” “Well… Buck” Second Chance actually explain everything he could remember about his world (with some aids from the yu gi oh universe for making it more interesting) to Twilight in the breakfast, who was taking notes at a frantic pace, also the alicorn was surprised when he found also a second spectator in a very interested Nyx and a little confused baby dragon when he was telling the different types of cards. “So, one of the types are Dragons?” the little lizard asks, a claw on his chin, "how powerful are they?” “Well Spike, actually the dragon type cards in Duel Monsters are one of the most old, also one of the most powerfull, the other two being Warriors and Spellcasters, actually those 3 types where the original 3 pyramid starters on the game, after that, they begin to put up new types, such as Fairy and Plant, the latest being Psychic and if I am no mistaken Tuner, Synchro, XYZ and Pendulum monsters” Second Chance states, meanwhile, the little alicorn filly was looking at the speaking pony, with eyes full of wonder, coughing to make the purple pony stop and look at him, Second Chance continues, “anyhow Twilight, I need to ask something from you?” “From me, what do you possibly need from me, Second Chance?” she asked, a little pink hue in her cheeks and tilting her head to one side. “Can you teach me magic?” the alicorn stated, only to see a shocked expression settle on the mare's face. “Are you telling me that you don’t know magic?” the lavender librarian blurted out, shocked by the revelation, “but you have done telekinesis in front of us several times”, at that one, the stallion across the table shrugged his shoulders. “Zecora kind of explain to me how it works, so that is the basic thing I take it” he speak without seeing the horror face that Twilight was making. “So, you are telling me, that you NEVER ever had practiced magic, and all of the sudden when you can do it, you didn’t ask any of us unicorns about the consequences of missusing magic?” she asked, her right eye twitching, in the meanwhile, Spike, trying to get the attention of the stallion, was crossing her arms and shaking his head ferociously, and Nyx was looking a little terrified at the scene playing in front of her, before bolting to the nearest exit, followed by the baby dragon, then Spike gets from somewhere a pair of helmets and passing one to the alicorn filly, he only could say, “Well, it was a pleasure to meeting you. ”“Huh” a terrified black filly articulates, her eyes the size of pinprick’s Meanwhile, the two adult ponies in the kitchen still were talking “Uhh, no?” Second Chance says, only for seeing a rageshift in front of his own eyes, he also heard Spike saying something by the lines of "Well, he said it” and then, his world was white. Outside the library, a stylish white mare, with a curl deep violet mane was going to knock when suddenly a loud frustrated groan came from inside, then she feel a loud banging noise and a little tremor that told her that she doesn’t have to cross the threshold of the tree house today, sighing she left again, wondering when she could ask the new stallion in town about the fashion from his world. “Well, maybe I’ll ask him the next time I come here” Rarity mused out loud. “Ask who what” a bubbling voice came from behind the alabaster mare, suppressing a very unladylike squeak, she turned around, only to find Pinkie Pie smiling at her. “Pinkie, don’t do that” she began, “now my coiffure is ruined,” the white mare began to wail, only for finding her pink friend pulling out an invitation for her and going to the library “Wait darling don’t do that!” When both mares enter the library they found an irate Twilight Sparkle holding a terrified Second Chance in her telekinetic grip and Spike hiding in the couch, Nyx had fled to the second floor, so they didn’t notice the mini Nightmare Moon in the tree house for now. “What are you doing?” Pinkie exclaims, and Twilight loses her concentration, dropping the floating stallion to the floor. “What do we learn, Second Chance?” The purple pony says, a manic grin on her face. “Never, EVER, do magic without knowing the basic, and if you don’t, ask somepony who can guide you and help you, the magic is a useful tool, but it needs practice and studying before doing anything practical, because you can hurt yourself or somepony else” the white stallion answers in a monotone, “however, hi Pinkie, hi Rarity, how can we help you girls this afternoon?” “This is for you, it is your “Welcome to Ponyville” party invitation” the baker answer, hopping near to him and putting the invitation near his head, “well, I need to make two parties in a row, but that one could wait, it is for somepony we don’t know yet” and then, Pinkie exited the library, going to her home, Twilight and Chance trade a worried look, but fortunately for them, before they need to explain anything, a loud belch and a green flame on the sofa get the attention of all the current occupants of the library to the couch. “Twi, letter from the Princess.” “Thanks Spike, could you read it please?” “Sure” To my faithful student Twilight Sparkle This letter is to ask Second Chance to do a demonstration duel against myself to check the “Duel Monsters” game and assure that it is harmless to our citizens, and maybe to implement it more in our day to day lives, also, with this letter, I send to him a little stipend to build any facilities or to get resources to pursuit this endeavor, for the event, he can choose the hour and the place for it, if you could pass the word to him it would be wonderful, and also I think it will be greatly instructional and fun for us. At this point, in the conversation, I do the most reasonable thing... I fainted. When I wake up, Rarity and Pinkie Pie already have left, I was on my bed, and an aspirin and a glass of water are at my bedside, after remembering all the chain of events that lend me to