Chapters To whoever is reading this book, remember it… This story will be lost in time over the years but it leads to a gigantic event in Equestria bigger than those during the age of chaos.
I am Dr. Highbeam, this story will be about how another victim was taken by “it” again…
For those who don’t know, most parasites and diseases come and go in this world's history. But this one parasite stayed around.
Pingunis Temora, also known as “The Pink Death”, has been around for centuries, it takes its host when a pony touches it. It possesses them and takes over their body, then the host starts causing chaos, death, destruction, and is very happy with also a gigantic obsession with the color pink.
Symptoms of the Pink Death are; pink eye color replacing their original eye color, their childish voice, and playing around like a foal during christmas.
Well the story i'm about to tell you is a story about another victim having fallen to the Pink Death, but this host wasn’t a normal pony, it was an alicorn of high power…
The typewriter clanks with a clicking noise as the text kept getting longer and longer with the candle next to it slowly melting.
Monday, May 17th
1:00 PM
Ponyville Museum
Princess Twilight Sparkle was walking around the museum hallway while writing notes, she was very ecstatic about this since she grew interested in all the historical things that could lie in these halls.
“Ooo! Paintings from the age of empires! There, more notes for my project.”
Twilight was also doing this trip as she wanted to make a giant book about the history of Equestria, just to make her mentor, Princess Celestia, proud of her work.
She then bumped into something and winced in pain, she looked back up to see something she had never seen before. It was a large quartz pillar and at the top was a floating pink orb, the orb seemed to be undulating like waves in the ocean floors.
“Huh…what is this thing?” She said as she tapped the glass box containing it. The thing seemed to jolt as if it had woken up, now it was undulating more like it was trying to move around in its prison.
Twilight looked at the pillar being a sign, but the sign was so old that it was worn out and she couldn’t read the letter on it as they had been decayed and smoothened out.
Little did she know that the sign had a message on it, “DON'T TOUCH AT ALL COSTS” used to be scrolled on the plaque before being wiped with age.
Twilight lifted up the glass box and placed it gently on the floor and she sat down. Her eyes gleaming and widening as she saw the floating orb moving around but it was still locked in place.
She quickly began writing notes down in her book before looking up at it and thinking.
“Why are you here? You don’t seem like anything special to me..” She said as she brought her hoof closer to the surface of the pink blob.
The end of the alicorn’s hoof touched the surface and it made a wavelike motion and flattened on the end of her hoof as if it was a liquid but floating. It made Twilight feel a cool and tingly sensation on the surface.
That was how the parasite gets its victims, they draw them in with a chilly sensation along with the tingles down their leg, next was step two, by the time a pony gets to step 2, they were already a goner.
The blob began to slowly seep into Twilight coat and skin, but the parasite uses more tingles down their body to stop the host from freaking out, it also then releases a feeling of tickling.
“Haha! H-Hey! No fair, what are you doing- haha!” She playfully said as the blob kept going into her leg. By the time it was done now it was a pink ring in her skin at the end of her hoof.
“What the-?” Before she could think the pink ring started to go down her leg towards her body, along the way it sent spikes of pain down her arm as when it got to the base of her arm, a pink flash occurred.
Twilight fell over, her purple eyes became neon pink, and she passed out on the floor…
The author stopped for a bit to take a sip of his tea before pulling the paper back to the right side of the typewriter,
This is where it all began..she was already a goner….
Twilight soon woke up and rubbed her head as she got up, she looked around and at herself before smiling and looking around the room…
“Oooo yes! I haven’t had playtime in a while! I better see what has changed since my last playtime!” Twilight said in a different voice then her normal one, she kept on giggling and sounded like she was roleplaying as a foal, with a childish and playful tone.
She knew the layout of the museum ever since she was locked up there, so she turned to the end of the hallway that led to the lobby and main entrance. She giggled before skipping in a jolly mood while humming to herself.
As she exited the museum doors her grin turned into a big smile as her pink eyes grew and sparkled. She twirled around in a little dance in excitement.
“Yes yes yes! I can’t wait for more playtime! Better to start now than later with my fun!” She said before skipping down the main PonyVille road while looking around in awe….
The author ripped the paper off the typewriter and put it in the new pile of papers for this new book, he just added a new paper onto the machine, lit another candle, took his last sip of tea before continuing to hit those circle keys as he sighed to himself, he knew this story and knew its ending, but that didn't make it easier to bare with every time…
It was a jolly day in PonyVille today, with smiles everywhere with the fruit stands and restaurants giving off amazing smells.
One smile stood out from the rest…. The biggest smile in the town.
Twilight trotted in town, her smile big as her eyes were sparkling as she looked around.
“Wow! A lot has changed since I last played! Speaking of that….”
Twilight spotted the closet house next to her. Her eyes gleaned.
“Woopie!” She said as a pink beam launched from her hoof and when it hit the house, the home turned into a wax like structure, and it began malting into a big pink puddle, she then did it to another house next to her, causing the house to turn into blobby pink shapes that started to fly in the air randomly.
Everypony was shocked and in panic, so much so that they didn’t notice Twilight smiling the entire time.
Twilight then teleports away, going away from the chaos happening at the end of the town, she teleports a little out of town, she starts bouncing around like Pinkie before hearing something.
“Ey Twilight! Just the mare I wanted to see!” A voice said from above, Twi looked up to see Dash flying down from a cloud before landing on the ground.
“Hey Dash! What's going on?”
That was the thing about The Pink Death, it gained the memories of its host, and it was very smart, making quick and excellent calculations. This intelligence was the main reason the parasite lasted for centuries while other diseases fell over time
“Eh nothing too big, just wanted to see how you were doing since you spent a little longer in the museum than you said earlier…”
Twilight knew Dash would catch on if she didn’t do something soon… So she came up with an excuse instantly with their intelligence…
“It’s nothing, I’m doing great! I just got lost in my notes cause I was a little too interested in the arts there..”
“Ha! Wow, you seem in a good mood Twilight! You sound like you just came back from a party!”
“Hahahahaha! I’m just planning something BIG!”
“Well what is it?”
“That’s a secret!” Twilight said while nudging Dash’s shoulder. Dash laughed it off before flying away as Twi’s smile grew thinking of the fun to do.
The parasite looked through Twi’s memories and spotted a place that could use some fun. So she teleported away…
Twilight arrived at Sweet Apple Acres, trees stretched for miles, with the big red barn being in big contrast with the blue sky.
She walked up to the barn doors when somepony spotted her, Twi’s eyes sparkled with an idea for a pinch of fun being brought to this rusty place.
“Heya Twi! Whatcha’ doin’ here?” AppleJack said while swiping some sweat from her exhausted head after hours of working.
“I just came to see how you were doing! Has the work been good?”
“It’s been alright, working hard is a tough job with all these trees. Say, you seem hungry, want an apple?”
AJ took out a juicy and smooth apple and brought it up to her. Twi lifted it up with her magic, then looked at it with disgust, with a flash of her horn, the apple turned into a bright pink color before she ate it then.
As Twi ate the tender apple AJ looked in confusion, as if somepony had just disrespected her family name…because somepony kinda just did.
“T—Twilight…. What the fu-” She couldn’t finish before Twilight got up close and booped her nose with her hoof.
“Boop!” Twi said in a baby voice, AJ blushed in confusion and shock of how close she got to her face, she couldn’t react before her orange coat turned bright pink, she backed up and looked at herself in horror and embarrassment, her blush darkened as Twilight just bounced into the barn leaving AJ there.
“E-Ey HEY! TWILIGHT! GET BACK HERE!” The pink farm pony yelled while chasing after her into the red building.
