Project: Chimera is one of the many secret projects undertaken by the O.I.A. during the Great War. Yet even after bringing its mutated head to light thanks to the efforts of Blackjack 'The Security Mare' it was revealed that there was never any successful hybrids created.
But who's to say that a failure can't one day be a success?

This details the final month of Equestria from the view of a scientist on Project: Chimera before the apocalypse.
