“Waaagh!” I yelled in surprise at the purple dragon looking up at me.
“Oh jeez, Spike, you scared me shitless!” I told him
“You still haven’t answered my question.” Spike said with a look of disdain on his face as he crossed his arms
“Well, I’m Twilight’s colt friend, Dr. Stanley Do.” I said sheepishly, scratching the back of my head.
His eyes nearly went out of his skull. He then got a huge grin on his face. Just as Twilight appeared out of the shower.
“Twilight’s got a coltfriend, Twilight’s got a coltfriend!” Spike chanted as he jumped around the room in a circle.
This was quickly stopped by cuff in the back of the head from Twilight.
“Knock it off Spike. Nopony else knows about this yet and I think this is for the better. After all, it is still heat season, and Rarity usually get what she wants.” She said blushing.
“Now why the hell would I leave you for Rarity?” I asked her
“She is pretty...” Twilight said sheepishly
“Beauty is only skin deep. I look for personality, which I never found with any other mare.” I said, making Twilight blush an even deeper shade of pink.
“It’s getting late, we should go to bed.” She said trying to hide her embarrassment by changing the subject.
Spike took this as his cue to leave. Twilight made sure to pop his bed out of the room, so we had privacy. We were still tuckered out from earlier that day, so we decided to cuddle up and just sleep. As I lay there, with my arms around my new found love, I thought to myself where my life will go at this point, I mean, I’m dating a princess! I decided to put these things out of my head and get some rest.
The next morning, I woke up to Twilight’s head nestled in my chest, breathing deeply.
“Still obsessed with the way I smell?” I asked playfully.
“I’m sorry, I can’t help myself. It just turns me on.” She giggled
“Oh is that so, better keep it up then for tonight.” I said in return.
“Well I’m gonna hold you up on that” she said with a playful grin
“Hey, do you have a coffee maker?” I asked
“Yeah, Spike usually does it for me though.” She said with a quizzical look on her face
“I can make a mean cup of coffee” I offered.
“Alright, go downstairs and do it, Spike might be mad though that you’re taking his job.” She giggled
I got out of bed and made my way downstairs to the kitchen and easily found the coffee maker, and the beans. I asked Spike for a little bit of help with grinding the beans. He just sort of shrugged me off, but ground the beans anyway. and told me 2 sugars and cream. I think he was just jealous. After brewing it, and putting cream and sugar in both cups, I took them in my wings and brought them up to my waiting marefriend.
“Damn this is good.” She said after taking a long drink.
“I told you.” I said smiling.
After finishing our coffee, we both went downstairs to the library, Twilight to do her research, and me to browse.
“Hey, do you happen to have any books on the Tuskimo ponies?” I asked her
“I saw your research in your office and was wondering if you’d need anything on it. Here,” she said pulling 3 books off a tall shelf with her magic
“Thanks” I said taking the seat next to her and cracking open the first book on Tuskimo legends.
After about an hour, I decided to get up and go to my office to retrieve my research.
“Twilight, I have to go out to get my research from my office.” I told her
“Watch out for Rarity, she’s incredibly horny for you these days.” She said turning to me.
“Something about her whole attitude turns me off.” I said, “Don’t worry, she’s only a threat if she rapes me.”
This got a smile from Twilight.
I headed out and took off. I didn’t remember who ruled the skies over Ponyville. I was about to reach the door to my office when I was dive bombed and knocked unconscious.
When I awoke I had a rainbow colored mare on top of me.
“Hi there Stan.” Rainbow Dash purred.

“Uhh, hi there Rainbow. What’s up?” I said trying to keep a straight face.
“I think you know what I want.” she said with a coy grin
I was struggling to hold back my arousal, I must be a god amongst ponies to be able to hold back.
“Listen Rainbow, I’m otherwise engaged with other matters...” I said sheepishly
“Oh, like what?” she grilled me
“Like I’m dating Twilight now.” I finally spilled my beans.
The shocked look on her face said it all. But to my horror, that look faded to that of someone with an ace up their sleeve.
“You know what, I’ll go talk to Twilight about this. Go and get what you need from your office, I’ll meet you back at the castle.” She said removing herself from her position on top of me.