Twilight pounced around and off the walls, every time she landed on the walls or floor the surface became a pink goo that started to float around like bubbles. The sounds of crashing and things breaking were heard through the whole house.
AppleBloom came running down the stairs in a panic.
“WHAT THE HAY IS GOING ON HERE-” The little filly said before noticing her bigger sister’s appearance. She couldn’t hold it back and started laughing very loudly as she fell on the ground. Meanwhile AJ looked back in anger at her little sister, as Twi was still bouncing around the house.
“Applebloom SHUT YOUR DAMN MOUTH! Twilight did this to me!” With that Applebloom started to get up with tears of joy still coming out of her eyes.
“Hahaha! W-Why would Twilight make you look like tha- HAHAHAHA!”
“See! Somepony is having fun here other than me!” Twi said before her horn glowed and everything changed…
The three ponies were now floating in a neon pink void, with blobs bigger than a whale, and stretching as far as the eye could see. AppleBloom stopped laughing as she tried to remain in balance while floating. It was like being in space but you could still do everything else.
“W-What the… Twilight, what is the meaning behind all of this!” AJ roared out with echoes going throughout the area. Twilight just started to float with her wings, only..upside down. She then started to fly around Aj and her sister in circles, like prey being circled by hunters.
AJ shielded her sister in protection, she wouldn’t let Twilight get near her….
“Why are you so angy all the time girl? I just want to spread some fun upon this sad world and add some things it needs! One thing being….this world needs more pink… but I’m sure you can understand? Don’t you just want to have fun non-stop and never get bored? Not having to do those chores, those jobs, or anything annoying again!”
AppleBloom’s eyes raised in thought.
“AppleJack..she does have a point..It would be fun to not do work all the time and party all day!”
“See? Your sister wants some fun…how about you let it into AJ?” Twilight stopped circling and floated above them while giggling loudly.
“Twilight. While I myself don’t like working all the time or doing chores, it’s what gets things done! If we always do fun there nothing will get do-”
“Ughhh…BOOOORRRRIINNGG!” Twilight cutoff AJ in response. “I see your one of them, you don't want fun, playtime, all you want is there to be a sad and miserable world. *Giggles* But don’t worry, I can change all your minds eventually…
Till the world sees the day,
Life will be nothing but gray.
So it’s my turn to show the fun,
Till the whole world can party and laugh like one!”
Twilight then booped her own nose..and it was all gone, they were back in the barn, the pink bubbles were gone, AJ’s coat was back to orange, and Twilight was gone and instead in her place was a pink balloon that floated in the air before hitting the ceiling…
The balloon hit the ceiling, AJ knew it was over but was still on the edge.
“Somethin’ aint ‘aight with that girl…”
Twilight appeared in front of Carousel Boutique, memories told her that one of her friends was here.
She opened the door and looked around then saw Rarity working on the sewing table, while Spike next to her pretended to work on something but would keep looking at Rarity and working when she looked in his direction. Twi only giggled at her assistant’s behavior.
“Heeya!” Twilight said, waving her hoof high, Rarity jolted a bit and almost pierced her hoof with the machine.
“Twilight! While I am happy you're here, don't sneak up while I'm using a dangerous machine!” Rarity warned.
“Sorry! Just wanted to see what you two were doing.”
“Me and Spike are just working on some dresses and orders-” Rarity said before one of the yarn balls fell and rolled across the floor leaving a line across the room.
Twi then started to chase the ball like a cat, but always having it slip out her hoofs every time she got it, causing her to wreck things across the lobby going back and forth as Rarity looked in horror.
“TWILIGHT!” Rarity roared in anger. “WHAT IS THE MEANING OF ALL OF THI-” Rarity couldn't finish as she appeared in a pile of something. She held her breath as she swam to the surface, she coughed pink glitter out of her mouth as she saw that her entire boutique turned into a giant pile of pink glitter..
Spike soon also came up coughing violently. The Twilight jumped out of the pile and pounced away, as at the same time, the yarn morphed into the shape of ponies and they began moving and dancing around as they started to walk into the public.
Eyes watched as the chaos unfolded, but before Twi left she looked back and waved goodbye, while also leaving a message.
“Oh! Also Rars, Spike loves you!” The happy alicorn said before trotting away. As Rarity looked daggers into Spike, while he blushed and covered his face…
The author stopped to take a break, his hoof cramping from typing. Dr. Blueshift, Dr.Highbeam’s assistant took a deep breath as she walked up to him.
“H-Hey…you doing okay? You’ve been in this room ever since you started this story, you’ve been in here for 8 hours. Are you sure you don't need food or something?”
“I’ll just have some food, but I’m not leaving this room until I'm done with this article..” Highbeam said in his deep calm voice.
“But sir! You need to spend some time outside, talk to ponies, you can’t just sit here all the ti-” Her rebuttal is cut off as Dr. Highbeam slammed the table with his hoof. His voice went from a deep and calm to one of anger but still showing composure.
“Enough I’m staying here, end of discussion! You know how much this story…means to me…how much this…tragedy…affects me… I-I’m not leaving until I’m able to tell people about this terror!”
With that, Blueshift just left without saying a word, going to get the food he demanded….
“You need help…” She said under her breath as she walked out the room. Meanwhile Dr.Highbeam just sighed and went back to writing.
As Twilight hopped away from the chaos-ridden town, she then realized about her wings, so she decided to give them a shot. She slowly flapped with strength and over time she was now around 30 feet above the town, as she looked around, her smile grew bigger.
“Ooooo YESYESYESYESYESSSS!!! Imagine all the fun I can ha-” Twi’s excitement paused as she looked down, her stomach growling with hunger, demanding something to eat.
She looked around the town below her before spotting a big building that looked like it was made of sweets. With a flash look through memories, they did have food. So she dived, flying through the stress as ponies backed away to not get hit in the charging pony.
With Twilight landing with a little crash, she groaned as she wiped off the dust. She had never been in a body with horns AND wings… With her folding up her wings, she walked into the door of the sugary building..
As she walked in she was about to say something when…she stopped, her mouth opening in shock, her eyes growing in surprise to what she was seeing in front of her.
She saw a pony at the counter getting something from a cabinet. After a calculation in her mind, she conducted that she was around 99% pink, having a pink coat and mane, while her eyes and cutie mark remained different colors.
Twilight started salivating and shaking upon seeing this mare in the building…
Pink…pink! PINK! PINKPINKPINKPINK! SHE IS ALL PINK! Twi’s smile grew to appear on most of her face as she jumped.
Pinkie Pie, being the one selling the candy, turned her head and saw her friend pounce on her. As Twilight squeezed her in a hug and shook her around violently.
“OHMYGOSHOHMYGOSHOHMYGOSHOHMYGOOOOOSSSSSHHHH!” Twilight said in an ear-piercing squeaky voice as if she were Pinkie herself.
Pinkie, using her mysterious world bending powers, slipped through Twi’s tough grasp and went in front of her.
“Woah Girl! You're in a good mood! So what's going on? *Gasps* You having a party or something without me or something?”
“Hahaha! N-No no no no…I’m just….really excited, I want to have a break and have fun today!” Twilight responded, her smile huge, her body only slightly shaking, and only a bit of drool coming from her mouth.
ACT NORMAL TWILIGHT! ACT, NORMAL!
“Wow Twi! I can see your salivating! Are you hungry, cause I can get you some sweets for free, my treat!”
“Y-Yea.. I’m actually really hungry!” The giggly pony said, trying to not go and squeeze the pink pony in a hug again.
As Twilight sat at one of the table’s near the entrance, she looked at Pinkie the entire time, flicking through her memories in her mind. Seeing her world bending abilities as she chuckled to herself seeing the antics she got in with it.
With her world bending abilities, and my powers, we can make the WHOLE WORLD PINK! We can even use this world to make our giant playground!
Twi then looked at herself, seeing her purple coated arm. Her eyes squinted in anger..
Purple…close to pink…but not enough… She looked back at Pinkie making the sweets for both of them.
I am going to be by that mare…all the time…NO MATTER WHAT…

