Now he had a new routine.
First, he would use his ID card and enter the facility after passing through a ton of security protocols, and then he would go direct to the library on the third floor.
It was something he was getting used to because of the low contact with others. Yes, he had lost the access to his own office and was designated to help the librarian for a time while Lyra would work with E.B.C. 0102, an entity who he knew nothing of.
And so he started his work, organizing an unbearable number of sheets of papers about lost personal, rumors and entities who got neutralized.
At first, he was bored as hell, but when he understood that he could use it to find that person, he started to work more focused.
"Mr. Blank Slate?"
He looked for the sound and found the librarian looking at him with a tired stare.
"Yes?"
"Name's Moondancer. I believe you're the newbie, right?"
"Yes?"
"So do me a favor. Take this letter to your senior, miss Sparkle, I believe."
"OK, I'll do it. But I was arranging some documents now and..."
"Please. I can do your part, just go now. It is something of urgency."
"OK ma'am."
And so, Blank Slate was sent away from the library as he was starting to enjoy his duty.

Dear Twilight,
I come in contact with you in light of our friendship at the time of our scholarship because maybe you are one of the few minds who could help investigate this question.
As you might know, the agency has a total lack of knowledge about E.B.C. 0002, also known as the Alicorn sisters.
You see, almost all records about these two beings have been redacted or lost, and the only ones I could find detail them as "Entities Neutralized" or "The best rulers Equestria ever had"; and when I try to talk about it with the director, she only smiled and say to me "go get some friends", and it's infuriating!
WE NEED MORE INFORMATION!
That said, I have some points I want your opinion about.
It is said that these entities have the capacity to move the sun and moon, but I find this preposterous. The theory proposed by Maneleu Manelei about our world being in a heliocentric formation with the sun and moon has more than enough proof to be accepted by the scientific community, and yet something prevents it to happen.
Both Alicorns are told to have been neutralized, but where the bodies, remaining or even location if they alive?
Where are the studies about them and their TRUE capacity?
The only thing we know is what was told to us more than a thousand years ago.
How come the Bureau has not even once tried to find the specimens? I have been in the library for so long, reading all the registry about them in the course of centuries, but nothing has been done.
Please, Twilight, talk to the director for me. She is your mentor, after all.

As twilight read the letter, he got a little excited, as she and Moondancer were kindred spirits in the search of knowledge, the difference being that while she was at the laboratory, dealing with anomalies, Moondacer was in the library reading all the records the agency had. And for that, Twilight envy her friend.
"Thanks, Blank, I'll take care of the rest."
And with a smile, she sent her newbie away to his job.
"Director Sunny will love this, and I have so many ideas!" she thought as she walked, or maybe skipped, in the direction of the Director's office.

Special Containment Procedures: No need of containment, the entities are already neutralized.
Description:
E.B.C. 0002 consist of two entities, designated as 0002-A e 0002-B.
As a general rule, both entities are female bipedal creatures with an equestrian appearance which cause an effect in other beings who reported at the time, the feelings of calm, tranquility, and the idea that the entities are very wise — and this is believed to be a mimetic effect.
The entities show to have the primordial aspects of every Equestrian tribe that, when combined, multiplied itself. The horn and magical capacities of a unicorn, the strength and resilience of the Earth ponies, and the wings and grace of a Pegasus. These characteristics classified them as Alicorns.
The entity 0002-A, also known as "Celestia", has immaculate white fur and is seen to always be wearing her royal attire. Her height is 189 centimeter (6,2 ft), with a horn of 25 cm (0,82 ft) and wing span of (REDACTED), it is theorized that she have a connection with the sun, what would give her an enormous boost in magical power, what would explain why her mane is always floating, functioning as "regulator" of magical input/output.
There is a religion based on her, know as the church of the sun, and they claim that is her who moves the sun each day.
The entity 0002-B is know as "Luna", is the younger sister of 00002-A, and has a dark blue fur covering all its body, and is seen to always be wearing her royal attire. Her height is 180 cm (5,9 ft), with a horn of 23 cm (0,75 ft) and a wing spam of (REDACTED). As her sister, she shows to have some connection with the Moon, having the same system of control of magical input/output as her sister, making her mane float with all the color of the night sky.
And, as 0002-A, a church was made in her honor called "The Brotherhood of the Night", and they claim that is her who moves the moon and stars.
Both the claim of the church of the sun and the brotherhood of the night are to be proved the truth through test and experiments.
Addendum 1#: It's noted that from,(REDACTED) A.D. both entities 0002 A and B ruled Equestria as Dyarchy, and that was reported as a prosperous time for inhabitants. But problems arise with the war against (redacted) and (redacted).
As a consequence of the high mental burden over the 0002-B, she became susceptible to a stance of E.B.C. 0023, and this incites an (DATA ERASED) — know as incident 0002-Sigma.
Addendum 2#: After the incident 0002-Sigma, the entities abdicate the throne, they establish a constitution and a senate. After this, they disappeared, and the agency gave them the threat level of neutralized.
Addendum 3#: On 25th of(REDACTED), a petition was made to the council for a revaluation of their threat level by the researchers known as Moondacer and Twilight Sparkles; in the qualms of the lack of actual and currently knowledge of the entities.
The revaluation was denied by Rank S director Sunny Skies, who said it would be a wast of the agency funds to dig into a neutralized E.B.C.

