It’s the latest trend in Equestria, everyone knows about it; for better or worse. 

In Ponyville, Canterlot, heck, even outside of Equestria, it's known about. 

Pinkie’s made cupcakes based on it, Gilda and Gabby started a bird delivery service called ‘Hawt to-ya’. 

To the surprise of literally no one, it's been a huge success. 

Everyone was aware that it involved penises, but the naughty nature of it made it more exciting. Everyone liked talking about penises but no one wanted to mention penises, so it was a perfect compromise.

I sure do hope no one brings up that it’s about fellating penises explicitly.