Heyya humans! I was able to break in and get on his computer, just wanted to say...do you like pink? Answer....OR ELSE....
Pinkie and Twilight sat at the table eating the candy Pinkie made, while Celestia’s sun slowly went down the horizon.
Both the happy ponies ate some gumdrops, lollipops, and other little sweets.
“Mmmm! This is good! So Twi, what made you all happy all of a sudden? I thought you would continue your party pooper self..”
“Well…I..I-I started to realize that all my studies made me excluded from the fun you girls have. So, I’m thinking of letting it out and having some fun, I haven’t had fun antics in a while..being a princess and all…” At that Pinkie’s expression softened, maybe due to sleepiness or seriousness.
“Twilight, you could have just told me, the ol’ inkster here would have made you go into a fun fiasco!” Pinkie chuckled as she put her hoof to her chest.
“Hahaha! Pinkie, you always seem to somehow make us all laugh!”
Pinkie then looked at the setting sun, then a yawn happened as a wave of fatigue kicked in.
“Alright Twi, I think it might be time to head home. It has been nice talking to you tonight.”
“Aww maaaannnn! Can’t I stay a bit longer?”
“While I would like a sleepover..my schedule is too filled up to do that…maybe some other time!”
Twilight then sighed as she slowly got up.
“Oh Twi! One more thing before you go!”