What am I in store for now?
As I awoke the next morning, I was met by 2 feelings. The temperature was nippy. I remembered that heat season was in the early fall, when temperatures were still warm but not hot. This must mean that heat season is drawing to a close. The next feeling I met was a sudden warmth throughout my entire body. I looked down at my chest to see that perfect purple alicorn pressed right up against my body. Her left wing was semi-extended, so I reached out with mine and interlocked our feathers. This made her murmur and take another deep lungful of my smell.
“I will never understand what it is with you and my smell.” I chuckled
She looked up at me sleepily, batting her eyes at me.
“Do you have anything you want to give me?” I asked with a smirk
Her eyebrows went up, looking at me quite oddly.
I answered the question for her by giving her a long, deep kiss. She practically turned into jello in my arms.
“I gotta go to Rarity’s to get that suit. I need to look good to get my certification from the princess’” I said getting out of bed.
“OK, I’ve got some work to do so I’ll be in the library most likely when I get home.” Twilight said.
“Awesome, could you beam my research over here from my office. I’ll need it to showcase to the princess’.” I asked her
“Sure thing babe” She responded
After putting on a heavy coat, I proceeded over to the boutique. I knocked 3 times. No answer. I knocked again, this time the door opened, and a filly greeted me.
“Who are you?” she asked.
“Hi there, I’m here to see Rarity.” I said
Her face broke into a wide grin,
“RARITY, YOUR COLTFRIEND IS HERE TO SEE YOU!!” she yelled into the other room.
By my guess, this was Rarity’s sister.
“Sorry there kiddo, but I’m not your sister’s coltfriend, I’m taken.” I said with a little too much pride.
“Oh and by whom?” she asked, eyebrows going up
“Sweetie Belle, leave Dr. Do alone.” Rarity said as she came into view
“I, uhm, am currently in a relationship with Princess Twilight Sparkle.” I said faltering
“Oh good for her.” Sweetie said shrugging my response off, “Rarity did you say Dr. Do?”
“Yes Sweetie, this is Daring Do’s older brother, Stanley. He’s the new vet.” Rarity said.
“Oh wow, I gotta tell Scoots about this!” Sweetie said, running off.
“Well, you're going to be getting a visit from the Cutie Mark Crusaders quite soon” Rarity said ushering me inside.
“Now what kind of suit did you have in mind?” She asked me.
“I was thinking classic black with a blue tie.” I looked over at her for approval.
“My my, you certainly have good taste. That’s what I was going to suggest.”
“Well, shall we get down to it?” I asked
“I thought you’d never ask.” Rarity said, her horn aura glowing and fabric flying around the room.
I’ll admit, she poked and prodded me everywhere, and more than necessary poked my member. But none-the-less, I ended up with a suit that made both me and Rarity happy. It accentuated the contours of my body and I know Twilight would enjoy that.
I headed out in my new suit and made my way back to the castle. I found Twilight in the library, like where she said she would be. I found my research, but it was what she was looking at.
“Well what do you think of my research sugarcube?”
Twilight was quite startled by my arrival.
“I, uh, was, um...” she stammered blushing a very bright pink
“Well?” I asked her , while giving her a big smirk
“It’s actually really good, I think you’ll nail that certification.” She said
“Are you trying to make me feel better or are you being serious?” I asked
“Dead serious!” She exclaimed
“Want me to ask Spike to make dinner for us?” I asked.
“Sure, meanwhile, your knowledge might help me with my research.” She added.
With that, I stuck my head outside the door and asked Spike to make dinner for 2. He happily obliged, and I shut the library door behind me.
After about 4 hours of work, Spike called us for dinner. A gourmet salad and salmon. The salmon was amazing. After dinner, Twilight and I resigned to the library with a bottle of white wine (“I only drink white because it won’t stain my books and paper” she had said)
It was absolutely perfect. It soon turned hot as the alcohol made our cheeks flush and she stopped mid-sentence and tackled me to the ground. She then mashed her muzzle against mine. As our tongues fought for dominance, I could feel her nethers start to drip with arousal. I was not able to hold mine either, as I sprung free of my sheath. We were really getting into it when we were interrupted by a knock on the door. Making us both stop dead and compose ourselves.