Blank Slate was bored, not because of his job necessary, but because of his companion and, for the time, superior Miss Moondancer. No matter how many times he tried to break the ice, she would shut him down, and it was getting annoying. But then he remembered about the letter she sent to twilight.
"Er... miss Moondancer?"
"What do you want, Mister Blank Slate?" — she was cold, and her stare could even pierce plate armor.
"Are you angry about what happened to the letter you asked me to deliver?"
"No...why would I be enraged, within all the fury I can muster just because of a denied request?"
"You know, you were much more friendly before..." — He was struggling to say what he wanted, he needed to tell her — "I know, I may be a newbie, but you have been a pain in my rear ever since I got here, I ONLY WANT TO HELP YOU!"
Then, silence.
The awkward silence was killing Blank Slate inside, but then she moved.
Moondacer stood up from her table and stopped, as if thinking about her actions and behavior. She then started looking at Blank Slate gray eyes. As she did, a pink hue started to be seen in her muzzle.
"Oh... Mister Blank Slate, I'm sorry!" — she was looking legitimately apologetic— "I'm really sorry I was behaving as a foal..."
"Do not fret, it is OK. Everyone has bad days, and please call me Blank." — all while he was thinking about how bad his full name was.- "So, what made you so angry?"
"It's subject 0002, we know nothing about them, and the director doesn't want to help with researching more, we don't even have documents of the time!'
"Hum..."— A sly smile appears in Blank Slate face
'What?' — he got her curiosity
"Maybe I can help you with this..."- Moondancer ear perked up —"If we don't have 'official' fonts, maybe we can get some unofficial..."
"What do you mean?"
"Authors!"- Blank stood up from his (mockery) of table and walked to Moondancer side —"See, if the things that happened at that time were as great as you say, some author may have written something about it."
Blank looked at Moondancer eyes, he felt something warm inside him when her eyes started to shine the beauty of realization. She then hugged Blank, who stood there without knowing what to do, and then ran into the many bookshelves.
"Blank, you are a genius!"— she was almost singing. —"Of course, we have so many authors from that time that I forgot! Maybe Shake Spear wrote something or maybe Mr. H. Pferd or maybe..."
Blank Slate only smiled. He had no idea what she was mumbling about, but he was happy.
But when the door of the library opened, the sound brought him back to reality, and when he looked, it was his superior, Miss Twilight Sparkles.
"So, let's see if I'm understanding the situation" — Blank was incredulous about the situation at hand and couldn't believe his ears.- "You are telling me that Lyra, the one who should be teaching me about how NOT to cause problems with the anomalies, was compromised by the entity know as 0102, Right?"
"It's not certain...yet" — Twilight was apologetic about the subject, but still manage to go on — "So, I need your help to confirm the situation before I had to call the task force... and the director..."
"What you want to say is"Blank, you go ahead to see if it is secure for me, and if it is safe, you will enter, Right?"" — Said Blank, deadpanned.
Twilight tried to hide her face with the notes she took about the situation, but failed miserably and let a little bit of anger get out of her.
"Of course NOT, how can I call myself a senior research scientist if I can't help my friends?" - Blank looked at her, he was really surprised — "I was trained by the director to act as a mage when necessary, and you, who is nature gifted by strength being an earth pony, should go first just for precaution, I can provide help. Understood?"
"Yes. Sorry miss Twilight Sparkles."
"Call me just Twilight, I don't like titles." She coldly replied.
And so, the duo continued in the corridor to Lyra office, in absolute silence. But when they reached it, a strange smell enshrouded the outside part of the door, and when Blank could smell it, there was only one thing he could say.
"Twilight...is this smell... BOOZE?!"
The office was a mess.
Cans of beer, bottles of Vodka, apple Cinders and many other kinds of booze litter the ground, as did many types of unhealthy kinds of foods. All the while all the tables that were nicely organized in the center of the room have been trowed to the side, near the walls.
At the center of the room was the mare in question, sitting in Seiza form while playing the instrument which inspired her name.
"Lyra, we were so worried about you!" — Twilight was visibly concerned about her friend, but Lyra cut her.
"Shhh, he is sleeping!" — she spoke, trying to keep the low tone.
And so Blank and Twilight looked at the same time in her lap, and there, sleeping, was the infamous E.B.C. 0102, using Lyra thigh as a pillow.
As if choreographed, Blank and Twilight spoke at the same time.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!"
"Shhhhhhh!" — Lyra tried to silence the others "you see, I could not put him in a confinement cell... he just... he has already suffered too much..."
And as she was saying, with her right hand she started stroking the green bald head of the creature, which, for some reason, drooled as she petted him, wetting the immaculate tuxedo he was using.
"Lyra, what do you mean by that?" Twilight asked with a tenth of suspicion and concern in her voice, but Blank Slate had widened his eyes and mouth — he knew what was this green being.
"Twilight, you see, he is a suffering soul..." Lyra's voice had a sad tone — "He is an orphan. When he was a little foal, a dark wizard got to his house and killed his parents because of one prophecy..."
Twilight interest was peaked, Blank Slate couldn't believe the bullshit he was hearing.
"Then he had to live with his evil aunt and uncle, living under the stairs for twelve years". — As Lyra was talking, tears were forming in her eyes. — "and then, he got no choice but to run away and become a sailor, and with some time, he almost became a captain..."
Blank Slate knuckles were white, he was getting very angry.
"But he was betrayed and got in a prison called Château d'If, where he had stood for twenty years..." She was now openly crying. "And when he scapped... His lover abandoned him and married his worst enemy, and he was forgotten by everypony..."
"And all this booze and food?" asked twilight, cutting her tale.
"He said that, as a human, he can only eat this kind of food and drinks... so I got some for him." Lyra dried her tear and was smiling a little.
"And the lap pillow?"was Blank's turn to ask.
"I REALLY like humans, and he is a human, CAN YOU BELIEVE THE CHANCES OF THIS HAPPENING!"
Twilight was taking notes when she heard something coming from her side. It was Blank who was mumbling things to himself, she could not understand what he was thinking, but by his expression, it was not good.
"Lyra... One last question...what.is.his.NAME?"
"He called himself Anon, why?"
"OK. I have bucking enough. Let's end this BULLSHIT. NOW!"
Twilight heard the muscle and bones of Blank Slate hand cracking as he entered the room, hand in fist position and a gaze that would burn the target.
"Blank, why are you looking at Anon like this?" - as the last thing Lyra said before the realization, and then horror hit her.