“See ya tomorrow Twilight!” Pinkie said before closing the door. Twilight had a full stomach and the moon was just cracking on the horizon.
“Wow! This was one good first day of fun. Maybe some sleep will get all that fun mood back in me..” Twilight then turned around and started walking home.
As the happy princess was walking home while enjoying the big moon in the sky, somepony noticed her.
“Hey there! Wait, Twilight?” Twi looked in the corner of her eye to see a pony walking up to her. She assumed that it was a fan, then she saw that the pony was dark green.
Green….the EXACT OPPOSITE OF PINK!
With that Twilight’s glaze turned into a glare before closing her eyes and walking away like a fancy pony after being offended, and when the pony got close. A gushing sound was heard with a flash of Twi’s horn.
The pony had been split in half, vertically, both of his sides slowly fell apart while organs, veins, and gushing blood tried to keep the severed parts together as the blood pooled, while Twi continued to walk away with a grin.
“YOU NEED SLEEP! You haven’t gotten rest in 11 hours!” Dr. Blueshift yelled out, causing HighBeam to stop mid type and turn towards her.
“What is wrong with you! You don’t know what it's like to have someone….familiar taken away!”
“Wha-Uh-YES I DO! My mom died before I could learn how to speak! You’re telling me that your situation is more drastic than mine-”
“MIND YOUR OWN DAMN BUSINESS! I DON’T NEED SLEEP, I DON’T NEED ANYPONY! ALL I NEED IS TO COMPLETE THIS STORY. THIS MEANS SO MUCH TO ME…SOMEONE CLOSE WAS TAKEN AWAY FROM ME….I…I-I remember when we used to play tag at the park, when we always sleepover and talked about school.
Dr. Highbeam looked up slowly, looking at the corner of his eye to a picture frame of Twilight…
Twilight laid in her bed with a big smile as she cuddled her pillow closely like a loved one. As she went into slumber, her smile remained, as the room slowly got darker in the night.
Twilight laid in a black void, her breathing heavy. The void stretched for miles but she felt like she was still contained in a cage. She felt empty and overfilled, feeling like she had the pressure from being deep in a pool.
“W-What do you want from me? Please, let me go!” The pony yelled into the darkness, she felt colder and colder as the parasite took more control.
In the void, a face appeared, white eyes and a mouth, smiling down on her.
“Relax Twilight, I just want to have fun in this boring world!”
“You just killed an innocent pony in cold blood!” Why do you need my body to have your ‘fun’?”
“And you will help me cause even more fun! We need to make this depressing world shed some light of fun. I can't do it since I don't have a body, but I thank you for helping me. Trust me, I will keep you alive and healthy and in return YOU help me shed the light on Equestria!”
Twilight’s eyes widened as she realized what was happening, there was no way out. She started to break down and cry on the floor as the face faded away into the void.
W-Why! Why did I touch that blob! This world is gonna end all because of me…I didn’t mean this…I’m so sorry Celestia…
“GET OUT OF MY SIGHT YOU BITCH!” Highbeam roared back at the sniveled mare. She just left without saying anything.
Stress, the only way he’s acting like this is because of stress! He is normally such a sweet stallion…I can’t blame him though..somepony very close was taken from him..
Highbeam heard the door slam, a tear of anger escaped him as he turned back to the typewriter. Every Time he saw that damn machine all he thought was the story.
Parasite….WHY?....
He slowly put his hoof back up as he hit the keys. It felt like the machine was screaming in pain from too much use quickly, but Highbeam continued anyway. As he pushed more memories back…
The light of the sun came into the room as Twi slowly opened her eyes and got up out of bed. She walked downstairs in the library where she saw Spike eating. After a bit of eating breakfast she was about to get up when Spike burped up a letter with his fire breath.
Twilight slowly took the letter up with her magic and unfurled it.
Dear Twilight Sparkle
Me, Princess Cadance, and other high ponies are having a gala party at the Canterlot Castle.
We think you would make a great addition to the party, I also haven’t seen you in a while and I want to catch up with what you were doing all this time.