I opened the door to see Spike, scroll in hand.
“Doctor Do, this is from Princess Celestia, for you.” He said.
Looking at the scroll, I grabbed it with my hoof and read:
Dear Doctor Do,
We are pleased to inform you that we will receive your certification appointment tomorrow at 2 pm sharp. Princess Luna, Cadence, and myself will be presiding over your board.

“Well?” Twilight looked at me.
“My certification is tomorrow. Not in a week.” I said to her
“Well, should we get some rest then?” She asked
“I agree, that would probably be the best idea.” I replied
With that, we floated up to bed and I nearly passed out before something made me snap to attention.
“BUCK, I haven’t fed Bolt in weeks!!!” I say in a panic.
Twilight giggled.
“Don’t worry, I can pick him up from Fluttershy’s tomorrow. She’s been taking care of him.” She said
“Remind me to pay her” I say before Twilight nuzzles into my chest and we both drift off to sleep.
The next morning, I awoke to Twilight’s side of the bed empty. I looked at the clock. 12:30.
I had about 30 minutes to get ready as the flight to Canterlot was around an hour long.
“Morning sunshine!” Twilight’s voice greeted me as I got out of bed, 2 cups of piping hot coffee in her magic aura.
I took one with my wing and made my way to the bathroom. Putting my coffee on the vanity, I turned on the shower and waited for it to heat up to the right temperature. As I washed up, I tried to get the stress out of my head for my own sake. I stepped out of the shower, dried up and stepped out into the bedroom again. My suit was pressed and on the bed for me.
“I thought it needed an iron and a press” Twilight said
“You really are the most perfect mare in Equestria” I said and incredulous look on my face as I took another long draft of coffee.
This made her blush almost maroon.
I put on my suit and combed my messy mane into a more presentable fashion.
“My, my don’t we look handsome?” Twilight said looking me up and down.
The suit did exactly what it was supposed to do, accentuate my very muscular body in a way that is not too showy.
I looked at the time. 12:58.
“I better be off.” I said.
“OK, I’m sure you’ll nail it. Don’t get worked up about it.” She said
She gave me a long kiss and sent me on my way.
The flight was long and tedious. I saw Canterlot on the horizon, and began my descent.
I walked through the streets to the castle gates, where 2 guards let me through, probably because of my outfit. I was stopped by the 2 guards at the large, scratch that, HUGE main castle doors.
“Stop right there!” The guard on the left yelled.
I froze at the top of the stairs.
“Identify yourself or face arrest!” The one on the right barked while glaring at me.
“My name is Doctor Stanley Do. I’m here to see the princesses for my veterinarian evaluation and certification.” I stated to the guards.
They both looked at me, then each other. The looks on their faces were odd, as if they felt sorry for me, but I shrugged that off. The guard on the left opened the door and lead me to the throne room.
“You are to wait here until you are summoned by the princesses.” The guard said to me
“Yes sir” I said
I waited for what seemed like an eternity. Sitting in the empty throne room, I decided to let my curiosity get the best of me and look at the magnificent stained glass windows that lined the hall. I was staring at the one of Twilight ascending to royalty, thinking about how beautiful this piece was. I was roused from my thoughts by a female voice coming from the far corner.
“Doctor Do? Hello?”
“Yes, I’m over here. I’m coming.” I said grabbing my saddle bags of research and walking over to the door. The fuchsia colored alicorn that had called me was standing there in a semi-formal dress.
“Princess Cadence, it is an honor” I said bowing
“Follow me, the Celestia and Luna are through here.” She said guiding me
The door shut and locked behind me. I stood in a fairly well lit room with 4 thrones on a higher platform. 2 of them filled with the Princess’ of the Day and Night, the other being filled shortly by Cadence.
I bowed low and deeply to them.
“Hello your majesties. I presume you already know why I am here” I said
“I would like to present my research from my journeys abroad to you. They are most of my life’s work.” I said humbly as I reached into my bag and pulled out the papers. They were soon enveloped in 3 different auras.
“I must say,” Princess Luna said breaking the silence, “These are absolutely beautiful drawings”
“T-thank you y-your majesty” I managed to stammer.