At the time of this report, no one can have interactions with 0102 without supervision, and his extraction from the containment cell can only be made possible with approval of the site director and only for the tests.

E.B.C. 0102 is a male green humanoid being, with a small snout, call by him a nose, a normal mouth. He doesn't show to have any kind of fur in his body; He doesn't have any visible eyes, but can see things as if it had.
For some reason, it always wears a tuxedo, no matter the activity he is participating in or the ambience temperature.

Physical structure:
E.B.C. 0102 have 1.7 m (5.5 ft), 65 Kg (143.5 pounds), and it is shown by the tests that 0102 have the strength and constitution below the average of a unicorn, and for some reason it appears to have questionable intelligence, decision-making skills and a tendency to speak far more than needed.

Ability:
Entity 0102 is classified as a reality bender of the lowest type, seeing as he cannot do anything more than get small objects he wanted from somewhere, probably a pocket dimension, and clean his suit.
Another ability he have is to use some kind of variation of the spell "dream walk" and read any and all archives about him. He can even write text, but only in green text in the files, but he does not possess the ability to erase what's written.
It appears that the entity has some kind of mimetic effect that makes some ponies really love it or hate it. (See incident 0102 — Alpha.)
It has an uncanny ability to annoy anyone around him, so on the occasion of offensive actions by agency members, the use of force is authorized, but not the lethal kind.

The personality of 0102 is hard to deal with. He has a habit of making bad jokes, loving any kind of booze, drugs and adult materials.