“Ooooooo! A party! I can have so much fun there with all the ponies there! And with the Princess and Cadence? This is awesome!” Then Twilight grew a grin as she muttered to herself. “Even better, I have some unfinished business with Celestia, loooonnnggg overdue…”
As Twilight left Spike and started walking to the Canterlot train station, she noticed something. Everypony was quiet and looking at her as they whispered to each other.
The rumors were spreading, about AJ, Rarity, and other shenanigans they have seen their friendship princess do.
Highbeam stopped for a second, breathing heavily while looking at his picture of Twilight next to the typewriter.
Meanwhile Blueshift stood at the open door, not moving or saying anything, her mind debating whether to enter or leave him alone.
Her wings fluttered, as if telling her to go in and talk to him, while her body restrained. Her mind won as she silently walked away.
Twilight stood in front of the big white Canterlot castle, her eyes glowing, the last time she went to the princesses castle it was still the Castle of The Two Sisters. She then walked up to the main door and the two guards opened up and she walked past them.
“Thank you!” She chirped happily as she walked into the big hall, after the guards closed the main door one of their faces became confused.
“D-Did she seem a bit….friendly to you-”
“I'm too tired alright I can’t be in stupid conversations right now.” The other guard retorted while the other one got a sour face before looking away.
Twilight was in awe looking at the colored window designs, her eyes huge in excitement. As she walked the sound of the party got louder, just when Twi was about to open the door to the party, she heard a voice, her face turned into annoyance and she groaned.
You know you're annoying when somepony like me wants nothing to do with you….
Twilight sighed and looked to the side to see somepony walking towards her with his usual expression.
“Twilight! I didn’t expect you to be here, I thought this galla was for real royals! Hahaha!” The pony said in his usual smug expression.
Prince Blueblood….We meet again….
The Twi got an idea to get rid of him, to stop him from being his usual annoying self, forever. With a flash of her horn a pink bouncy ball appeared behind her on the floor as she put on a fake smile.
“Blueblood? You're here too? I didn’t see you anywhere, have you been here all day?” Twi said with gridded teeth trying to keep the mask on.
“Well in fact I ha-..what's that?” Both of them looked back as the pink ball on the ground.
“I…don’t know…maybe somepony dropped it? Check it to see if there is a name on it.” As Blueblood slowly walked to the ball, Twi’s smile grew in evil contortion.
As Blueblood bent his head down to look closely at the ball, he touched it with his hoof then the sounds of shrieking appeared. Blueblood was now sinking into the ground as if it was quicksand, blood spilling out as his skin burned while he slowly went into the hellish fire hole.
Now, all that remained was the pink ball on the floor, and a warm spot on the quartz floor. Twi then walked up to the ball and began bouncing it up and down while giggling.
“Your pink perfection is why im having fun!” Twi said to the ball who didn’t respond, she flashed the ball away before going into the party room.
When the door opened a bright light filled the room with partying ponies talking and socializing, and at the end of the room was a big throne with Celestia and Cadance talking to each other, Twi grew a smile as she ran up to the throne. She stopped right at the throne causing both princesses to stop talking and see her.
“Twilight! It’s good to see you again” Cadence said as she hugged Twilight and she hugged back, then they let go and did what they always did.
“Sunshine, Sunshine, Ladybugs Awake! Clap Your Hooves, and Do a Little Shake!”
Both the mares said while doing the dance along with it before laughing. Celestia also chuckled seeing this unfold, then Twi turned her attention to the white alicorn.
Dr. Highbeam stopped as Blueshift put her hoof on his arm.
“Trust me, a break will get your mind cleared up and help you.”
“You sure? Cause I could use a break and take some time not thinking about what happened..”
“Come on, I made pasta!” Blueshift said with a smirk, High Beam stopped and licked his lips, she knew that his favorite food was pasta, it was her usual way to get Highbeam on her side.
For that Highbeam for the first time in a while, went out of his chair and walked with Blueshift towards the kitchen while Blueshift laid her wing on Higbeam’s side, with Higbeam giving her a glare, with his assistant only giving him a smile in return.

