A normal day in Ponyville turns deadly when an odd creature on two legs spontaneously appears out of nowhere. At first, the creature doesn't seem to be of concern, as it explains it is just a businessman that goes by the name of Chuck Baleigh. However, as the ponies soon learn, Chuck is a horrible, threatening person.