“Your notes are phenomenal as well. You’ve perfectly translated Tuskimo to English” Celestia said with a grin
“I’m honored” I managed to get out.
“And...Oh my...” Cadence said stopping as she turned a page in my journal.
My journal shifted auras as Celestia and Luna looked at it as well. All three princesses faces turned into wide grins.
What were they looking at?
They left the room for a little while but returned shortly.
“Doctor Do, we have decided to grant you your certification to practice veterinary medicine in Equestria.” Princess Celestia stated.
A document with all three of the Princess’ signatures was put on the table in front of me by a navy blue aura.
“Before you leave however, there is one thing we’d like to discuss.” Princess Luna said
“Yes your highness?”
“Oh enough, can we agree to have him call us by our informal names?” Cadence said to the other two.
“Yes, I see no issue” Celestia said
“Very well then, Luna, what do we need to discuss?” I asked
“This” Celestia said, holding up my journal.
I looked in horror at the page she had opened. That page was the poem Twilight had written me last night while helping me prepare. It was quite a steamy and “lovey-dovey” poem from what I can remember.
“I...uhm...don’t know what to say.” I stammered my eyes nearly bulging out of my skull.
“I think she will though.” Celestia said
A faint *pop* that I knew all too well echoed throughout the room.
“Princess Celestia, you needed me, you said it was ur-” Twilight Sparkle said, trailing off as her eyes fell on me.
“Uhm, what’s going on?” She asked.
“I think you know Twilight” Cadence said holding up my journal with the page with the poem still showing and practically beaming.
Twilight’s eyes turned to pinpricks and she froze up.
“Well Twilight, when were you going to introduce us to your lover?” Celestia said, no longer being formal in any way, shape, or form.
“Well how about now?” Twilight said trying to diffuse the situation, “Stan, could you come up here please?” she looked at me with pleading eyes.
I stepped up onto the raised platform, nearly as embarrassed as Twilight was.
“Cadence, Luna, Celestia, this is my coltfriend, Dr. Stanley Do.” Twilight introduced me again
“Very pleased to meet you again” They all said in response.
“Well now that is dealt with, why don’t you and Twilight head home?” Celestia said.
“Yes, that sounds like a good idea,” I spoke up, saving Twilight from any further embarrassment.
I took my framed document and grabbed Twilight’s hoof as she teleported us back to the castle.
“I had no idea she would find that,” Twilight said, her cheeks almost blood red.
“With all do respect, I’m glad it happened then and not later.” I said
“Why’s that?” She said looking at me with a confused expression.
“Well since Cadance knows, I’m expecting your brother to pay me a visit quite soon. I know how much he cares about you.” I said matter of factly
Twilight looked at me surprised.
“I should confront him alone if he does show up, after all, I don’t want to drag you into stallion drama.” I said
“Alright I trust you. Just don’t say anything stupid, alright?” She said jokingly.
“Will do” I said as we headed off to bed with only the intention of sleeping.

That night, I had the worst nightmare since I had that plant that natives gave me in the jungle. It involved Shining Armor denouncing me and Twilight’s relationship, then an argument between me and him. It ended with a spear in my chest.
I shot up, hyperventilating and clutching my chest where the spear went in. I woke Twilight up as well.
“Stan, what’s wrong?!” she said in a panic.
“Nothing, babe. Just a bad dream.” I panted
Her horn glowed and I felt light-headed for a second.
“Did you just..” I said looking incredulously at her.
“Yes, I’m sorry. I had to know what was bugging you.” She said, “Are you really that freaked out about meeting my brother?”
“Maybe a little bit. After all, he is a captain in the Royal Guard” I said sheepishly
“I’m sure he’ll be a little protective, after all, it is his nature.” Twilight said, “You still haven’t even met my parents yet.”
“Why don’t we get meeting your brother over with first before we talk about introducing me to your parents.” I said looking at her with a pleading gaze
Twilight giggled and pushed me back down on the bed and nuzzled right up to me in the chilly fall air. I quickly passed out with her in my arms.
I opened my eyes to the beam of sunlight coming through the window, Twilight was on top of me.