After a long meal and break Highbeam returned to the room, and Blueshift left him alone, a big smile now on his face for the day. His smile faltered a bit as he saw the typewriter again. He sighed and he got back up on his seat and started typing, but he still liked the time he spent off this story.
As the keys were typed on that damn old machine, Blueshift decided to get some rest for the day, she went on the bed in her room and laid stomach up. She stared at the ceiling, not falling asleep, but bringing back some old memories…

Blueshift was sitting at the park bench, while Highbeam and Twilight played in the grass together. Blueshift is around 10 years older than Highbeam so she decided to take on the babysitting job to earn some bits before moving out of her parents house.
Since the age difference, Twilight and Highbeam were both foals at this time, both using their magic to carry sticks and use them like swords. After a long day the two foals were now talking about stories they heard at school, but they couldn’t stay up for long as they soon fell asleep.
Blueshift walked up to the two sleeping foals and picked them up and put them on her back as she walked back to their house.

“Do you really have to go?” Said the young Twilight, Highbeam had to leave since their sleepover was done and it was now the next day.
“Yes Twi, the sleepover’s done and I have to get back home before my mom worries, she can be a bit…protective when she worries about me…”
“B-But but but-” Twi tried to retort with tears appearing before a wing wrapped around her side.
“It’s alright Twilight, it’s not like the world is ending, you see him again very soon, it’s just that you had your sleepover and now he has to go back home.” Blueshift said in a comforting motherly tone as she used her wing to pull the crying filly in her hug.

Blueshift laid on the bed with small tears forming, she missed the old days when they were together, always there for each other. She couldn't hold those old memories forever, so she turned to the side and closed her eyes to sleep…
Twilight turned her attention from Cadence to Celestia, her mind thinking of her plot to get revenge, the white alicorn now decided to check up on her closest pony, besides Luna.
“Hello Twilight. I’m so glad you came to this party, I wanted to talk to you, what you have been doing and just to check up on a friend.” Celestia said to her in a calm tone, Celestia was good at that, she is a normal pony underneath that princess mask she holds when around other ponies, only Luna can see the real pony within her.
“Well Celestia, I have been doing pretty great with my studies, and have gotten some time with friends, this is one party I must say.”
“My my, you're in a good mood Twi!” Cadence said to Twi as she chuckled, the mare just looked at her and started talking to her again about other things.
But while Twi was talking to Cadence, Celestia’s eyes narrowed at Twilight, even if Twi didn’t see her doing it. Those two words stuck out, Good Mood . She knew something was up with her, she never sounded like this, this can’t be the Twilight she knows, but, it is Twilight who stands in front of her. She shook her head trying to get those weird thoughts out of her mind.

It had been around 30 minutes and the party was ending with each pony walking out the door.
“It was fun talking to you again, see you around!” Cadence said giving another hug to Twilight before Twi got out the door and disappeared in the hall. Cadence had a happy smile to her sister, while Celestia still had confusion in her face as she spoke up.
“D-Did she seem…different, to you?” At that Cadence looked up to the princess, her happy demeanor faltering instantly.
“What do you mean..?”
“She…seemed more happy..”
“Well yea I noticed it too, but she might just be in a good mood after all. She was able to meet up with us after a while.”
That did make sense, Celestia looked through all her memories from her over 1000 years of living as she tried to compare Twilight before today, and the Twilight she saw. The first thing she noticed was her personality. Then her….
Wait, purple eyes…pink eyes..? Wait, no..it’s impossible, it can’t be…
Celestia’s face contorted from confusion to slight panic. Cadence was about to say something but a guard came from the door and to the throne holding something.
“Princess! We got a photo from the PonyVille museum.” With that he handed the photograph to the princess, Tia then took the photo and when she looked at it her heart skipped a beat as she froze in place, her eyes widening.
The photo was one in a big room, with the center having a quartz pillar, a glass box on the floor, and a certain thing missing from the pillar, with police tape surrounding the pillar allowing no pony to get close to it. Her mind connected the dots, but Tia wanted to try again and again, but each time the result of connecting the dots was the same.
Nononononono….T-This can’t be….we haven’t had one in so long..but…Twilight…..no NO NO!

Twilight walked out of the big doors, as she walked out she turned back to the two guard ponies at the door. She sat on the ground with a smirk and put her hooves in the air. Both the guards were confused, but then saw thin pink strings come from the sky and wrap around their legs.
With Twi moving her hooves, the guard floated up in the air like puppets on strings…well…they were… Twilight began moving her hooves in an elegant pattern causing the guards to float around in the sky like a ballet performance, both the guards were screaming in fear and confusion, while the purple pony giggled on the floor like a filly.
When Twi was done playing with a yawn, she curled a hoof causing both guards to turn to ash and fly in the wind. Twilight just stood up and continued walking back home.