this point, I simply roll out of the bed, then I went to the common room, to find a little black filly playing with the window, trying to see outside without being seen. “Yo’ there little one, what's up” I greeted her, only to see her jumping, startled, and she practically vanishes behind the furniture, chuckling I went behind the sofa only to find the little one curled up, her eyes shut tight and mumbling something by the lines “don’t find me, don’t find me” with her glass harmonica little voice. I swear, this is going to kill me because the adorkable factor “Sorry Nyx I don’t do it again” I tell her, extending a white hoof to help her to get up, after realizing that I am the one who greeted her, she uncurled and hesitantly takes my hoof, pulling her out from the floor, I noticed that she still has that look on her eyes. “Sorry Second Chance, you scared me” she says meekly, “but I was seeing all the ponies out and…” she squeaked the last part of that sentence. “Sorry, honey, I didn’t really catch up that last part” I told her, serenely. “I want to go out.” Hgnnnn... ok, now I know that IT is possible to die of cuteness Resisting the curse of the big puppy eyes, I could only look at the wall, trying not to look downways, “Ok, tell you what sweetie, why you don’t speak with Twilight and tell her that, I need to go out to see if here they sell electronic appliances, or electronic parts, I need to do many things before my duel with Princess Celestia.” Another fact that I could see about this Equestria compared from the one in the show and in the majority of the fandom, is that they have a lot of technology, if I need to put a comparison, I could say that they have the technology that we possessed in the late eighty’s, or early ninety’s, with some exceptions, for example they still use a gramophone for music or a manual oven for baking, despite the fact that they know about the microwave technology, the computers here also are still too damn big, like the first or second generation of computers from our world, in a personal note, I actually fell backwards laughing when Twilight shows me her computer on the lab in the basement, that being like all those old computers that need a big floor only for the main body of the computer, all of them still running with transistors and vacuum tubes, then, I proclaim that my own computer could outdo Twilight's by an ample margin, a bet that I was sure that I could win, that is, when I could hook up my own devices to the electrical inlay crystal network, or EICN, for short, that is the main source of electricity for all the homes in the towns and cities in Equestria. Taking into account all the knowledge that I have, and the tech at my disposal in this moment, I was almost sure that I could build some of the things that I have the knowledge for, like a Momentum Generator and a Solid Vision Generator, trading the most advanced tech shown in the series (like the D-weels, and some of the most advanced types of technology) for magic conductors and formulas. Or so I was hoping At the end of the day, Twilight went out with Nyx to Carrousel Boutique, telling me that they need a disguise for Nyx before we could do anything, then I asked Spike to writte a letter to Celestia, telling her that I need at least two weeks to organize something for our duel, because the main tech suppliers were cities like Las Pegasus, Baltimare, Manehattan or Neigh York, so I need to go there, (Manehattan being my first option, because the city was like eight or nine hours by train) in order to get all the supplies I need to try and build the duel disk for the exhibition, after sending that, I asked Twilight to help me gather all the things I would need to build a duel disk for Celestia. In the meanwhile, I finally could get my hooves on one of the local suppliers of the EICN to hook up all my things, the burly stallion known as Short Fuse telling me that he would need at least one day to try and adapt some of the sockets of my things to work with the network without siphoning all the electricity in the town, I didn't believe him at first, but when he explained to me that only my computer, that has a power supply of 860 watts, would syphoon all the energy in the neighborhood, because at the most, the main electronic appliances consumes like 60 watts at its peak, I relented, that meaning that in one day I could be able to check my computer to see what else I have get in it, while I was finishing my discussion with the electrician, Twilight and Nyx were waiting for me in the entrance of the library, after a little talk, we both decided that we should need to take Nyx with us, mainly because Twilight hasn't introduced to the other mane six to the little black filly, The purple mare was wearing a white skirt and a deep violet vest, and some shoes that were very similar to Celestia’s, only that they were in some kind of leather or polymeric compound, Nyx, similar to Twilight has a little, light green skirt, her vest was black and purple, and a headband with the same hue as her skirt, but the big change was her eyes, thanks to the magical glasses, as Twilight explain to me, she now has normal, turquoise eyes. “Well ladies, shall we?” I ask both of them signaling the train station, also getting my cape and exiting the library. hefting the little filly on my back, which caused a little "eep" from her, and trying to accomodate her in my back without hurting my wings, finally I found her holstered between the white appendages, hidden in my cloak. after a while, the little alicorn suddenly asks. “What about Spike?” Nyx ask to Twilight, only to see Twilight begin tochuckle. “He is going to spend the time we get out of Ponyville with Rarity, when I told him, he was beaming, and thanking me, anyhow, Second Chance, we need to go now.” She says, looking at me with a very determined look on her face. Manehattan, here we come!