How the hay did she get there?
My morning wood was about to prod Twilight’s entrance, I tried to get it to stop but to no avail. It hit Twilights lower lips and she shot awake. Looking startled at first but shifting to a smirk. I could feel her nethers getting very wet fast.
“Thank you for knocking before you entered.” she said

We both showered and went downstairs to a lovely breakfast of eggs and toast from Spike.
Towards the ends of our breakfast there was a knock at the door. I went to check on who it was. My worst fears were confirmed, it was Shining Armor, in full fucking military uniform.

I motioned for Spike. He walked over.
“What?” He asked.
“Get this door for me and I promise you a bag of gemstones” I whispered.
“How big are we talking?” He said looking at me intrigued
“Saddlebag” I whispered.
“You got yourself a deal” He said smiling
I walked off to the bedroom to make sure I looked presentable. I heard the door open downstairs and conversation.
I listened in to the voices.
“Twiley, good to see you!” Shining said
“Good to see you too Shining!” Twilight responded
“Now,” I heard Shining’s voice go from happy to serious, “Where is he?”
“Where’s who?” Twilight said trying to avoid the subject,
“Twilight you know damn well who I’m talking about!” He was yelling now.
This guy has a shorter fuse than I thought! I thought to myself
I rushed down the stairs to defuse the situation.
“I’m right here Shining!” I said once I reached the bottom of the stairs.
He froze mid-sentence, I hadn’t heard what they were talking about.
“You...” Shining uttered, stomping over to me.
“Shining, we can talk about this.” I said standing my ground
“I’ve already heard enough from Twilight” He said
“You have?” I said, now confused
“Yep, and I’ve gotta talk to you...alone” He muttered to me.
I followed his lead as we went up the stairs. Twilight was about to follow us, but I motioned for her to stay downstairs while I handled this. The bedroom door closed behind me and Shining locked it. He turned to me, and his glare, to my surprise, turned into a grin.
Wait...What?!
“Twilight told me that you are a great guy. I’m so happy to find that she found a guy that cared about her for more than just the sex.” He said.
“Wait she told you about that?!” I said in shock.
“Pfft. No. But do I look stupid? I mean come on, 3 months and a heat season?” He said chuckling
“Fair point” I say.
“So Mr. Armor-” I say
“Please, call me Shining.” He said
“Alright then. Shining, I’m assuming I have your approval to date your sister. Now what about her father and mother?” I asked
“Stan, I’m a lot tougher on the coltfriends then my father and mother are” He says
“Really?” I say surprised
“Yeah, but if you do anything to hurt my Twiley, I will publically castrate you and tear you limb from limb” He said getting serious.
“Shining, You have nothing to worry about. I would never in my life ever harm Twilight” I promise to him.
We both head back downstairs, I shook his hoof and he left.
“Well?” Twilight looked at me.
“We’re on good terms for now.” I say
She gasps and runs over and gives me a hot, long kiss.
“Ehem”
I had no idea Spike was still in the room.
This made Twilight break off me.
“At least warn me next time” He said.
I decided to spend the rest of my day setting up my new office. Remembering Bolt, I went over to Fluttershy’s house to pick him up. I knocked on the door, hoping she would answer. She did.
“Oh, hi Stan. Are you here to pick up Bolt?” Fluttershy asked me
“Yeah, I’m so sorry about that. How much do I owe you?” I asked pulling my wallet out.
“Oh, no need for that. He was such a sweetheart. He would always come back after I let him go hunting.” She said.
“Really? I can spare a few bits or...” I said
“No. But if you have your equipment set up, I’d like you to take a look at Angel. He’s been very sick lately.” She said looking worried
“Sure Fluttershy, it’s the least I can do.” I said, “Just let me send Bolt to the castle with a note to Twilight.” I pulled a pen and a piece of paper and used my wing to write a note to Twilight. I gave it to Bolt and sent him off.
I met Fluttershy and Angel at the door to my office. I unlocked the door, grabbed my labcoat, clipboard, and pen. I directed Fluttershy to my exam room, Angel on her back.
She put Angel on the exam table while I grabbed my stethoscope. I went over and looked the bunny over, he looked fairly normal. I checked his core temperature and heart rate, which send red flags flying. Temperature of 106 degrees and an elevated heart rate.