The guard had backed up and gone out of the room when the princess started shaking a bit, still staring at the photo. Cadence wondered why Tia was so surprised by this photo, her eyes filled with worry as she looked at the white alicorn, seeing a tear roll down Celestia’s cheek as she kept staring at the photo.
Paradise Turned To Misery...
Twilight stretched her hooves in the air as she woke up early in the day. She did a couple back stretches while she stood on the floor while yawning. Before she walked out the front door she stopped and had a feeling, she felt something was off.
Somepony knows… I don’t know who, but somepony….
Twilight thought carefully on what to do, if she goes outside the pony who knows might catch them. So Twi closed her eyes and focused for a bit, after a bit of seconds she opened her eyes again, but now her eyes were back to their original purple.
That was a parasite’s last resort, changing the eye color back makes a perfect disguise, the only reason they don’t do it all the time is that it takes up a lot of energy to keep the perfect camouflage.
She opened the door and walked out. It was a normal happy day in Ponyville, but as she walked slowly she looked around trying to spot the one who found out.
No one else knows my secret..but then who does-
“AAAAHH!” Twilight yelped as something large hit her side with such force she began to fly a few feet away, as she flew she felt a sharp pain in her side and her leg before hitting the wall.
Silence filled the town as a crowd formed with everypony in shock. As Twilight tried to get up she looked at herself and saw a huge gash on her side leaking blood, and one of her hind legs was bent in the wrong direction.
Damnit, gonna have to fix this before this body becomes useless.
Twilight looked up to what had charged at her like a bull, she froze and saw Princess Celestia herself giving Twi a death glare after doing the bull ramming thing. Everypony was giving their princess a look of horror at what she had done.
Celestia began slowly moving towards the hurt mare as ponies were wondering why their princess would hurt someone so close to her. Each step gave Twilight a bit of a migraine as she tried to think of how to get out of here.
No one else knows my secret…THE HOSPITAL!
“GET AWAY FROM ME!” Twilight screamed with tears out of her eyes as she teleported away to the hospital, leaving shocked and angry ponies with a stone-faced Tia whose face wasn’t moving.

Twilight’s head throbbed back and forth from the loss of blood, meanwhile Nurse Redheart was stitching up the gash on her side, she had already put a cast on her hind leg before and now Twilight wanted to just go to sleep.
“There, that should do it, you feel alright? After…everything?”
“I-I don’t know, why would Celestia hurt somepony so close to her…why…?” Twilight acted out with small tears forming. Redheart just looked her in her eyes with a reassuring look.
“ I know everything must be a jumble in your mind right now, but me and all the ponies are here for you. Just get some rest alright? If you need me just press the nurse button.” She concluded before walking out the door.
Before going to sleep Twilight needed to do something but couldn’t with this fatigue, she was also alone now so she quickly broke the disguise, causing her eyes to fade back into pink.
She opened a little hole in the sky in front of her that showed her a view of the rest of her friends talking at a table about what happened, each with a worried and sorrowed expression. Twilight smiled at that.
They really do care about me…
Then an evil smile grew
They would do anything for little ol me…
With that she closed the spell before looking at the ceiling with a yawn.
“Guess I was wrong about this body, this body is a one way ticket for lots of fun…and revenge..” Twi chuckled before turning to her side to go to sleep.
“DRINKING!? Y-Your drinking now? Why!?” Blueshift screamed as she went to Highbeam’s side.
“L-loookk, j-zust calm down alright. It takes the pain away from the story.”
“Drinking will get you nowhere, you have to face the emotions you feel to get past them!”
“L-Like *hic* like you were affected by Twilight's incident.”
“Of course I am! You think I’m not affected by her? I used to babysit you two, does that not say how much I cared for you and Twilight?”
“Fiiiinnne if you say so…no more drinking if you stop complaining.”
“F-Fine.” Blueshift said before carrying the loopy Highbeam to the other room to cool off.
Twilight was now in Ponyville a few days after the incident. She had stitches on her side and her right hind leg was pinned against her body with some bandages wrapping around her back body to keep that broken leg still.
The ponies all looked at her in sorrow and pained expressions. Twilight knew where she was going, someplace she wanted to go for a while and would be perfect to calm her down and make bigger bonds.
She went up to the door, her eyes turning back to purple, then knocking the door to SugarCube Corner.

“WHY DID YOU HURT TWILIGHT!?” Cadence roared with angry tears flowing down her cheek. While Celestia was trotting in the room in a circle.
“You don’t understand, I have been alive so long that I have seen evils and other things you would never know. When I saw Twilight yesterday, I saw an evil..”
“W-What are you talking about? You just hurt someone not ONLY close to you, but close to ME!”
Celestia only sighed and turned away from the crying alicorn, and looked out the window, something came to her mind, a poem, that was just made it described how Equestria had changed from its happy paradise to a realm of misery ever since the parasite was released. She started saying it for herself and Cadence to hear, over and over.
This world was good, it knew no wrong.
All its charm, it's just all gone.
So until this world is fully done,
Ponies will fall, one by one…

Took this long bc I recently got a game and I'm addicted... along with procrastination
(I also changed the story to teen because Mature is really only used for sex stories...)
I also keep on thinking of other stories that I want to do.