Preparations (First person PoV) (Part II)View OnlineSecond ChancePreparations (First person PoV) (Part II)the train ride take more or less seven hours, I spend the first two writting all the listing materials that I possibly need out of memory, taking into account that my damn computer still wasn't working, then I try to explain some of the basic rules of the game to a very interested Twilight and Nyx. "So, you are telling me that there are other ways to winning in the game that doesn't mean to attack directly to your opponent's life points?" Twilight was asking me, Nyx was reading one of my Percy Jackson books that I got for her from my Pipboy, after that, I spent half an hour batting away Twilight from the device. however the ebony filly was half reading, half listening to me, judging by the stiff ear pointed in my direction. "Actually it is possible, one of the latest decks that I built was a Ghostrick deck focussing on deck destruction, so usually it doesn't do a lot of damage, but on the plus side it could tore appart a standard 40 card deck pretty quickly." I said, showing Twilight said deck, and telling her some of the combos that usually goes with the little ghost's deck, but my explanation was cut short when the ticket pony came into our wagon shouting the last stop for the train: Manehattan. When we finally dissembark, I wistled and look around, the city was massive!, and I am only seeing the train station just now. “Ok, now I am impressed” I said outloud, a little frightened, when we exit the massive train station and set hoofs on the metropolis, “though, I really need to build that generator and make it work, that train ride is a kill.” “And how in Celestia’s name a generator will help you to get here faster” Twilight asked, interested, Nyx however, was hiding behind the older mare as close as possible, seeing the huge city with fear, when we were talking, one of the topics was the city itself, Twilight tell me that the city was one of the main cities in Equestria, harboring like four thousand ponies, After Canterlot and Las Pegasus, internally, I wasn't impressed, when I was human, our capitol city holds more or less 35 million people, as far as I was concerned, this was a little city, anyhow, I kept that information for myself, as I was trying to explain how the Momentum generator operates, I was very pleased to see how the purple librarian's expression changed from skepticism to analytic, and finalized in wonderment about the things I could do if I could build and finish the forementioned generator. “You should tell Princess Celestia at once, that energy source could revolutionize the world as we know it” she exclaims, very enthusiastically. however, before I could answer, we got interrupted by a third voice, “Excuse me, “I couldn’t help myself to hear about your…eccentric energy generator, and I am very interested in its applications, if they are true” when we turned around, we found a little unicorn mare, with cobalt blue coat and white and silver mane and tail, with a business suit and a pair of earth ponies with black suits and something between a blackjack and a sword on their hips, noticing our wary looks, she smile politely. “Sorry, where are my manners? My name is Star Darling, and I am a CEO at Celestial Design” she extended a hoof, shaking it politely with mine, “I couldn’t help myself to hear your conversation, and this 'Momentum Generator' would be a great source of incoming for our company, that is, if you want the help to build it.” I haven't walked a hundred meters out of the train station and I already have found a new headache, this one in a little mare’s body package. Smiling politely, but with a glazy tone, I answered, “Sorry ma’am, your offer is tempting, really, but I need only some electronic compounds to make a little project for the princesses” after those words leave my mouth, I find that I have done a terrible mistake, her face lit up, and I was sure that I heard a ding sound somewhere near her, “For the princess you say? Now I am truly interested, we are the biggest suppliers of electronics here in Manehattan, maybe we could get a… mutual benefit, also, I didn't failed to notice that you are traveling with the princess personal protégé” she trailed off, looking at me as a shark looking for its next prey. “Sorry ma’am, we shall get going” I said with a little more force, moving Twilight and Nyx along, not waiting for the mare to continue, “I bid you a good day”, after that, I turned around and nosing Twilight, we began to trot as far as possible from the little businessmare, when we are far enough, Twilight skidded to an stop and began to berate me. “Are you crazy!, that lady just wanted to offer you a