Capture:
0102 was found by agents of the bureau walking aimless in the village of Ponnyvile, frightening some residents, till it was caught by members of the weather team that held him in captivity till retrieval.
It almost escaped the containment after his arrival because the researcher assigned to him got compromised by his mimetic effects. But some days later, he was recaptured by the efforts of the assistant researcher Blank Slate. (See incident 0102-Alpha)
Incident 0102 — Alpha
📝The entity was lying on the ground with his head on Researcher Lyra Lap when Researcher assistant Black Slate stormed the room, followed by Senior researcher Twilight Sparkles.
Researcher Lyra tried to stop Mr. Blank Slate with some pleas, but it did not work. After a short sprint, Mr Blank Slate kicked entity 0102 in the stomach making it awake in pain and without air.
Miss Lyra tried to stop the retrieval of 0102, but was stopped by Miss Twilight magic.
It could be seen that after the first hit, Mr Blank Slate got too excited and continue to hit the entity 0102 while saying things like "Who's your daddy?" and "Your Fucking liar!" — it was hypothesised that he was under E.B.C. 0102 mimetic effects.📝
ADDENDUM 1#:
After ABC 0102 got proper treated for his injuries, he was led to his cell.
After he acclimated with the place, the Head researcher Twilight Sparkle accompanied by the Mobile task force Lightning captain, Miss Hotline, for the first round of questions.
The group followed the corridor, all while hearing 0102 talk about much nonsense, till they reach the interrogation room.
The interrogation room was small, with only a small table, two chairs and a crystal in the ceiling for light, and a one-way glass in the wall for observation of the interactions.

Twilight** You see, mister Anonymous, I tried to be a good guest, and make an interview in a way that would be good for me and for you...
0102:** I have a bad feeling about this...
Twilight** You forced my hand.
* Following this, the head researcher Twilight Sparkles exits the interrogation room.*

Soon after the failure of the previous interview, Head researcher Twilight requested the help of blank Slate, even if it was obvious that he was affected by 0102 mimetic properties, to conduct the next interview.
He accepted on the condition that he could threaten the entity.
The Request was accepted.
On the other side of the mirror, miss Twilight and Captain Hotline stood in pronto in case of an emergency.

* At this point, Twilight sparkles authorized Captain Hotline to intervene, and it took her a minute to break him.
Till then, Blank Slate proceeded to hit 0102 many times with his fists, hooves, chair and table.*

Closing Statement:** Based on the intelligence collected, it's confirmed that 0102 is a dimensional anomaly, and it may be the source of his anomalous properties.

In the center of the beautiful place, the director of site 1, miss Sunny Skies was talking with her sister, the director of site 2 — Miss Lux Lumina.
"Lulu, this is insane" - Sunny was sipping her tea, trying to control her emotion — "Do you really believe they would be so bold?"
Miss Lux was calm, sipping a mug of coffee and, savoring the flavor, before continuing.
"Yes, dear sister. But they are not bold, they are desperate." - she put the mug in the small table in front of her — "They have been trying to run from me for some time, so I want to end this.

"Yes, you are."- Lux stood up and started getting out from the penthouse, and as she was exiting the door, she heard the sound of somepony falling head on in a sugary icing —"By the way, I'm taking you apprentice with me."
"Shunshet?" — come the voice of Sunny, muffed by a mouthful of cake. But Lux didn't stop.
3 A.M.

Sunset waved her bacon-colored hair in the cold wind, waiting for her teacher to show up. She had no idea of her intentions, but by the urgency in the letter, it had to be important. That's why she put the first clothes she found and ran to the square, still yawning.
To her surprise from her, it was not her mentor to her, Sunny, but another mare who had come to meet her.
The Unicorn mare was high, almost the size of her teacher, but she wielded a much stern look in her eyes and a pair of small glasses which complimented her formal look and tight clothes. Her short mane was platinum and her fur was a beautiful dark blue.
"Miss Shimmer, do I take over?"
"Yes, and you?"
"I'm your teacher's sister. Call me Lux" —she raised her hand to Sunset, who took it — I asked my sister to call you, I want your help. "
"Wait ... Miss Lux!" - Sunset was astonished by the mare sentence— "I'm just a student, how can I help you?"
"You would be surprised" - Lux smiled slightly - "But wait a moment, it seems we have company."
With the last sentence, Lux stood quietly looking at the sky. Sunset was extremely confused and looked around, but no matter how many times she searched, there was only she and Miss Lux in the square.