“Angel, do you have any cuts or scrapes?” I asked him thinking the fever could be due to an infection.
He nodded and showed me a nasty gash on his right leg. It hadn’t been washed properly in days it appeared.
“Fluttershy, did you know about this?” I asked her looking borderline angry.
“Yes, but I didn’t think it needed medical attention. If it helps, he’s only had it a week.” She said
“Alright, but from now on just let me know about things like this. That is a serious gash that I need to work on. I think it would be best if you stepped out of the room while I clean it.” I said
“Will he be OK?” Fluttershy looked worried
“Yes, it’s going to be very painful for you to watch, that’s all.” I say to her.
“OK, I trust you, just be gentle.” She said stepping out and closing the door behind her.
“Alright Angel,” I said putting gloves on my wings (I had them specially made as I was the only pony who could maneuver them that well in the medical field) and grabbed gauze and alcohol, “I’m not gonna lie, this is gonna hurt and sting a lot.” I said to the rabbit.
“If you want to have Fluttershy come back in, you can’t scream because I don’t want her to freak out” I said.
A nod from him acknowledged my statement. I opened the door and asked for Fluttershy to come in.
“But I thought you said you didn’t want me to be in there.” She said
“He asked for you to come in, he has to be brave, and he wants you to just be there next to him.” I stated.
“Oh, well, in that case,” Fluttershy said walking back into the room.
I soaked the 3 gauze pads with alcohol and moved in on the gash on his right leg. He cringed as the pad touched the open wound. He grimaced through the pain, clutching Fluttershy’s hoof. As I continued the procedure of cleaning out the wound, finding only a minor infection. I would attribute the septic fever due to the fact that he is only a rabbit and has a smaller immune system. I found the wound to be fairly dirty, but managed to clean it up rather quickly and stitch it shut.
“Alright Angel, I’m all done. I’ll just need to bandage you up. I said prepping a large bandage after throwing the bloody gauze pads in the red biohazard bin. I quickly bandaged the leg and told Fluttershy that he needed to come back in a week to let me see if it was healing properly.
“You’ll also need these antibiotics. They’ll help him heal the infection faster.” I said to her giving her a bottle of pink liquid.
“Oh thank you so much Stan!” She said throwing her arms around me.
“No problem, you take care now” I said waving them out the door.
I ended up seeing a few more ponies with their animals, mostly just shots and a few bandages were needed. There was this one mare who brought in her “pet” rock and asked me to examine it, I shrugged that off and began to lock up my office for the night. As the lock clicked shut behind me, I began to walk to the clearing in the trees to take off. I slowly became aware of a presence behind me. Picking up my pace, I kept on walking to the clearing. Its speed matched mine. I began to run, as fast as I could to that clearing and prepared for a running takeoff. The clearing in sight, I began to spread my wings but just as I was about to lift off, I was brought down. Whatever it was hit me like a freight train, and sent me as well as itself, rolling. Regaining my senses, I scrambled to my feet and looked around for what hit me. I then found it or rather her.
“Princess Luna?!” I said my mouth agape.
There was no response from her. I ran over and saw that she had landed on a rock and was bleeding quite a lot from the wound. Panicking, I sprinted as fast as I could back to my office, unlocked the door, and grabbed alcohol, gauze and bandages. Sprinting back, I found the Lunar Princess still sprawled on the ground. I kneeled down beside her and cleaned off the wound with some alcohol and gauze, and wrapped it very tightly in some bandages.
“St-Stan...” Luna tried to say something.
“Luna, you tackled me and you gashed your head pretty wide open on a rock. I just need you to stay with me while I take you to Twilight’s castle. She’ll know what to do. Just stay awake for me alright?” I said taking the dark blue alicorn into my arms and lifting off the ground.
I flew as fast as I could do safely. The flight lasted about 5 minutes, it was punctuated by me talking to Luna to make sure she was still conscious. After getting to the castle, I banged hard on the door. To my surprise, Twilight answered it, not Spike.
“Twilight, I know this looks bad but I need you to do exactly as I say!” I said to her firmly.
