UPDATE: I apologize, but this story is now abandoned. In light of all the comments on the recent chapters, I simply do not see a satisfactory way to finish this plot. I consider it a failure and will no longer attempt to continue. I will however take the lessons learned here forward into my future stories.

Anon had a pretty miserable life back on Earth, so when Twilight's spell goes wrong and accidentally pulls him to Equestria, he thought he had a chance at a better life. Unfortunately, he is having trouble making friends in Ponyville and doesn't understand why. He hopes working at Sweet Apple Acres will give him the chance to get on the Apples' good side and that might improve everypony's opinion of him.

Fortunately, it turns out southern hospitality extends into Equestria, too.