sponsor for your project, and you run out like she has the trots!, could you please explain to me why in Tartarus you do that?” she yelled, her mane frizzing out in different directions, 'so naive' I thought, my temper flaring out and taking an agressive stance, Nyx now was partially hidden on my mane, “Twilight, are you serious” I growled, to her, effectively stoping her at mid rant, “that lady only wants the profit that the generator will obtain, and harmony be damned if I allow such a greedy mule behind that technology, because in the end it would cause more harm than good for all of us.” I finish, my nose flaring and my eyes now fixed on the fuming unicorn in front of me. “By that greedy mule, are you referring to Star Darling by any chance?” an old stallion with a gray coat, a fedora over his fiery red mane and a green tweed sweater asked us, before we could answer, he just nodded to me, discretely pointing to the other side of the street, where, effectively, the goons of the business mare were looking for somepony, “quick, come with me” he says, pointing one little stair that we didn’t notice earlier because our little scene in the street. Hurrying up, all three of us ended in a little bar called “Bootleg”, the grey stallion closes the door as soon as I entered, and then he goes near the bartender, another lanky stallion very similar to Mr. cake, except for the coloration (Dark purple coat with a seaweed green mane and tail) wich was cleaning one of the mugs besides the counter. 'If only you know' I thought, snickering and gaining a disbelief look from Twilight and a little nudge and a pout from Nyx. However, the stallion who has saved us now was looking us like a bug under the microscope. “Ok, now that we have lost Darling goons,” he began after a while, “allow me to introduce myself, I am Lonely Tears, the old owner of Celestial Designs, that is, until that damn mare fires me from my own company,” Twilight was looking straight at me, with a disbelief on her magenta eyes, “at least your coltfriend is smart, lass, that lady is a witch in every sense of the world.” I missed the pink blush that Twilight has on her cheeks at the word "coltfriend", but she didn’t correct the older stallion in the table, meanwhile, Nyx was looking with mild interest the pipboy on my left arm like the stallion in front of us, wich was surprised about the odd tech. “Told you” I said, a smug grin on my face, “however, Lonely Tears, I need some things to do a little project of mine, also I want to ask you if you are interested in starting another company?”, when the surprised stallion looked at me, I looked straight at him, “a company which probably could change the world.” After a while, he looks again at the pipboy and then, straightening a little on his chair, he put both his forehooves in front of the table. “I’m listening.” The next hour was spend explaining all the basic (and I mean VERY basic) concepts of the generator and some of the tech that I have to the older stallion, he politely listened and sometimes he asked a question or did a cooment, but for the most part, he was analizing me, putting both his forehooves in front of him, the tips together, and a lit cigarrete on his mouth. After I finish, he hops down from the chair, and approaches me. “Before I tell you what I think, exactly what are you needing for this 'Duel Disk'?” he suddenly ask, out of balance, I pulled out my pipboy and materialized a list of the materials and the specialized equipment I think i would need to create the artifact, looking over the edge of the list, Lonely snorts and pulls out the list, beaming, “ok my boy, the good news are that I have all the materials you need” Twilight and Nyx cheered and bopped her hooves together, "the bad news... are that those materials would cost you” he proclaims, with a straight face. “How much?” I asked immediately. “hmmm, one place on your company” he answers, smiling, “I think I could get all the things you need, all I ask is that when we enter the market, and I am sure that we WILL be in it more or less in one year, if we can buy my company back, I want it, if you promise that, I compromise myself and the assets that I posess right now, to see this project surface, we have a deal?” he finishes, outstretching her hoof. “Deal” I say, bumping my own hoof to his, Twilight and Nyx, in the meantime, were smiling and seeing each of us. “Do you have a name for the company?” He asked, looking again a little miffled about the deal he just made. “Actually I do, a little memento from the original place that make the duel monsters and all the tech we will be making in the future,” I said smiling, "the new company will be called..." “Kaiba Corporation.”
