Life in Ponyville has always been a little strange, but it's about to get even stranger! When Twilight Sparkle and her friends cross paths with a new old pony and her unusual pet, who both come from the mysterious country of Dream Valley, the girls are in for a world of new adventures! Whether it be ghosts, witches or Diamond Dogs, our favorite girls are about to see a side of the world they never knew existed, and experience things that are unusual even for them!

This series is written in the vein of a "mini-season" and most of the chapters are stand-alone stories. Short descriptions are as follows:

In Scene 1 - An Underground Surprise the girls learn from an unexpected newcomer that the Diamond Dog King is forcing a mare to become his wife! They invade the kingdom to free her, only to discover that perhaps she doesn't need rescuing.

In Scene 2 - The Man Experiment Surprise's pet human Raydence accidentally drinks a potion that causes all girls to fall in love with him. But surely the effects don't transcend species, right?… right?…

In Scene 3 - A Witch Among Us Ponyville is in the grip of terror as a witch tries to kidnap ponies for dark purposes. Little Fluttershy is all alone in her cottage. Are those sounds she hears the witch coming to get her, or simply noises in the night? (This one contains some dark themes and imagery)

In Scene 4 - Draconequis Pinkie Pie has an accident which leaves her with a speech impediment–and the ability to see ghosts! Her new best friend is a strange little creature called Discord, but can he protect her from the mysterious blue specter?

In Scene 5 - Blueblood Hunts the Wumpus Prince Blueblood realizes he has a lot of growing up to do, and so joins Surprise and Rarity on an adventure to find the Wumpus! But deep in the Everfree Forest they instead find an enemy from Surprise's past…

In Scene 6 - Blown Away in the Land of Thorns Raydence has always been sort of "in the background," but this time he gets to tell a story!

Scene 7 - Walking a Tightrope is a sweet two-part story where Surprise meets a mysterious foal who seems extraordinarily gifted… and extraordinarily in need of a loving family.