A Spark of Hope | Part 1
“I bet you’re all wondering why I brought you here today.” Celestia said in her royal manner, who stood amongst Tia was Luna, Cadence, and the main 6, only minus Twilight and Pinkie. Dash glared at the princess before something came out of her mouth.
“Yea! We all wanna know your reason behind hurting our frie-” Dash was going to continue but AppleJack pulled Dash’s tail to get her to shut her mouth. Dash just laid there in silence while still giving an angry look at Celestia.
“*sigh*...well, Twilight has fallen to ‘it’” Tia said while a shadow went over her eyes. Luna felt something deep down, like if Tia is one word away from a breakdown.
“Sister..we went through many evils in our millenias of living. At least be more specific.”
Tia then glared at Luna and spoke through gritted teeth to stop herself from screaming in sorrow.
“The Pink Death…” With that the ponies all remain confused, except for Luna who has her eyes wide and starts whispering something in a fast manner before being loud enough to hear.
“H-How? We haven’t gotten a case in so long. We banished it! How could it have remained?” Luna was trying to stop a panic attack forming.
“Uhh..not to interup’ but we are all confused here.” AppleJack said noticing the air get cold.

The two mares laughed as the sun started to set. Twilight and Pinkie both stood at the counter as Pinkie was teaching Twi to make cupcakes.
Meanwhile Twilight stood in the black void, her throbbing brain feeling like her head was about to burst. She then snapped, glowing her horn while shooting magic in random directions to try and break free.
The magic only went in the air for miles and faded away with distance. Twilight groaned, then got an idea, the one thing that doesn’t stretch for miles, the floor below her.
Twilight began using all of her magic in this weakened state and began to shoot at the ground, sweet forming on her head as she tried to use all the magic and energy she had.
While Pinkie was putting the cupcakes in the oven Twilight’s face then quickly turned to one of no expression.
“Wait here, I gotta use the bathroom.” Twilight said before going into the bathroom before closing her eyes.
A white face appears in the void again looking bored at Twi’s antics.
“Don’t even try, you can’t break free. Stop wasting both of our time.” Twilight pushed the last bit, her horn glowed brightly for a few seconds before she fell on the ground in a sweaty heap. The parasite only laughed before fading away.
As Twilight laid on the ground trying to regain her strength, she saw something in front of her. A small white crack on the void floor.
“YES YES!” Twilight yelled out pumping her hoof before instantly going into shock and horror. “That little crack, required that much energy? I’m reaching my breaking point…”

“S-So..T-Twilight is…possessed?” AJ cautiously said, each pony now had a look of horror on their faces, while both Luna and Tia had stone cold faces.
“*Sigh*. Yes, unfortunately your friend has fallen to it after centuries of it being gone. However, I have a plan.” Celestia said while looking down at Ponyville from a big glass window.
“We need to break Twilight free from the parasite.”
“Sister, there has never been a case of somepony breaking away from the corruption.” Luna warned as she walked up to her sister.
“Well what else are we supposed to do!?” Tia roared. “We’re talking about Twilight! She is an alicorn! Just imagine all the powers that parasite holds, we need to try and get it out of her system.”
“The plan, even a parasite like the one right now, has its limits. If we cause Twilight enough pain and agony, the parasite will reach its limits and free Twilight from its grasp.” Tia turned to the girls. “That is why I brought you here, while the alicorns can do some pain, I'm sure the elements would help us try to reach the limits.”
“W-What happens if…we cause too much pain? Or what if we keep going without knowing the parasite left?” Luna said, still trying to get her sister to reconsider.
“We will try our best to not let that happen, if it does happen we might cause permanent damage to Twilight,” Tia looked away to the window again to block her teary face. “Or even worse…”

Two ponies laughed in the gingerbread house, their laughs sounding like one of a filly. They could go laughing for hours if breathing wasn’t a necessity.
Pinkie and Twilight laughed together as Pinkie had a whiteboard with tally marks. Twilight spun an oxygen filled balloon on the table. It stopped and pointed to the pink mare, in response one side cheered and the other groaned as Pinkie put another tally on her side.
“Come on! You’ve won for the past 18 spins! You must be cheating!” Twilight defended upon seeing that her tally marks were a scratch compared to Pinkie’s score.
“For the last time Twi, I ain’t cheatin’, just lucky.” Pinkie tipped an imaginary hat, as she did an AppleJack impression.
Twi’s expression faltered for a bit as she felt a darkness become stronger.
More ponies know about my secret? Let's see… my friends? Well, except one…
In the middle of Pinkie laughing, Twilight stood up and looked at her friend.
“Pinkie, what would you do if you were the ruler of Equestria?” Twilight said with a smirk as she went and sat next to Pinkie, who when asked the question stopped laughing to think.
“Uhh…probably make parties everyday, all day!” Pinkie said while picturing the parties, the ponies having all the time, the balloons, the crowd laughing. Before Pinkie could think longer Twilight’s voice cut her train of thought off.
“Well, I can make that a reality..” Pinkie only froze and stared at the purple mare.
Might as well even the playing field, with this one on my side, she can help me get closer to my goal..