Preparations (First person PoV) (Part III)View OnlineSecond ChancePreparations (First person PoV) (Part III)The next week was spend in doing a lot of planning, also trial and error with the first equestrian made Duel Disk, also I spend a lot of time getting accustomed to my new body, so, I was helping the apple family and taking magic lessons from Twilight, on a personal note, bumping into Lonely Tears back in Manehattan was a miracle all on itself, the old stallion was a wellspring of information and resources, and a very interesting individual, however, by the time we arrived to Ponyville that afternoon, I already have the elements that would be necessary to put together the duel disk of Celestia. At the same time, I was trying to get one house to myself, however that was a very big problem right now, as for all the houses in the town apparently have an owner already (I personally think that Rarity and Pinkie Pie had something to do with that), so I was still bunkered in the Golden Oaks Library, in the meanwhile, Nyx was given permission to attend to the local school, after a bumpy start, she was now enjoying friendship with the little disaster squad better known as the Cutie Mark Crusaders. In the meanwhile, the duel disk for Celestia was ready, I am storing it in the pipboy because of Twilight and Rarity continuous pestering about showing them the finished Duel Disk, I am also practicing alone in my room, unsure wich deck I should use for the “great event” as Spike put it, with all the cards I have with me at the moment, I finally had built 6 decks: Gravekeeper, Fortune Lady, T.G. (Tech Genius), Crystal Beasts, Noble Knights, and my old reliable Spellbook deck, After a while I was banging my head against the bedside table, looking all the cards in front of me, when Nyx found me. “What *bam* to *bam* do? , I want a showy event, and I don’t know what to expect from Celestia, Spellbook are out of the question because it took like four or five minutes to finish a turn” suddenly, two of my decks were enveloped in a deep bueish/purple aura, and a little voice asked something to me. “Hey Chance, why you don’t play with these” the alicorn filly exclaims, my T.G. deck in her telekinetic grasp, “they are cute, and a little showy.” She added, taking out one 'T.G. Cyber magician' and examining it, taking the card from her grasp, I smiled and nodded. “You know what?, you are right, little one, I will use them against Celestia” I said to her, smiling and ruffling her hair a little, after a while knowing her, I had noticed that she is very clingy with all of us in the library and with Rarity, I have talked with Twilight and I was always carrying my own cape in order to make Nyx comfortable around her own vest, however, she already had discovered that I am very similar to her in appearance, excluding gender, but after a little talk with her, Twilight and Rarity, Nyx promised that she never pulls off her vest in the presence of other ponies. “I was wondering” the little filly began, when I turned around to look at her, she cringed, but still continue, “I-If you want, that is, you could teach me how to play?” “I love to, but you need to be patient, I will teach everypony who wants to learn, AFTER I do the demonstration against Celestia.” I said, when she begins to pout, however, I remembered something, “tuck that lip young lady", I say, remembering Twilight, "when I get all the stuff that i have now out of the way, I’ll do a custom deck especially for you.” “Really?” she asked, very excited, jumping a little and fluttering her wings. “Really" I told her, smiling, "now, go to Twilight and see if she needs any help.” “Thanks, daddy” the little filly said, scampering out my room, after two or three seconds, her words get to me. “She just say… Daddy?” The very next day, I was on my way to send a letter to Manehattan to tell Lonely Tears if he can make it to Ponyville, however on my way to the post office, I see Twilight and Rarity in one little café that I know that our white fashionista loves, and I tried to go there with them, however, when