Spike is about to turn 18 years old. But when Trixie comes into town and puts Spike into a fatal coma can anyone save him? In an attempt to save Spike ,Twilight and her friends along with the help of the CMC set off to find a pony that he has a crush on. With only his journal entries to guide them they start to seek out this mysterious mare. Will they find this mare in time or will this be the last of the 'Number one assistant'? And when they do find the mare will she be able to bring him out of his fatal coma?