I was close, I could hear part of the conversation between the two mares, and I stopped right in my track, a little surprised. “I don’t know Rarity,” Twilight was saying, fidgeting with one cup in her hooves, “do you think that he would accept me? I mean…” “Gosh, darling, you are so insecure of yourself,” the dressmaker says, stopping her friend's tyrade and frowning “however, I know that Second Chance is a very noble stallion, and quite handsome too, and if your previous statement is true, he also could have… feelings about you.” “Feelings? How come?” The librarian asked, cutely tilting her head to one side. “Dear Celestia, you sometimes are utterly helpless” Rarity deadpanned, sighing, “Let’s see, have you seen him acting differently about you? I can’t be a mom!” Twilight yelled, scaring some other ponies that were passing by. “Why not darling?, perhaps i should remember you that old filly’s rhyme: First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes baby in a baby carriage. Granted, you didn’t see yourself as Nyx mother but give it time, and you will see” Rarity states, winking an eye to her purple friend, which has an adorable shade of crimson adorning her cheeks. “But… but I am purple, for Celestia’s sake, all the stallions out there usually like mares in more festive colors” Twilight blurted out, folding her ears to lay flat against her skull. “Actually, I like the purple color” I said without thinking, both mares at the café turned around to see me, and with a flash, Twilight was gone. After a while, I sighed, and moving a chair aside I asked to the fasionista “Rarity, I need some advice” I began, sitting and eyeing the white mare, who was looking a little miffled herself. “Why, yes, of course, but next time Chance, dont interrupt a conversation between mares, and also, darling, eavesdropping is very rude” she said chastising me. “I was on my way to the post office, I swear that I just hear something about purple” I said faking innocence, Rarity, in the meanwhile, was silently staring at me, wondering something, “anyhow, I want to ask Twilight to a date, and I don’t know…” the rest of that phrase was lost when I feel a sudden gust of wind, and then I have the white unicorn in front of me, with our heads pressed against each other and she was looking at me with a manic grin plastered on her face. “I can help you, but first we need that Twilight realizes that she also has feelings for you” she then looked at me, “wait a second, why you ask me about that?” “Well, for starters, you are the most sensible of your friends", I said, rolling my eyes, "imagine that I ask for help to Rainbow or Applejack, or Celestia’s forbid it, Pinkie Pie?” I said, smirking, and soon, she begans to laugh thinking on that possible scenario. After a while she began to talk again. “Well, I can see your point", she says, flicking a forehoof against her eye, to remove a little tear from previously laughing, "soooo... what are your plans, Romantic dinner, an outing, Tell. Me. Everything” She practically squeak the last part. “Sure, I was thinking that…” I began, the letter long ago forgotten. When I came back to the library that afternoon, Twilight was on the first floor, reading something, when I entered, however, she teleports the book to her room, and then she hastily gets another one from a near bookshelf. “Hi Chance, why are you late?” she asked me, her cheeks blushing. “Oh, hi Twilight" I said, trying my best to maintain a straight face, "sorry about that, I lose track of the time, I was sending a letter to Lonely Tears seeing if he could get here tomorrow?” “Good, good, and why tomorrow” she asked me, now really curious. “Actually, I need Spike to notify Celestia that our demonstration Duel will be tomorrow, if she had the time.” I said, then, not resisting any longer, I began to laugh, gaining an anoyed glare from the mare. “What is so funny” the purple pony exclaims, finally annoyed with my antics. “Twilight, that book is upside down” the next thing I remember, I was jerked in a telekinetic grasp, and flung out of the library again.

Celestyal Knights VS Tech GeniusThe next morning in Ponyville was bright, birds chirping and all the ponies on the street, however, at the town hall, a very large crowd was gathering for the main event of the day, Second Chance, the new alicorn in town and Princess Celestia were waiting patiently for all the townspeople to finish their business before both of them will battle one against the other in a yu gi oh Duel. “Well, there are a lot of ponies here, but why did you bring this outside” Celestia calmly states, eyeing all the cheering ponies. The solar diarch was without her regalia, instead, she was wearing a white and gold vest with a deck of cards on her left pocket, a little cap on her head and the gilded shoes, also a light blue skirt, and Second Chance was wearing his trademark black cape, one military grade vest, and a blue scarf on his neck, Twilight and all the others (sans Nyx, who was seeing the event from the library) where on the sidelines, watching. A lot of recent acquaintances of Chance also were with the crowd, Lonely Tears and Tech Support, the representatives of the newly funded Kaiba Corp, were on the left side with some of Chance supporters, however, the majority of the town were on the Princess side of the battlefield. “Because we don’t have the facilities ready, a good battlefield is about this town square in size, so we need to pull this event outside this time” Second Chance quickly answers, “Also we are fighting with the holographic display so all the ponies in the event can see” he added, a mischievous smirk on his face. “I was wondering about that, why did you pull this off two weeks?” Celestia asked, doing some little conversation, in the meanwhile, the last of the ponies in town arrives, and Mayor Mare do a signal to Second Chance, nodding her head to mean all the ponies are gathered. “You will see” Second Chance says to Celestia, before turning around and facing the crowd. “Good afternoon, mares and gentlecolts," Lonely Tears began, gaining the attention from the crowd, "we are gathered here today to see one of the latest advances in technology that arrives to Equestria” he continues, all the crow spectant, “However, this technology at first will be used only with entertainment purposes, and when we could develop it further, I am sure that it will change our world, now, I present to all of you the holographic display with friendly Trading Card Game called Duel Monsters!” At the same time, Second Chance smash a card against the Duel Disk on her wrist, a big white and blue dragon materializing and opening its wings, then roaring in defiance to the sky. “Stardust Dragon” Twilight whispers, all her friends and the other crowd members seeing the spectacle before them openmouthed. “Now, for this exhibition we have a duel between Princess Celestia” Lonely Tears picks up, “and the CEO of Kaiba Corp, and the stallion behind the game, Second Chance,” all the crowd began to cheer wildly, Celestia waving at the crowd, and Chance doing the same, “for this purpose, we proudly have a gift for the Diarch of the sun, the very first Duel Disk made in Equestria!” After that, the older pony goes where Second Chance stood, and after a little word with him, he materializes a gold duel disk, and, giving it to Celestia, both players were out to opposite sides of the town square. “Duel!” CELESTIA: 8000 SECOND CHANCE: 8000 “Lady’s first” The stallion on the west side speaks, all the crowd again silent, expecting what is going to happen next. Princess Celestia's Turn TURN 01 “Oh thank you, I am going to summon Celestial Knight, Fendragon, in attack mode” when she puts the card on the disk, a white armored stallion with a huge mace materializes next to Celestia, bowing before her and turning around. “And now, its effect activates, all my Celestial Knights have an effect when summoned, I choose the first effect, Imperial Orders” The white stallion rears up, and then, it smashes the ground, creating a little portal, “it can allow me to summon another “Celestial Knight” monster from my deck in Defense position, but it can’t be used as a Synchro material, come forward, Celestial Knight, Galdred” from the portal, another stallion appears, wielding a huge shield and a sword, after that, it raises his shield, gaining a crouching position. “Thank you”, Chance suddenly says, “when a monster with lvl 4 or lower is special summoned, this card can be summoned as well from my hand, now, I special summon, Tech Genius, Warwolf!” a brown and white wolf, standing in two legs, appears at the side of Second chance, smiling with a sharp tooted smile to the ponies at the other side. “It does not matter” Celestia continues, “Celestyal Knight Galdred effect, Providence!” she exclaims, the armored pony on her side shinning briefly, “Now, this card is considered a Tuner monster, I put two cards face down, and I end my turn” Two cards appears behind the two armored ponies at Celestia's side. Second Chance's Turn TURN 01 “Ok my turn, draw” the robbed pony says, smiling all of the sudden, “Perfect, I summon Tech Genius Catapult Dragon” a little dragon with a cannon like head appears. roaring to the princess and half extending its leathery wings. “Now Catapult's effect activates, once per turn, I can special summon one lvl 3 or lower T.G. tuner monster from my hand, Power Sling!” the dragon monster rears up, and a red and black monster appears in the cannon, getting airborne. “I summon Tech Genius, Jet falcon. Now I can use the tuner monster for an additional special summon, I tune up Jet Falcon and Catapult dragon” the falcon creature apparently vanish, leaving 3 white stars in the field, they align themselves in a tube like fashion, enveloping the dragon 3 +2 =5 “When technology and magic are one, the wiser path is revealed, Synchro Summon, Tech genius, Hyper Librarian." A beam of light struck, leaving the crowd momentarily blinded, when it vanishes, a gray pony with lenses and robed in white and black garments appears, holding a glowing book in its magic. “Now Celestia, Jet Falcon effect resolves, Ghost feather!” a black feather appears, and struck Celestia’s Duel Disk. CELESTIA 8000 – 500 = 7500 “When Jet Falcon is used as a material for a Synchro summon, it does 500 damage to the opponent, also, while Hyper librarian is face up on the field, each time either of us Synchro summons a monster, it allow's me to draw one card for each Synchro Summon made. The crowd was peeved, a great battle was starting, Celestia’s heart was racing inside her chest, with a smile, and she stands proudly and looks at all the ponies gathered. “Very well, I don’t have to hold on any more, Second Chance, here I come, draw!”

Blade Blaster!” Another blinding flash later, and all the audience looked, flabbergasted to the huge pony now in the field, he is cladded in a green and orange armor, in a bipedal instance and on her front hooves he has an strange weapon. “However, he isn’t gonna stay” Second chance says. “Because, Recypro Dragonfly is going to send it to the graveyard, Mechanical deconstruct!” the green monster fades and in its place, again Wonder Magician and Hyper Librarian again appears. “And now, all the conditions are set, Wonder Magician, again Tune up with Hyper Librarian AND Recypro Dragonfly, Advanced Synchro summon!” 5 +5+2=12 “When all the others have fallen, you rise from the ashes, unlimited power to my command, Advanced Synchro summon, T.G. Halberd Cannon, rise and destroy! A huge gust of wind buffeted the crowd, taking away Second Chance cape, the crowd grasped, now, all the town knows the newest addition to the community is also an alicorn, however, that went unnoticed, because now a massive giant was on Second Chance side of the field, looming over Celestia, and waiting patiently for the end of the duel.

WARWOLF: 2100 “This is the end, Battle, Power Gladiator, attack Galdred, Power thrust!” the stallion lifted the axe and smash the crouching pony, breaking the shield of it and some of the pieces hitting Celestia. 3200 – 2200 = 1000 CELESTIA 5900 – 1000 = 4900 “Power Gladiator can do piercing damage, meaning that no matter if your monster is in defense position, you still will have the difference as damage, now, Halberd Cannon, Direct attack, Mega Blow!” the giant finally moves, aiming both weapons on its back to Celestia, and after a little charge firing a devastating dual beam towards the solar monarch. A fiery explosion engulfs the solar mare side of the field. CELESTIA: 4900 – 4900 = 0 WINNER: SECOND CHANCE. The monsters on Chance side of the field quickly disappears, leaving both duelist in the middle of the town square, however, all the ponies were stamping the ground and cheering wildly, Celestia with a beaming smile, flap her wings and land near Second Chance, wich in turn bows respectfully towards the monarch. “Second Chance, you are a worthy opponent, no matter if I lost today, I have had a lot of fun, any help you could need with your company or with this technology, myself and my sister will be glad to provide it” Celestia states, again the crowd begins to stomp the ground, and a lot of it approaches the two duelists. “Thank you, your highness,” the stallion says above the crowd’s cheers, “but I want to extend my gratitude to all my new friends: Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Spike and Twilight, my partner and also CEO of Kaiba corp, Lonely Tears and the others in Manehattan who provides the components for the duel disks, and I gladly will answer all the questions that all of you have about the game or the technology. As soon as the princess defeat has been announced, companies from all the Equestria (even some from Gryff and Zebrika) had come to the quiet town in order to get something about the technology or the game, however after a little incident regarding the newest of the Cutie mark Crusaders, a gallon of paint, and some feathers, Second Chance had announced that the game would be first developed in Equestria, and all the other countries interested in it will have to wait. Also, a couple of Canterlot printers will aid in the developing of the card game, once Second Chance have decided where the main office of his company should be. That afternoon Second Chance, Nyx and Twilight where relaxing on a park near the library, the newest member of the CMC was playing with Chance with one of the many decks the stallion had. “Now I summon fortune lady, Dark in my side of the field, and I can do a direct attack” the filly shouts excitedly, after a little calculation, she gasped, and began to do a victory dance around the stallion“I win, I win against the stallion who has defeated Princess Celestia.” “Don’t you get cocky squirt, I let you win” Second Chance says, clearly annoyed, “but you get the grasp of the Dueling Monsters, and I want to give you one gift.” “Really?” Nyx says, his eyes sparkling. “Really, you know that when I finish the building of my company, I get the printers for expanding the game?” when the filly nods, the older pony continues “all the other ponies will be playing this game, however, I want to give to you that deck.” “You really mean it?” Nyx says, when again Second Chance nods, she began to jump all over the place, giggling and then, when she stops to catch her breath, she began to examine her new deck, both Twilight and Second Chance approaches from behind the filly. “She is very happy, Thank you” says Twilight. “Yes!, thank you daddy, this is the best gift ever!” “Heh, don’t mention it, little one, go ahead, I need to talk with your mother” the white alicorn says, then, when the Nyx scampered off, he faced Twilight. Okay, now Miguel, put yourself together, let’s remember, I was exiting my college when some asshole almost hit a girl that you pushed away, so technically, you are the hit in that accident, now, check yourself out to find if you are injured. As I was checking myself, immediately that took another blunt blow to my mind, I am prodding myself with a white forelimb with a hoof on it. After what I think it was an eternity, but actually they were like 5 minutes, I begin to jump in joy “Yes, I made the last damn dream of every brony or pegasister alive true, suck it losers!!” After another minute or so, I finally stopped, finding a little stream and a pond I began to check how I am now, apparently I have cobalt blue/black mane, a white coat and I carry something like a vest, also near to where I wake up, the land was scorched and burnt, with some type of mark, also I found a letter in one of the pockets of my vest, fumbling with the envelope for a second I could pull out the letter. What the hay are you doing there?” I asked, at least, the white mare appears to be embarrassed. Twilight, meanwhile was scolding Nyx and Spike on eavesdropping on other ponies conversations. Anyhow, the town went back to its monotone life, at least for three or four days, when Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon do the prank of the Everfree forest to Nyx, the little brats came after class to the library, asking for Nyx, Twilight, without remembering allows the little alicorn in disguise to go out, however, when the children are alone, they give Nyx a map with a “nice location” deep in the forest, and the little black alicorn went to investigate on her own, when we were advised thanks to Applebloom and Sweetie Belle, our little filly was already lost deep in the Everfree, with some coaxing from Twilight (it is funny seeing the rage shift in the show, in real life, it is something else) the snooty bullies confess their crime, and we with our friends went to the forest, I already know that Nyx was in the Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters, but it has to be Twilight who has to found Nyx, after a huge magical surge, she went ahead and then returns with the filly passed out for exhaustion on her back. If I want to strangle the pink filly, the look on Twilight face was something else, however she and Affluent, Diamond’s mother, began to fight about which filly has to be punished for the stunt in the forest, also, when Affluent begins to pull out ranks, Twilight clearly states that, if the little menace again goes after Nyx, becoming potted plants was the less of their concerns, however, when they aren’t looking, I pulled up my Duel Disk and put a card on it. After a solid bang, that announced the leave of the unpleasant visit, I came back into the common room, and spike was on the stairs. “Whoa, Twilight,” Spike said from the back of the library. He had heard the argument and had come to investigate what was going on. “I’ve never heard you pull rank like that, using your position as Princess Celestia’s student to threaten somepony.” Whatever Twilight was going to reply was lost, when a bloodcurdling scream was heard outside the library. “AIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE” Twilight jumps in the air, running towards the door and opening it and letting us see all the rich family running as if a monster was on her tails, sort of. “Smart mule”, Twilight turns around, giving me a peck on the cheek, “but that’s why I love you."
